청계천 복원 후 3년간 식물상 변화

This study was surveyed to identify changes of flora during three years after restoration in Cheonggyecheon stream. There are four sections in Cheonggyecheon. One and two sections are upper streams and three and four sections are down streams. It was surveyed 328 species in 2006. In 2007 and 2008, 446 and 444 species were found, respectively. This result shows that Cheonggyecheon is unstable initial condition in restored stream ecosystem. Naturalized species were 58 species in 2006 and it was respectively 61 and 63 species in 2007 and 2008. Hazard species of ecosystem were three common species during survey period. In appearance of flora per section, three and four sections constituted by natural sites such as point bars, wide flood plains, riffles and ponds, marshes, etc. were surveyed more species than one and two constructed by concrete materials and narrow flow channel. Recently, as time goes by, introduced species are being increased. And succession has mainly been progressed by one year or binary herbs and perennial herbs. It is judged owing to length of surveyed site, various planted species and area of inhabitation space. To manage restored stream ecosystem, monitoring is essential. Further, because change of vegetation after restoration in Cheonggyecheon is very important, continuous monitoring about Flora and Naturalized species and Hazard species of ecosystem is also very important.

Feediig effects of Cordyceps militaris extract powder in rats were as follows. Triglyceride content was appeared a superior decreasing effect, total cholesterol and phospholipid content were showed relatively low decreasing effect. At this time, 3%(w/w) level of Cordyceps militaris extract powder contents was most effective to decrease these lipids content . As increasing the treating amount of Cordyceps militaris extract powder, the level of plasma glucose was decreased. But these decreasing ratio was not proportioned to the increased treating amount directly. The change of insulin level on plasma, pancreas and femur was proportioned to the plasma glucose concentration also. The Treating amount of Cordyceps militaris extract powder was very close to the decreased ratio of insulin level.

It is the most important for our enterprises to establish and operate the more desirable personnel evaluations among the personnel strategies to secure, develop and apply the personnel resources, which should be adequate to the competative strategy of management so that they can survive the severe competition of the domestic and foreign business environment because of the drastic innovation. Of course, though there are not many ways of personnel evaluation to which we can apply, it doesn't matter if we can negotiate, combine and apply the more adequate evaluations after we have compared with the ways of other enterprises according to the need of each system. Above all, the application of the personnel evaluation should be based on an ethical and reasonable ground. That's why personnel evaluations have an considerable effect on the wage administrations, capacity of duty performance, and enhancement of employee's morale. We should not only be broken from the past methods that were only used as an simple way of reward and punishment in operating the system of personnel evaluation, but also find the latent abilities of employees and develop them to evaluate their promise. We should apply to the system of personnel evaluation which men of ability can be evaluated impartially and they can develop by their own competence

육상경기 코치의 리더쉽연구

The purpose of this study is an attempt to recognize the leadership style of athletics coaches and to provide effective coaching in the field. Leadership profiles of athletics coaches were analyzed to define the role of the competing value leadership that the leader in a athletics team exerts, and to know how the 6 roles of leadership influenced differently on athletics coaches according to characteristics of athletes. The subjects of this study are 23 male and 16 female athletes who are representative of national young age group. The differences of 6 roles of leadership profile were analyzed according to sex and event distinction. To provide a Z score for athletics coaches, each score of 6 roles of leadership profile were compared to other mean score of 34 individual events. The following conclusions were obtained from the results attained in these analyses : 1) The role of the analytic manager differs from sex distinction in leadership profile factors. 2) The role of the calculating executioner and innovative researcher differ between sprinters and long distance runners. 3) The role of the mentor differs between sprinters and throwers. 4) Male athletes and sprinters estimate coaches' leadership of their own as the role of the authoritative director. 5) The competing value of coaches leadership profile shows dynamics and productivity to long distance runners, throwers, and female athletes.

A study has been made prior to the emphatic research to see how the curriculum of the Library Science Departments, in general, has developed to date. In the principles of the composition of the curriculum of library science, research has been conducted to determine what decisions will be the most appropriate for the changing trend of the society, regarding the matters of general specialization versus subject specialization education, the definition, change and operation of the core subject, the expansion of the elective specialized subjects and the composition of the curriculum by types of the library, and the curriculum composition in terms of subject specilization. The curriculum should consist of a unified series of courses and other educational experiences, designed to meet specific program objectives. Principles and concepts should be emphasized, over routines and techniques. All students should study certain fundamental "core" subjects, as well as more specialized electives. General education (studies outside of librarianship) should be a major component of the total education of the librarian. Fundamental core subjects should be treated as introductory courses covering deep studies that can provide the most inclusive information related to the library science field. They should be offered as pre-requisites required of all the students entering the Department of Library Science. Specialized subjects and interdisciplinary courses comprising subject concentration should be offered as electives at the advanced level

Six-coordinate molybdenum(V) complexes [MoOCl(L)(MeOH)], where L = the tridentate schiff base dianions derived from the condensation reaction beween various salicylaldehydes and 2-aminophenol have been synthesized. The structures of the complexes have been determined by elemental analysis, conductivity, U.V.-visible, I.R., and ^1H n.m.r.. The coordination around the molybdenum is distorted octahedral. A tridentate ligand containing the ONO donor atoms occupies meridional positions with the N atom trans to the terminal oxo group. The electrochemical behaviors for the complexes have been also investigated by cyclic voltammetry in dimethylsulfoxide.

장애유아 통합교육의 효과에 관한 고찰 : 사례분석을 중심으로

지난 30여년간 특수교육을 요구하는 아동교육이 발전되고 있으나 장애유아에 대한 취학전 교육은 아직도 충분한 보장을 하지 못하고 있다. 20년 전 까지 만해도 어린 장애유아의 부모들은 자녀가 조기에 치료와 교육을 받으면 많은 효과를 얻을 수 있다는 사시를 모르고 있었다. 불행하게, 특수교육교사, 의사, 발달심리학자, 아동복지사들 조차도 치료 교육에 대한 인식이 낮았다. 부모들이 장애유아의 상담을 요청하면 장차 예후가 있는지 없는지 잘 모르고, 유아가 장애로 확인되면 곧 복지 시설에 수용할 것을 권고했다. 전무가들이 장애 유아를 집에서 잘 먹이고 보호하는 것이 자녀를 위하여 최상의 대책이라고 생각하였다. 대부분의 부모들은 전문가들의 권유를 전적으로 받아드렸다. 그러나 1980년대에 전문가들은 장애아동을 시설에 수용하여 치료나 교육하는 것을 우려하기 시작했다. 장애아동 시설이 불리한 환경이기 때문이다. 국가의 경제 규모가 늘어나고 가정의 교육 향상으로 장애유아를 가정에서 보호하기 시작하고, 그들에게 교육은 특수학교보다는 일반 학교에서 교육하기를 원했다. 장애아동이 잘 계획된 일반학교에서 공부하면 이익을 얻을 수 있다는 이해가 증가했기 때문이다.
