도시 농업 경험 향상을 위한 통합적 텃밭 관리 모바일 애플리케이션 서비스 제안: 노원구 공공도시 텃밭을 중심으로

Recently, urban agriculture including growing gardens continues to grow, with the advantage of being able to communicate with local neighbors and obtain healthy food. In particular, this growth is accelerating with changes in society following the non-face-to-face paradigm, triggered by the Corona Pandemic. However, there is a limitation in the current methods for revitalizing urban agriculture. Urban agricultural information is fragmented and its accessibility is low, and there is no integrated platform equipped with various functions required by garden users. Using the Research Through Design method, this study investigates the user’s actual needs for gardening, and proposes a mobile service that increases access to urban agricultural information and allows service users to efficiently manage crops. Focusing on the garden of Gyeongchun Line Forest Road in Nowon-gu, this study conducted a survey of stakeholders, including potential users related to gardens or weekend farms, to identify problems and opportunities, and specified ideas and functions to enable integrated graden management. Specifically, by proposing functions for crop management and farming equipment rental, it made it easier for users to manage gardens and obtain information related to urban agriculture. In addition, by providing community functions, communication and assistance between garden users in a specific region can lead to harmony and win-win effects of communities in the region. As sustainable and eco-friendly lifestyles are emerging due to climate change and environmental pollution, the importance of urban agriculture is increasing. The results of this study can be used as a basic resource for the design approach to urban agricultural development, and it is expected that urban agricultural culture will be more activated through this study. 텃밭 기르기를 주력으로 한 도시 농업은 지역 이웃과 소통하며 건강한 먹거리를 얻을 수 있다는 이점을 내세워 지속적인 성장세를 보이고 있다. 특히 코로나로 촉발된 비대면 패러다임에 따른 사회의 변화와 함께 이 성장세가 더욱 가속화되고 있다. 그러나 도시 농업에 대한 높아지는 관심도에 비해 도시농업 활성화를 위한 현재의 방법들에는 한계가 존재한다. 이에 본 연구는 도시 농업에 실질적으로 필요한 기능에 대해 조사하고, 이를 기반으로 일반인의 도시 농업 정보 접근성을 높이고 이용자가 효율적으로 작물을 관리할 수 있는 서비스 아이디어를 모색하였다. 본 연구는 디자인을 통한 리서치(Research Through Design) 연구 방법으로 통합적 텃밭 관리 모바일 애플리케이션 디자인 프로젝트를 진행하며 서비스 아이디어를 도출하였다. 해당 프로젝트는 노원구 경춘선 숲길 텃밭을 중심으로 진행하였으며, 텃밭 및 주말농장과 관련된 잠재적 이용자를 포함한 이해관계자를 대상으로 조사를 진행하여 문제점과 기회영역을 파악하였고, 이를 바탕으로 텃밭의 통합적 관리가 가능하도록 아이디어와기능을 구체화하였다. 구체적으로 작물 관리 기능, 농기구 대여 기능 등을 제안함으로써 사용자들이보다 편리하게 텃밭 관리 활동을 하게 하고 도시 농업 관련 정보 습득이 용이하도록 하였다. 또한, 커뮤니티 기능을 제공하여 특정 지역 텃밭 이용자 간의 소통과 도움을 통해 지역 내 공동체의 화합과 상생 효과를 야기할 수 있도록 하였다. 기후변화 및 환경오염 등으로 인한 지속가능하고 친환경적인 생활방식이 부각되면서, 도시 농업의 중요성은 높아지고 있다. 본 연구 결과는 도시 농업 발달을 위한디자인적 접근의 기초 자료로 활용될 수 있으며, 본 연구를 통해 도시 농업 문화가 보다 활성화되기를기대한다.

