        사과 겹무늬썩음병에 걸린 가지로부터 분산되는 병포자의 정량적 조사법 개발

        On the basis of the fact that the pycnidiospore of Botryosphaeria dothidea, the causal fungus of apple white rot is a typical water borne spore, a method for quantitative analysis of pycnidiospore dispersal from the warts produced on the diseased apple tree stem was developed. The warts on which cracks developed either on or around them were cut off at the base, and shaked in the water for 4hours at 2$0^{\circ}C$, in which condition the maximum number of spores were released. The volume of shaking solution was calculated as 1 ml per one wart. At the end of shaking, Trio, a household detergent was added to the shaking solution to the concentration of 0.1%, and shaked for additional 10 minutes at 35$^{\circ}C$ to take off the spores attached on the glass ware. One milliliter of the spore suspension thus prepared were passed through transparent membrane filter (pore size : 3.0 ${\mu}{\textrm}{m}$), and the spores attached on the filter were counted under a microscope ($\times$200) after staining them with lactophenol supplemented with aniline blue. The results thus obtained were statistically consistent when at least 30 warts were used simultaneously in single shaking. This method can be applicable in the elucidation of ecology of sporulation and spore dispersal, and also in the screening of the sporulation inhibitor which can be used in the control of the disease by reducing the inoculum density.

        Cu oxide의 형성과 H(hfac) 반응을 이용한 Cu 박막의 건식식각

        O$_2$plasma와 H(hfac)을 이용한 Cu 박막의 건식 식각을 조사하였다. 휘발성이 큰 Cu(hfac)$_2$와 $H_2O$를 탈착시키기 위하여 $O_2$ Plasma를 이용한 Cu 박막의 산화와 생성된 Cu 산화막을 H(hfac)과의 반응으로 제거하는 공정으로 식각을 수행하였다. Cu 박막의 식각율은 50-700 /min의 범위를 보였으며, 기판온도, H(hfac)/O$_2$ 유량비, plasma power에 따라 변하였다. Cu 박막의 식각율은 기판온도 215$^{\circ}C$보다 높은 온도구간에서 RF power가 증가함에 따라 증가하였고, 산화 공정과 H (hfac)과의 반응이 균형을 이루는 최적의 H (hfac)/O$_2$ 유량비는 1:1임을 확인하였다. Ti mask를 사용한 Cu Patterning은 유량비 1 : 1, 기판온도 25$0^{\circ}C$에서 실시하였고, 30$^{\circ}$외 taper slope를 갖는 등방성 etching profile을 얻을 수 있었다. Taper angle을 갖는 Cu 건식 patterning은 고해상도의 대면적 thin film transistor liquid-crystal(TFT-LCDs)를 위래 필요한 것으로써 기판온도, RF power, 유량비를 조절한 one-step 공정으로부터 성공적으로 얻을 수 있었다. Dry etching of copper film using $O_2$ plasma and H(hfac) has been investigated. A one-step process consisting of copper film oxidation with an $O_2$ plasma and the removal of surface copper oxide by the reaction with H(hfac) to form volatile Cu(hfac)$_2$ and $H_2O$ was carried but. The etching rate of Cu in the range from 50 to 700 /min was obtained depending on the substrate temperature, the H(hfac)/O$_2$ flow rate ratio, and the plasma power. The copper film etch rate increased with increasing RF power at the temperatures higher than 215$^{\circ}C$. The optimum H(hfac)/O$_2$ flow rate ratio was 1:1, suggesting that the oxidation process and the reaction with H(hfac) should be in balance. Cu patterning using a Ti mask was performed at a flow rate ratio of 1:1 on 25$0^{\circ}C$\ulcorner and an isotropic etching profile with a taper slope of 30$^{\circ}$was obtained. Cu dry patterning with a tapered angle which is necessary for the advanced high resolution large area thin film transistor liquid-crystal displays was thus successfully obtained from one step process by manipulating the substrate temperature, RF power, and flow rate ratio.

