김남천의 『사랑의 水族館』에 나타난 '현대'의 성격과 '현대청년'

Aquarium of Love written by Nam-cheon Kim is a novel that was published serially from 1939 to 1940 in Chosun Ilbo. It features the characteristics of modern times that isolates the main character. The author also delineated them in his previous work. While Gwang-joon Kim, brother of Gwang-ho Kim, who ended up in dying of acute tuberculosis after abandoning his old-style wife and cohabiting together with a barmaid was .1 prototype of previous generation that implied the background of the times when the ideology of the past socialists collapsed, Gwang-ho Kim, the main character of this work, represents "the characteristics of modern times". Nam-cheon Kim already showed his interest in the way of the world and public morals through the theories of complaint literature and view literature. Accordingly, his delineation of the characters including Gwang-ho Kim and Gyeong'-hee Lee is just a complaint about and view of the then social reality, and the features of their living were the epitome of the social reality of the times. In this work, Nam-cheon Kim explores the love, belief, the way of the world, and public morals of young people who represent "the characteristics of the times" and are represented by Gwang-ho Kim and Gyeong-hee Lee. Outwardly, however, the story progresses with a focus on the plot of conflicts and reconciliation that arise in the course of love and marriage of Gwan-ho Kim and Gyeong-hee Lee. Furthermore, since the real time from 1939 to 1940 and the internal time of the story coincide, the work fully reproduces the sense of reality of the times. The reason why Nam-cheon Kim positively delineates the new senses of "modernized young people" is that vogue is closely associated with productive relationship and it is a means to sensitively view the public morals of 'modern times'.

유아교육기관의 운영관리 및 유아기 프로그램 평가

This purposes of this study were to assess the state of current administration and program contents in early childhood institutes. Using APECP(Assessnt Profile for Early Childhood Programs), assesment data were gathered from 27 apprentices in child care centers and 6 apprentices in Kindergarten in Cheongju. Descriptive statistics and Mann-Whitney test were used to analyze data. The result were as follows : (1) The distribution of percentile rate in administration was from 55% to 78%, and the area of Program Development scored the lowest. The assessments for Kindergarten were higher than those of child care center in the areas of Physical Facility, Food Service, and Program Management. (2) As for the program contents, percentile rate was from 62% to 80%, and generally the assessments for Kindergarten were higher than those of child care center. It appears that the certification and assessment system for ealry childhood institutions should be supervised more strongly in order to improve the qulaity of those institutions.

들잔디 성숙종자로부터 캘러스배양 및 식물체 재분화에 미치는 몇 가지 요인의 영향

In an effort to optimize tissue culture responses of zoysiagrass (Zoysia japonica Steud.) for genetic transformation, factors affecting callus induction and plant regeneration were investigated. MS medium containing 3 ㎎/L 2,4-D was optimal for embryogenic callus induction from mature seed. The plant regeneration frequency of 73.3% was observed when embryogenic calli induced in this medium were transferred to N6 medium supplemented with 0.1 ㎎/L 2,4-D and 5 ㎎/L BA. Among several basic media, MS and N6 medium were optimal for callus induction and plant regeneration, respectively. Regenerated plants were grown normally when shoots transplanted to the soil. A rapid and efficient plant regeneration system established in this study will be useful for molecular breeding of turfgrass through genetic transformation.

브로콜리에 있어서 突然變異劑 處理前과 處理後의 꽃봉오리 및 小花梗 培養

브로콜리의 꽃봉오리와 小花梗 培養法을 확립하였다. MS의 基本培地에 BA와 β-NAA를 각각 1㎎/l, 그리고 sucrose가 3% 첨가된 固體培地에 이들 조직을 치상하면 약 30일 후에 80%이상의 조직에서 그리고 組織當 평균 적어도 5개 이상의 순을 얻을 수 있다. 이 순은 植物生長調整劑가 첨가되지 않은 MS 基本培地에 sucrose가 2% 첨가된 固體培地로 옮겨주면 뿌리가 分化하여 완전한 식물체로 발달하였다. 한편 이들 조직을 突然變異劑 EMS(ethyle methane sulphonate)의 10mM또는 20M 용액에 각지 60분 또는 30분간 침지 처리한 후 배양함으로서 꽃봉오리에서는 무처리에 비해 약 50%의 순을 얻을 수 있다. 그리고 NMU(n-methyle-n-nitroso-urea)의 0.2mM용액에 20분정도 침지처리한 후 배양하면 꽃봉오리에서는 置床組織數의 약 60%에서, 그리고 小花梗에서는 약 30%에서 식물체를 얻을 수 있었다. In general, more than 80% of flower bud and pedicels of broccoli produced shoots when they were cultured on the solid medium of Murashinge and Skoog(MS) supplemented with 3% of sucrose and 1㎎/l of each of benzyl adenine(BA) and 2-naphthalene acetic acid(NAA). Shoots subcultured on the MS basic medium containing only 2% of sucrose developed enough roots to transplant for acclimatization. On the other hand, doses of chemical mutagenes, ethyl methane sulphonate(EMS) and n-methyl n-nitroso urea(MNU), were investigated for treatment to the flower bud and the pedicel. Flower buds treated with EMS either 10mM for 60 minutes or 20mM for 30 minutes produced shoots about 50% in the number compared to the non-treated one. In the case of MNU treatment, about 60% and 20% of the cultured buds and pedicels, respectively, produced shoots in the dose of 0.2mM for 20 minutes.

