      • Application of heterogeneous RNA probes labeled immuno-fluorescent agent DIG for the screening a noble gene in cucumber

        We tried to isolating a noble gene from cucumber library with heterogeneouse RNA probe labeled DIG of Arabidopsis PIN3 gene. Two kinds of RNA probes which had no significant homology each others, were designed from the 5 - and 3 - prime nucleotides of the AtPIN3 gene. In the first and second screenings of the cDNA library of cucumber with the probes, two positive clones were identified with specific duplicate signals. However, we isolated cDNA fragments homologous with putative nucleases from Nicotiana, Arabidopsis, Cordialis, and Oryza sativa, there was no significant homology with any other PIN family genes.

        cone beam형 전산화 단층촬영장치를 이용한 절치관의 연구

        Purpose : To investigate the anatomical structure of the incisive canal radiographically by a cone beam computed tomography. Materials and Methods : 38 persons (male 26, female 12) were chosen to take images of maxillary anterior region in dental CT mode using a cone beam computed tomography. The tube voltage were 65, 67, and 70 kVp, the tube current was 7 mA, and the exposure time was 13.3 seconds. The FH plane of each person was parallel to the floor. The images were analysed on the CRT display. Results : The mean length of incisive canal was 15.87mm±2.92. The mean diameter at the side of palate and nasal fossa were 3.49 mm±0.76 and 3.89 mm±1.06, respectively. In the cross-sectional shape of incisive canal, 50% were round, 34.2% were ovoid, and 15.8% were lobulated. 87% of incisive canal at the side of nasal fossa have one canal, 10.4% have two canals, and 2.6% have three canals, but these canals were merged into one canal in the middle portion of palate. The mean angles of the long axis of incisive canal and central incisor to the FH plane were 110.3˚±6.96 and 117.45˚±7.41, respectively. The angles of the long axis of incisive canal and central incisor to the FH plane were least correlated (r = 0.258). Conclusion : This experiment suggests that a cone beam computed radiography will be helpful in surgery or implantation on the maxillary incisive area.

      • MOSFET를 이용한 2차 대역통과 SCF의 실현에 대한 연구

        Recently, the demand of Band-pass SCFilter has been increased as the circuits of currents Communication systems. But as the most of SCF has been built in complex circuit with many elements, there are necessity to develop effective integrating methods and electric characteristics. In this paper, the effective circuits of SCF realized by MOSFET were studied analytically and its characteristics were considered experimentally. The results were as follows. 1. The gain and selectivity could be controlled easily, because optional value setting of current transmission rate is possible by adoption of MOSFEF current conveyor. 2. The expansion of transmission characteristics by using MOSFET integrator could be possible to get largely. 3. The electrostatic capacity could be reduced fully. 4. The experimental frequency responses of designed SCF were almost similar to that of theoretical value.

      • 전류제어형 PWM 컨버터를 이용한 On-Line 무정전 전원장치에 관한 연구

        Recently, according to the increasing critical loads such as commutation system, life support system in hospital, Computer, the supplying of stable power becomes more and more important. However line fault such as power failure, the variation of voltage or frequency frequently occurs since Utility supplies power to many kinds of loads through the same transmission line. Therefore it is indespensable to stabilize power source like UPS(Uninterruptible Power Supply). UPS system is divided into of-line type and on-line system is studied which can improve various drawbacks of off-line system. And the application of PWM converter to on-line UPS system is proposed and the PWM converter of input characteristics is investigated. As current control method, triangular method is adopted and PI controller is used for DC voltage regulation. And RMS control method is used for PWM inverter. This system is verified by digital simulation using ACSL package.

      • 5차 SC 저역통과 필터의 구성

        The most SCF has been built complex circuits having many resistors, capacitor and switches. There are problems to reduce the cost and the number of elements, also to make the integrated circuits easily. In this paper, a design method of 5th order SC low pass filter are presented by change of a built 5th LC low Pass Filter with reduced number of operational amplifiers. And, SC LPF were studied analystically and its characteristics were considered experimentally. Also, it shows that frequency characteristics of designed SCF by experiment were almost similar to that of theroretical values.

