        One of the recent procedures, the slip line field theory is adopted to find out the exact blank profile for deep drawing square and rectangular cups with a uniform height. The uniformity of drawn cup heights with ideal blanks by this theory is compared with that from other blanks. Drawing forces and thickness distributions are also described experimentally. From this approach, the use of ideal blanks could be suggested to obtain the deeper and the better square and rectangular cups with uniform heights which reduce the trimming allowance to a minimum.

        유도초음파를 이용한 열 교환기 튜브 결함 탐상

        본 연구에서는 유도초음파를 이용하여 열 교환기와 증기발생기 튜브의 결함을 비파괴적으로 탐상하고 그 크기를 산정하였다. 이론적인 해석을 위해 인코넬(Inconel) 튜브에 대한 위상 및 군속도 분산선도를 Longitudinal 모드와 Flexural 모드에 대해 구하였다. 튜브의 원주방향 레이저노치와 튜브 지지대 하단의 방전가공결함(EDM wear)을 각각 비대칭 및 대칭 탐촉자 세트를 사용하여 탐상하였다. 실험결과 방전가공결함은 L(0, 2), L(0, 3), L(0, 4) 모드로 탐상되었으며, 그 중 L(0, 4) 모드가 결함으로부터 가장 잘 반사되었다. 레이저노치의 경우에는 L(0, 1) 모드 주변의 Flexural 모드가 결함을 탐상하고 크기를 산정하는데 사용될 수 있음을 보였다. This study shows the defect detection and sizing capability of ultrasonic guided waves in the nondestructive inspection of heat exchanger and steam generator tubing. Phase and group velocity dispersion curves for the longitudinal and flexural modes of a sample Inconel tube were presented for the theoretical analysis. EDM(Electric Discharge Machining wears in tubing under a tube support plate and circumferential laser notches in tubing were detected by an axisymmetric and a non-axisymmetric transducer set up, respectively. EDM wears were detected with L (0, 2), L(0, 3) and L(0, 4) modes and among them L(0, 4) mode was found to be the most sensitive. It was also found that the flexural modes around L(0, 1) mode could be sued for the detection and sizing of laser notches in the tubing.

        The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationships between health-related fitness and mental health in older adult. For this purpose, 295 older adult men and women above 65 years old, who giving health examination were participated as subjects. Variables on the health-related fitness was measured by muscular power, muscular endurance, endurance, flexibility, and obesity ratio. And the questionnaire of mental health consisted of four aspects; Self-rating Anxiety Scale: SAS, Self-rating Depression Scale: SDS, Self-esteem Scale: SES, and Life Satisfaction Index-Well Being: LSI-W. Each scale's validity and reliability reported high significance level, The statistics employed in this study were Descriptive Statistics, Residual Analysis, Multiple Regression. The results That were derived from these processed were as follows; 1. There is the relationship significantly between health related physical fitness and anxiety in older adults. 2. There is the relationship significantly between health related physical fitness and depression in older adults. But there is no significant statistical evidence on relationship between health related physical fitness and self-esteem or life satisfaction in older adults.

        The purpose of this study was to analyze on the morphological characteristics of elite fencing players. In this study, 32 male fencing players completed the measurement of 39 anthropometric variables. To assess of the differences between elite fencing player and non-elite fencing players' morphological characteristics, discriminant test and morphological analysis were used. The results of this study were follows. There were no statistical differences in all the morphological characteristics between elite player and non-elite players in length variables except length variables. In conclusion, elite and non-elite players of fencing become most discriminant by length variables.

