        간호정보역량이 간호사의 직무만족 및 간호업무성과에 미치는 영향

        This study carries out a declarative survey research designed to ascertain nursing informatics competency, job satisfaction and nursing performance of nurses and investigates the influence of nursing informatics competency on job satisfaction and nursing performance. The research was performed with 274 nurses who have been working for at least 6 month in P national university hospital in Y city, during the 30-day period of 15th October 2014 to 15th November 2014, using a questionnaire composed of questions on nursing informatics competency(30 items), job satisfaction(20 items), and nursing performance(23 items). The collected data underwent descriptive statics, t-test, ANOVA and Scheffe'test. Pearson correlation coefficients were also obtained and a stepwise multiple regression was performed by the SPSS WIN 19.0 program. The regression coefficient is positive between nursing informatics competency and conducting an information search(β=.20, p=.012), in the case of job satisfaction,; It was also positive between nursing competency and computer related information management(β=.19, p=.011), perception of informatics(β=.17, p=.010), conducting an and information search(β=.17, p=.004) in the case of nursing performance. We conclude that, in the nursing process, if nurse do their best to accomplish their tasks and strive to increase the productivity and efficiency of nursing tasks, they will achieve the organization's goals and balanced development.

        임상간호사의 간호실무 전문성정도와 간호역량간의 상관관계 연구

        Purpose: The aim of this study was to determine the levels of nursing professional practice and clinical competency and the relationships between them in clinical nurses. Methods: The participants in this study were 303 nurses working at Y University Hospital. The data were collected between March 1, and March 20, 2015 using the nursing professional practice measurement developed by Lee (2016) and the clinical competency scale developed by Jang (2000). The data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA and Pearson`s Correlation Coefficient through the SPSS/WIN 21.0 program. Results: The average ratings of nursing professional practice and nursing competency were 3.93 and 3.59 points, respectively out of a total of 5. Nursing professional practice according to age (t=-6.22, p<.001), total clinical career (t=21.42, p<.001), and present ward career (t=22.96, p<.001) were significantly different. Nursing professional practice and clinical competency showed positive correlation with performance (r=.80, p<.001). Conclusion: The results indicate that the strategies are needed to increase the level of nursing professional practice in order to enhance the clinical competency and quality of nursing service.

        試論股東對公司財産的保險利益

        保險利益是近代保險法發展以來最突出的成就, 保險利益在控制保險合同效力方面起著不可忽視的作用, 但是對保險利益的擴張亦會帶來壹些困境。由於認定保險利益在實踐中有較大的困難, 在認定程序上多采用事後反推的方法, 卽非賭博、非不當得利就有保險利益。承認股東對公司財産的保險利益有壹定的合理性, 但這不幷意味著股東對保險金擁有確定的保持力。若因此造成了公司與股東之間的利益失衡, 在請求權基礎上通盤考慮, 可以從不當得利出發來調整利益失衡;若從立法論出發, 應修訂≪保險法≫第四十八條, 矯正該利益失衡。 The theory of insurable interest is the most prominent achievement in the development of modern insurance law. The theory of insurable interest incredibly contributes to controlling the validity of insurance contract. However, the expansion of it haunts the court and scholars. In light of the difficulty of recognition of insurable interest, judicial practice admits it in cases with hindsight; namely, there is insurable interest when no gamble or unjust enrichment. It is reasonable to admits the shareholder’s insurable interest of the corporation property, but it does not mean that shareholder could certainly retain the related insurance money. The corporation shall be compensated by the claim of unjust enrichment,or the modified Article 48 of Insurance Law, if that shareholder holding insurance money sacrifices the corporation interest.

