      • 병재배 폐톱밥을 이용한 양송이 복토재료 개발에 관한 연구

        애느타리 병재배후 탈병한 톱밥을 3월 중순 퇴적하여 부숙시킨 결과 퇴적기간에 따른 폐톱밥의 부숙정도는 퇴적 30일이후에 가장 컸으며 부숙 소요일수는 최소 48일이었다. 퇴적 기간에 따른 폐톱밥의 pH 및 총 질소 함량은 부숙이 진전됨에 따라 증가하는 경향이었고 총 탄소 및 C/N율은 시간이 경과함에 따라 감소하는 경향이었다. 식양토에 부숙이 완료된 톱밥을 부피 비율로 10, 30, 50%씩 첨가하여 복토 재료로 사용한 결과 30% 첨가시 식양토 단용 처리보다 A. bisporus 균사 생장이 촉진되고 초발이 소요일수가 5일 빠르며, 수량에 있어서도 28% 증수되었다. After bottle culture of Pleurotus ostreatus, sawdust was taken out from the bottle and accumulated in the middle of March, and then composted. As the result, Y value was decreased rapidly 30 days after composting, and it was decreased slowly after 30 days. It is considered that 118 days is required for composting, however, it is possible to use for casing material after at least 48 days composting. The pH and total nitrogen content of sawdust based on composting period had tendency to increase as composting was processed. Total carbon and C/N rate had tendency to decrease as time went on. Based on the rate of 10, 30 and 50%, each sawdust was added to clay loam used as casing material for culturing A. bisporrus. Among various treatments, the mycelial growth of A. bisporus was more favorable in the treatment of 30% sawdust than in the single treatment of clay loam. Based on the date necessary for primodium formation of A. bisporus, the primodium formation in the treatment of 30% sawdust was reduced to about 5 days as compared with that of any other treatments When 30% sawdust was added to clay loam used as casing material for culturing A. bisporus, the yield of its fruiting body was increased to 28%.

        This study is an inspection of press forming product and mould using reverse engineering system. The inspection process on production field involves a lot of errors because of the hand-work so we focussed on improving the measured precision through performing the effective inspection using 3D non-contact scanner. By so doing that. we improved the precision of press forming product by analyzing the cause following the inspection result. Through the inspection, we applied it to the reverse engineering and we could improve the inspection process.

      • 염분이 함유된 폐수의 생물학적 처리시 염분농도가 오염물질의 제거에 미치는 영향

        Effects of salt concentration and C/N ratio on pollutants removal efficiencies were investigated in treatment of seafood wastewater by sequence batch reactor(SBR). The synthetic seafood wastewater containing salinity from 3,000 to 10,000 mg/L NaCI and C/N ratio of 2 and 4 was treated by SBR. Removal efficiencies of COD_(Mn), T-N, and T-P decreased with increasing salt concentration, but eventually reached a pollutants removal a platrau. As systems adapted in salts until salts concentration of 8,000mg/L, the time required to reach the pollutants removal efficiencies at steady state was reduced. However, the removal efficiencies of pollutants sharply decreased and the time require to reach steady state was increased as salt concentration rose to 10,000mg/L, Removal efficiencies of COD_(Mn) were higher for C/N ratio of 4 than for 2. Effects of salt on the nitrogen removal were not faster than the organic removal but the time required to the nitrogen removal at steady state was ncreased. The removal efficiencies of phosphorus also were redueed as salt concentration increased, which inhibited the release of phosphorus than the uptake.

        역전파 신경회로망을 이용한 가공조건에 따른 STD-11 절단면의 신뢰성 평가

        The purpose of this study was to present the method to choose the optimum machining condition for the wire EDM. This was completed by examining the ever-changing quality of the material and by improving the function of the wire electric discharge machine. Precision metal mold products and the unmanned wire electric discharge machining system were used and then applied in industrial fields. This experiment uses the wire electric discharge machine with brass wire electrode of 0.25mm. To measure the precision of the machining surface, average values are obtained from 3 samples of measures of center-line average roughness by using a third dimension gauge and a stylus surface roughness gauge.

      • 교차로 교통신호등 고장 감시장치에 대한 연구

        In this paper, we implemented the failure detecting and monitoring system for traffic signal lamp and ballasts. The hall CTs of the local detecting system measure the current flowing into lamps via ballasts and ascertain whether the lamps or ballasts are out of order or not. These test data are transmitted to the main monitoring system using wireless telecommunication. So, we can see the status of the traffic signal lamps or ballasts promptly. There are many methods for detecting disorders of power sourdes, ballasts, and lamps. We can apply some methods such as current converting method, voltage drop methods, and glow charge inspection methods for it. In this study, the current converting method was implemented. For the automatic detection of disorders of lamps, the current is detected using CT sensors after turning on lights. If the current is detected, the digital signal "1" is assigned/ If the current is not detected, the digital signal "0" is assigned. These digital data is than transferred to the main control system in local control box via RS 485.

        We have studied on the curriculum to develop the communication department of the inter-related fisheries and marine junior college groups and abridged them as follows. (1) A vessel communication has the special characteristics compared with general communication field and also it has an aim to protect the lives and the property from dangerous navigation. For these reasons we must educate many competent graduates who are versed in business and accustom themselves to necessary knowledge of communication and can be adapted them selves to the advanced communication method, techniques and international information on the communication. (2) Training goal and way of thinking of students were rearranged and the occupational cluster in the electronic-communication field was fractionated to develop the curriculum. Especially regarding operator's duty served the above purpose as a occupational cluster, we analyzed their job in accordance with it. (3) International convention on standards of training certification and watchkeeping for seafarers, 1978 was reflected, also international telecommunication convention was referred so that it might be satisfied with the condition to be observed. (4) Developing the curriculum, we responed and analyzed the questions from scientific world, industrial organizations and graduates and provide their advice and suggestions form consultive committee and reflected them to develop the curriculum

      • 비선형 되먹임 선형화 기법에 의한 유도전동기의 비간섭 제어

        본 논문은 최근에 개발된 비선형 되먹임 선형화 기법을 유도전동기에 적용하여 고성능 및 고효율을 얻을 수 있음을 보여준다. 여기서 제안한 제어기는 d-q 동기회전좌표계와 x-y 고정자 고정 좌표계 사이의 변수변환이 필요치 않을 뿐만아니라 전동기 매개변수 에 강인한 특성을 갖고 있다. 또한 연산이 가능하고 실현이 쉬워 제어시스템의 샘플링 주기도 짧아지는 장점이 있다. 본 제어기의 성능을 수학적으로 보여주기위해 성능분석을 제시한다.
