        ${In_{0.5}}({Ga_{1-x}}{Al_x})_{0.5}P$/GaAs 이중 이종접합 구조에 대한 표면 광전압 특성

        Surface photovoltage spectroscopy was used to study $In_{0.5}(Ga_{1-x}Al_x)_{0.5}P/GaAs$ grown by metalorganic chemical vapor deposition(MOCVD). Energy gap related transition in GaAs and $In_{0.5}(Ga_{1-x}Al_x)_{0.5}P$ were observed. By measuring the frequency dependence of $In_{0.5}(Ga_{1-x}Al_x)_{0.5}P/GaAs$, we observed that SPV line shape does not chance, whereas the amplitude change. This results is due to the difference in the lifetimes of the photocarriers in GaAs and in $In_{0.5}(Ga_{1-x}Al_x)_{0.5}P$. We also have evaluated the parameters that describe the temperature dependences of the band gap. Metalorganic chemical vapor deposition (MOCVD)으로 성장한 $In_{0.5}$ ($Gal_{1-x}$ $Al_{x}$ )0.5P/GaAS 이중 이종접합 구조의 특성을 표면 광전압 (surface Photovoltage ; SPV) 측정으로 연구하였다. $In_{0.5}$($Gal_{1-x}$ $Al_{x}$ )0.5P/GaAS 이중 이종접합 구조의 SPV 측정값을 Lorentzian 피팅한 띠 간격에너지 ($E_{0}$ ) 값과 조성비 (x)로 구한 이론 값이 잘 일치하였다. 그리고 변조 주파수 의존성을 측정한 결과 SPV 신호의 형태는 변하지 않고, 신호의 크기만이 변하는 것은 광 조사에 따른 전기적 상태의 과도 현상에 따른 것이고, GaAs와 InGaAlP의 특성시간의 차이는 광 캐리어의 수명의 차이로 분석된다. 그리고 온도 의존성 측정으로 $In_{0.5}$ /($Gal_{1-x}$ $Al_{x}$ )0.5P/GaAS 이중 이종 접합 시료의 균일한 변형분포와 계면상태가 양호함을 알 수 있었다.

        After transplantation of groin free flap was sucessed by the Daniel and Taylor in 1973, the reconstruction of plastic surgery was extensive and universal due to rapidly developement of anatomic study of the donor site and technique of microvascular surgery. The free tissue transfers is possible to be early activity and rehabilitation by one stage operation. It currently available allow transfer of specific tissue quality as bone, muscle, nerve to achieve a functional and cosmetic result as well as the most favorable secondary defect. But free flaps require critical, skillful technique and lengthy operating time. Also it has disadvantage of donor site morbity at the large tissue transfer. Authors were transferred with 107 cases in 103 patients from May 1987 to June 1996, and then we analysed free tissue transfer to acquire more increased sucess rate, satisfactory functional and cosmetic results. The sexual distribution was male prominent in 79 cases(76.7%), female in 24(23.3%) and age was variable distribution from 3 to 76 years old. The cause of defects was most prevalent in trauma of traffic and industrial accident in 51 cases(49%). The common recipient site were lower extremities in 47 cases(43.9%), upper extremities in 28 cases(26.5%), head and neck in 25 cases(23.4%), and trunk in 7 cases(6.5%). The type of transfer were free skin flaps in 46 cases(43%), free muscle or musculocutaneous flaps in 31 cases(29%), free vasculized or osteocutaneous flaps in 10 cases(9.3%), and specilized free flaps in 20 cases(18.7%). The anastomosis of artery was end to end anastomosis in 94 cases(87.9%), end to side anastomosis in 13 cases(12.1%) and all vein was end to end anastomosis. The number of anastomosed vessels were one artery one vein in 62 cases(57.9%), one artery two vein in 45 cases(42.1%) and vein graft was performed only one case. The postoperative mornitoring were used with temperature, color of flap, capillary refilling time, ultrasonogram, bone scan, doppler, and endoscopy. The reexploration was performed in 9 cases(8.4%), and then flap was loss in 3 cases(2.8%). Accordingly overall success rate was 97.2%. The postoperative complication was early vascular occlusion, hematoma, partial necrosis and late bulkiness, scarring, color dismatch etc. Therefore, free tissue transfer is the preferred method of treatment, even through conventional local and distant flaps are available.