        TFT-LCDs 게이트 전극에 적용한 Cu(Mg) 합금 박막의 건식식각

        The annealing of a Cu(4.5at.% Mg)/$SiO_2$/Si structure in ambient $O_2$, at 10 mTorr, and $300-500^{\circ}C$, allows for the outdiffusion of the Mg to the Cu surface, forming a thin MgO (15 nm) layer on the surface. The surface MgO layer was patterned, and successfully served as a hard mask, for the subsequent dry etching of the underlying Mg-depleted Cu films using an $O_2$ plasma and hexafluoroacetylacetone [H(hfac)] chemistry. The resultant MgO/Cu structure, with a taper slope of about $30^{\circ}C$ shows the feasibility of the dry etching of Cu(Mg) alloy films using a surface MgO mask scheme. A dry-etched Cu(4.5at.% Mg) gate a-Si:H TFT has a field effect mobility of 0.86 $\textrm{cm}^2$/Vs, a subthreshold swing of 1.08 V/dec, and a threshold voltage of 5.7 V. A novel process for the dry etching of Cu(Mg) alloy films, which eliminates the use of a hard mask, such as Ti, and results in a reduction in the process steps is reported for the first time in this work.

        장년 성인의 특성들을 고려한 웹기반 코스웨어 설계 방안

        As the use of computers and internet service has increased fast, various web-based coursewares for the educational purpose have been devoloped. However, the development of web-based coursewares for old-aged adults is far from satisfactory. Since most existing web-based coursewares are designed for the youth, they are not proper for old aged people to use confidently. In this paper, we analyse psychological, social and physical characteristics of old aged adults and propose the starategy for designing web based coursewares for them. Then, We apply the design strategy to develop the web-based courseware in Excel subject and analyse the effect of the design strategy by means of questioning and answring. 컴퓨터와 인터넷 사용의 급속한 확산에 따라 다양한 교육용 웹기반 코스웨어의 개발이 이루어지고 있다. 그러나, 장년 성인학습자를 위한 웹기반 코스웨어의 개발은 아직 미흡한 편이다. 기존의 웹기반 코스웨어는 주로 젊은 층을 대상으로 설계되어 있어 장년 성인들이 사용하기에 적당하지 않다. 본 논문에서는 장년의 성인들의 심리적, 사회적, 신체적 특성을 분석하고 이들을 위한 웹기반 코스웨어의 설계 방안을 제시한다. 그리고 제안한 설계 방안을 엑셀과목의 웹기반 코스웨어에 적용하고 그 결과를 설문조사를 통해 분석하였다.

        의료취약지역 응급실 전담간호사 근무환경이 근무 불만족과 이직의도에 영향을 미치는 요인

        Background: The purpose of this study is to identify factors that affect work dissatisfaction and turnover intention for dedicated nurses working in emergency departments of vulnerable areas of health care. The purpose of this study is to identify risk factors related to the working environment that influence job dissatisfaction and intention to turnover among dedicated nurses working in emergency rooms in areas of medical vulnerability. Methods: We conducted a survey of nurses working in emergency rooms in vulnerable areas of medical care, and the survey was conducted for two consecutive years. A logistic regression analysis was performed with the working environment variable as the independent variable and the work environment dissatisfaction and turnover intention as dependent variables, respectively. Results: The variables that significantly affected both dissatisfactions with the working environment and turnover intention at the current institution were age, overlapping work in other departments, and the total work experience of nurses. Annual salary, the average number of double-duty (continuous work) per month, type of work, and work experience of nurses at the current institution had a significant effect only on dissatisfaction with the working environment. Conclusion: The results of this study are thought to be of great help if the government takes reference when establishing medical policies in vulnerable areas in the future.

