Objects: The purpose of this thesis is to consider classification of Wibub(위법), heating method of Wibub(위법) and the diseases for which Wibub(위법) is efficacious through bibliographic basements. Methods: We bibliographically studied on Wibub(위법) through 20 existing oriental documents. Results: Summarized as follows; 1. Wibub(위법) is an external therapy of applying heated herbal powder or granules wrapped in a cloth or applying heated implements to the affected part. 2. Wibub(위법) is divided into two types. One is Yakwi(약위) which uses medicine, the other is Wibub(위법) which only uses implements. 3. The heating methods of Wibub(위법) are various. there are using directly heated medicine, using heated implement and using Naengwi(냉위) and Yeolwi(열위) in turns. 4. Wibub(위법) is efficacious for mammary disease like as acute mammaritis, mastitis, anal disease like as hemorrhoids, proctoptosis, sore, muscle disease, multiple abscess, pyogenic infection of bone, gonarthritis externally and efficacious for cold paralysis, cold limbs, vomiting with diarrhea, mass in abdomen, abdominal pain, constipation, urinary disease like as dysuria, ischuria internally. Conclusions: As the aboves. Wibub(위법) is able to be used variously in clinical cases. so we consider that it is necessary to study methods which improve practical use of Wibub(위법).

User Satisfaction and Continuous Usage Intention of Fashion Mobile Applications: Mediating Effect of Flow

The use of mobile applications is increasing along with the increase in interest in non-face-to-face online shopping transactions because of COVID-19. As a result, mobile applications and many industries are fused, and the number of cases of using these mobile applications in the fashion industry has also increased. Accordingly, in this study, the satisfaction and continuous usage intention of fashion mobile applications using the extended technology acceptance model were examined, and the mediating effect of flow was confirmed together. To verify the hypothesis established in this study, the results of a survey of a total of 219 people with experience using fashion mobile applications were used. As a result of the analysis, it was found that perceived ease of use and perceived enjoyment among the extended technology acceptance models had a positive effect on flow. In addition, it was confirmed that flow has a positive effect on both satisfaction and continuous usage intention, and satisfaction has a positive effect on continuous usage intention. However, it was confirmed that perceived usefulness did not have a positive effect on flow. When examining the mediating effect of perceived ease of use and perceived enjoyment that influenced flow in the technology acceptance model, it was confirmed that both perceived ease of use and enjoyment affect satisfaction and continuous usage intention through flow. Through this study, we hope to contribute to the establishment of relevant corporate strategies for increasing users of fashion mobile applications by examining the relationship between extended technology acceptance factors, users' flow, satisfaction, and continuous usage intention using mobile technology.

의료기관 보건관리자의 직무 수행도에 영향을 미치는 요인

Purpose: To identify the importance and performance levels of health management duties, work-related and general attributes of health managers in medical institutions and analyze their impact on the performance of managing health-care related tasks. Methods: This research identified the performance levels of 150 health managers who have been executing industrial health-related duties for more than six months as nurses in medical institutions with more than 30 hospital beds. The variables which affect their performances were then analyzed. Results: The average importance of health care duties was 8.1 out of 10 and 5.5 for performance levels. Multi-regression analysis on the variables affecting performance levels of health managers in medical institutions showed that health managers exhibit higher numbers under the following conditions: over 300 full-time employees, more than 1 year but less than 3 years of experience, positions above section chief level, affiliation to the safety and health department, and high perception of duty importance. Conclusion: Improved cognizance of health manager importance should occur initially; then, health-care center setup, assigning of exclusive occupational health managers, and organizational efforts to improve the working environment in tandem with the provision of educational training programs to improve work quality are necessary.

미디어 파사드의 디자인적 특성이 상업 시설에서 고객 경험과 기업 이미지에 미치는 영향 -신세계 백화점의‘매지컬 홀리데이(Magical Holiday)’미디어 파사드 사례를 중심으로-

건물의 파사드에 디지털 기술 및 미디어를 활용하여 다양한 이미지들을 표현해내는 미디어 파사드는최근 다양한 디지털 기술의 활용 사례 중 하나라고 할 수 있다. 미디어 파사드는 건물 외관에 다양한표현성을 더해 현대 도시 공간에 디자인적인 요소를 제공하고 새로운 도시 이미지를 창출하고 있으며문화예술 공간을 비롯해 공공장소, 백화점과 같은 상업 시설에서도 활용되고 있다. 따라서 이 연구는미디어 파사드의 디자인적 특성이 기업의 경영 전략 관점에서 중요하다고 볼 수 있는 상업 시설을 통해 고객 경험과 기업 이미지에 미치는 영향의 관계를 살펴보는 것을 목적으로 한다. 본 연구에서는 최근 언론에서도 화제가 되었던 신세계 백화점 본점에서 겨울 시즌에 진행한 ‘매지컬 홀리데이’ 미디어파사드를 중심으로 미디어 파사드의 디자인적 특성과 고객 경험, 기업 이미지 간 관계를 검증하였다. 연구 방법으로는 해당 미디어 파사드를 경험한 사람들을 대상으로 진행한 113개의 설문 응답지를 분석하였으며 SPSS 28.0과 AMOS 26.0을 활용하였다. 분석 결과, 미디어 파사드의 특성 중 심미성은인지적, 감정적 고객 경험에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났고, 독창성은 인지적 고객 경험에긍정적 영향을 미치는 것으로 확인되었다. 고객 경험은 감정적, 인지적 고객 경험 모두 기업 이미지와유의미한 정(+)의 관계를 나타냈으며, 추가 매개 효과 분석으로 인지적 고객 경험은 심미성, 독창성과 기업 이미지 간 관계를, 감정적 고객 경험은 심미성과 기업 이미지 간 관계를 매개하는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 미디어 파사드의 디자인적 특성과 기업에서 관심을 가지는 요인인 고객경험, 그리고 기업 이미지 간 관계를 검증한 점에 대한 결론을 도출하였으며 이론적 시사점과 함께 실무적으로는 미디어 파사드의 활용 전략과 관련된 방안을 제시하였다.

