The development of high-speed spindle have been studied extensively for micro machining in advanced industrial countries. The research of miniaturized high-speed air spindle is important part which needs for the micro machining process of high quality. So, This study was to carry out results about design characteristics of miniaturized high-speed air spindle. We had designed 4type turbines and shaft. They were simulated in use the computer simulation programs. We made them as products. They measured RPM (revolutions per minute). As a result of experiments, there was a contrast among 4type Turbines. it reached 384,000rpm in 4.5bar of air pressure. And, We tried to compare the results of measurement whit the results of computer simulation.

In this paper, in order to evaluate the applicability of KBC formula in calculating the strength of hollow-precast concrete (HPC) column for design purpose, a compressive capacity was evaluated through the concentric and eccentric test for the columns with various material strength and hollow size, respectively. Based on the test result, the suitability of code formulae was checked and the lateral confining effect of HPC composite column was also evaluated by using Mander's stress-strain relationship. Also, nonlinear sectional analysis process was performed. As a result, it was found that the strength of the HPC composite column could be suitably predicted by using KBC code formulae for design purpose. In the calculation of the compressive strength of the column by using Mander model considering the lateral confining effect of hoop, the confining effect of it in HPC was less than that in reinforced concrete column and changed corresponding to the concrete strength ratio between PC and CIP (Cast-In-Place). The effect decreases when the concrete strength of CIP is not less than that of PC. The flexural-compression capacity of HPC composite column can be suitably evaluated by using the effective strength of concrete.

국민 소득의 증가와 함께 점차적으로 스포츠 활동에 참여하는 인구가 증가하면서, 외상성 견관절 탈구 및 만성적인 불안정성을 호소하는 환자들이 증가하고 있다. 이 환자군에서 발견되는 골성 Bankart 병변은 과거에는 그 진단이 어려웠으나, 최근엔 컴퓨터 단층촬영 관절조영술의 발달로 인해 진단 및 술전 치료 계획 수립이 쉬워졌다. 적절한 치료원칙에 따라 각 환자의 조건에 맞는 술전 관절와 골 결손의 크기 및 환자의 직업, 운동 강도 등을 고려하여 적절한 치료 계획을 수립해야 한다. 수술 기법의 발전으로 인해, 관절경하 골성 Bankart 수술법의 결과는 관혈적 수술법과 큰 차이를 보이지 않게 되었으나, 25% 이상의 관절와 골 결손을 가진 환자나 격렬한 운동을 해야 하는 환자군에서는 관혈적 수술법을 고려해야 한다. A growing number of people are enjoying sports activity with a rise in national income. In this current, many patients complain of traumatic shoulder dislocation and chronic instability with bony Bankart lesion. Computed tomography arthrography is good diagnostic modality for bony Bankart lesion. It is important to consider the patients' factors such as occupation, sports activity, size of preoperative glenoid bone loss before decision of treatment. As development of arthroscopic treatment, there is no significant difference in the result of bony Bankart repair between arthroscopic surgery and open surgery. However, open surgery should be considered for patients with preoperative glenoid bone loss more than 25% or in need of collision sports activity.
조건부 엔트로피 제한 벡터 양자화를 이용한 영상 부호화

벡터 양자화를 이용하여 영상신호를 압축하는 경우, 원 영상을 복원하기 위하여 복호기쪽에 어야 하는 인덱스들 사이에는 높은 상관성이 존재하며, 이러한 높은 상관성을 인덱스의 부호화에 이용하면 보다 높은 부호화 효율을 얻을 수 있다. 본 논문에서는, 각 인덱스들을 이전 인덱스의 값에 따라 적응적으로 부호화하는 조건부 엔트로피 부호화를 도입하고, 이 경우 벡터 양자기를 최적화하는 방법을 제안한다. 즉, 조건부 엔트로피 부호화를 도입하는 경우 각 입력벡터당 평균 비트수는 조건부 엔트로피에 근접한다는 사실을 유용하여, 조건부 엔트로피를 제한한 상태에서 평균 왜곡을 최소화 하도록 VQ 부호책을 구성함으로써 최적화 과정이 이루어진다. 또한, 이와 같이 각 입력벡터의 양자화 결과가 다음 입력벡터의 인덱스를 부호화하는데 영향을 미치는 경우, 장시간(long term)의 관점에서 최적인 인덱스열을 찾기 위해 우리는 비터비 탐색 방법을 도입한다. 영상 모의 실험을 통해, 제안하는 방법이, 구획간의 상관성을 이용하지 않는 기존의 엔트로피 제한 벡터 양자기에 비해 같은 비트율에서 약 1.0~3.0 dB 높은 PSNR을 나타냄을 알 수 있었다. This paper proposes a new vector quantization scheme which exploits high correlations among indexes in vector quantization. An optimal vector quantizer in the rate-distortion sense can be obtained, if it is designed so that the average distortion can be minimized under the constraint of the conditional entropy of indes, which is usually much smaller than the entropy of index due to the high correlations among indexes of neighboring vectors. The oprimization process is very similar to that in ECVQ(entropy-constrained vector quanization) except that in the proposed scheme the Viterbi algorithm is introduced to find the optimal index sequence. Simulations show that at the same bitrate the proposed method provides higher PSNR by 1.0~3.0 dB than the conventional ECVQ when applied to image coding.

Experimental studies were done to research the clinical effects of Sipyungtang and Sipyungtang-gamibang (sipyungtang with Anemarrhenae Rhizoma added) on the Anti-allergic effect. The results obtained as follows; 1. In the effects of Sipyungtang and Sipyungtang-gamibang on vascular permeability responses to intradermal Histamine, Sipyungtang group revealed none significant effect, but Sipyungtang-gamibang group revealed significant effect. 2. In the effects of sipyungtang and Sipyungtang-gamibang on vascular permeability responses to intradermal serotonin, Sipyungtang group revealed none significant effect, but Sipyungtang-gamibang group revealed significant effect. 3. In the 48hrs homologous passive cutaneous anaphylaxis provoked by the IgE-like antibody against egg white albumin, Sipyungtang and Sipyungtang-gamibang groups revealed none significant effect. 4. In the delayed type hypersensitivity responses to Picryl Chloride, Sipyungtang and Sipyungtang-gamibang groups revealed none significant effect. 5. In the delayed type hypersensitivity responses to SRBC, Sipyung-tang and Sipyungtang-gamibang groups revealed significant effect.

In this paper the progressive collapse resisting capacity of steel moment frames with MR dampers was evaluated. Parametric studies were carried out using a steel beam-column sub-assemblage with varying natural period and yield strength. The effect of dampers with varying damping coefficients installed in the sub-assemblage was evaluated after sudden removal of the column. Then the progressive collapse potential of a 15-story steel moment frame installed with MR dampers was evaluated by nonlinear dynamic analysis. According to the parametric study the vertical displacement generally decreased as the friction force of MR damper increased, and the dampers were effective both in elastic and elasto-plastic systems. The nonlinear dynamic analysis results of the 15-story analysis models showed that the decrease in vertical deflection of the structure with 9m span length, which showed larger deflection, was more predominant than that of the structure with 6m span length.