신체분절에 관한 생체역학 기초자료 측정방법에 관한 비교분석

The purpose of this study was to find the most valid method of finding segmental parameters of korean young athletes. The center of gravity of total body/height ratios of 19 young college athletes(9 Taekwondo players and 10 Judo players) were found by three different methods(method by using scale, method by clauser et al., and method by Zatsiorsky and Seluyanov). The center of gravity total body/height ratios measured by using scale and by Zatsiorsky and Seluyanov method(X=45.07, X=45.36%, respectively) were found significantly(p<.01) higher than the ratio by Clauser et al. method(X=41.21%). No correlation was found between methods in the ratios. The method suggested by Zatsiorsky and Seluyanov was found the most valid method to find segmental parameters of Korean young athletes. Further studies were recommended on the validity of this method and on the physique characteristics of Korean athletes in different events by a valid and reliable method of finding segmental parameters.

GML 기반 통합 맵서버 설계 및 구현

본 연구에서는 통합된 하나의 맵을 작성하기 위하여 통합 맵서버를 설계하고 구현한다. 제안된 통합 맵서버는 다음과 같은 두 가지 특징을 가진다. 첫째, 웹 환경에서 사용자의 요구를 반영하기 위하여 메타데이터를 개별화한다. 맵서버는 클라이언트에 필요한 정보를 메타데이터에 설정하기 때문에 메타데이터를 개별화하면 사용자는 자신이 원하는 형태의 통합 데이터를 얻을 수 있게 된다. 둘째, 융합 서비스 개념을 도입하여 공간 데이터 뿐만 아니라 공간 데이터와 비공간 데이터와의 통합도 지원한다. 융합 서비스는 링킹의 개념을 사용하여 실체화한다. 본 연구에서 제안한 통합 맵서버는 사용자의 요구에 따른 높은 수준의 맵 통합 결과를 제공함으로써 웹 매핑 환경에서 융합의 질을 높일 수 있으며, 사용자 응답 시간도 줄일 수 있다는 것을 실험을 통하여 증명하였다. This paper designs and implements an integrated map server to produce an integrated map. Two requirements for the proposed map server are as follows. Fist, the system should support a customization of metadata to meet user's requirements. The map server designed here will predefine information such as representations, regions required for client-side processing in the metadata. This will allow users easily acquire and integrated map in the required form of clients. Second, the system should be able to support not only the integration of spatial data but also their non-spatial data. Fusion service is realized by using the concept of linking. The integrated map server suggested in the paper can improve the quality of the fusion service by integrating the results of the map servers according to user's requests. Our experiments shows that the integrated map server reduces the response time in web mapping environments.

괴물성으로 중첩되는 근대적인 더블'들' : 브램 스토커의 『드라큘라』

This thesis aims to find out the possibility of "doubles", as opposed to a double in Bram Stoker's Dracula, by examining the relationships between Dracula and other characters. Though there have been many research studies focusing on a double as one of the traditional themes in the English Literature studies, the existing achievements differ from the various and multiple doubles. By studying "the self" and "the other", which has been the main topic of many critics, this thesis offers a new perspective; doubles being piled up one on another based on monstrosity. The doubles motif could be found in Dracula, since Dracula as a lifeless thing with an over all monstrosity is sharing his monstrosity with other many characters in the work. He maneuvers his own huge and creative power into others drop by drop, and they have something in common in regards to the monstrous aspect. Dracula resembles others. The continuous appearance of doubles with Dracula reminds those who living in the present that the possibility of a text such as Dracula can erase or demolish the binary pairs and the boundaries in the world. While the world has been under the control of philosophy of the enlightenment since the nineteenth century, the power that enables us to demolish the sameness, the single perspective has existed at the same time. As Dracula has been described using the concept of the "otherness" continuously beyond the nineteenth century, it has successfully acquired strong contemporary significance in English literature. However, Count Dracula is whispering to us that we should reveal our monstrosity and keep on living as his doubles instead of being content with enlightening rationalism. Form this perspective, Dracula comes to reach a new potential as a countercurrent possibility unrelated to an era. Therefore, this study rescues Dracula from its unkind treatment as a popular novel.
