The alkali & acid soluble protein fractions and Polysaccharide fractions from the adult Clonorchis sinensis of rabbit and man were employing the identical method, and further study was carried out in the skin and precipitin reaction in order to determine the best antigen among the fraction. The results observed are summarized as follow: Ⅰ.Skin reaction 1)There is no significant difference in positive rate and reactivity between man and experimental rabbit's alkali soluble protein fraction and acid soluble protein fraction. 2)In the polysaccharide fraction, the positive rate of antigen fractionated from man's Clonorchis sinensis is higher than antigen from rabbit. 3)The positive rate of antigen fractionated from man's Clonorchis sinensis is 47.5%(38 cases among 80), whereas from antigen of rabbit, it is 6.1%(5 cases among 82) in the polysaccharide fraction remained acid media. Ⅱ.Precipitin reaction 1)No apparent differences are observed in the titres of precipitin reactons fractionated from the alkali soluble protein & polysaccharide fraction, and also from the acid soluble protein and polysaccharide fraction of man and rabbit Clonorchis sinensis. 2)The titre of precipitin reaction is higher in the polysaccharide fraction in the case of serum of human patient, while it is higher in the protein fraction in the cases of rabbit serum.

CTLA-4, a T cell activation antigen and a homologue of CD28, was originally identified as a gene by a series of reverse genetic approaches. While CD28 molecule has been characterized well as a stimulator of T-cell function via enhanced lymphokines production and stablilization of those mRNA, most of the functions of CTLA-4 remain unknown. It has been widely accepted that CTLA-4 functions as an immune suppressor which is down-regualting the function of CD28. We previously showed that 34 KD form of this antigen mainly expressed CD8+ subset, a cytotoxic or suppressor, of activated peripheral blood lymphocyte. Based on our previous finding this study was conducted to further characterize immunological function of CTLA-4 especially in terms of involvement of this molecule in T-cell effector function mediating target cell cytotoxicity. 4 human T cell clones with different target cytotoxicities were employed in this study. NBL46 (CD4+) and NBL77 (CD8+) were cytotoxic and NBL32 (CD4+) and NBL58 (CD 8+) were non-cytotoxic to target LBF cell in target cell chromium release assay. And in Western blot assay 34 kD antigen was detected in NBL46 (CD4+) and NBL77 (CD8+) clones but not in NBL32 (CD4+) and NBL58 (CD8+) clones. It was summarized that expression of the CTLA-4 antigen was associated with cytotoxicity but not with subset phenotypes of T cells. In conclusion CD8+ T subset of PHA-stimulated PBL was major and only CTLA-4 producer and this molecule was induced during mid to late stage of T cell activation. The cytotoxicity of T cell clones to its target cell was directly correlated with its CTLA-4 production and vice versa. And it was highly suggested that primary function of CTLA-4 may involved in T cell effector function which mediates target cell killing.

This study is to choose the most proper model for AGV Throughout simulation of behavior of suspension to reduce trial and error because there is no AGV treating heavy weight at harbor loading and unloading at home. Therefore, we estimate the vibration modes of the various suspensions applied to AGV, which is over 75 ton included the weight of two containers using the Matlab in the case of G and 5G, one of the simulation programs.

This study was on investigation of cuttings after 24 hrs. treatment of IBA 20ppm solution of 10 stage pH level, in order to promote rooting of cuttings of Thuja occidentalis L. The results are summarized as follows; 1. Different pH values of auxin solution for rooting promotion of cuttings were significantly influential in rooting. 2. In the cutting collected from 8-years old Thuja occidentalis L., very good results were obtained from the pH 6.0-6.5 level of 20 ppm IBA solution, good results from the pH 5.5 and pH 7 level, and poor results from the pH level near strong acid. 3. In the development of rooting system, average rooting numbers, rooted lengths and rooted weights were developed in proportion to the rooting ratio. 4. Rooting portions were observed with the naked eye to develop in formed callus and epidermis tissue, in epidermis tissue above formed callus, and in epidermis tissue above portion without formed callus. Color of callus portion was reddish-brown.
스포츠 몰입상태 척도(FSS)에 대한 통계적 타당성 검증 : The Korean Flow State Scale

본 연구의 목적은 한국설정에 맞는 스포츠 몰입상태 측정을 위한 도구의 타당도와 신뢰도를 검증하는데 있다. 연구대상자는 대학·고교 운동선수, 체육전공학생과 동호회 가입 학생들이었으며, 측정도구는 Jackson & Marsh(1996)가 개발한 몰입상태척도(Flow State Scal; FSS)를 사용하였다. FSS 설문지는 9개의 하위요인을 구성되었으며, 각 요인별 4문항씩 총 36문항으로 구성되었다. 이 FSS를 1, 2차에 걸쳐 조사를 실시하여 한국어판 FSS가 개발되었다. 한국어판 FSS의 신뢰도(Cronbach'α) 계수는 7개 하위요인에서 .61∼.81로 높게 나타났으며, 한국어판 FSS는 7개 요인구조를 보였으며, 설명변량으로 66.4%로 나타났다. 또한 확증적 요인분석을 통해 한국어판 FSS질문지로 측정한 몰입상태 측정모델이 적합함을 살펴보았다. 한국어판 FSS의 기초 적합도 지수(GFI)는 .89로서 일반적으로 수용되는 .90에 거의 근접한 것으로 측정모델에 적합한 것으로 나타났다. 조정 적합도 지수(AGFI)의 경우 .84로 적합한 것으로 나타났다. FSS는 이러한 타당성과 신뢰성 검증과정을 거쳐 한국어판 몰입상태 설문지로 완성되었다. The purpose of this study was the validity of Flow State Scale(FSS) when used with Korean athletes. The FSS was developed by Jackson and Marsh(1996) and translated into Korean by 3 Ph. D sport psychologist, 1 doctoral course student, and 1 master course student. In order to reflect culture difference, this study was focused on process of translation. Namely 3 time - translation course have enforced(first translation, reverse translation, commitment translation). After 2 times study, final translation version was used this study. Statistical procedures included descriptive statistic, factor analysis, internal consistency. Cronbach's Alpha was calculated to test the reliability of items and their internal consistency. Exploratory Factor Analysis(EFA) was conducted to test the structure of each factors with principal analysis and varimax rotation. Confirmatory Factor Analysis(CFA) was conducted to test the factor validity of this inventory with CALIS. Exploratory Factor Analysis(EFA) extracted a seven-factor solution and internal consistency estimates for the seven FSS scales were reasonable(alpha= 81). Confirmatory Factor Analysis(CFA) supported the seven scale. Suggestions for use of the scale and for further research are discussed.

A study was conducted to develope a system for safety appraisal and repair works on agricultural structures. Location, size, type, maintenance record, structural and functional problems of agricultural structures in Yedang irrigation district were surveyed. A grahpic user interface program assisting onsite field investigation of typical agricultural structural problems such as fractures and cracks of members was developed. Typical rehabilitation methods were investigated and coded for database development.

Due to the radical change of society and the technological innovation, it is inevitable to rearrange the educational objective of the Department of Architectural Engineering Education and to reorganize the curriculum responding to the objective. In this study, all the current curricula of architectural institutions have been analized to identify problems, and the educational objective of the department of architectural engineering education have been established based on the objective of the College of Industrial Education. As the result of the above studies, the model curriculum for the major subjects have been developed in order to have following characteristics. 1. The required subjects were limited to the basic fields in order to cover the education in the technical high school. 2. The elective subjects were organized into three fields, namely, architecture, structural engineering, and building materials and construction to meet the diversified demands to a possible maximum extent.