복지사각지대를 위한 지역기반 모바일 기부 플랫폼 컨셉 및 기능 제안

현 사회에는 도움을 필요로 하나 사회 관심 부재와 복지 정책의 사각에서 발생하는 문제로에서의 인해 어려움을 겪고 있는 ‘복지사각지대’에 위치한 사람들이 다수 존재한다. 더군다나 사회 내에서 점차증가하는 개인주의 속에서 사람들은 복지사각지대에 위치한 이들을 지원할 수 있는 방안을 민간차원에서 찾기 쉽지 않다. 이에 본 연구는 이를 보완하는 방식으로 ‘기부’를 채택하고, 부담 없이 지속적인나눔과 기부를 유도하여 기부의 진입장벽을 낮추고 기부자와 기부 대상자 간의 쌍방향 작용을 통해궁극적으로 복지사각지대에 위치한 이들에게 도움을 주는 서비스 방향성을 제안하는 것을 목적으로한다. 먼저 복지사각지대와 기부를 중심으로 한 현황 조사 및 선행연구 조사를 실시하였다. 또한 온라인 설문조사와 심층 인터뷰를 통해 이해관계자들의 세부적인 니즈를 도출하였다. 그 결과 기부금 및물품 사용의 투명한 공개, 기관과의 원활한 소통을 위한 창구의 필요성, 기부 대상자가 겪고 있는 정책 지원 과정에서의 문제점과 같은 페인포인트를 발견할 수 있었다. 이 결과를 바탕으로 서비스 내 이해관계자 간의 원활한 소통과 신뢰 및 부담 없는 나눔과 기부를 지속하기 위한 핵심적인 기능(기부공고 선택 및 작성, 동네 및 기관과의 정보교류 커뮤니티, 이해관계자간 직접 채팅기능, 시각적 동기부여)들을 기획하고 이를 프로토타입으로 구체화하였다. 본 연구는 복지사각지대 문제에 도움을 주기위해 지역을 기반으로 한 이웃 간의 기부라는 대안을 제시하고 이를 구체화하기 위한 서비스를 제안하였다. 본 연구결과가 향후 복지사각지대를 돕기 위한 다양한 솔루션을 도출하는데 하나의 기초 자료로 사용될 수 있기를 기대한다.

A theory of “Design for Happiness” as an analytic tool for service experience design: Focusing on Seoul Metro

Service experience is emphasized as a primary object of service design. However, an approach to understanding and designing service experience is limited in variety, although the multidimensional nature of service experience allows for diverse perspectives. This paper adopts a “Design for Happiness” concept as a theory to complement existing empathy-oriented service experience design approaches. First we review studies on design for happiness theories and current approaches to service experiences. Then, we investigate 26 young users’ service experiences of Seoul metropolitan subway(Seoul Metro), using an adapted cultural probe (i.e., diary studies) as a bottom-up approach. Then, the collected user service experience are analyzed through a “Positive Design” framework as a top-down approach. The data analysis process has revealed: 1) how the three elements of the positive design framework (i.e., virtue, pleasure, and personal significance) are manifested in service experience; and 2) how the insights from the empirical research may inform generating service ideas that contribute to people’s happiness through service. This study has defined a set of lower-level constructs of the positive design framework with respect to the given service experience, thereby representing the applicability of positive design to service design. Also, based on the recognition of the service elements that mismatched the identified user concerns, this paper has discussed insights for designing for young users’ enhanced Seoul Metro service experience toward their happiness.

스트레스 수준에 따른 여가제약, 협상, 여가활동 선택 전환의도에 대한 연구

The purpose of this study is to confirm whether there is a significant difference in individual stress levels in leisure constraints, negotiations, and switching intention of the selection of leisure activities. To this end, it was divided into 'Latent stress group' and 'High risk stress group' according to the degree of Psycho-social Well-being Index and the correlation and difference between constraints, constraint negotiations, and switching intention of the selection of leisure activities. As a result of the study, it was found that leisure constraints, negotiations and switching intention differed according to the level of stress. Considering that stress is caused by social and psychological aspects, these results believe that there will be a significant influence relationship between individuals’ stress and each factor. This study is meaningful in that it confirmed the relationship between stress and leisure, and confirmed the possibility that stress may act as a motivation factor in choosing leisure activities. However, the degree of difference for each factor appears to be narrow, requiring research and discussion to expand the size of the sample in the future.

