Our electronic industries have played a chief role in the economic development of our country. Moreover international competition is more effectively. We affirm it to be a fact that Korean electronic industrial technical manpower can pick out good men who make products design, develope a new techniques, and create new products From this thesis, especially, it talks about Korean industrial products, home appliances, and electronic components. In addition to this, we make observation from imports products to technical problems. Education institutions and industry suppose to answer jointly for teaching of technical manpower, a job spot, training and specially human nature, too. As a result of teaching, we want to make location of electronic products from imports products.

Through the rapid development of our electronic engineering during the past thirty years, our electronic industry has not only played a chief role in the economic development of our country, but also greatly enhanced our position in the world market. But to confront the international competition more effectively, sufficient supply of manpower skilled in electronic technology is seriously required, and to meet this requirement, it is thought very necessary to examine the demand and supply of the manpower and their education. This study is aimed to predict the future demand of skilled manpower and to suggest a desirable educational system for them by investigating the process of the past development in electronic engineering.

The main purpose of this study is to prepare an outline for developing the Contents Systems that achieve self-study systems to make the students adopt themselves into new study atmosphere and maximize the result of study on technical college in Electric-Electronic field. Questionnaire posed to analyze the demand of teaching materials to the students, and professors and also to find characteristics of students in technical college. The SPSSWIN/PC+ statistics Package was used to assay the collected answers. And simple frequency with percentage, average, and standard deviation were calculated to check the entire trend and actual state of each question. The primary outcomes of this study are as follows i) The students in the technical college prefer self-directed learning to lecturer-oriented teaching. ii) It is difficult to offer the technical college students normal education systems since the students?interest and motivation towards study are very low. iii) The lack of capability of foreign language and basic mathematics are considered as obstacles for many students technical college to study. iv) The professors in technical college still depend on traditional method to teach the students without organized research of the intellectual levels and attitude the students. v) Teaching materials in currently use are not appropriated to induce the motivation and interest of study from the students. Also, the teaching materials in use now were discovered not to have enough originality, practical application, andwere text based. Therefore, the improvement of the existing teaching materials was demanded while the fundamental ability to study of general students is declining. Consequently, it is necessary to introduce new teaching materials which are simple, easy, and organized to offer the studen ts study desire and interest.

새롭게 맞이한 21세기에는 정보화와 기술 혁신이 더욱더 가속화되는 양상으로 진전됨에 따라 국가 경쟁력의 원천이 되어 왔던 노동 자본 등의 물적 생산 요소가 지식 기술 등 무형 지식 자산으로 전환되고 있다. 이러한 시대적인 상황에 맞추어 선진국 기업들은 세계 일류가 되기 위한 전략으로 일류기술을 확보하기 위한 경쟁과 협력을 가속화하고 있다. 이에 지식기반 사회의 기술 인력 양성 프로그램들은 학습자에게 기술에 대한 학문적 이해와 과학을 바탕으로 창의적인 기술적 응용 능력을 길러주는 것을 목적으로 해야 한다. 특히, 대학은 공학이 활용되는 산업의 각 분야에서 요구하는 지식 및 기술과 창의적인 문제해결능력과 현장감을 함양하게 하여 실천적인 업무를 수행할 수 있도록 해야 한다. 이를 강화하고 관리하기 위한 방안으로써 공학 기술자를 양성하는 기관에서는 교육의 질 관리를 강화하기 위해 졸업생들의 능력과 학업성과를 평가하여 인증하는 제도 도입이 시급하다. 본 연구에서는 현재 대안적인 평가기법으로 제시되고 있는 수행평가 기법중의 하나인 포트폴리오 평가를 공학 기술인력 양성 교육상황에 도입하여 그 활용 방안을 모색해 보고자 한다. According to the acceleration of informationalization and technological renovation in new coming $21^c$, the material production elements like labor and capital as well as others which have been the resources of a country's competitive power are changing into formless knowledge-based assets like knowledge and technology. In order to meet these demands of this time, companies in developed countries are concentrating on competition and cooperation to obtain higher technology as a strategy towards becoming first-class countries in the world. Thus, the development program of human resources should focus on providing creative technical application ability. Especially, universities should develop knowledge, technology, creative problem-solving ability and realism acquired by various fields in industry where engineering is used and make it possible to perform practical tasks. As a plan for enforcement and management of this program, a certification program which evaluates the ability and accomplishments of the study of graduate students in order to manage the quality of education should be applied as soon as possible at the institute which trains engineers. In this study, among the accomplishment assessment which have been suggested as an alternative assessment method, portfolio assessment is introduced into the educational situation of engineering technological human resources to find a method of application.
수면박탈이 각성 뇌파의 양수 리아프노프 지수에 미치는 효과에 관한 연구

Sleep deprivation may affect the brain functions such as cognition and, consequently, dynamics of the EEG. We examined the effects of sleep deprivation on chaoticity of the EEG. Five volunteers were sleep-deprived over a period of 24 hours. They were checked by EEG during two days, the first day of baseline period and the second day of total sleep deprivation period. EEGs were recorded from 16 channels for nonlinear analysis. We employed a method of minimum embedding dimension to calculate the first positive Lyapunov exponent. For limited noisy data this algorithm was strikingly faster and more accurate than previous ones. Our results show that the sleep deprived volunteers had lower values of the first positive Lyapunov exponent at ten channels (Fp1, F4, F8, T4, T5, C3, C4, P3, P4, O1) compared with the values of baseline periods. These results suggested that sleep deprivation leads to decrease of chaotic activity in brain and impairment of the information processing in the brain. We suggested that nonlinear analysis of the EEG before and after sleep deprivation the role of sleep and the effects of sleep deprivation on the brain function.
