청소년이 지각한 애정적 양육태도와 공격성의 관계 : 자아탄력성과 우울의 중다매개효과

이 연구의 목적은 청소년이 지각한 애정적 양육태도와 공격성의 관계에서 자아탄력성과 우울의 중다매개효과를 검증하는데 있다. 이를 위하여 중학생 614명(남학생 264명, 여학 생 350명)이 애정적 양육태도, 자아탄력성, 우울과 공격성 척도에 응답한 자료를 분석하 였다. 이 연구는 구조방정식모형 분석을 통해 애정적 양육태도가 자아탄력성과 우울을 매개로 하여 청소년의 공격성에 영향을 미치는 매개모형의 적합도를 검증하고, 애정적 양육태도와 공격성의 관계에서 자아탄력성과 우울 각각의 매개효과 및 자아탄력성과 우 울의 중다매개효과를 Bootstrapping 방법을 적용하여 검증하였다. 이 연구에서 밝혀진 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 애정적 양육태도, 자아탄력성, 우울 과 공격성의 관계를 분석한 결과, 애정적 양육태도가 높을수록 자아탄력성은 높았으나, 우울과 공격성에는 유의한 영향을 미치지 않았다. 그리고 자아탄력성이 높을수록 우울 과 공격성은 낮아졌고, 우울이 높을수록 공격성은 높아졌다. 또한 애정적 양육태도와 공 격성의 관계에서 우울의 매개효과는 유의하지 않았으나, 자아탄력성의 매개효과와 자아 탄력성과 우울의 중다매개효과는 유의한 것으로 나타났다. 또한 애정적 양육태도와 공 격성의 관계를 자아탄력성과 우울이 매개하는 구조모형의 경로가 성별에 따라 다른지를 탐색적으로 알아보기 위해, 남학생 집단과 여학생 집단을 구분하여 관계모형 분석을 실 시하였다. 그 결과, 성별에 따라 일부 경로에 차이가 있음을 발견하였다. 이 연구는 애정적 양육태도, 자아탄력성, 우울과 공격성의 관계에 관한 실증적인 자료를 제공함으로써 공격적인 청소년을 위한 부모교육 및 상담장면에서 청소년의 공격성 예방 및 감소에 도움이 될 수 있을 것으로 보인다. This study was conducted to test the multiple mediated effects of ego-resiliency and depression in relation to affectionate parenting attitudes and aggression. This study analyzed data collected from 614 middle school students (264 male students and 350 female students). The structural equation modeling (SEM) analyses were conducted to test research hypotheses. Bootstrapping procedure was applied to test the mediated effects and the multiple mediated effects of ego-resiliency and depression in the relation between the affectionate parenting attitude and aggression. The result of this study was summarized as follows. Analyses on the relations between affectionate parenting, ego-resiliency, depression and aggression showed that as the affectionate parenting scored higher, ego-resiliency also increased. However, affectionate parenting did not have a significant influence on depression and aggression. When ego-resiliency was high, on the other hand, depression and aggression decreased, and when depression was high, aggression increased. The results showed that although the mediated effect of depression in the relation of affectionate parenting and aggressiveness was insignificant, the mediated effects of ego-resiliency and the multiple mediated effects of ego-resiliency and depression were evident. An additional analyses need to be conducted on each of the male and the female groups, in order to verify whether there were gender differences in the relations between affectionate parenting attitude and aggression with ego-resiliency and depression as mediators. The result showed that there were several gender differences in paths within the model. This study examined the process of how affectionate parenting could affect adolescent aggression. The findings of this study provide not only a more concrete and empirical explanation on the mechanism mediating the relation between affectionate parenting attitudes and aggression but also a solid knowledge base for the intervention programs for aggression reduction and parent education on adolescent aggression.

Inguinal hernia containing the uterus and both adnexa in a full-term infant

We report a case of inguinal hernia that contained the entire uterus and both adnexa, presenting with an irreducible soft mass in the left groin and asymmetric labia majora, in a 2-month-old, full-term girl who visited the emergency department. Ultrasonography was performed immediately, and urgent surgical repair was performed without complications. Although inguinal hernia is a common surgical disease, it is rare that the hernia contains the uterus with its adnexa, and presents as a mass of the labia majora. Unlike the bowel herniation, the entity can be complicated by strangulation of the ovary, leading to infertility. To preserve fertility, rapid and accurate diagnosis using ultrasonography should be considered in an infant with an irreducible inguinal mass and asymmetric labia majora.

