디지털 스튜디오의 효율적인 시스템 구성과 운영관리 방안 연구

This paper presents the efficient system architecture of a digital studio and its operation and maintenance. This paper shows the overview of the system components and explains their technical features in detail, and discusses system installation and operational test procedures. And then technical requirements and procedural schemes for system implementation have been proposed and the operational organization, training programs, and maintenance planning have been qeneralized and analyzed. It shows that essential points for constructing the optimum system are to follow a supply-demand curve of its markets and industries and to make technical innovations of system implementation. Training programs for system operators and administrators are also very important factors. The integration of such factors makes it possible to construct the efficient a digital studio.
혈청 Fructosamine에 대한 임상적 유용성에 관한 연구

Diabetes mellitus is a universal health problem and may occur at any age. The traditional biochemical measurements for initially detection patients with diabetes mellitus are random estimations of blood and urine glucose concentrations. Despite their common use both tests are fairly non-specific, being influenced by wide variety of condition. Measurement of the HbA_(1c) in a random blood specimen is a more simple screening test for diabetes, and widely used as an index of diabetic control. But unfortunately, it has difficulties with methodology. Fructosamine has been described as a new parameter for the estimation of glycosylated protein, It is based on the reduction potential of ketoamines in an alkaline medium and measures colorimethcally the concentration of all glycosylated semm proteins belonging to the class of fructosamine. It reflects the time-integrated glucose concentration over the previous 1 to 3 weeks and can be used for the follow up of diabetes mellitus. We measured serum fructosamine concentration and compared with any other items. The results are summehzed as follows : 1. Within-run and between-run imprecision were assessed by 20 analysis of 3 differential fructosamine concentration in control sera. The respective coefficients of variation were 2.9%, 6.6% in low concentration, 2.2%, 5.1% in medium concentration and 3.3%, 4.7% in high concentration. 2. The serum fructosamine concentration were 2.26±0.21 mmol/L in normal control subjects(n=29) and 3.35±0.65 mmol/L (n=62) in patients with diabetes mellitus (p<0.001). 3. In diabetic patients (n=62), the serum fructosamine concentrations correlated less significantly with glucose (Y(fructosamine) = 0.01×(glucose)+2.52, r=0.54, P<0.001) and more significantly with HbA_(1c) (Y(fructosamine) = 0.22×(HbA_(1c))+1.71 , r=0.63, P<0.001). 4. The concentrations of fructosamine in serum and EDTA plasma were not significently diferent (P<0.01). So, Plasma is as well suited to fructosamine determinations as serum(Y(serum) = 0.95×(Plasma)+0.25, r=0.96). 5. No interference was observed with lipemic sera (cholesterol) in detection of serum fructosamine(P=0.393).

For the purpose of prediction air quality in Kimhae area, ISC3 and UAM were used. As the study area is located in a coastal area, the atmospheric flow is strong1y affected by the sea breeze. The air quality model results show that the dirunal variation pattern of pollutants is consistent with observed spatial and temporal features, as a whole.

The mechanism for the deposition of zinc to form porous thin films is not clearly understood. In this study, a modified direct current (DC) sputtering system was used to deposit polycrystalline porous zinc thin films on an amorphous glass substrate to elucidate the mechanism. Subsequently, the properties of the thin films, such as its film thickness, the average particle size, and its porosity, were investigated under different experimental parameters, including pressure, DC discharge power, and the gas ratio between Ar and He. The plasma properties were also studied using a Langmuir probe. An increase in deposition pressure and DC discharge power was found to increase the deposition thickness and the particle size in the thin films whereas an increase in the He content increased the thickness and decreased the particle size. The investigation of the growth mechanism revealed that the zinc particles were oriented in different planes at early and later stages of deposition. Moreover, the properties of the thin films were observed to be affected by the energy loss of the zinc atoms and the bonding force between the substrate and the zinc particles. This understanding of the mechanism of thin-film formation will help to guide the optimization of experimental parameters in the fabrication of high-quality thin films.
