YSZ/LSM composite cathode was fabricated by dip-coating of YSZ sol on the internal pore surface of a LSM cathode followed by sintering at low temperature (800-100$0^{\circ}C$) The YSZ coating significantly increased the TPB(Triple Phase Boundary) where the gas the electrode and the electrolyte were in contact with each other. Sinter the formation of resistive materials such as La2Zr2O7 or SrZrO3 was prevented due to the low processing temperature and TPB was increased due to the YSZ film coating the electrode resistance (Rel) was reduced about 100 times compared to non-modified cathode. From the analysis of a.c impedance it was shown that microstructural change of the cathode caused by YSZ film coating affected the oxygen reduction reaction. In the case of non-modified cathode the RDS (rate determining step) was electrode reactions rather than mass transfer or the oxygen gas diffusion in the experimental conditions employed in this study ($600^{\circ}C$-100$0^{\circ}C$ and 0,01-1 atm of Po2) for the YSZ film coated cathode however the RDS involved the oxygen diffusion through micropores of YSZ film at high temperature of 950-100$0^{\circ}C$ and low oxygen partial pressure of 0.01-0.03 atm.
호텔 기업의 사회적 책임활동(CSR)이 브랜드 자산에 미치는 영향: 진정성의 조절영향관계를 중심으로

This study will be the chance to examine the role of authenticity as a moderating variable between CSR activities and brand equities. It is important to focus on CSR authenticities will play as a moderating variable in a relationship between CSR activities and brand equities. A theoretical formulation has been used for the empirical study and the hypothesis was set up for the theoretical formulation. Based on the precedent researches, two hypotheses were set up. Before the proposed hypotheses, exploratory factor analysis have been conducted in terms of preliminary analysis for CSR activities and authenticities and brand equities. As a result, four factors have been founded for the CSR activities and they are economic responsibilities, legal responsibilities, ethical responsibilities and philanthropic responsibilities. Also, two factors have been founded for the brand equities and they are brand awareness and brand images. Finally, only a sole factor has been founded for the CSR authenticity and it is a CSR authenticity. As a conclusion, CSR authenticity play as a moderating variable between the CSR activities and the brand equities. From this point of view, the theoretical proves the precedent study and the most of the hypothesis from the theoretical formulation has been adopted. Thus, both academic and practical perspectives will be suggested.

Project selection is known as one of the most important factors which distinguish success and failure of six sigma implementation. This paper suggests a method for prioritizing and selecting six sigma projects using AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process). To validate the effectiveness of the method, it is applied in a service organization and it shows a fairly consistent result.

Congenital triangular alopecia is an uncommon nonscarring form of alopecia. It presents with isolated alopecic patch at the frontotemporal area of the scalp. Although previously considered congenital, this condition usually is discovered after 2 years of age and, more recently, is thought to be acquired. We report a case of congenital triangular alopecia in a 12 month old female who had the lesion since birth. (Korean J Dermatol 2004;42(1):114~115)
외식기업의 사회적 책임(CSR)활동과 신뢰, 구매의도와의 관계 연구 : 대전지역을 중심으로

The purpose of this study is to analyze relationship between CSR activities, trust, and purchasing intention of Daejeon area eateries. In other words, to analyze the effect of CSR activities on trust and trust on purchasing intention. In order to achieve this goal, we conducted an empirical analysis of customers who have visited eateries in Daejeon area. The sample survey method, which is a non-probabilistic sampling method, was used from May 1st to May 30th, 2018. A total of 250 questionnaires were distributed and 232 questionnaires were collected and except 3 unsuitable or inconsistent questionnaires. Thus, 229 questionnaires were finally coded. A statistical package program(SPSS 18.0) was used for frequency analysis for understanding the demographic characteristics, factor analysis, reliability test, correlation analysis for every single measurement variables. Finally, we conducted structural equation modeling analysis through AMOS 18.0 statistical package program to verify structural model. As a result, it was found that there are significant effects between CSR activities and trust, trust and purchase intention. Thus, both academic and practical perspectives are suggested. We hope that the result of this study will broaden the scope on CSR activity, trust, and purchase intention on food service industry.
