        Phellinus baumii 자실체 열수 추출물의 Sarcoma-180에 대한 항암 및 면역효과

        국내에서 재배되고 있는 약용버섯인 상황(P. baumii) 자실체의 열수 추출물로 부터 건강 기능성 식품 및 의약품개발의 기초자료를 제공하고자 항암실험 및 면역효과에 대한 실험을 수행하였다. 본 연구에서 사용한 PMO-P4의 경우 rDNA의 ITS부위의 염기서열 분석을 통한 계통분석 결과 P. baumii로 판명 되었으며, PMO-P4 자실체로부터 열수 추출한 성분(HWE-P4)을 160mg/kg/day의 농도로 하여 Sarcoma-180 암세포를 유발한 마우스에 경구투여한 결과 A군의 경우, 종양억제효과는 35.3%로 대조군보다 유의성 있게 감소하였으며(p<0.05), 생명연장 효과는 156%증가한 것으로 나타났다. 시료의 경구투여 방법에 있어서도 시료를 먼저 2주간 투여한 후 암세포를 접종한 A군의 경우가 시료 투여와 암세포 접종을 동시에 실시한 B군의 경우 보다 종양억제효과 및 생명연장효과가 높았음을 알 수 있었다. A군의 경우 대조군에 비하여 CD4/CD8의 비율이 71.4%증가 하였으며, CD25(IL-2receptor chain)분자의 발현을 5배정도 증가시키는 것으로 관찰되었다. 이러한 결과로 보아 P. baumii로 밝혀진 PMO-P4 자실체로부터 열수 추출한 성분의 항암효과는 암세포를 직접 공격하여 항암효과를 나타내기 보다는 T cell등의 면역세포를 활성화시킴으로써 암세포를 억제 혹은 사멸시키는 것으로 생각된다. A hot water extract(HWE-P4) was separated from the fruit bodies of PMO-P4, and its antitumor and immunomodulatory activities against sarcoma-180 in ICR mice were investigated. The internal transcribed spacer(ITS) regions from PMO-P4 were amplified using polymerase chain reaction(PCR) and sequenced. The results revealed that PMO-P4 was belong to the Phellinus baumii. When oral administration at the dose of 160mg/kg/day in the mice until the end of the experiment with 2 week's pre-feeding of the HWE-P4, the survival rate of the mice was 152% for 50days after the inoculation of sarcoma-180 and the suppression rate of the tumor growth was 35.3%(p<0.05) for 28 days after inoculation of sarcoma-180. The HWE-P4 increased 71.4% of the CD4/CD8 ratio and 5-fold of the expression of CD25(IL-2 receptor chain) compared with the control. From these results, the antitumor activity of HWE-P4 is exerted through its immunomodulating activity on the host's immune system.

        치과용 자성 어태치먼트 재료의 안정성 개선에 관한 연구 : II.질화티타늄 코팅이 치과용 자성재의 내식성에 미치는 영향 Ⅱ.Effect of TiN Coating on Corrosion Resistance of Dental Magnetic Materials

        Dental magnetic materials have been applied to removable prosthetic appliances, maxillofacial prostheses, obturator and dental implant but they still have some problems such as low corrosion resistance in oral environments. To increase the corrosion resistance of dental magnetic materials, surfaces of Sm-Co and Nd-Fe-B based magnetic materials were plated with TiN and then electrochemical corrosion test were performed in 4 kinds of electrolyte solutions(0.9% NaCl. 1% lactic acid, 0.05% HCl and modified Fusayama's artificial saliva). From this study, corrosion behavior, amount of elements released, mean average surface roughness values and the changing of mean surface microhardness values were measured comparing with control group of non-sputtered plating magnetic materials. The results were as follows: 1. TiN layer coated on magnet grows into preferred direction with lamellar structure and its thickness is 3.0㎛. 2. Sm-Co base magnetic materials coated with TiN have good corrosion resistance in 1% lactic acid and their pitting corrosion can not be seen. 3. Nd-Fe-B base magnetic materials coated with TiN showed good tendency of corrosion resistance in 0.05% HCl solution. 4. The amount of elements released from both Sm-Co and Nd-Fe-B base magnetic materials coated with TiN were more significantly decreased than that of uncoated magnetic materials. 5. The mean surface roughness values of both Sm-Co and Nd-Fe-B base magnetic materials coated with TiN were smooth than that of uncoated magnetic materials after corrosion test. 6. The decreasing rate of microhardness of both Sm-Co and Nd-Fe-B base magnetic materials coated with TiN were lower than that of uncoated magnetic materials after corrosion test. 7. Dental magnetic materials coated with TiN produced various corrosion products such as TiO, TiO₂, Ti₂O₃on the surface and resulted in better corrosion resistance than uncoated magnetic materials. In conclusion, it is considered that the corrosion problem of dental magnetic materials could be solved to some extent by EB-PVD with TiN on the surface of dental magnetic materials.

