해상교통관제 시스템과 항공교통관제 시스템의 비교 분석

삼면이 바다로 이루어진 우리나라의 특징상 다른 나라로의 이동은 하늘길과 바닷길로만 가능하다. 외국과의 다양한 교류로 인해 비행기와 배를 이용한 승객 및 물류가 증대하면서 항공 교통량과 해상 교통량은 급속도로 증가하는 추세이다. 항공관제는 해상관제와는 서로 다르면서도 비슷한 측면이 존재하므로 항공관제 시스템을 분석함으로써 향후 해상교통관제의 발전 방향을 살펴보는데 의미가 있다. 본 논문에서는 항공관제와 해상관제와의 차이점, 항공관제 시스템의 구성과 해상교통관제 시스템의 구성을 비교하고, 이를 통해 항공관제 시스템에서 해상교통관제 시스템에 적용할 수 있는 기능을 도출한다.

As a visual merchandising by department stores located in London, Christmas window display is developing into a realm of art expanding its functions beyond the primary functions of sales promotion and product display. Accordingly, this study aims to determine the trends of Christmas display based on the analysis of design elements in the Christmas season window display visual merchandising by major department stores in the United Kingdom. The research objects included the 2015-2016 season window displays at Liberty, Selfridges, Harvey Nichols, and Harrods, and they were classified and analyzed along content elements and formal elements. According to findings in terms of content elements, the window displays were not limited to the theme of Christmas but used as complex themes, providing multiple roles such as mixed-type display and marketing, communication, and a window display of culture and art. In terms of formal elements, the use of human and animal figures was prevalent while abstract and symbolic components were also in the window displays. In addition, amusing and visual targeting objets were used along with independent and direct modes of expression for them to highlight the products and the theme of the display. Main colors, navy, red, while orange, navy were used as assistance colors, and red and navy were used as basic colors. In the use of mannequins, realistic mannequins were predominantly used. As the size of window displays is scaling down compared to the increased importance of window display, it is expected that Christmas window display, which is expanding into an art form of its own, is revitalized as a medium that conveys the image and aesthetics of a department store to the consumers. 영국 런던에 위치한 백화점들의 비주얼 머천다이징인 크리스마스 윈도 디스플레이는 판매촉진과 상품을 진열했던 일차적 기능의 수단을 넘어 하나의 예술영역으로 성장하고 있다. 이에 본 연구는 영국 주요백화점의 크리스마스 시즌의 비주얼 머천다이징인 윈도 디스플레이 디자인 요소를 분석하고 그것을 토대로 크리스마스 디스플레이의 경향을 표명하고자 한다. 연구대상은 2015-2016년 리버티, 셀프리지, 하비 니콜스, 해러즈이며, 연구방법은 윈도 디스플레이의 내용적 요소와 형식적 요소로 분류하여 분석한다. 연구결과 내용적 요소는 크리스마스라는 주제에 한정하지 않은 혼합형 디스플레이 및 마케팅, 커뮤니케이션, 문화․예술의 윈도 디스플레이 역할이 나타났다. 형식적 요소는 인체와 동물의 사용이 우위를 차지하고, 추상적이고 상직적인 구성요소가 나타났다. 오브제 유형은 유희․비주얼 타깃적인 유형, 오브제 표현 방법은 상품과 주제를 주체적이며 직접적인 표현이 나타났다. 주조색은 남, 빨강, 보조색은 주황, 남, 기본색은 빨강, 남이 나타났다. 마네킹은 사실적 마네킹이 우위를 차지하고 있다. 윈도 디스플레이의 중요성에 비하여 규모가 축소되고 있는 시점에서 예술로 확장되고 있는 크리스마스 윈도 디스플레이는 백화점의 이미지와 미학을 소비자에게 전달할 수 있는 매체로 거듭나길 기대해 본다.