        ERP 시스템 도입유형이 기업의 IT·SW 활용에 미치는 영향에 관한 실증연구

        Today s ERP system has become a core system of ITㆍSW that not only supports and manages enterprise resources efficiently, but also encompasses major business tasks. In other words, the ERP system is an essential strategic element for the survival of a company as a powerful means to innovate the management of an organization. This study analyzed the impact on the utilization of ITㆍSW from the perspective of the entire organization s process without limiting the performance evaluation of the ERP system itself, which is a core system of a company. The measurement data for evaluating the performance of the ERP system was the 2018 domestic company ITㆍSW utilization survey result report (subject to survey : 3,017 domestic companies with 10 or more employees). Based on this data, this study analyzed the impact of the ERP system on the entire enterprise s ITㆍSW utilization. In particular, attention was paid to whether there would be a difference in the use of ITㆍSW if the type of ERP system introduction was changed through the improvement of the business process of the company. Multiple regression analysis was performed using the statistical package SPSS 25. As a result, among the ERP system introduction types, the greatest degree of (+)influence on the company s ITㆍSW utilization is when the ERP package SW or ASP service is used as it is. Although the difference is insignificant, the second case was to build an ERP system through self-development or outsourcing, followed by customizing the package SW or system through self-development or outsourcing. Through the results of this study, it is expected that the organization will improve the business process and use the standard ERP package SW as it is without modification, thereby effectively enhancing the use of IT·SW of the company and leading to management performance.

        한일 이중언어화자에게 있어서 한국어 및 조선어 사용에 관한 사회 환경적인 요인 -재일코리안 올드커머를 중심으로-

        본고에서는 다민족 사회화되어 가는 일본에서 재일코리안을 둘러싼 사회 환 경과 언어 사용에 대하여 그 실태와 관계를 밝히기 위하여 재일코리안 올드커머를 중심으로 설문지 조사를 했다.조사 결과 재일 코리안의 올드커머의 경우, 한류 붐과 일본인의 한국에 대한 관심 증가와 이에 따른 한국어 학습자의 증가, 한국인 유학생과 뉴커머의 등장과 같은 사회적인 요인으로 인하여, 보다 적극적인 사회 참여가 이루어지며 재일코리안으로서의 자부심을 가지게 한다는 것을 파악할 수 있었다.이 결과는 선행연구에서 재일 코리안의 언어가 일본어로 전환된 요인으로 제시되었던 사회 환경적인 요인의 변화를 파악할 수 있는 조사가 되었으며 이 사회 환경적인 요인의 변화는 민족 언어를 활력화 시켜 재일 코리안의 한일이중언어 화자를 증가시킬 가능성을 시사했다.또한 다민족화되어 가고 있는 일본의 현 과제 중 하나인 소수 민족의 언어 문제를 소수 민족에게만 맡겨 놓을 것이 아니라 사회적인 체재를 구축할 필요성을 보여준다.마지막으로 본 조사는 그 대상자가 소수이고 재일 코리안에 한하기 때문에 재일 외국인에게, 또한 다수 사회의 소수 민족에게 일반화하기는 어렵다. 향후 질적 조사와 양적 조사를 더하여 재일 코리안의 전체적인 실태를 파악함으로써 다문화 사회에서의 사회 환경과 소수 민족의 언어 유지와의 관계를 더욱더 확실히 파악할 수 있을 것이라고 생각한다. In this paper, the questionnaire was mainly in Old comer`s of Koreans who live in Japan to clarify the relationship between the environment and the society surrounding the use of language and ethnic Korean residents in Japan.Through questionnaire, it was found that there is some tendency in old comer. They have a good pride as Koreans and try to participate a lot in social activity because of increasing societal concern with Korea by waves of students who are willing to study Korean, social fact which is appearing between Korean foreign student and new comer. This result of survey shows that factor of social environment changing because Koreans who live in Japan main language move from Korean to Japanese in previous studies, and that factor gives a some possibility to revitalize Korean language which could be related to bilingualism.In addition, this result gives us some direction in the need to build a social format, and not leave a minority group to solve their language problem in becoming multi-ethnic issue especially Japan.Finally, this survey has limited sample of Koreans who live in Japan and minority group for major group so it can`t be generalized. In my opinion, I would like to clearly find out some relation with maintenance of language by doing more research to improve quality and quantity of results in multicultural society.

      • An Empirical application of high-performance cement grout for ground heat exchanger

        Ground heat exchanger is the most important part which than 14% of the cost of construction and the performance of Ground heat exchanger is depended on it. Grout is inserted into the hole to the ground fixed and serves to enhance the thermal conductivity. So the research and development is needed. We were using cement grout. The result of the test thermal conductivity is 3.14 W/mK. It is much better than the existing grout is the thermal conductivity. The developed materials was examined by applying the grout in the field.
