Background : Currently, ontology research has led the trend of technical development in medical informatics area. For Korean medicine, the reference terminology should be developed to facilitate the ontology research. Objective : This research aimed to design the management system for traditional Korean medical terms. Method :We built the internet-based system in which multi-users work simultaneously by using the relational database system(SQL Server2005) and visual studio 2005. Result : By this system, researchers can collect, refine, and inspect Korean medicine terms efficiently, and the terms can be transcribed into synonym, Korean, Chinese, and simplified Chinese. It enables the terms be input into the system accurately and managed by its classification. Conclusion : We developed the concept groups and its hierarchy system for Korean medicine terms which provides the basis for ontology system.

꿈의 의미(意味) : 정신치료적적 관점에서

The reason for exploring dreams is to understand the of patient's conflicts and unconscious motivation. Even if the therapeutic value of dreams is considerably faded these days, I can not deny that dreams are still very useful. From the beginning of human history, dreams have been an appealing subject for many people. In the past, dreams chiefly had the value of prophetic meaning, and in our tradition attention was paid to dreams in terms of good and bad dichotomy. Freud's discovery of the Unconscious and technical development of its exploration is reinforced by dream interpretation. In contemporary terms, although dreams are not the royal road to the Unconscious, they surely present a short-cut. I suggest that dreams as a treasure island of the Unconscious have a useful therapeutic value, and that stressing the importance of dreams is by no means anachronistic. I believe that practical sessions without dreams are like a river without bridges.

There are two different views on the relationship between "Tao Te Ching" and the life nurturing thoughts. Some researchers think that the life nurturing is a main idea of "Tao Te Ching", but others do not. By analysing the related terminologies to life nurturing thoughts in the "Tao Te Ching", we came to the conclusions as below. 1. Chapters which mentioned about the life nurturing thoughts include chapter 2, 3, 7, 8, 9, 12, 16, 19, 20, 22, 24, 30, 35, 42, 44, 46, 50, 52, 55, 73, and 81. 2. Of 21 chapters that related with the life nurturing thoughts, 19 chapters mentioned about the mind nurturing(精神養生). It showed that "Tao Te Ching" put special emphasis on the mental health in the aspect of life nurturing. 3. There are 5,283 characters in "Tao Te Ching", but only 422 characters were used to mention about the life nurturing thoughts. That could be a one proof that the life nurturing thoughts was not a main idea of "Tao Te Ching".

공학 교육의 미래 지향적 평가 방안

새롭게 맞이한 21세기에는 정보화와 기술 혁신이 더욱더 가속화되는 양상으로 진전됨에 따라 국가 경쟁력의 원천이 되어 왔던 노동 자본 등의 물적 생산 요소가 지식 기술 등 무형 지식 자산으로 전환되고 있다. 이러한 시대적인 상황에 맞추어 선진국 기업들은 세계 일류가 되기 위한 전략으로 일류기술을 확보하기 위한 경쟁과 협력을 가속화하고 있다. 이에 지식기반 사회의 기술 인력 양성 프로그램들은 학습자에게 기술에 대한 학문적 이해와 과학을 바탕으로 창의적인 기술적 응용 능력을 길러주는 것을 목적으로 해야 한다. 특히, 대학은 공학이 활용되는 산업의 각 분야에서 요구하는 지식 및 기술과 창의적인 문제해결능력과 현장감을 함양하게 하여 실천적인 업무를 수행할 수 있도록 해야 한다. 이를 강화하고 관리하기 위한 방안으로써 공학 기술자를 양성하는 기관에서는 교육의 질 관리를 강화하기 위해 졸업생들의 능력과 학업성과를 평가하여 인증하는 제도 도입이 시급하다. 본 연구에서는 현재 대안적인 평가기법으로 제시되고 있는 수행평가 기법중의 하나인 포트폴리오 평가를 공학 기술인력 양성 교육상황에 도입하여 그 활용 방안을 모색해 보고자 한다. According to the acceleration of informationalization and technological renovation in new coming $21^c$, the material production elements like labor and capital as well as others which have been the resources of a country's competitive power are changing into formless knowledge-based assets like knowledge and technology. In order to meet these demands of this time, companies in developed countries are concentrating on competition and cooperation to obtain higher technology as a strategy towards becoming first-class countries in the world. Thus, the development program of human resources should focus on providing creative technical application ability. Especially, universities should develop knowledge, technology, creative problem-solving ability and realism acquired by various fields in industry where engineering is used and make it possible to perform practical tasks. As a plan for enforcement and management of this program, a certification program which evaluates the ability and accomplishments of the study of graduate students in order to manage the quality of education should be applied as soon as possible at the institute which trains engineers. In this study, among the accomplishment assessment which have been suggested as an alternative assessment method, portfolio assessment is introduced into the educational situation of engineering technological human resources to find a method of application.