청년정책 활용을 증진시키기 위한 모바일 애플리케이션 컨셉 및 디자인 방향성 제안

시대의 흐름에 따라 청년들이 마주하는 문제가 사회구조적으로 점차 심화하고 있다. 이러한 배경에 따라 국가적으로 청년들을 지원할 정책의 필요성도 늘어나고 있으며, 관련하여 청년정책에 관한 논의 또한 증가하고 있다. 그러나 청년의 상당수가 청년정책의 존재를 모르거나 정책의 자세한 내용에 대한파악을 어려워하거나 자신에게 해당되는 정책혜택을 파악하지 못하는 등 전반적으로 청년 정책에 대한 낮은 참여율을 보이고 있다. 따라서 본 연구는 청년 당사자들이 청년정책을 더 쉽게 전달받고 참여할 수 있도록 돕기 위한 모바일 애플리케이션 서비스를 위한 컨셉과 디자인 방향성을 제안하는 것을목적으로 한다. 이를 위한 구체적인 연구방법은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 연구배경에 대한 데스크 리서치와선행 연구 분석을 통해 관련 개념과 현황을 파악하였다. 둘째, 설문, 인터뷰, 관찰을 통한 사용자 조사를 통해 문제를 정의하고 조사결과를 분석하여 서비스에 대한 컨셉과 주요 특징, 세부기능들을 도출하였다. 해당 서비스는 청년들 개개인에 ‘맞춰진’, 청년들이 정책 참여를 ‘잊지 않게’, 청년 당사자의 참여를 ‘도와주는’이라는 세 가지 특징을 가지고 있으며, 각 특징들을 위한 청년정책 정보제공, 정책 캘린더, 관심정책 북마크, 맞춤정책 추천, 서류 체크리스트, 알림 설정 등의 세부 기능을 갖추고 있다. 셋째, 연구 결과의 타당성을 검증하기 위하여 서비스 프로토타입으로 사용자 테스트를 진행하여 연구 성과를 파악하고 향후 연구 방향을 정리하였다. 본 연구 결과는 청년 세대의 청년정책에 대한 접근성과활용성을 향상시킬 수 있는 서비스의 기초 자료로 이용될 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

비대면 환경에서의 사용자경험디자인 교육 사례 연구

The nationwide spread of the Corona 19 virus in early 2020 has forced Korean universities to conduct online lectures. As society shifts to a non-face-to-face paradigm, the Ministry of Education said that regardless of the end of Corona 19, it would encourage remote classes as a direction of future education so that universities can continue to maintain remote classes as an educational innovation method. Against this backdrop, improving educational experience in a non-face-to-face environment is becoming a very important task, and thus it is necessary to present lecture models through exploring various online lecture cases. Until now, studies on the development of practical online lecture cases and models are hardly found. In particular, it is difficult to find case studies of online design education, more specifically in the field of UX design. As a first step to improve the quality of educational experience in a non-face-to-face environment, this study shares the researcher’s case of online UX design education. As a research method, the two main components of teaching portfolios (education content and education management) are researched, and the effectiveness of this education case is presented through the results of students’ lecture evaluation. Through the research, the following insights and suggestions were derived. First, a mix of real-time/non-real-time digital media is suggested. Second, adopting various teaching methods is recommended for the educational effect of online UX design. It was found that when project-based learning and flipped learning are integrated in an online environment with a high dependence on digital technology, a strong educational effect can be expected. Third, in online teaching environment, functions to support students’ needs for immediate and active professor-student communication need to be integrated to the online teaching technology platform. 2020년 초 발생한 코로나 19 바이러스의 전국적 확산으로 국내 대학들이 온라인 강의를 전면적으로시행하게 되었다. 사회가 비대면 패러다임으로 전환됨에 따라 교육부에서는 향후 코로나 19의 종식과관계없이 대학들이 원격 수업을 교육 혁신 방안으로 계속 유지해나갈 수 있도록 미래 교육의 방향성으로 원격수업을 장려하겠다고 하였다. 이러한 배경에 따라 비대면 환경에서의 교육 경험 향상이 매우중요한 과제로 부각되고 있으며 이에 따라 다양한 온라인 강의 사례 발굴을 통한 강의 모델 제시가 필요한 실정이다. 현재까지 실질적인 비대면 강의 사례 및 구체화된 강의 모델 개발에 대한 연구는 활발하게 이루어지지 않았으며 특히 디자인 분야, 좀 더 구체적으로 UX디자인 분야에 대한 비대면 교육사례 연구는 많지 않다. 이에 따라 본 연구는 비대면 교육 환경에서의 수업의 질과 학생들의 교육 경험을 향상시키기 위한 첫 단계로서 연구자의 비대면 UX디자인 교육 사례를 공유함으로써 향후 보다효과적인 비대면 디자인 교육 전략을 발전시키고 강의 모델을 제시하기 위한 기초를 마련하는 것을목적으로 한다. 연구 방법으로 티칭 포트폴리오의 구성항목을 크게 교육 내용과 교육 운영의 두 영역으로 나누어 연구를 진행하였으며, 학생들의 강의평가 결과를 통해 본 교육사례의 효과를 평가하였다. 본 연구를 통해 다음과 같은 통찰 및 제안을 기술하였다. 첫째, 효과적인 비대면 UX디자인 교육을 위해 실시간/비실시간 디지털 매체들의 장단점을 고려하여 수업의 용도에 따라 적절히 혼합하여 활용할것을 제안한다. 둘째, 비대면 UX디자인의 교육적 효과를 위한 다양한 교수법들 중에서도 디지털 테크놀로지의 의존도가 높은 비대면 환경에서 프로젝트 기반 학습과 플립드 러닝이 적절히 결합되었을 때강력한 교육 효과를 발휘할 수 있음을 발견하였다. 셋째, 비대면 수업에서 강의의 흐름을 방해하지 않으면서도 교수-학생 간의 즉각적이고 원활한 소통을 지원해주는 세부적인 기능들이 비대면 수업 테크놀로지 플랫폼에 보완될 필요가 있다.