김동리 소설에 나타난 공간 의미 고찰 - 주요 단편소설을 중심으로 -

문학 형식 가운데 소설은 작가가 창조해 낸 허구의 세계로 인식된다. 하지만이 세계는 작가와 독자가 경험하는 현실 공간과 불가분의 관계에 있다. 문학 텍스트의 공간은 회화나 연극, 영화 등과 같이 시각적으로 포착될 수 있는 공간보다 독자의 상상력의 개입이 적극적으로 요구되는 공간이다. 그것은 작가의 의식적 공간, 체험적 공간, 상상적 공간이 언어라는 기호체계에 의해서 간접적으로전달되는 까닭에 독자는 작중인물이 이동하는 공간을 따라서 함께 이동하고, 그들의 행위나 사건을 통해서 공유하는 심리적 공간 역시 확장과 축소를 거듭하기때문이다. 이러한 문학 공간은 한 작가의 문학세계를 엿볼 수 있는 단초가 될뿐 아니라 세계 인식까지 두루 고찰하게 되는 중요한 지표가 된다. 이처럼 소설과 공간 사이에는 엄밀한 필연성이 작용하고 그렇게 생산된 소설의 공간은 문학적 맥락에서만 그 가치를 담보한다. 특히 작가가 지향하는 의식이나 작품의 특징을 규명할 수 있다는 점에서 소설 공간이 갖는 특질을 분석하는 것은 큰 의미가 있다. 이와 같은 관점 아래 김동리의 문학세계를 관류하는의식이 그의 소설 공간에서 어떤 특징으로 나타나는지에 대한 논의가 이 연구의목표가 될 것이다. 김동리 소설의 공간 전개의 특징을 살펴보면 첫째, 탈속적 세계 인식을 기반으로 하는 신화적 공간으로, 김동리 문학 세계의 대표성을 담보하는 ‘생의 구경적 탐색’이라는 자연과 인간의 일체화, 즉 핍진한 현실 세계에 대한 반작용으로제시되는 영원회귀의 탐구라고 할 수 있다. 둘째, 자기동일적 세계 인식의 공간으로, 작중인물이 제기하는 삶의 현상, 즉 인간의 무의식에 침투해 있는 초월적세계에 대한 탐구의 한 방법으로 인간 본성이 추구하는 이상적 세계를 향한 욕망과 관계된다. 셋째, 생명윤리적 실존의 공간으로, 설화적 무대는 역사라는 사실적 압력이 사라진 상상력으로 응축된 세계를 표상한다. 이렇게 발견되는 인간내면세계의 탐색은 이미 그것 자체가 공간적 표상이다. 사회적 규범, 물질세계의 공간과 시간이 얽매어 놓은 덫을 빠져나가 다양한 자아의 탐색 과정, 그 자체가 하나의 공간적 투영인 것이기 때문이다. 김동리의 문학세계가 주술적이고 설화적인 세계에 대한 긴밀한 접점을 통해서현실을 상징화하기도 하며, 때로는 주술적 세계관의 문화사적 내지 신화적 복귀과정에 초점을 둔 나머지 소멸되는 것에 대한 연민의 미학이 발현되는 것은 이러한 까닭이다. 따라서 죽음과 영원, 시간의 역진과 같은 문제들이 여러 상황에서 제시될 수밖에 없다. 그리하여 김동리가 가장 한국적인 것으로 파악했던 토착적 신앙, 곧 샤머니즘의 세계에 대한 끊임없는 탐구의 이면에는 우리 것의 ‘사라짐’ 또는 ‘잊혀짐’이라는 절맥(絶脈)에 대한 의미 부여의 노력이 자리한다고 말할 수 있다. 한 시대의 내면 풍경을 드러내는 문학은 궁극적으로 역사적 통시성과 사회사적 공시성의 교직일 수밖에 없다. 문학 작품이 언어를 매체로 인간 활동과 의식의 다변적 영역을 그려내는 이상 한 작가의 문학세계를 온전히 이해하려면 문학공간에 대한 폭넓은 사유와 다양한 연구방법이 필요하다. 따라서 본 논문은 앞선 연구자들의 연구 성과는 물론 그 한계까지 포함하여 김동리 연구를 통해 한국 문학의 이해와 확장에 새로운 단초를 마련해 보고자 한다. Literatures, specially Novel is a fiction by writer. However, there are deep relationship with realism. Between writers and reader, there are coexistence of sympathy. Literature require more imagination then movie or theater as them are seeing the motion. The reasons are writer provide conscious, experience and imagination to reader. So, reader come along any of the place, mind even though writer’s sole. Therefore, we can see and feel the philosophy, thought and knowledge of writer. That is the reason why literature gives imagination regards realism. Specially, we can get consciousness of writer’s philosophy during analysis of his literature. Accordingly, the subject of this study is to review novelist Kim Dong-Lee’s literature world and his philosophy. Novelist Kim Dong-Lee specialties are freedom of conventionality and mythic world. Myth makes unification God and human that appeals absence of vulgarity which reveals what is our life and reality. Second, there is unconscious world in his literature. With unconscious, he chase superiority world so say looking for Utopia. Utopia is related in human’s desire. Finally, narrative literature exclude history and realism that increase imaginative story more and more. Mythic world get out of social rules and material world so it makes relax and look back oneself. Kim Dong-Lee literature present shaman and mythic world. He represent realism and desire of human through the method of ideal world. We can find in his novel what is our life, death, sympathy, shamanism etc. He immersed shamanism and traditional religion which is the most deep culture of Korean life. What is disappearance and oblivion. His novel show us the period of time culture he lived. Literature reveal social synchrony and historical diachrony bearing internal realism. So, we should study writer’s thought, mind, philosophy to understand whole of his literature. Accordingly, this thesis includes previous results of study to understand more critical part of Kim Dong-Lee’s literature.

