      • 석탄회를 활용한 콘크리트의 성능에 관한 연구

        석탄화력발전과정이 부산물인 석탄회가 사용석탄량의 11∼57%로 생성됨에 따라 이의 처리비용 및 환경보전적 측면에서의 많은 문제점이 야기되고 있어 석탄회의 유효이용에 관한 연구가 절실하다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 석탄회를 콘크리트 혼화재로 재활용하기 위한 방안을 강구하고자 석탄회의 발생과정 및 종류, 물리적 및 화학적 특성, 재활용 현황등을 파악하고, 석탄회의 배합혼입률에 따른 콘크리트 재령별 압축강도 특성에 대한 실험연구를 수행하였다. During combustion of powdered coal in modern power plant, coal ash is produced by 11∼57% of resource coal. The coal ash requires a great deal of disposal expense and causes a number of probrems in environmental conservation. It is necessary that researches for utilization of fly ash are required as soon as possible. The goal of this study are to develop a methodology for the utilization of fly ash as a mineral admixture in concrete. This paper presents the performance of concrete using fly ash. Results of the experimental study indicates that fly ash concrete tend to reduce the early compressive strength up to 28 days, but improve the long term compressive strength.

      • 신원방우황청심원의 심혈관계에 관한 약효

        Abstract-In order to investigate the phamacological properties of New Wonbang Woohwangchungsimwon Pill (NSCH), effects of Wonbang Woohwangchungsimwon Pill (SCH) and NSCH were compared using various experimental models. In rat aorta, NSCH and SCH made the relaxation of blood vessels in maximum contractile response to phenylephrine (10^-6 M) regardless to endothelium containing or denuded rings of the rat aorta. Furthermore, the presence of the inhibitors of NO synthase and guanylate cyclase did not aftect significantly the relaxing effects of NSCH and SCH, NSCH and SCH inhibited the vascular contractions induced by acetylcholine, prostaglandin endoperoxide or peroxide in a dose-dependent manner. In conscious spontaneously hypertensive rats (SHRs). NSCH and SCH decreased significantly heart rate. These, at high doses, had a negative inotropic effect that was a decrease of left ventricular developed pressure and (-dp/dt)/(+dp/dt) in the isolated perfused rat hearts, and also decreased the contractile force and heart rate in the isolated rat right atria. In guinea-pig papillary muscle, these had no effects on parameters of action potential such as action potential amplitude (APA). V_max and resting membrane potential (RMP) at low doses, whereas inhibited the cardiac contractility at high doses. Furthermore, these had a significant inhibitory effects on palpitation of the heart in normotensive rats and SHRs. These results suggest that NSCH and SCH have weak cardiovascular effects, and that there is no significant differences between cardiovascular effects of two preparations.

        L929 및 CV1 세포를 사용한 한천중층법에서 치과용 합금의 독성 비교

        Biocompatability of pure gold, Au alloy, pure titanium, Ti alloy, Ni-Cr alloy, Co-Cr alloy and pure copper was assessed through the agar overlay test using L929 and CV1 cells. Pure gold, pure titanium and Ti alloy had none to mild cytotoxicity, Ni-Cr, Co-Cr and gold alloy had mild to moderate cytotoxicity and pure copper had severe cytotoxicity. Generally, L929 cells were more sensitive to toxic substances than CV1 cells. The application of human gingival fibroblast to the agar overlay method seemed not to be proper.

      • 탈진적 수영운동과 Selenium투여가 혈액 내 지질과산화물과 항산화효소 활성도에 미치는 영향

        This study investigates the blood MDA(malondialdehyde), SOD(superoxide dismutase), CAT(catalase) and GPX(glutathione peroxidase) activity in response to acute exhaustive swimming and selenium administration in rats. The animals in this study were chosen fourty-eight rats (Sprague -Dawley, male, 10 weeks, 300g), they were separated selenium group and placebo group. Selenium (sodium selenite, 2ppm/300g) solved in distilled water 1.0ml was administrated to them using by zoned needle at before 10 minutes swimming. The blood sampling time of two groups were three times (rest, after 30min swimming, exhaustion), 6ml blood were collected by abdominal aorta after the ethyl ether inhalation. The blood samples were centrifuged 3,000rpm for serum CAT, plasma SOD, plasma GPX and blood MDA activities analyzing. The statistical method was used by 2-way ANOVA. In summary, selenium, as a component of GPX, as a lipid soluble free radical scavenger serve and biological antioxidant defense system. selenium supplementation and acute exhaustive swimming within blood in rats enzyme activities (SOD,CAT,GPX) increase but MDA decrease. Also, our findings indicate that selenium have a positive effects to prevent the exercise induced increase in oxidative stress. Acute exhaustive swimming the improved of the body's defense capacities against free radical generation, likely as a result of adaptable increase in activities of antioxidant enzyme system.

