Objective : We wanted to examine the differences of symptoms of stroke by seasons and age groups. Methods : We recorded the symptoms of 254 stroke patients for 1 year and statistically analyzed the results. The Chi-Square test was used for the analysis.(p<0.05). Results : There was no difference of symptoms by age, but the symptoms were different by seasons. In spring and autumn, there was a large amount of Hwa. In summer, there was a large amount of Kihuh, and in winter, there was a large amount of Hwa and Dahm. Conclusions : We have concluded that these differences should be considered in the management and the prevention of stroke.
두경부암 환자 방사선 치료 시 BinkieRT<sup>TM</sup>(구강용 고정장치)에 대한 유용성 평가

Purpose: The purpose of this study is to evaluate the effectiveness of oral positioning stent, the BinkieRT<sup>TM</sup> in radiation treatment for head and neck cancer patients in terms of tongue positions reproducibility, tongue doses and material properties. Materials and Methods: 24 cases using BinkieRT<sup>TM</sup> during radiation treatments were enrolled. The tongue was contoured on planning CT and CBCT images taken every 3 days during treatment, and then the DSC and center of tongue shift values were analyzed to evaluate the reproducibility of the tongue. The tongue dose was compared in terms of dose distribution when using BinkieRT<sup>TM</sup> and different type of oral stents (mouthpiece, paraffin wax). Randomly selected respective 10 patients were measured tongue doses of initial treatment plan for nasal cavity and unilateral parotid cancer. Finally, In terms of material evaluation, HU and relative electron density were identified in RTPS. Results: As a result of DSC analysis, it was 0.8 ± 0.07, skewness -0.8, kurtosis 0.61, and 95% CI was 0.79~0.82. To analyze the deviation of the central tongue shift during the treatment period, a 95% confidence interval for shift in the LR, SI, and AP directions were indicated, and a one-sample t-test for 0, which is an ideal value in the deviation(n=144). As a result of the t-test, the mean and SD in the LR and SI directions were 0.01 ± 0.14 cm (p→.05), 0.03 ± 0.25 cm (p→.05), and -0.08 ± 0.25 cm (p ←.05) in the AP direction. In the case of unilateral parotid cancer patients, the Dmean to the tongue of patients using BinkieRT<sup>TM</sup> was 16.92% ± 3.58% compared to the prescribed dose, and 23.99% ± 10.86% of patients with Paraffin Wax, indicating that the tongue dose was relatively lower when using BinkieRT<sup>TM</sup> (p←.05). On the other hand, among nasal cavity cancer patients, the Dmean of tongue dose for patients who used BinkieRT<sup>TM</sup> was 4.4% ± 5.6%, and for those who used mouthpiece, 5.9% ± 6.8%, but it was not statistically significant (p→.05). The relative electron density of Paraffin Wax, BinkieRT<sup>TM</sup> and Putty is 0.94, 0.99, 1.26 and the mass density is 0.95, 0.99 and 1.32 (g/cc), Transmission Factor is 0.99, 0.98, 0.96 respectively. Conclusion: The result of the tongue DSC analysis over the treatment period was about 0.8 and Deviation of the center of tongue shifts were within 0.2 cm, the reproducibility was more likely excellent. In the case of unilateral head and neck cancer patients, it was found that the use of BinkieRT<sup>TM</sup> rather than Paraffin Wax or Putty can reduce the unnecessary dose irradiated to the tongue. This study might be useful to understand of BinkieRT<sup>TM</sup>'s properties and advantages. And also it could be another considered option as oral stent to keep the reproducibility of tongue and reducing dose during head and neck radiation treatments.
Nd<sub>2-x</sub>Sr<sub>x</sub>NiO<sub>4+</sub><sub>δ</sub>/GDC(x = 0, 0.4, 0.6) 공기극의 전기화학특성 평가

Mixed ionic and electronic conducting $K_2NiF_4$-type oxide, $Nd_{2-x}Sr_xNiO_{4+\delta}$ (x = 0, 0.4, 0.6) powders were synthesized by a solid-state reaction technique and solid oxide fuel cells consisting of a $Nd_{2-x}Sr_xNiO_{4+\delta}-GDC$ cathode, a Ni-YSZ anode and 8YSZ as an electrolyte were fabricated. The effect of strontium substitution for neodymium on the electrical and electrochemical properties was examined. The electrical conductivity increased with an increase in the Sr doping content, while it appears that the excess oxygen (${\delta}$) decreased. Sr doping into $Nd_2NiO_{4+\delta}$ resulted in an increase in the cathode polarization resistance and an decrease in the power density of the cell. These phenomena may be associated with the decreased amount of excess oxygen noted in the $Nd_{2-x}Sr_xNiO_{4+\delta}$ cathode.
MANETs에서 정책기반 망 관리를 위한 Active PDP Discovery