백련사 4세 천책(天頙) 사상의 새로운 이해와 『화엄삼매참의』 관련성 검토

이 글에서는 백련사 4세 천책의 사상을 살펴보고. 고려말 천태종에서 『화엄삼매참의』라는 문헌을 수용하였는데, 그 때 천책의 사상이 일정부분 역할을 하였다는 점을 알아보고자 한다. 2장에서는 천책의 사상에 관한 선행연구의 성과를 간단히 정리한다. 3장에서는 기존의 선행연구에서 검토되지 않는 천책의 사상을 4가지 사항으로 살펴본다. 첫째, ‘천태사상과 화엄사상의 일치’라는 내용이 천책의 사상에서 발견된다. 둘째, 선종의 공안을 수용하고 있다. 셋째, 형계담연과 사명지례의 영향을 천책의 사상에서 읽을 수 있다. 넷째 천책의 사상에서는 모든 중생을 구제하겠다는 마음자세가 강조된다. 4장에서는 고려말 천태종에서는 『화엄삼매참의』라는 문헌을 수용하는데, 이 문헌이 천태종에서 받아들이게 된 사상적 배경은 『법화경계환해』에 있다는 것이 선행연구의 주장이었다. 이 글에서는 여기에 추가해서 천책의 사상 가운데 ‘천태사상과 화엄사상의 일치’를 말한 대목도 고려말 천태종에서 를 수용할 수 있는 사상적 근거를 제시한 것이라고 해석한다. 또한 이 글에서는 󰡔화엄삼매참의󰡕는 권근의 주장에 따르면 몽산덕이가 편집한 것임을 처음 지적하였다. 몽산은 원나라 선종승려로서 고려불교계에 상당한 영향을 끼친 인물인데, 권근의 주장을 받아들인다면, 몽산이 고려불교계에 미친 영향으로 그가 편집한 『화엄삼매참의』가 천태종과 왕실에 의해 받아들여진 점도 추가할 수 있을 것이다. In this paper, I will re-study the fourth patriach of Baekryeonsa, Cheonchak thought and reveal that Cheonchak thought influences to some degree for Cheotae jong to receive Hwaeom-sammae-chamui(華嚴三昧懺儀) at the end of Goryeo. In chapter two, I briefly describe Cheonchak thought on the basis of previous studies. In chapter three, I study four things about new aspect of Cheonchak thought. First, Cheonchak thought presents unity of Tiatai thought and Hwayan thought. Second, Cheonchak thought receives gong-an(public case) of Zen Buddhism. Thrird, Cheonchak thought is influenced by the thought of Jingi-Zhanran(荊溪湛然) and Siming-Zhili(四明知禮). Fourth, Cheonchak thought has mind to save all sentient being. In chapter four, I reveal that the tencency of Cheonchak thought, that is unity of Tiatai thought and Hwayan thought influences to some degree for Cheotae jong to receive Hwaeom-sammae-chamui at the end of Goryeo.

Accessibility(접근성)이란 흔히 어떤 활동이 유발되는 곳으로의 접근할 수 있는 정도를 의미한다. 교통에서는 어느 지역으로 가기 위해 사용되는 교통수단의 접근 정도를 의미하기도 한다. 다시 말해 접근성이 좋다는 뜻은 다른 지역으로 교통 수단을 이용하여 얼마만큼 수월한가를 뜻한다. 교통수단의 크게 개인교통과 대중교통으로 나뉠 수 있다. 삶의 질이 향상될수록 개인교통수단 보유는 증가한다. 이로 인하여 한정된 공간에서 혼잡은 통행시간의 증가 및 사회비용의 증가를 발생시켜 사회적으로 큰 문제를 야기한다. 그리하여 한정된 공간의 효율적 사용을 위해 최근의 교통정책의 변화는 개인 교통에서의 대중 교통으로의 전환을 꾀하고 있다. 대중교통은 도시교통의 고질적인 혼잡과 환경문제를 해결하는 가장 중요한 수단이 되는 동시에 그 서비스의 유지와 수준은 도시인의 생계 및 생존에까지 영향을 미쳐 명실공이 하나의 시민 기본권으로 작용하고 있다. 정책집행기관에서는 대중교통의 우선정책을 통하여 정시성을 확보하고 쾌적하고 안전한 교통을 목표로 하고 있다. 이에 서울시에서는 2004년 7월 1일 기존의 복잡하고 불편한 버스체계에서 효율적이고 대중적인 버스체계로 개편하였다.

공업계 고등학교 맥락에서의 직업교육 발전 방안 - 공고 교육의 현안문제와 개선방안을 중심으로 -

The purpose of this study was to suggest the directions of development on vacational education on the center for pending problem and reformation of Technical high school. In order to achieve the objectives of this study, the study problems were as follows: a. What are the today`s actual conditions and pending problems of the technical high school education? b. What is the solution in the face of problems of the technical high school education? c. What are the directions of development on vocational education in technical high school? Research methods employed in this study were a review of the related literature, interviewing and the advice of specialists. The conclusions obtained from this study were as follows: The major reason for the crisis of the technical high school education is why the government carried out enterprise-based policy; it means that the policies are not concentrated on the work conditions of small enterprises where students will work after their graduation but on the process of employing and education students for them. Therefore we need policies that are covering the types of job, pay level and work condition of these enterprises. Besides, it needs new ideas for combination of school member`s effort and inventional education, starting business education and etc. It will be helpful for national policy to normalize the technical education when the efforts of making substantial education and managing quality of curriculum are accompanied.