        구성주의와 과학교육

        이 연구는 구성주의의 특성과 그것을 적용한 방법에 관한 문헌을 조사??분석하고, 그 결과가 과학교육의 여러 측면 또는 우리 나라 과학교육이 나아갈 방향에 던져주는 시사점을 모색하고자 수행하였다. 구성주의의 특성은 그 의미와 주장, 이론적 배경과 종류, 그에 관한 비판으로 나누어 기술하였으며, 과학교육의 측면 또는 앞으로 나아갈 방향은 그 목적, 과학학습이론과 그 모형, 과학 교수-학습 방법, 과학 교육과정과 평가로 나누어 논의하였다. 과학철학으로서의 구성주의에 따르면, 과학과 그 지식은 사회적 특성을 지니며, 그 성과에는 반드시 가치관이나 집단 이익이 관련되어 있다. 그러므로 과학교육의 궁극적인 목적은 의사결정력의 함양에 두어야 하며, 이러한 목적을 달성할 수 있는 교육과정은 학습경험과 주제가 통합된 과제 중심으로 개발하는 것이 바람직하다. 심리학으로서의 구성주의에 따르며, 학습이 이루어지는 과정은 사회적 과정이다. 이런 학습의 전략으로는 협동 학습과 역할놀이가 효과적이며, 그 모형으로는 개념의 분화와 교환에 목적을 둔 순환학습 모형과 그것을 세분화한 5E 모형이 적절하다. 또한 구성주의는 수행평가와 창의력 검사에 이론적 배경을 제시한다. 구성주의에 따른 과학교육 평가의 주안점은 과학지식 및 탐구능력의 상황에 대한 적절성에 있다. 그런 평가는 현재 우리나라 과학교육 현장에서 중요시하는 수행평가와 창의력 검사 방법과 일치한다. Constructivism has had a great influence on science education over the last two decades. The purpose of this article is twofold: First, to describe the characteristics of constructivism and, second, to suggest an ideal forms of science education in Korea as implied in constructivism. A review of the literatures in the first area shows that constructivism is philosophical/psychological view which believe in the social nature of the construction of scientific knowledge and its learning. And the analyses of a few schools of constructivism suggest decision-making as a goal of science education, learning as the active construction of meaning through interaction between learner and learning environments, and discussion and cooperation as appropriate teaching strategies. At the same time, the results necessitate teaching ethical aspects of science in the secondary schools, and also imply that performance assessment must be emphasized in evaluation of science education.

In isolated rat aorta, NSCL and SCL showed the relaxation of blood vessels in maximum contractile response to phenylephrine (10^-6 M) regardless to intact endothelium or denuded rings of the rat aorta. Furthermore, the presences of the inhibitor of NO synthase and guanylate cyclase did not affect the relaxing effect of NSCL and SCL. NSCL and SCL inhibited the vascular contractions induced by acetylcholine, prostaglandin endoperoxide or peroxide in a dose-dependent manner. In conscious spontaneously hypertensive rats (SHRs), NSCL and SCL significantly decreased heart rate. NSCL and SCL, at high doses, had a negative inotropic effect that was a decrease of left ventricular developed pressure and (-dp/dt)/(+dp/dt) in the isolated perfused rat hearts, and also decreased the contractile force and heart rate in the isolated rat right atria. In excised guinea-pig papillary muscle, NSCL and SCL had no effects on parameters of action potential such as resting membrane potential, action potential amplitude, APD_90 and V_max at low doses, whereas inhibited the cardiac contractility at high doses. These results suggested that NSCL and SCL have weak cardiovascular effects with relaxation of blood vessels and decrease of heart rate, and that this effect is no significant differences between cardiovascular effects of two preparations.

        중등 과학교사 양성 교육과정과 교수내용지식 연구 동향의 탐색

        과학교사의 양성을 위한 교육과정 또는 그 프로그램의 주된 목적은 바람직한 과학교사가 지녀야 할 전문적 자질을 함양시키는 데에 있다. 그러나 우리나라의 과학교사 양성을 위한 프로그램 또는 사범대학 과학교육학 계열 교육과정에는 과학교사 교육의 본성과 그의 자질에 관한 연구의 결과가 충분히 반영되어 있지 않다. 이 연구는 자질기반 과학교사 양성 교육과정의 개발 틀, 교직의 전문성과 전문성발달기준, 우리나라의 과학교사 양성 교육과정 및 프로그램에 관한 문헌을 조사·분석한 다음, 그 결과로부터 우리나라의 과학교사 양성을 위한 교육과정의 개발 방향을 도출하고 그 모형을 탐색할 목적에서 수행하였다. 이 연구에서는 과학교사 양성 교육과정을 그 과목이나 지식기반 영역에 따라 교수내용알기(PCKg), 교수구성단위(TPCs), 내용표상화(CoRe)와 교수전문경험자료(PaP-eRs), 그리고 교수상황지식(PCxK)을 단위로 이용하여 구성할 것을 강조하였다. 또한 과학교사의 전문적 자질의 함양에 목적을 둔 교육과정 또는 그 프로그램의 과학교육 및 과학과 관련된 과목으로 일반과학, 심화과학, 일반과학교육학(과학교육론, 과학 교수-학습 포함), 과학 교육과정 및 평가, 과학교육 시설과 자원, 과학교육 실습, 과학교육 연구를 제안하였다. The subjects and their contents comprising the curricula for secondary science teacher education should be selected/organized to assist pre-service teachers to gain understandings of knowledge ba ses and to help them acquire professional teaching competences. However, the nature of science teacher education has not been reflected on the Korean science teacher education programs. The research was performed to review the literature on teachers' competencies including PCK(pedagogical content knowledge), teaching as profession, curricula or programs for secondary science teacher education, and, based on the results, to suggest curricular subjects and their contents for secondary science teacher education in Korea. The research emphasizes that the subjects and their contents for secondary science teacher education should be developed by the use of PCKg(pedagogical content knowing), TPCs(teacher professional constructions), CoRe(content representation) and PaP-eRs(pedagogical and professional-experience repertoires) as constitutive units, depending on the subject areas or contents. Also suggested in this research are the knowledge bases assumed to be necessary for the development of secondary science teachers' professional qualities, which include general sciences, enrichment sciences, general science education, science education curricula and evaluation, facilities and resources for science education, teaching practices, research in science education.