일본형 외교안보 싱크탱크 모델: 외무성의 <외교 싱크탱크와의 연계> 프로그램을 중심으로

The purpose of this study is to examine the role and influence of Japan’s foreign policy think tanks, focusing on data from the expert meeting report adopted by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Japan (MOFA), the Grant for Research on Diplomacy and Security Program, and the Grant for International Joint Research Support Project (Territorial, Sovereign, and Historical Research Support Project). The MOFA has presented the key agenda of Japanese foreign policy, and think tanks have organized research groups with experts in the field and conducted studies by building 1.5-track cooperation at home and abroad. Also, think tanks have collected basic data and promoted activities related to Japan’s territorial and historical issues, such as Senkaku/ Diayudao, Dokdo, and the East Sea, which are key issues and challenges in Japan’s diplomacy and security. Japan’s foreign policy think tanks are presenting “creative initiatives,” improving public opinion at home and abroad by strengthening the global network and supporting Japanese foreign policy. It is necessary to observe the Cooperation with Diplomatic Think Tanks program to determine whether Japanese think tanks can play an independent role rather than operating subordinately to the MOFA. 본 연구의 목적은 일본 외무성의 전문가 간담회 자료와 <외교·안전보장조사연구사업비보조금>사업 현황, <국제공동연구지원사업비조성금> 사업의 연구 결과 등을 중심으로 일본 외교안보 싱크탱크의 역할과 영향력을 살펴보는 것이다. 외무성은 핵심 연구주제별 일본 외교 정책의 아젠다를 제시하고 있으며, 싱크탱크들은 해당 분야 전문가들을 중심으로 연구회를 조직하여 관련 연구를 선도하며, 국내외적으로 1.5트랙 협력을 구축하는 주요한 역할을 하고 있다. 또한 일본 외교안보의 핵심 문제이자 난제인 센카쿠, 독도, 동해 문제 등 일본의 영토문제와 역사문제와 관련된 기초자료 수집과 홍보활동에 싱크탱크가 적극 참여하고 있음도 확인할 수 있다. 일본의 외교안보 싱크탱크는 ‘창조적 구상력’을 제시하고, 글로벌 네트워크를 강화하고 일본 외교정책을 뒷받침하며 국내외 여론을 조성해오고 있다. 일본형 싱크탱크가 일본 외무성에 단순히 종속되는 위치가 아닌 외교의 방향과 과제를 제시하는 독립적인 역할과 기능을 지속해나갈 수 있을 것인지 외무성의 싱크탱크 지원 프로그램을 지속적으로 관찰할 필요가 있다.

댄스스포츠 선수의 만성 요통에 따른 요추의 특성 및 근력 연구

본 연구는 댄스스포츠 여성 선수들 중 만성적 요통을 호소하는 8명을 대상으로 척추전문의 소견과 재활전문가로 이뤄진 전문가 회의를 거처 직립자세와 홀드 시 나타나는 척추의 변형 및 척추 주변근의 등척성 신근을 측정하여 댄스스포츠 선수들의 부상방지와 기초체력 함양에 도움이 되고자 실시하였으며, 나타난 결과는 기초통계 방법과 대응 t-test(paired t-test)를 이용하여 다음과 같은 결과가 도출되었다. 8명의 피험자가 직립 시 나타난 요추 각은 10.98°±10.24로 나타났으며, 홀드 시 에는 9.63°±9.90의 결과가 나타났으나, 직립 상태와 홀드 상태의 척추 각도 변화에 대한 대응 t-test 결과는 P > .520으로 유의한 차이가 나타나지 않았다. 또한 각도 별 요추 신전 근력은 값은 0°일 때 60±27.33 Ft-Lbs, 12°일 때 75.38±26.49 Ft-Lbs, 24°일 때 82.38±22.20 Ft-Lbs, 36°일 때 91.13±21.09 Ft-Lbs, 48°일 때 105.25±25.64 Ft-Lbs, 60°일 때 111.75±23.75 Ft-Lbs, 72°일 때 125.25±22.98 Ft-Lbs로 나타나 18-35세 평균 여성의 요추 신전 근력보다 낮은 근력을 보였으며 이는 부자연스런 자세에서 수행되는 홀드 동작이 척추 변형을 일으켜 만성요통으로 인한 통증으로 근력을 최대한 발휘하지 못한 것으로 사료되어 진다. Separating Economy from Politics? Japan’s Coexistence Strategy with Two Chinas in the 1960s

Why did Japan insist on a policy of “separation of economy from politics” in the 1960s? This policy had ambiguous and contradictory ideas in its definition and practice. This article aims to explain the policy of the separation of economy from politics with empirical methodology. It attempts a content analysis of the Japanese “Diplomatic Bluebook” that was published from 1957 to 1972. The research’s most important finding is that this policy needs to be understood in light of identity the Chinese representation issue. Japan designed this policy to find a way of standing against the “One China” policy that the PRC and the ROC insisted upon. The policy was an expression of Japan’s strategy for coexistence with two Chinas. It reflected Japan’s dilemma, in which it was caught between Cold War international constraints and its own national interests in both personal and economic exchanges. As a result, the policy functioned as both a facilitator and a retardant of bilateral cooperation.