      • 토끼 수막염 모델을 이용한 다제내성 폐렴구균에 대한 Meropenem의 치료 효과

        목적 : 다제내성 폐렴구균에 의한 수막염은 기존과 단일 항생제로는 근치가 어려워 ceftriaxone과 vancomycin 혹은 rifampin의 병용요법이 권유되고 있다. 다제내성 폐렴구균에 사용할 수 있는 다른 약제 중 meropenem은 시험관내 폐렴구균에 대한 항균력이 좋고 경련 등의 중추신경계 부작용이 거의 없어 다제내성 폐렴구균에 의한 수막염의 치료에 이용할 수 있을 것으로 기대되나 이에 대한 자료가 매우 부족한 상태이다. 이에 연자 등은 meropenem과 meropenem+vancomycin의 병용요법이 다제내성 폐렴구균 수막염의 치료에 효과가 있는지를 토끼 수막염 동물 모델을 이용하여 검증하고자 하였다. 방법 : 인체에서 수막염을 일으킨 다제내성 폐렴구균 균주(penicillin MIC 2, ceftriaxone MIC 4, meropenem MIC 0.5㎍/㎖)를 토끼 척수강 내에 직접 주입하여 수막염을 유발한 후 ceftriaxone, vancomycin, rifampin, meropenem의 단일 항균요법, ceftriaxone+vancomycin, ceftriaxone+rifampin, meropenem+vancomycin의 병용요법 간에 치료 효과의 차이를 비교 하였다. 각 치료군은 6 마리의 토끼를 대상으로 하였다. 각각의 항생제는 5 시간 간격으로 2번 정주하였으며, ceftriaxone은 1회 투여하였다. 균주 주입 후 각 치료군이 토끼에서 치료 후 0, 5, 10, 24 시간에 척수액을 채취하여 균주의 수를 측정하여 24시간째의 살균 여부를 최종 치료 효과로 판정하였다. 결과 : meropenem 단독 요법은 10시간째에 모든 균주를 살균하였으나 24시간 째에 다시 균의 성장이 관찰되었으며, meropenem+vancomycin의 병용요법은 단독 약제보다 우수한 살균효과를 보였으나 상승작용은 없었다. 결론 : meropenem+vancomycin의 병용요법은 기존의 ceftriaxone+vancomycin보다 24시간째에 더 큰 균의 감소 경향을 보여(P=0.054) 임상에서 사용이 가능할 것으로 기대되며 향후 실제 수막염 환자에서의 임상효과를 증명하는 연구가 필요할 것으로 생각된다. Background : Because antimicrobial monotherapy for pneumococcal meningitis caused by penicillin-resistant strains is not satisfactory, ceftriaxone+vancomycin [C+V] or ceftriaxone+rifampin [C+R] regimens are recommended. Meropenern [M] is one of the monotherapy options for penicillin-resistant pneumococcal meningitis due to good in-vitro activity against pneumococci and rare adverse reactions in CNS. But there have been few reports in the efficacy of meropenern against pneumococcal meningitis. We evaluated therapeutic efficacy of the meropenern and meropenem+vancomycin in a rabbit model of meningitis caused by penicillin-resistant S. pneumoniae (PRSP). Methods : Meningitis was induced by intracistemal inoculation of a pneumococcal strain isolated from a patient with meningitis (MIC; penicillin 2, ceftriaxone 4, meropenem 0.5 g/㎖). Bacterial concentrations in the CSF were measured at 0, 5, 10, and 24 h after therapy was started. Therapeutic efficacy was evaluated by the final bacterial concentration in the CSF at 24 h. Results : C+V cleared the CSF at 10 h, but regrowth of bacteria was noted at 24 h. Meropenem monotherapy resulted in sterilization at 10 h but regrowth at 24 h. M+V was superior to M or V monotherapy but did not show synergism. Therapeutic efficacy of M+V was at least equal or superior to that of C+V (P = 0.054). Conclusion : Meropenem+vancomycin regimen could be one of the useful options in the treatment of PRSP meningitis. Clinical trials to evaluate the M or M +V are warranted in the future.

      • Ni-Zn-Fe₂O₄의 조성비에 따른 전파흡수특성에 관한 연구

        This paper describes a study on absorption properties of electromagnetic wave for the composition ratio of Ni-Zn-Fe₂O₄ Ni-Zn-Fe₂O₄was composed of 48∼51mo1% Fe₂O₃,18~22mol% NiO and 27∼34mo1% ZnO. The sintering of the composition was carried out at 1200℃ for 2 hours. Through the experiments, it was found that the resonance phenomenon occured at low frequency range for high permeability and vice versa. In the case .of the composition of 49mo1% Fe₂O₃,20mo1% NiO and 31mo1% ZnO, the bandwidth ranged from 0. 37GHz to 0.95GHz with the absorption thickness of 10mm. Also, In the case of the composition 51mo1% Fe₂O₃, 22mo1% NiO and 27mo1% ZnO. the bandwidth ranged from 0.45GHz to 1.2GHz with the absorbtion thickness of 6mm. Therefore, it is proved that electromagnetic wave absorbers can be fabricated successfully within the bandwidth range mentioned above.

        This study was carried out to understand the brewing and processing methods of rapid-brew alcoholic beverage. In the contents of 45 classical records, there were 68 items about rapid-brew alcoholic beverage and single and double brew alcoholic beverage. Those alcoholic beverage of 68 items above, were made from green grown at that time-rice, glutinous rice, regular rice. Selected 38 items among those brewages, alcoholics from glutinous rice, were distributed into 4 patterns. Four patterns, grounded on rapid-brewing and processing methods, were set one thing to another and analyzed.