반려견주들의 지역 공동체 활성화를 위한 모바일 서비스 제안: 노원구 경춘선숲길을 중심으로

1인 가구의 증가와 저출산 등으로 반려견을 키우는 가구는 급증함에 비해 반려견주를 매개로 한 지역기반 서비스에 대한 연구는 많지 않은 실정이다. 이러한 필요성에 따라 본 연구는 지역 공동체를 활성화하기 위한 방안의 하나로 반려견주들을 매개로 한 지역 공동체 활성화 방안을 연구하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 연구 대상지로 노원구 경춘선숲길을 선정하고, 해당 지역의 견주들을 중심으로 그들의 경험과 요구사항 등을 파악하고 견주들의 편의를 증진시키는 동시에 지역의 발전을 도모할 수 있는 서비스를 제안하였다. 연구 방법으로 우선 온라인 리뷰와 탐방 조사 등의 예비 데스크 리서치를 실시하였고 설문 조사 및 심층 인터뷰가 진행되었다. 사용자 조사 결과 견주들이 신뢰할 수 있는 경춘선숲길산책로 관련 정보의 제공과 공유, 펫시터와 산책메이트의 탐색과 발견, 반려견 케어를 도와주는 관리기능 등의 필요를 도출할 수 있었다. 그 결과 본 연구는 소통, 연결, 케어라는 핵심 서비스 컨셉을 도출하였고 이를 토대로 커뮤니티, 산책 메이트 및 펫시터 매칭, 반려견 케어 기능을 제공하는 모바일서비스를 구상하였으며 이러한 연구결과를 모바일 애플리케이션 형태로 구현하였다. 해당 서비스를통해 사용자들은 펫시터 탐색과 신뢰도 확인, 산책메이트 찾기, 견주들의 에티켓 개선을 위한 정보 획득, 산책로 추천 및 코스 공유와 명소 안내, 산책로 혼잡도 확인, 전문가와의 질의응답 매칭 등의 기능들을 통해 효과적으로 반려견을 케어할 수 있을 뿐 아니라 지역 견주들과의 커뮤니티를 활성화 시킬수 있다. 본 연구 결과를 토대로 반려견주들을 통한 지역 기반 서비스들이 확대될 것을 기대한다.

인터넷 개인방송의 영향력에 대한 인식과 규제 지지 평가: 국내 이용자와 비이용자의 차이 비교

인터넷 개인방송의 생산과 소비가 확대되면서 영향력이 커지고 있지만 이에 따른 사회적 역기능을 우려하는 목소리도 높다. 본 연구는 인터넷 개인방송의 영향력과 규제 필요성에 대한 인식을 조사하기 위해 만15세 이상부터 50대까지 이용자 825명과 비이용자 335명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시했다. 조사 결과 응답자들은 전반적으로 인터넷 개인방송을 규제할 필요성에 공감하였고, 현재 자율규제 방식은 적절히 작동하지 않는다고 인식했다. 하지만 이러한 인식은 현재 인터넷 개인방송을 이용하고 있는 응답자와 그렇지 않다고 응답한 비이용자 사이에서 차이를 보였다. 기존 제3자 효과에 대한 연구 결과와 같이 비이용자는 인터넷 개인방송은 자신의 미디어 이용에 영향을 미치지 않지만 청소년에게는 영향을 미칠 수 있다고 여겼다. 규제와 관련된 인식에서도 비이용자는 이용자에 비해 높은 수준의 규제가 필요하다고 응답했다. 이러한 결과는 인터넷 개인방송 규제에서 제3자 효과에 의한 이용자와 비이용자 간 차이를 파악하고 실제 미디어의 영향력을 고려한 규제 정책을 정립할 필요성이 있음을 보여 준다.