        顔貌變形症 患者에 있어서 顎矯正 手術前 心理 評價에 關한 臨床的 硏究

        The need to assess preoperative psychological characteristics of orthoganathic surgery patients has recently been recognized. Fifty six patients were involved in this study, they were investigated in the preoperative psychosocial aspects. Korean Version Eysenk Personality Questionaire and Korean Version Tennessee Self-Concept Scale were used for psychological test. The results were as follows : 1. There was no significant difference of sex and age in the personality diamension, the selfconcept scale, and the preoperative tests(P>0.05). 2. 37% of subjects showed phonetic problem, 60% masticatory problem and 56% social problem for facial deformity. The first choice was the face in the order of correctionfor mastication, phonation and face. And 83% of the subjects forecasted the change in their face after surgical correction, The answer was generally vague. 64% of the subjects expected their personality to become more lively as a result of their operation. 3. Total positive self score and personal self score were less improved in the groups with high scores of toughmindness and neuroticism(P<0.05), degree of suffering was increased in the group with high scores of neuroticism(P<0.05). 4. Degree of subjective deformity, self-consciousness, and degree of dissimilarity were more improved in the group of intraversion, there was a significant correlation with degree of dissimilarity in the group with high score of toughmindness(r=-.64, P<0.05). 5. There was a significant correlation with the forecast of change in the groups with high score in extraversion(r=.59, P<0.01) and with low score in neuroticism(r=-.39, P<0.05).

In this treatise, make anaphora can present ideal dies basis design using CFdesign that is heat & flow analysis programs so that can produce detailed product through pipe channel flow analysis of stable dies applying anaphora value of do polymer raw material in Screw.

      • 트랜스퓨터 통합환경의 개발과 응용

        A transputer is a powerful micro-processor, which can communicate with other processors with its own communication links and can be utilized into a powerful parallel computer system with easy way and low price. However, its usage has been limited to a few people because of its own programming language and complicated user interfaces. This paper presents programming tools to use a transputer system easily. It includes Transputer Integrated Environment(TIE) which has many developing tools, and Transputer Manager which can monitor and manage the system and developed programs on the transputer networks and visualize the performance status of each processor so that they can write efficient parallel programming codes. We also implemented a parallel raytracing algorithm by using TIE in order to test the feasibility and functionalities of these tools.

        This study is to analyze the relation factors of corporate contribution and entertainment expenses. We try to seek to find out the motives of corporate contributions and entertainment expense for describing factors. Previous study is reported different result for our study. Then this study reexamines about this more analytical approach. We select 2,062 sample firms during 1991-1996 and result using correlation analysis is as follows. Contribution and entertainment expense shows a significantly positive with firm size that is corporate sales except for 1991. The contribution and entertainment expense has a significant positive relation with cash flow, industry contribution level, pre-period contribution level, advertisement, research and development cost, effective tax rate, retained earnings. In the case of debt ratio, the result shows significantly negative relation. Therefore we assert that the contribution and entertainment expenses are made for earnings management.

        본 연구에서는 현재 인터넷 상에서 클라이언트/서버 간의 상호대화형 접속을 위한 백본으로 널리 사용되고 있는 HTTP/CGI 프로토콜과 머지 않은 장래에 이것을 대체 할 것으로 예상되는 CORBA/IIOP 기반 기술을 검토하고 그 성능을 비교하였다. 또한 CORBA/IIOP의 기존 제품들이 고속 네트워크에서 적용되었을 경우 발생할 수 있는 오버헤드의 종류와 오버헤드를 최소화하기 위한 전략을 제시하였다. The study examines and compares performance of HTTP/CGI protocol and CORBA/IIOP technologies. HTTP/CGI is currently used as backbone of interactive connection in Internet client/server system and CORBA/IIOP will replace HTTP/CGI as backbone soon. Therefore, reveals kinds of CORBA/IIOP overheads and minimizing strategies of overheads.