        간호학생의 간호전문직관, 비판적 사고 및 윤리적 의사결정이 간호윤리 가치관에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of professionalism, critical thinking process, and ethical decision making on nursing students' nursing ethical values. Data collection was from June 1 to June 15, 2017, and the subjects were 150 nursing students attending Y University. The collected data were analyzed using SPSS WIN 21.0. The results showed that factors affecting ethical values ​​were ethical decision making(t=4.414, p<.001) and ethical concept{dum1 t=-2.055, p<.005, dum2 t=-4.529, p<.001)}, and statistically significant. Ethical decision making was found to be an effective meditator value and statistically significant in the effect of professionalism(F=12.242, p<.001) and critical thinking(F=13.020, p<.001) on nursing ethical values. The results show that ethical decision making and ethical concepts influence the establishment of nursing ethical values, and professionalism and critical thinking influence ethical decision making and ultimately influence of nursing ethical values. Therefore, it is necessary to develop a nursing ethics education program in curriculum or comparative course in which nursing students can establish and grow firm and positive ethical values. 본 연구의 목적은 간호학과 학생들의 간호전문직관, 비판적 사고과정, 윤리적 의사결정이 윤리적 가치관에 미치는 영향을 파악하기 위함이다. 자료수집 기간은 2017년 6월 1일부터 6월 15일까지이며, Y대학교 재학 중인 간호학과 학생으로서 임상실습 경험이 있는 학생 150명을 대상으로 하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS WIN 21.0을 사용하여 분석하였다. 연구결과 윤리적 가치관에 영향을 미치는 요인으로는 윤리적 의사결정(t=4.414, p<.001)과 윤리적 개념(dum1 t=-2.055, p<.005, dum2 t=-4.529, p<.001)이 통계적으로 유의하게 나타났다. 전문직관(F=12.242, p<.001)과 비판적 사고(F=13.020, p<.001)가 윤리적 가치관에 미치는 영향에서 윤리적 의사결정은 효과적인 매개변수로 나타났으며, 통계적으로 유의하게 나타났다. 연구 결과에서 윤리적 의사결정과 윤리적 개념은 윤리적 가치관 확립에 영향을 미치고, 전문직관과 비판적 사고는 윤리적 의사결정에 영향을 미쳐 결론적으로 윤리적 가치관 형성에 영향을 미친다는 것을 알 수 있다. 그러므로 간호학생들이 확고하고 긍정적인 윤리적 가치관을 확립하고 성장할 수 있는 교과과정 혹은 비교과과정의 간호윤리교육 프로그램 개발이 필요하다고 본다.

        중소병원 간호부서장의 역할수행 경험

        The purpose of this study is to deeply and comprehensively understand the experiences related to the role of the executive director of nursing department in small and medium sized hospital. And to understand the nature of the role experience. A total of 49 concepts, 13 sub-categories, and 5 categories were extracted from the study. In the first category, 'Heavy pressure of work load', the participants stated that the job and position of the small and medium hospitals are unstructured and the responsibility of the executive director is wide because the role sharing is not done well. In the second category 'Difficulty in role performance', the participants said that there were many difficulties in the shortage of the new and career nurses and in the supply and demand of the nurses and lack of self-esteem as the executive director. In the third category, 'Difficulty in acting as a mid-level manager of hospital', said that there were unequal evaluations, difficulties in coordinating between other departments, and hospital tasks other than nursing. In the fourth category 'Efforts to solve problems,' participants were constantly engaged in conversations and meetings to coordinate with nurses, managers, and other departments. And suggested to the institution or society. In the fifth category, "Belief and values," participants said they wanted to be a personal manager who creates a family-like environment, a department manager who communicates, a department manager who encourages quality academic work for nursing. 본 연구는 중소병원의 간호부서장의 역할수행에 관련된 경험을 심층적, 포괄적으로 파악하여 보다나은 이해감을 증진하여 중소병원의 간호부서장의 역할수행 경험 현상의 본질을 파악하는데 있다. 연구결과 총 49개의 주제, 총 13개의 주제모음과 총 5개의 범주를 추출하였으며 결과는 다음과 같다. 제 1범주인 ‘업무중압감’에서 참여자들은 중소병원의 업무와 직위는 비체계적으로 구성되어 있고 역할분담이 잘 이루어지지 않아 간호부서장의 책임이 광범위하다고 하였다. 제 2범주인 ‘역할수행의 어려움’에서 참여자들은 신규 및 경력간호사의 인력부족 및 인력수급에 많은 어려움이 있으며, 부서장으로서의 자존감도 결여된다고 하였다. 제 3범주인 ‘병원 중간관리자 역할 어려움’에서는 불평등한 평가, 부서 간 조율의 어려움과 간호업무외의 병원업무 등이 있다고 하였다. 제 4범주인 ‘문제해결을 위한 노력’에서 참여자들은 간호사, 경영자, 타 부서와의 의견조율을 위해 끊임없는 대화와 회의를 하고, 기관 혹은 사회에 건의를 하고 있었다. 제 5범주인 ‘소신과 가치관’에서 참여자들은 가족 같은 환경을 조성하는 인간적인 부서장, 소통하는 부서장, 양질이 간호를 위해 학업을 격려하는 부서장, 끊임없이 노력하는 부서장이 되려고 한다고 하였다.