사회적 고립청년의 은둔 극복과 사회관계망 구축을 위한 서비스 방향성 제안

연구배경 국내 사회적 고립청년의 수가 매년 증가하고 있다. 사회가 개인주의화되면서 청년들의 사회관계망이 더욱 약화되고, 사회 단절이 심화되어 다양한 범죄로 이어지는 등 사회적 고립청년 문제의 심각성이 대두되고있다. 이를 해결하기 위해 정부 차원에서부터 사기업까지 다양한 극복 방안을 제시하고 있으나 아직 한계점이 존재한다. 본 연구는 사회적 고립청년의 특성과 심리를 고려하여 사회관계망 형성을 장려하고 스스로 사회적 고립단계를 극복할 수 있도록 돕는 서비스를 통해 접근성 높고 실용적인 해결 방안을 모색하고자 하였다. 연구방법 데스크 리서치와 사용자 설문조사를 실시하고, 사회적 고립청년 당사자와 주변인, 고립청년 지원 센터 관계자 및 고립 극복 청년 등 다양한 이해관계자를 대상으로 심층 인터뷰를 진행하여 실제적인 니즈와 페인포인트를 파악하였다. 페르소나와 서비스 시나리오를 바탕으로 서비스 방향성 및 세부 기능을 도출하고 이에 대한검증을 통해 향후 보완 방향을 시사하였다. 연구결과 고립청년 문제 해결을 위한 서비스의 방향성을 다음과 같이 제안하였다. 첫째, 고립청년 스스로 생활 습관을 개선할 수 있도록 개인 맞춤형 챌린지를 제공하고, 서비스 사용자 간 챌린지 공유 시스템을 통해 동기를 부여한다. 둘째, 소모임 및 채팅 서비스와 응원하기 등의 기능으로 서비스 내 사용자 간의 상호작용을 장려하여 타인과의 소속감과 유대감을 고취한다. 셋째, 사회적 고립청년과 관련된 정책과 프로그램을 모아 보여주는 지원 사업 아카이빙 기능을 통해 접근성을 향상하고 절차를 간소화한다. 결론 본 연구는 사회적 고립청년들의 단절 문제 해결에 도움을 주기 위해 다양한 이해관계자 및 사용자경험을 반영하여 청년 고립 극복 지원 서비스를 제시하였다. 본 연구 결과는 사회적 고립청년 문제 해결을 위한정책과 서비스 디자인의 기초 자료로 활용할 수 있다. Background The number of socially isolated young people in South Korea is increasing every year. As society becomes individualistic, the social network of young people is further weakened, and social disconnection intensifies, leading to various crimes, and raising the seriousness of the social isolation youth problem. To solve this problem, various measures are proposed from the government level to private companies, but they are still immature and have limitations. This study sought more accessible and practical solutions through services that encourage the formation of social networks and help them overcome the social isolation stage by themselves in consideration of the characteristics and psychology of young people in social isolation. Methods Desk research and user surveys were conducted, and in-depth interviews were conducted with various stakeholders such as socially isolated young people, those around them, those involved in the isolated youth support center, and young people who overcome isolation to identify practical needs and pain points. Based on persona and service scenarios, service directions and detailed functions were derived, and future complementary directions were suggested through verification. Results The direction of the service for solving the problem of isolated youth was proposed as follows. First, the service provides personalized challenges so that isolated youth can improve their lifestyle habits themselves and motivates them through a challenge sharing system among service users. Second, the service promotes a sense of belonging and bond with others by encouraging interactions between users in the service with functions such as consumption and chat services and support. Third, accessibility is improved and procedures are simplified through the support project archiving function that collects and shows policies and programs related to socially isolated youth. Conclusions This study presents a support service for overcoming youth isolation by reflecting various stakeholder and user experiences to help solve the disconnection problem of young people in social isolation. The results of this study can be used as basic data for policy and service design to solve the problem of social isolation.