리눅스 기반의 휴대단말 운영체제 동향 분석

휴대단말의 운영체제가 개발 기간 및 비용 절감이라는 장점을 지닌 리눅스 기반으로 옮겨가고 있다. 이미 지난 2007년 3분기에 전세계적으로 1천만 대 이상의 리눅스 기반 휴대용 단말이 판매되었다. 이처럼 휴대단말에 있어서 리눅스 기반 제품에 모토롤라, 노키아, 구글, 삼성전자, LG전자 등과 같은 많은 국내외 업체들이 관심을 가지고 안드로이드, 리모, LiPS 등과 같은 여러 단체를 만들어 활동중이다. 본 고에서는 리눅스 기반의 휴대단말 운영체제를 주도하고 있는 플랫폼을 중심으로 그 특징을 분석하고 보안 측면에서의 고려사항은 무엇이 있는지 살펴본다.

초전도케이블용 Stop Joint Box 설계를 위한 연면방전 특성에 관한 연구

A study on the development of a superconducting cable has been conducted actively due to its ‘0’ resistance characteristics. A superconducting cable consists of three parts: termination, core, and joint box. A joint box could be classified into normal joint box (NJB) and stop joint box (SJB) according to its structure. In this paper, a study on the development of the design technology of SJB where a bulkhead is installed to maintain a constant pressure and temperature of a cryogenic system is conducted. In an SJB system, a bulkhead is installed at a superconducting core system and impregnated with epoxy resin, and then wound with polypropylene laminated paper (PPLP) in order to insulate the superconducting core system. The creepage discharge characteristics along the surface of a solid insulation material in liquid nitrogen (LN2) are investigated through dielectric experiments and the criterion to perform electrical insulation design of an SJB system for a distribution superconducting cable is proposed.

'정경분리'와 '이민촉관'의 공존: 중일국교정상화의 문화적 이해

This study analyzes the role of cultural exchanges in the process of Sino-Japanese normalization. Sino-Japanese normalization(1972) was realized seven years ahead of Sino-US normalization(1979). Many studies have focused on the economic cooperation between China and Japan based on the principle of “separating economy from politics.” While Japan emphasized this approach, the PRC expected “non-officials encouraging officials” effects. The coexistence of the two contradictory approaches reflects the political intention to develop bilateral cooperation. Cultural exchanges, which were ostensibly “non-political,” could link the seemingly contradictory policies. In this light, this study confirms the role of cultural exchange in a diplomatic normalization process by identifying the mechanism of political — cultural — economic linkage. 본 연구는 중국과 일본의 국교정상화가 이루어지기 이전까지 문화교류의 역할을 분석한다. 데탕트기 미중국교정상화(1979년)보다 7년이나 앞선 중일국교정상화(1972년)를 가능하게 했던 요인은 무엇인가? 기존 연구들은 ‘정경분리’ 원칙에 기반한 중일 간 경제협력에 주목해왔다. 그러나 경제협력은 인적교류와 문화교류와 함께 연계되어 나타났으며, 민간교류 영역에서 문화교류의 역할은 충분히 다루어지지 못했다. 본 연구는 중일국교정상화 과정에서 정치-문화-경제가 연계되는 메커니즘을 확인한다. 일본에서는 ‘정경분리’를 강조했으나 중국에서는 비정치적 영역에서의 민간교류가 정치영역에서의 협력을 촉진시킬 것이라 보는, 즉 ‘이민촉관’을 기대하는 정경불가분의 입장으로 접근하고 있었다. 일본의 정경분리와 중국의 정경불가분은 지속적인 교류를 위한 정치적인 의도를 반영하고 있었으며, 정경분리와 정경불가분의 모순을 연결할 수 있는 공간에 비정치성을 표방한 문화교류가 위치한다. 중일 양국 간 협력의 의지를 표출하고 교류의 공간을 마련함으로써 중일국교정상화를 가능하게 했던 문화의 역할을 확인하고, 중일국교정상화를 복합적으로 이해한다.