Mobile Ad-hoc Networks(MANETs)에서 정책기반 네트워크 관리를 위해서는 기존의 유선망 관리 방법으로는 신뢰성과 효율성을 보장 할 수 없다. 그러므로 MANETs 관리는 노드들을 효과적으로 클러스터하고 이동 관리를 하는 것이 필수적이다. 본 논문에서는 분산 되어 있는 PDP(Policy Decision Point)를 발견하는 Active PDP Discovery Protocol과 PEP(Policy Enforcement Point)노드 이동 감지를 위해 COPS-PR을 확장하고 PDP에 MNL(Management Node List)를 추가하여 PEP노드를 관리하는 방법을 제안한다. 그리고 시뮬레이션을 통해 얻은 결과를 분석하고 결론으로 끝맺는다. Policy-based Network Management(PBNM) in the Mobile Ad-hoc network(MANETs) requires additional, reliable and efficient mechanism over PBNM in wired network. Thus, it is important that the management system in MANETs should cluster the moving nodes and manage their movements in an effective manner. In this thesis, I propose a mechanism for the policy-based management in ad hoc networks in which I consider several methods to discover the Policy Decision Point(PDP), set the management area, and manage the movements of Policy Enforcement Point(PEP) nodes in the PBNM system. Moreover, COPS-PR is extended for the mechanism. Finally, I analyze and validate the results through simulations.
강판콘크리트(SC : Steel Plate Concrete) 보의 온도하중 재하 시 역학적 특성에 관한 실험연구

This paper describes the experimental study that was conducted on the temperature characteristic and bending capacity of a steel-plate-reinforced concrete-wall module (SC module). The steel plate ratio and temperature loading parameters were tested, and the influence of these parameters on the moment-curvature relationship and on the bending strength of the SC module was investigated. The fundamental-structure characteristic result of every SC module that assumed practical use was investigated. In this study, the bending and flexural characteristics of SC structures were evaluated to verify the yielding and ultimate strength of the SC beam under thermal-loading conditions. 이 연구는 열하중이 발생하는 구조물에 강판 콘크리트구조를 적용하는 경우, 역학적 특성을 평가하기 위하여 수행하였다. 원자력발전소 구조물 중 사용후 핵연료 저장조 구조물과 같이, 구조물 내부는 지속적인 열 하중을 받고 구조물 외부는 대기에 노출되어 있는 경우, 구조물은내 외부의 온도차이로 인해서 열응력이 발생한다. 본 연구는 이러한 구조물에 강판 콘크리트 구조를 적용할 경우를 가정하여 보 형태의 강판 콘크리트 구조실험체에 온도하중을 재하한 상태에서 휨 내력 및 구조특성을 평가하고 추가적으로 실험체가 항복 시까지 하중을 가력하여 최종 휨내력을 평가하였다.
RC 슬래브와 SC 벽 접합부의 전단마찰 거동에 관한 실험연구

본 연구에서는 RC 구조 슬래브와 SC 구조 전단벽이 만나는 접합부의 거동특성을 파악하고 RC구조 슬래브-SC구조 전단벽 이질접합부의 전단마찰내력을 평가하고 KEPIC SNG의 접합면 소요전단강도 기준의 안전율을 평가하기 위해 실험연구를 수행하였다. 연구결과, 접합면의 전단마찰내력은 약 300kN으로 나타났고, 변위가 증가할수록 철근의 내력분담이 증가하게 되며, 상부철근보다는 하부철근의 전단내력 분담율이 높은 것으로 나타났다. 하부철근을 구성한 경우에는 하부철근이 없는 실험체에 비해 40% 이상 전단내력이 증가하는 것으로 나타났다. In this study, the structure behavior of RC slab and SC shear wall connection was investigated. Also experimental study was performed to evaluate the factor of safety of demand shear connection strength in KEPIC SNG Standard. As a result, shear friction strength of connection was known about 300kN and shear strength of rebar increased according to the displacement increase. With the installment of the lower rebars, 40% shear strength increased compared to the non-rebar specimen.

We report 1 patient with Primary aldosteronism caused by malfunction of adrenal gland. which occupies 1-2% of the whole Hypertensive disease. The patient was 35 year-old female with the history of hypertension. She was hospitalized at Department of Circulatory Internal Medicine. College of Oriental Medicine, Kyung Hee University, Seoul, because of low limb weakness, chest discomport, palpitation and dry mouth. The value of serum potassium level was o.6 and at last adenoma was diagnosed on the basis of abdomen CT scan. The Primary aldosteronism manifests myasthenia, headache, dry mouth, palpitation. In laboratory findings, it especially shows specific U -wave in EKG due to low serum potassium level resulted from excessive flow-out through urine. It could be regarded as ‘Flaccid paralysis of Limbs(?症)‘, the Oriental medical term which indicates a condition of general weakness. We report on this case with a review of literature.