        폐암 환자에서 혈청 sICAM - 1 , sVCAM - 1 and sE - selectin 농도의 변화

        Background: Leukocyte-endothelial adhesion molecules have been implicated in inflammatory and immune responses of several diseases. Of these adhesion molecules, elevated sICAM-1 level in circulation was reported as association with liver metastasis in gastric, colonic, gall bladder or pancreatic cancer, and with reduced survival in malignant melanoma. However, there were extremely few studies about the sVCAM-1 and sE-selectin levels in lung cancer cell lines of various histologic types and staging. This study was performed to measure the sICAM-l, sVCAM-1 and sE-selectin in patients with lung cancer, and to analyze the relation between the staging of lung cancer and level of adhesion molecules. Methods: Fifty nine lung cancer patients and eight normal controls were enrolled in the study. sICAM-1, sVCAM-1 and sE-selectin in the serum were measured using each murine monoclonal antibody by ELISA. Results: sICAM-1 levels were significantly higher in patients with non small cell lung cancer than in normal controls and those were more elevated in advanced and distant metastatic groups. In case of small cell lung cancer, sICAM-1 levels were significantly higher in extensive stage than limited stage. There were no differences in sVCAM-1 and sE-selectin levels between the patients with lung cancer and normal control. Conclusion: These results suggest that sICAM-1 among the serum soluble adhesion molecules may reflect the progression and metastasis in the patients with non small cell lung cancer

        우로수데옥시콜릭산이 치주질환 억제에 미치는 영향

        Ursodeoxycholic acid(UDCA) is a hydrophilic gall bladder acid and has been used as a effective drug for liver disease related to in1munity. This drug inhibits secretions of IL-2, IL-4, and $IFN-{\gamma}$ from T-cells and production of immunoglobulin from B-cells. Also it has been reported that UDCA inhibits production of IL-1 related to the progression of periodontal disease and activation of collagenases. The purpose of the present study was to elucidate the effects of UDCA on inhibition of periodontal disease progression using clinical, microbiological and histometrical parameters. Twelve pure bred, 16 month-old-beagle dogs were used in the study. After ligature-induced periodontal diseases were formed, experimental drugs were applied twice a day and then the results of clinical, microbiological, and histometrical parameters were measured at baselie(initiation of experiment) , 4weeks and 8weeks. The gel with UDCA(concentration 0.5%, 5% 3 dogs in each) was applied to experimental group, chlorhexidine to positive control group(3dogs) and the gel without UDCA(base) to negative control group. After induction of general anesthesia, the maxillary 2nd, 3rd premolars and 1st molar and the mandibular 2nd, 3rd, 4th premolars and 1st molar were ligated in one side selected randomly and were not ligated in the opposite side. The plaque index(PI), gingival index(GI), pocket depth(PD) and gingival crevicular fluid(GCF) volum were measured clinically. The PI and GI were measured at 3 buccal points of all experimental teeth and the GCF was measured only at the 3rd premolar in the maxilla and the 4th premolar in the mandible. In the microbiological study, the samples extracted from the 3rd premolar of the maxilla and the 4th premolar of the mandible at the center of buccal surface were analyzed aerobics, anaerobics and Streptococcus colony forming units, After clinical and microbiological examination at 8weeks, the dogs were sacrificed by carotid artery perfusion. The samples were fixed and sectioned including interproximal area, and the distance from cementoenamel junction(CEJ) to alveolar crest was measured. The results were that PI, GI and PD increased until 4 weeks and decreased at 8 weeks in three groups but the differences between all the groups were not significant. The 0.5% UDCA in non-ligated group showed remarkable decrease of GCF. The experimental group applied 5% UDCA decreased the number of aerobics and anaerobics. The distance from CEJ to alveolar crest was greater in the negative control group on both ligated and non-ligated sides, but the differences were not significant stastically.

        치은섬유아세포와 치은인대세포의 형태와 화학주성에 미치는 대조추출물의 효과에 관한 연구

        The most important object of periodontal treatment is the perfect regeneration of destructed periodontal tissue. The healing of periodontal lesion is affected by several cells & factors, which result in formation of long juntional epithelium, root resorption, bony ankylosis or connective tissue attachment. And ideal healing is enhanced by epithilial exclusion or periodontal ligament cell activation. In this investigation, I studied the effect of Zizyphus Fructus extract which enhances biologic activity& collagen synthesis, on the chemotaxis & cell nature. The cells were obtained from interdental area & middle third area of the freshly extracted teeth for the orthodontic purpose. And they were fully incubated in${\alpha}-MEM$ solution containing $100{\mu]g/ml$ penicillin & $100{\mu]g/ml$ streptomycin followed by 6 generation incubation. The test cells were collected by trypsin-EDTA & centrifuge in the fully incubated cells, counted by Hernacyotmeter, incbated $5{\times}10^5/ml$ cells for 24 hours, re-incubated 24 hours in media containing natural extract and photographed. The cells were incubated for 4 hours in 48 well microchemotaxis chamber bisecting upper & lower chamber by 8ug/m pore polycarbonate membrane coating 5mg/ml gelatin solution. The migrated cells in microscope were counted, which meaned cell chemotaxis activity. The study had shown that the morphology of cell was spindle-shaped as the control group, and the subextract test groups were not significantly different. In gingival fibroblasts, the chemotaxis effect of PDGF was statistically significant compared to control group. The Zizyphus Fructus extract was more or less enhanced chemotaxis effect and in $1{\mu}g/ml$ concentration the chemotaxis effect was slightly elevated compared with $10{\mu}g/ml$ concentration. But, among the subextracts, it was not significantly defferent. In PDL cells, the chemotaxis effect of PDGF in statistically significant, and the zizyphus Fructus extract had shown the enhanced effect. The effect was slightly higher in $1{\mu}g/ml$ concentration than 10g/ml concentration,and no significance among the subextracts.