Molecular and Immune Profiling of Syngeneic Mouse Models Predict Response to Immune Checkpoint Inhibitors in Gastric Cancer

Purpose Appropriate preclinical mouse models are needed to evaluate the response to immunotherapeutic agents. Immunocompetent mouse models have rarely been reported for gastric cancer. Thus, we investigated immunophenotypes and responses to immune checkpoint inhibitor (ICI) in immunocompetent mouse models using various murine gastric cancer cell lines.Materials and Methods We constructed subcutaneous syngeneic tumors with murine gastric cancer cell lines, YTN3 and YTN16, in C57BL/6J mice. Mice were intraperitoneally treated with IgG isotype control or an anti–programmed death-ligand 1 (PD-L1) neutralizing antibody. We used immunohistochemistry to evaluate the tumor-infiltrating immune cells of formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded mouse tumor tissues. We compared the protein and RNA expression between YTN3 and YTN16 cell lines using a mouse cytokine array and RNA sequencing.Results The mouse tumors revealed distinct histological and molecular characteristics. YTN16 cells showed upregulation of genes and proteins related to immunosuppression, such as Ccl2 (CCL2) and Csf1 (M-CSF). Macrophages and exhausted T cells were more enriched in YTN16 tumors than in YTN3 tumors. Several YTN3 tumors were completely regressed by the PD-L1 inhibitor, whereas YTN16 tumors were unaffected. Although treatment with a PD-L1 inhibitor increased infiltration of T cells in both the tumors, the proportion of exhausted immune cells did not decrease in the non-responder group.Conclusion We confirmed the histological and molecular features of cancer cells with various responses to ICI. Our models can be used in preclinical research on ICI resistance mechanisms to enhance clinical efficacy.

