Recently, The Solar Cell Energy is presently promising because of Oil Inflation, fuel exhaustion, global warming and space development. Many advanced countries rapidly develop the solar cell energy under a nation enterprise. Particularly, Dye-sensitized solar cell(DSC) that is the 3rd generation solar cell has low-cost of manufacture about 1/3~1/5 times compared with the silicon solar cell. Accordingly, the DSC is constantly researched globally. In this paper, we have studied a reflector recovering the loss light for improvement conversion efficiency of DSC. The reflector angle was determined by optical analysis program. Micro pyramid patterns with the 112.6° were processed using the ultra precision shaping machine in order to maximize the conversion efficiency due to increasing light distance. In addition, a comparative study carried out about the conversion efficiency.

The development of high-speed spindle have been studied extensively for micro machining in advanced industrial countries. The research of miniaturized high-speed air spindle is important part which needs for the micro machining process of high quality. So, This study was to carry out results about design characteristics of miniaturized high-speed air spindle. We had designed 4type turbines and shaft. They were simulated in use the computer simulation programs. We made them as products. They measured RPM (revolutions per minute). As a result of experiments, there was a contrast among 4type Turbines. it reached 384,000rpm in 4.5bar of air pressure. And, We tried to compare the results of measurement whit the results of computer simulation.

Hydrostatic bearings are widely used because of high stiffness, excellent straightness characteristics and low friction. This paper presents a theoretical analysis of the performance characteristics on a hydrostatic bearing for pin turning. Flow rate and eccentricity are selected as design variables and main target of this paper is load capacity.

?;?;Bearings of marine engines are operated under severe conditions because of dynamic load and low sliding speed. This paper deals with lubrication analysis of a crank pin bearing for a marine diesel engine. Journal center locus and oil film thickness are compared of crank pin bearing. In the past researches, journal bearings have been studied only about the surface of bearing. In addition to this conventional research, this paper analyzes the effect of roundness error of a journal and a bearing on the minimum film thickness. Numerical analysis has been studied by using Reynolds equation and also Half.Sommerfeld condition is applied as boundary condition. Futhermore, this study investigates the effect of roundness error change on the minimum film thickness. The results demonstrate that the bigger amplitude of roundness error yields, the lower minimum oil film thickness is. In comparison to previous research considered a journal and a bearing individually, the results considering a journal and a bearing together show that amplitude of roundness error of journal has very little effect on the minimum oil film thickness.