        중소병원 간호사의 이직의도 예측모형 연구

        The purpose of this study is to establish a causal model of the turnover intention of the nurses working at small and medium hospitals. A convenience sampling based self-administered questionnaire survey was applied to 292 nurses at five small and medium hospitals with the 150-300 wards. For data processing, SPSS 23.0 and AMOS 23.0 was used. With the collected data, frequency analysis, descriptive statistics, independent sample t-test, one-way ANOVA, structure equation model analysis were conducted. Regarding the nursing conditions depending on the general characteristics of the study subjects, there were statistically significant differences depending on age (F=7.123, p<.001) and work years in the current hospital (F=3.144, p=.026). In terms of hypothetical structural model, goodness-of-fit indexes were generally good by showing RMSEA=.046, GFI=.968, CFI=.989, NFI=.973, RMR=.014, IFI=.989, PGFI=.528. Regarding the individual direct-path coefficients of the paths assumed in the hypothetical structural model, work conditions significantly and directly influenced job satisfaction (beta=0.823, p<.001) which significantly gave direct influence on turnover intention (beta=0.361, p<.01). However, work conditions didn't significantly provide direct influence on turnover intention (beta=0.089, p>.05). 본 연구는 중소병원 간호사의 이직의도의 인과적 모형을 구축하기 위한 연구로서 150병상 이상 300병상 미만 규모의 5개 중소병원에 근무하는 292명의 간호사로부터 편의표집에 의해 얻은 자가 설문지를 최종 분석하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS 23.0을 이용하여 빈도분석과 기술통계량, 독립표본 t 검정, 일원배치분산분석을 실시하였다. 또한 업무환경이 이직의도에 미치는 영향에 있어 직무만족의 매개효과를 확인하기 위하여 AMOS 23.0을 이용하여 구조방정식모형 분석(structure equation model analysis)을 실시하였다. 대상자의 일반적인 특성에 따른 간호업무환경 정도는 연령(F=7.123, p<.001), 현재 직장에서의 현재병원에서의 근무경력(F=3.144, p=.026)에서 통계적 유의한 차이가 있었다. 가설적 구조모형은 적합도가 RMSEA=.046, GFI=.968, CFI=.989, NFI=.973, RMR=.014, IFI=.989, PGFI=.528로 나타나 전반적으로 양호하게 나타났다. 가설적 구조모형에서 가정한 경로들의 개별 직접경로 계수를 보면, 업무환경은 직무만족(beta=0.823, p<.001)에 직접 효과가 유의하였고, 또한 직무만족은 이직의도(beta=0.361, p<.01)에 직접효과가 유의하였다. 하지만 업무환경은 이직의도(beta=0.089, p>.05)에 직접효과가 유의하지 않았다.

        Perceptions on Pain Management among Korean Nurses in Neonatal Intensive Care Units

        Purpose: The present survey was conducted to investigate the perceptions among nurses of neonatal pain and the associated use of pharmacologic measures (PMs) and nonpharmacologic comfort measures (CMs) in neonatal intensive care units (NICUs). Pain perception, the necessity and actual use of PMs and CMs, and their relationships were investigated and compared according to nurses' positions, educational levels, the existence of guidelines, and prior education on neonatal pain management. Methods: Participants were 141 nurses from five NICUs at university hospitals. A questionnaire was developed by researchers based on previous studies of neonatal pain management and current practices in surveyed NICUs. Five-point Likert scales were used to assess nurses' perceptions of pain, the necessity of PMs and CMs, and their actual use in 29 painful procedures. Results: The mean scores of perceived pain and the necessity of PMs and CMs were 3.68, 2.96, and 3.79 points, respectively. The actual use of PMs and CMs was 1.67 and 2.63 points, respectively. The perceived necessity of PMs correlated with the actual use of PMs (r = .316, p < .001), and CMs were performed (r = .390, p < .001). Keeping or reading guidelines, or receiving education on pain management resulted in a higher perception of the necessity of PMs. Conclusion: Korean nurses in NICUs often underestimate the necessity of pain relief measures and use few PMs or CMs. Therefore, systematic approaches to implement guidelines, such as adaptation of guidelines for each NICU, dissemination of guideline content to all NICU staff, and regular measurements of compliance with the guidelines, are recommended.