      • 포도호랑하늘소의 生態 및 加害特性에 關한 硏究

        포도호랑하늘소의 生態 및 加害特性을 究明코자 1983~1985. 3個年에 걸쳐 全南 山間地이며 울타리式 포도栽培團地인 谷城과 平野地이며 天井式 포도 栽培團地인 羅州에서 遽行하였다. 1. 포도호랑하늘소의 形態的인 特徵을 보면 成蟲은 암컷의 크기가 12.6mm, 숫컷 11.7mm, 용`14.8mm, 卵은 長徑 1.12mm, 短俓 0.44mm 1마리 雄成蟲 産卵數는 15~53個 抱卵數는 29~108個였다. 한편 各態別 期間은 卵基間 7~12日 幼蟲期 268~303日,용期 12~15일, 成蟲 24~41日程度였다. 2. 本蟲은 年 1回 發生하여 成蟲의 發生其間은 山間地인 谷城에서는 7月中間~9月中旬으로 그 最盛期는 8月 中旬頃이었으며, 平野地인 羅州에서는 8月中旬~9月中旬으로 그 最盛期는 9月上旬頃이었다. 3. 被害莖은 3年以上의 가지로서 直徑이 9014mm에서 많았다. 4. 品種에 다른 被害率은 거봉 34.7% Muscat Bailey A29.8% Dela ware 27.3%, Campbell Early 22.9%였다. 5. 越冬態의 蟲齡別 越冬率은 1齡 8.4% 2齡 75.4%, 3齡 12.7% 4齡 3.5%였다. 6. 포도원의 剪定後 剪定地를 放置한 경우에는 45.7% 除去한 경우는 7.6%의 被害率을 보였다. 7. 포도호랑하늘소의 幼蟲과 용에寄生하는 天敵으로서 주머니응애(Pediculoides ventrico년)寄生蟲(Odontobracon bicolar)이 調査되었으며 特히 주머니용애는 寄生率이 높았다. This study was carried out to investigate Bionomics and Damaged aspect on the Grape tiger longicorn Xylotrechus pyrrhoderus at Goksung, mountain area and Naju, field area from 1983 to1985. In size of each stage, female adult was 12.6mm male adult 11.7mm, pupa 14.8mm, egg length 1.22mm, width 0.44mm. Periods of egg was 7 to 12 days, larva 268 to 303 days, pupa 12 to 15 days, adult 24 to 41. days No. of eggs in ovary and laid was 29 to 108 and 15 to 53, respectively but was affected by environmental condition. Grape tiger longicorn have one generation under natural condition. In mountain area, adults emerged from mid-August to mid-September and peak was mid--August.In field area, adults emerged from mid-August to mid-September and peak was early-September. Rate of injury in grape vine stem was great above 3 years branch and damages by Grape varactics were 34.7% in Kyoho, 29.8% in Muscat Bailey A, 27.3% in Dela Ware. 22.9% in campbell Early, respectively. Overwintering larva was great in 2nd instar of 75.4%. Natural enemies of Grape tiger longicorn was investigated in the larva and pupa, Pediculodes ventricosus(Acarina) Odontabracor bicolar(Hymennoptera)

        폴리에틸렌 코팅 가스배관의 광범위탐상을 위한 유도초음파 모드 선정 및 결함 검출

        폴리에틸렌 코팅 가스배관의 결함탐상을 위해 광범위 비파괴탐상기법인 유도초음파를 적용하였다. 가스배관의 내경은 190.7mm, 두께는 5.3mm, 그리고 바깥 표면은 1.9±0.5mm의 폴리에틸렌 층으로 코팅되어 있다. 폴리에틸렌 코팅 배관의 외면에 0.5MHz 탐촉자와 가변각 웨지를 사용하여, 비축대성 유도초음파를 가진 시겼다. 주파수와 위상속도 조정을 통하여 가스배관의 결함 탐상을 위한 적절한 모드를 찾아내고, 모드의 특성을 단시간 퓨리어 변환을 이용하여 분석하였다. 결함탐상 결과를 두께 손실 및 원통형 관통결함에 대한 인위결함에 대해 나타내었다. 그리고 가스배관에 인위적으로 삽입한 두께 손실과 원통형 관통결함에 대한 검출 성능을 평가하였다. Ultrasonic guided waves were explored to apply them to the long range inspection of polyethylene coated steel gas pipes. The steel pipes have such dimensions as 190.7mm inside diameter and 5.3mm thickness. The outside surface of the pipe is coated by a polyethylene layer of 1.9±0.5mm thickness. Non-axisymmetric guided waves were excited on the outside surface of the polyethylene coated pipe by using a 0.5 MHz transducer with a variable angle shoe. Frequency and phase velocity tuning was used to find optimum guided wave modes for the inspection. The dispersive characteristics of the modes were analyzed in time-frequency representation obtained by short time Fourier transforms. Sample results were presented for artificial defects such as wall thinning and hole.