Characterization of Chitosan Hydrolysates Depolymerized under the Action of Non-specific Enzymes

The aim of this study is to elucidate the features of enzymatic depolymerization of high molecular weight chitosan (CTSN-H). Depolymerization of CTSN-H was mediated by non-specific enzymes action, showed that variations of organic biomasses have a substantial enzymatic effect on the degree of depolymerization of CTSN-H. Additionally, we found that the antimicrobial activity of chitosan hydrolysates derived from the depolymerization of CTSN-H against Candida albicans has shown to be dependent on molecular weight (MW) of chitosan. Although various biological activities of CTSN-H were proposed, less antifungal effect against C. albicans was observed as it. Therefore, the results of this study demonstrates that depolymerization of CTSN-H by non-specific enzyme feature can provide some potent possibility to produce antifungal active forms of chitosan.

러시아 민속복식의 디자인 특성 연구

Russian folk costume represents the dress of the rural population, the peasant, and it symbolizes the identity and the religious beliefs of Russian folks. Besides the mix of Asian and European cultures across the centuries, Russian folk costume has gradually shaped to exotic and indigenous Russian costume style. Russian people consistently kept the identity of Russian folk costume although the swift, and extreme dress reform of Peter the Great. In this study, the details of Russian folk costume were carefully analyzed on the basis of Russian social, cultural, and religious context. In addition, the historical background of Russian folk costume was reviewed through a wide range of visual and literature references worldwide. Analyzing the characteristics of Russian folk costume, using factors as silhouette, color, material, pattern, and accessories, significant formative features were resulted. Russian folk costume is that style of dress which applies 1) the geometric style and curve pleats and 2) Russian national flag colors, white, blue, red, and Russian onion dome color, gold and 3) the natural materials and the embroidery trimming and 4) the composition of three patterns, bird, flower, female and 5) the glamorous hair accessories. Such results imply formative understanding of Russian Orthodox, Russian folk beliefs, worship of nature and women, spirit of community, cultural commingling of east and west. Russian fashion has great potential for studying because it remained unrevealed on account of political and ideological reasons of the past. This study will broaden and deepen the understanding of Russian fashion while providing new perspectives. 러시아 민속복식은 러시아인들의 일상생활의 필수 품목이자 민속 신앙적 가치를 내포하고 있는 상징적 기호이다. 러시아 민속복식은 역사적 전환기 속에서 아시아적인 요소와 유럽적인 요소가 혼재되어 나타났으며 ‘러시아식’의 이국적인 복식 스타일을 완성시켰다. 러시아인들은 표트르 대제의 강제적인 의복 개혁에도 러시아적인 전통과 민족적 특징이 잘 표현된 민속의상을 굳게 지켜나갔으며, 이는 러시아 복식문화의 정체성이 더욱 강하게 고착되는 계기를 마련하였다. 본 연구는 러시아의 사회문화종교예술에 대한 전반적인 이해를 기초로 하여 러시아 민속복식의 디자인 특성을 살펴보는데 목적이 있다. 본 연구는 러시아 민속복식의 형성 배경에 대한 국내외의 선행연구를 중심으로 살펴보았고, 러시아 민속복식의 디자인 분석은 문헌자료에 수록된 작품사진과 국외 인터넷 시각자료 등을 대상으로 진행하였다. 러시아 민속복식을 실루엣, 색채, 소재, 문양, 장신구 등의 조형 요소를 중심으로 분석한 결과, 기하학적 형태와 주름의 활용, 러시아 국기색과 황금색의 수용, 천연소재와 자수장식의 애용, 삼부 구성의 문양 표현, 화려한 머리장식의 사용 등의 특징을 보였다. 위와 같은 디자인의 특징에는 러시아 정교의 영향, 민속 신앙의 반영, 자연과 여성에 대한 숭배, 공동체 정신의 강조, 동서방 문화의 혼합 등의 조형적 의도가 내재함을 파악할 수 있었다. 본 연구는 한국사회에 생소한 러시아 패션을 이해하기 위한 선행 작업으로 시도되었으며, 나아가 러시아와 러시아 패션에 대한 이해의 범위를 넓힐 수 있다는 점에서도 의의가 깊다고 할 수 있다. 러시아 패션은 세계 개방 이후 도약적인 발전가능성이 있는 분야로 기대되며 향후 연구할 가치 또한 높다. 본 연구를 통해 향후 러시아 패션에 대한 연구가 활발하게 이루어지는 계기가 되기를 기대한다.