사전학습 된 언어 모델 기반의 양방향 게이트 순환 유닛 모델과 조건부 랜덤 필드 모델을 이용한 참고문헌 메타데이터 인식 연구

This study applied reference metadata recognition using bidirectional GRU-CRF model based on pre-trained language model. The experimental group consists of 161,315 references extracted by 53,562 academic documents in PDF format collected from 40 journals published in 2018 based on rules. In order to construct an experiment set. This study was conducted to automatically extract the references from academic literature in PDF format. Through this study, the language model with the highest performance was identified, and additional experiments were conducted on the model to compare the recognition performance according to the size of the training set. Finally, the performance of each metadata was confirmed. 본 연구에서는 사전학습 된 언어 모델을 기반으로 양방향 게이트 순환 유닛 모델과 조건부 랜덤 필드 모델을 활용하여 참고문헌을 구성하는 메타데이터를 자동으로 인식하기 위한 연구를 진행하였다. 실험 집단은 2018년에 발행된 학술지 40종을 대상으로 수집한 PDF 형식의 학술문헌 53,562건을 규칙 기반으로 분석하여 추출한 참고문헌 161,315개이다. 실험 집합을 구축하기 위하여 PDF 형식의 학술 문헌에서 참고문헌을 분석하여 참고문헌의 메타데이터를 자동으로 추출하는 연구를 함께 진행하였다. 본 연구를 통하여 가장 높은 성능을 나타낸 언어 모델을 파악하였으며 해당 모델을 대상으로 추가 실험을 진행하여 학습 집합의 규모에 따른 인식 성능을 비교하고 마지막으로 메타데이터별 성능을 확인하였다.

This research was conducted to seek improvement measures for automobile tax that local government. First of all , it pointed out several problems in operation and .delinquency of automobile tax. Then, as improvement measures, the taxation reform will be needed for solving problems of automobile tax and integrated management system will be built for exchanging tax information. Especially, recognizing issues and impact of automobile tax, improvement measures should be established in local government. Ultimately expanded local taxes are operated as a basis of local autonomy.

산수유 추출물에 의한 testosterone으로 유발된 양성 전립선 비대증의 개선

양성 전립선 비대증(BPH)의 발병은 노화에 따른 남성 호르몬 수치의 변화와 연관된 내분비 기능 저하와 밀접한 관련이 있는 것으로 알려져 있다. 현재 BPH 치료를 위해 임상적으로 사용되는 약물은 다양한 부작용을 나타내므로 효과적인 대체 식의약 소재의 개발을 시급히 요구된다. 산수유나무의 열매인 산수유(Fructus Corni)는 오랫동안 다양한 질병의 예방 및 치료에 사용되어왔으며 최근 BPH의 진행을 억제할 수 있음이 밝혀졌다. 본 연구에서는 BPH에 대한 산수유 열수 추출물(CF)의 추가 효능을 평가하기 위해 비거세 및 거세 동물 모델에서 TP에 의한 BPH 유도에 미치는 효과를 조사하였으며, BPH 억제를 위한 양성대조군으로 FINA를 사용하였다. 본 연구의 결과에 의하면 CF 투여는 대조군 및 FINA 처리 그룹에 비하여 비거세 및 거세군 모두에서 전립선의 과도한 발달을 억제하였다. BPH에 대한 CF의 억제 효과는 BPH 유도에 관여하는 testosterone과 DHT의 발현 감소뿐만 아니라 HIF-1α, 5α-reductase type 2, SRC1, AR 및 PSA 발현의 과도한 발현 억제와 관련이 있었다. 또한, 스트레스 호르몬인 cortisol의 혈청 수준은 비거세 및 거세군 모두에서 TP에 의한 BPH 유도 동안 증가하였지만 CF 투여에 의하여 유의하게 감소되었다. 그러나 BPH 유도군에서 insulin 및 IGF-1은 증가되지 않았으며 CF에 의한 효과적인 결과는 나타나지 않았다. 이러한 결과는 AR 신호 전달 경로 활성의 억제를 통해 BPH에 대한 CF의 유익한 효과를 시사하며, 산수유가 BPH의 예방과 치료에 잠재적인 가능성을 가지고 있음을 시사한다. Fructus Corni, the fruit of Cornus officinalis, has long been used for the prevention and treatment of various diseases. We recently suggested that it was effective against benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH). In this study, we investigated the inhibitory effect of Corni Fructus (CF) water extract on BPH induced by testosterone propionate (TP) in noncastrated and castrated animal models. BPH was induced in Sprague Dawley rats by an intramuscular injection of TP in castrated or noncastrated rats. Finasteride (FINA) treatment was used as a positive control for inhibition of BPH. According to our results, CF administration inhibited excessive enlargement of development of the prostate in both the noncastrated and castrated groups compared to the control and FINA-treated groups. The inhibitory effect of CF on BPH was associated with inhibition of expression of hypoxia-inducible factor-1α, 5α-reductase type 2, steroid receptor coactivator-1, androgen receptor (AR), and prostate-specific antigen. Serum levels of the stress hormone cortisol increased during BPH induction by TP in both the noncastrated and castrated groups, but they were attenuated significantly by CF administration. However, insulin and IGF-1 levels were not increased in the BPH-induced groups and CF, and no effective results were found by CF administration. These results point to a beneficial effect of CF on BPH through inhibition of AR signaling pathway activity and imply that CF shows excellent potential as a therapeutic agent for the prevention and treatment of BPH.
