본 논문은 실용형 틸트로터 무인기를 위한 항공전자 시스템 개발과 비행시험 결과를 기술한다. 본 연구에서는 스마트무인기에 적용된 비행조종컴퓨터를 이용하여 실용형 틸트로터 무인기의 탑재장비 및 센서 인터페이스에 대한 하드웨어 개발과 수정사항을 기술하였으며 비행시험을 통한 결과가 제시되었다. 실용형 틸트로터 무인기의 항공전자 시스템은 무인기 개발을 위해 설계된 재구성 가능한 시스템이다. Avionics system designed for the practical tiltrotor UAV has been developed. Avionics system for the practical tiltrotor UAV is the reconstruct system and can be programmed automation controller. This paper focuses on the design aspects of the hardware and presents the flight test results. The hardware aspects of the avionics system include details about the hardware configurations for the interfaces with the Digital Flight Control Computer, sensors and Line-replaceable unit modifications.
원자력 찬・반 갈등의 평화적 해결을 위한 균형적논쟁구도의 형성 방향

Since the conflict of atomic power is under the struggling structure of pros & cons sector, the possibility of peaceful solution is hardly seen as emotional struggle prevails over rational argument on policy. The balance or compromise of the issue of pros & cons conflict of atomic power may be found in that the issue is that of nation and state, namely, the health of people and economic development of state. This study originates from the fact that the social agreement to the position of atomic power as rational argument and cross-linking energy for the issue of atomic power. The confronting and struggling atmosphere is the point for peaceful solution around the pros & cons of atomic power. Thus, based on the investigation on the possibility of political empowerment of nucleation & de-nucleation movement, this study examines the phenomenon of political empowerment of atomic power issue through the analysis on the case of election held after Fukushima nuclear accident and suggest reaction method of pro nuclear group, namely, the circle of atomic power with property of strategic evolution of anti-nuclear & de-nucleation group. This study considers the energy future more fundamentally, surpassing the dichotomous logic and insistence of pros & cons of atomic power and it also presents the direction of peaceful solution of conflict of atomic power. 원자력 갈등은 찬핵과 반핵 진영의 투쟁적 구도 하에 합리적인 정책논쟁보다는 감정적 투쟁이 지배해 오면서 평화적 문제 해결 가능성은 거의 보이지 않고 있다. 원자력 찬・반 갈등 문제는 국민의 건강과 국가의 경제발전이라는 점에서 모두 국민과 국가의 문제라는 점에서 그 균형점 내지는 타협점을 찾을 수 있다. 본 연구는 이러한 대결적이고 투쟁적 분위기 속의 원자력 문제에 대한 합리적 논쟁과 가교에너지로서의 원자력의 위상에 대한 사회적 합의 마련이 원자력 찬반을 둘러싼 갈등의 평화적 해결을 위한 단초라는 문제의식에서 출발한다. 따라서 본 연구는 반핵・탈핵운동의 정치세력화 가능성에 대한 검토를 바탕으로 원자력 이슈의 정치화 현상을 후쿠시마 원전사고 이후 치러진 선거 사례에 대한 분석을 통해 고찰하고, 반핵・탈핵진영의 전략적 진화의 특성과 함께 그에 대한 찬핵세력, 즉 원자력계의 대응 방안을 제안할 것이다. 본 연구는 원자력 찬반이라는 이분법적 논리와 주장을 넘어 보다 근본적으로 향후 에너지 미래를 고려하면서 원자력 갈등의 평화적 해결 방향을 제시하고 있다.

Soluble cutting fluids (SCFs) have been used in metal machining processes to improve the quality of metal processing equipment and products in modern society. Because the characteristics among metal machining processes differ, various types of cutting fluids are manufactured to enhance the cutting efficiency of different metals. Although SCFs are useful and essential materials, particular treatment is required attributable to the high concentration of nitrogen materials and chemical oxygen demand (COD). In this study, the removal efficiency of total nitrogen (T-N) contained in SCFs was analyzed using electrochemical treatment. The electrode was made of 316 stainless steel, which had been perforated to prevent an imbalanced sample concentration in the reactor. Cathodic and anodic electrodes were alternately inserted into an acrylic reactor. The removal efficiency of T-N in SCFs using 40 A/m2, 60 A/m2, and 80 A/m2 current density, was 48.2%, 61.5% and 69.3%, respectively. The removal efficiency of T-N in SCFs with the addition of 0, 5 mM, and 10 mM NaCl was 69.3%, 74.6%, 77.6%, respectively.

In this study, the effects of current density and electrolyte on total nitrogen (T-N) removal efficiency for dyeingwastewater treatment were tested with stainless steel electrodes. Without electrolyte and when the current density wasadjusted to 20, 40, and 60 A/m2, the removal efficiency of T-N was 39.1%, 55.6%, and 72.4% at 60 min, respectively. However, at all current densities, the removal efficiency with NaCl (10 mM) was 21.0% higher on average and withNa2SO4 (10 mM) was 5.3% higher on average.

As industry continues to develop, the amount of various recalcitrant substances that cannot be removed by conventionalwastewater treatment has increased in modern society. The SCFs (Soluble Cutting Fluids) used in metalworking processescontain many chemical substances, such as mineral oils, anticorrosive agents, extreme-pressure additives and stabilizers,as well as high concentrations of organics. Recently, electrolysis has been expected to become an alternative toconventional processes and to be useful in various wastewater treatments. Electrolysis is a highly adaptable industrialwastewater treatment method, having a high efficiency, short processing time, and simple equipment composition,regardless of the biodegradable nature of the contaminants. The effects of operating time, current density, and electrolyteon COD removal of waste SCFs have been studied using the stainless steel (SUS316) electrode in a batch type reactor. The results were as follows. ① Without electrolytes, when the current density was adjusted to 40 A/m2, 60 A/m2, and80 A/m2, the removal efficiencies of the COD were 25.0%, 37.7%, and 49.1% after 60 min, respectively. ② In thecomparison between NaCl (5 ~ 10 mM) addition and non-addition, the removal efficiency with NaCl was higher than forwithout after 60 min for all current densities. ③ In the comparison between Na2SO4 (5 ~ 10 mM) addition and nonaddition,the removal efficiency with Na2SO4 showed no significant difference to that with NaCl at all current densities