        옵티컬 그리드 환경에서 DAG 계층화를 통한 스케줄링 알고리즘

        그리드 시스템에서 리스트 스케줄링 기반의 알고리즘을 사용한 태스크 스케줄링은 프로세서의 완전 연결된 환경에서 낮은 시간 복잡도와 높은 효율성을 보여준다. 하지만 기존 알고리즘은 태스크 간의 통신비용 및 옵티컬 그리드 환경에서 통신이 이루어지는 경로인 lightpath의 구성 과정을 충분히 고려하지 않았다. 본 논문에서는 옵티컬 그리드 환경에 최적화 된 방향성 비순환 그래프(Directed Acyclic Graph, DAG)를 계층화하여 태스크의 할당 우선순위를 결정하는 계층화 선택 알고리즘인 LSOG(Leveling Selection in Optical Grid)을 제안한다. 이 알고리즘은 동일한 계층 내 태스크들의 할당 우선순위를 결정할 때 부모 태스크와 통신비용이 가장 큰 태스크를 먼저 수행한 뒤 각각의 네트워크에서 태스크 간의 통신이 이루어지는 가장 짧은 길이의 경로를 고려한다. 이 과정은 옵티컬 그리드 환경에서 링크 리소스 사용을 최적화하여 스케줄링 과정의 통신비용을 개선시킨다. 기존의 알고리즘 중 ELSA (Extended List Scheduling Algorithm)와 SCP (Scheduled Critical Path) 알고리즘을 LSOG 와 비교한 결과 CCR 값의 증가와 네트워크 환경이 원활함에 따라 전체 스케줄링 성능이 향상되는 것을 확인하였다. In grid system, Task scheduling based on list scheduling models has showed low complexity and high efficiency in fully connected processor set environment. However, earlier schemes did not consider sufficiently the communication cost among tasks and the composition process of lightpath for communication in optical gird environment. In this thesis, we propose LSOG (Leveling Selection in Optical Grid) which sets task priority after forming a hierarchical directed acyclic graph (DAG) that is optimized in optical grid environment. To determine priorities of task assignment in the same level, proposed algorithm executes the task with biggest communication cost between itself and its predecessor. Then, it considers the shortest route for communication between tasks. This process improves communication cost in scheduling process through optimizing link resource usage in optical grid environment. We compared LSOG algorithm with conventional ELSA (Extended List Scheduling Algorithm) and SCP (Scheduled Critical Path) algorithm. We could see the enhancement in overall scheduling performance through increment in CCR value and smoothing network environment.

        대학도서관 리에종서비스 운영방안에 관한 연구

        The one of the methods which academic libraries maximize the user service is to perform the 'liaison' service that embodies the customized service to make close linkage with library and users. The purpose of this study is to propose the operational plan of 'liaison' service at academic libraries. It was explored the necessity of liaison service, the definition and role of liaison librarian. After this study examined the case of activities and duties of liaison librarian at Korean and foreign academic libraries, the operational plan such as organization, administration and steps et al. of 'liaison' service were proposed.

        채널구조와 바이어스 조건에 따른 Si<sub>0.8</sub>Ge<sub>0.2</sub> pMOSFET의 저주파잡음 특성

        High performance $Si_{0.8}Ge_{0.2}$ heterostructure metal-oxide-semiconductor field effect transistors (MOSFETs) were fabricated using well-controlled delta-doping of boron and $Si_{0.8}Ge_{0.2}$/Si heterostructure epitaxal layers grown by reduced pressure chemical vapor deposition. In this paper, we report 1/f noise characteristics of the SiGe pMOSFETs measured under various bias conditions of the gate and drain voltages changing in linear operation regions. From the noise spectral density, we found that the gate and drain voltage dependence of the noise represented same features, as usually scaled with $f^{-1}$ However, 1/f noise was found to be much lower in the device with boron delta-doped layer, by a factor of $10^{-1}_10^{-2}$ in comparison with the device fabricated without delta-doped layer. 1/f noise property of delta-doped device looks important because the device may replace bipolar transistors most commonly embedded in high-frequency oscillator circuits.