      • 저감도 6차 대역통과 SCF의 실현

        Recently, the demand of Band Pass SC Filter has been increased as the circuits of currents communication system. But as the most SCF has been built in the complex circuits having many resistors, capacitor and switches. There are problems to reduce the cost and the number of elements, also to realize low-sensitivity. In this paper, in order to design simple and economic 6th order Band Pass SC Filter using the SC integrators of operational amplifiers, all the inductances in the 6the LC Band Pass Filter network were replaced by switched-capacitor. And, SC BPF were studied analystically and its characteristics were considered. Also, their results show that the sensitivity and frequency characteristics of designed SC BPF were almost similar to that of the theoretical and experimental values.

      • Current Conveyor를 이용한 2차 대역통과 SCF의 실현

        The most SCF has been built complex circuits having many resistors, capacitors and switches. There are problems to reduce the cost and the number of elements, also to make the integrated circuits easily. In this paper, a design method of 2nd Band Pass SC Filter using only one C.C. built by MOSFET and four capacitors are presented. The characteristics of circuits could be possible to connect circuits without subordinative buffer according to input high impedance of the circuit. And integrated circuit could be made simply and easily because Q of the circuit is decided by ratio of circuit elements. Also, it shows that frequency characteristics of designed SCF by experiment were almost similar to the of theoretical values.

      • 專門大學 電子通信 技術人力을 위한 産學協同敎育方案 硏究

        In modern industry, the reorganizations of organization and job classification of telecommunication are required for the Advanced Information Society (AIS) which is being accomplished by the entrance of new media, Information Service Noetwork plan for Korean government offices (ISN) and Integrated Services Digital Network (ISDN). Accordingly, the demand of competent technician would be increased for performance of the related job. In this paper, educational system of College-Industry-Korea Vocational Training and Management Agency Cooperation for the telecommunication department was studied for the effective education of the specified technician to be engaged in the specified job. The results were as follows. 1. By the establishment of College-Industry-Korean Voctional Training and Management Agency and their linking operation, the gap in their technical level could be narrowed. In addition, the effective improvement for the field practice, the official approval system, the normalization of the special education and the settlement of its related cooperation business with administrative agencies could be advanced promptly. 2. The industry should take the advancement of its technical level by establishing of employ job for the professional course technician of junior college graduates and by hiring of the 2nd class licensed technician for the related job. 3. Telecommunication department should carried out not only the efficient operation of curriculum (Table 13.) and development of teaching materials fur special technical education according to each course , but also the substantiality of field practice. 4. Korea Vocational Training and Management Agency is desired to develope the problems of examination approached to practical technique level of industry and to improve the applicant qualification, examination date and method of practical examination for normalization of technical education in junior college telecommunication department.

        We have studied on the curriculum to develop the communication department of the inter-related fisheries and marine junior college groups and abridged them as follows. (1) A vessel communication has the special characteristics compared with general communication field and also it has an aim to protect the lives and the property from dangerous navigation. For these reasons we must educate many competent graduates who are versed in business and accustom themselves to necessary knowledge of communication and can be adapted them selves to the advanced communication method, techniques and international information on the communication. (2) Training goal and way of thinking of students were rearranged and the occupational cluster in the electronic-communication field was fractionated to develop the curriculum. Especially regarding operator's duty served the above purpose as a occupational cluster, we analyzed their job in accordance with it. (3) International convention on standards of training certification and watchkeeping for seafarers, 1978 was reflected, also international telecommunication convention was referred so that it might be satisfied with the condition to be observed. (4) Developing the curriculum, we responed and analyzed the questions from scientific world, industrial organizations and graduates and provide their advice and suggestions form consultive committee and reflected them to develop the curriculum
