        생약복합물 용매추출물과 조다당획분의 생리활성

        After ethanol (BM-E and RW-E) and hot-water (BM-HW and RW-HW) extracts were fractionated from two herbal mixtures (BM and RW), their physiological activities were investigated. All extracts consisted of more than 50% of neutral sugar, with their total polyphenol levels higher than flavonoid levels. Radical scavenging activities of EtOH extracts remained significantly higher compared to that of hot-water extracts, and in particular, RW-E showed consistently higher antioxidant activity than BM-E. When anti-inflammatory activities of the extracts were evaluated by LPS-stimulated RAW 264.7 cells at 10~500 μg/mL non-cytotoxicity doses, BM-E showed significantly higher levels of TNF-α, IL-1β, IL-6, and nitric oxide inhibitory activity than those of hot-water extracts and RW-E. Murine peritoneal macrophage cells were shown to be enhanced in crude polysaccharides (BM-CP and RW-CP fractionated from BM-HW and RW-HW) compared to hot-water extracts and polysaccharide K (PSK, positive control). Especially, RW-CP exhibited higher activity than BM-CP, and component sugar analysis showed that BM-CP mainly contained galacturonic acid, glucose, arabinose, galactose, and xylose (34.5%, 33.9%, 16.1%, 7.1%, and 6.3%, respectively), whereas RW-CP showed different measurements (29.5%, 59.2%, 5.0%, 4.5%, and 0.2%). In conclusion, two herbal mixtures could contain varying sets of physiological activities dependent on different extraction and fractionation methods.

        상황버섯(Phellinus linteus) 균사체 액체발효물의 항염증 활성

        To investigate the industrial availability of liquid fermentation (PL-ferment) by Phellinus linteus mycelium as a postbiotics for the inhibition of inflammation, PL-ferment was fractionated into culture supernatant (CS), hot-water extract (HW) from PL-ferment, EtOH-precipitate (CP) fractionated from HW, and the dialysate (DCP) of CP. Compared to the other fractions, DCP which is expected to contain exopolysaccharide (EPS) as the major component, significantly decreased the production of NO, IL-6, and MCP-1 in LPS-induced RAW 264.7 cells, and IL-6 and IL-8 in TNF-α and IFN-γ-induced HaCaT cells. The general component analysis results showed that no significant difference in components was observed between the fractions, whereas sugar composition analysis revealed that DCP had decreased glucose and increased mannose contents compared to the other fractions. This suggests that mannose played an important role in the anti-inflammatory activity of the active fraction, DCP. Molecular weight distribution analysis revealed that DCP was mainly composed of low-molecular-weight material-removed high-molecular-weight polysaccharides of 18-638 kDa, suggesting that EPS originated from P. linteus EPS. In conclusion, our results suggest that the DCP of P. linteus mycelium fermentation using the anti-inflammatory activity could be used industrially as postbiotic material.

        꽃사과(Malus prunifolia Borkh.) 추출물의 생리활성 평가 및 활성 성분의 규명

        To utilize Malus pruniforia Borkh. as a functional material, cold-water (CW), hot-water (HW), and 70% ethanol (EtOH) extracts were prepared, and their antioxidant and anti-inflammatory activities were compared. The antioxidant activity of the HW extract evaluated by ABTS and DPPH radical scavenging and FRAP activity was significantly effective. The total polyphenol content of the HW extract was also higher by 15.5±0.7 mg GAE/g extract compared to other extracts. The EtOH extract showed significantly decreased TNF-α (39.8%), IL-6 (65.5%), and NO (34.9%) levels in RAW 264.7 cells compared to the LPS-induced control group. The levels of IL-6 (21.1%) and IL-8 (19.3%) were significantly decreased by treatment of EtOH extract in HaCaT keratinocytes induced with TNF-α and IFN-γ. The UHPLC-MS results indicated that the EtOH extract might have chlorogenic acid and phlorizin as the major compounds. This was validated using HPLC-DAD, which showed that the EtOH extract had higher levels of chlorogenic acid and phlorizin (1,185±58 and 470±10 ㎍/g extract, respectively). In conclusion, the present study suggested that the anti-inflammatory activity of the EtOH extract was more effective than the CW and HW extracts, and chlorogenic acid and phlorizin could be used as indicator compounds and functional substances.

        In Behcet`s disease, thrombocytopenia has rarely been reported in association with the hemolytic uremic syndrome, thrombotic thrombocytopenic purpura or in association with cyclosporine or chlorambucil in the treatment of ocular inflammatory disease and meningoencephalitis. In this paper we report a case of thrombocytopenia in a 33-year-old female with Behcet`s disease who has taken no medications for three years. After history taking, physical examination, routine laboratory and bone marrow examination, we diagnosed her case as idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura (ITP). She recovered with high dose steroid treatment. To our knowledge, this is the first report having ITP in a patient with Behcet`s disease.

        Beauty treatment became a habit of mankind, as a part of life since the life of mankind started and have been developing, by harmonizing individual personality and fashion sense with curl and wave by the hands of cosmeticians. When looking at the previous studies to date, there are hair cut, firmware, up style and make up, but there is no skip wave process. One of the subjects for hair. Thus, firstly, this researcher directs a design in the new development process through creative skip wave process which has never been studied until now. Secondly, this study aims to direct the creative works by using the design formative principles being focused on original setting and propose whether it can be put into a practical use as an artistic expression and products. In this study, creative works are directed with the motifs of emphasis, symmetry and progress among the design formative principles. As a result of directing works, skip wave has been found as a field of hair which can express infinite creativity and artistry in directing works based on design formative principles as motifs.         미용업 종사자의 조직유효성이 경력정체유형과 직무태도에 미치는 영향

        본 연구는 미용업 종사자의 경력정체가 조직원뿐만아니라 조직에 악영향을 미쳐 이직 현상과 직무만족도의 저하를 불러일으키는 현 시점에서 인력 관리를 통한 조직의 효율성을 재고하기 위한 방안을 모색하고자 하는 목적에 따라 조직유효성, 경력정체, 직무태도에 대한 이론을 고찰하고, 미용업 종사자의 조직유효성이 경력정체유형과 직무태도에 미치는 영향을 분석하고자 한다. 자료 수집은 서울지역에 근무하는 미용업 종사자를 대상으로 하였다. 측정도구는 인구통계적 특성, 조직유효성, 경력정체유형, 직무태도로 구성되었다. 수집된 509부의 설문지를 SPSS 21.0을 이용하여 분석하였으며 그 결과는 다음과 같다. 미용업 종사자의 경력정체를 방지하기 위해서는 조직에서 종사자들의 직업에 대한 애착심 고취와 실무능력 향상을 위한 교육이 내부적으로 이루어지거나 혹은 외부 교육업체를 통한 정기적인 교육이 실시되는 제도적 시스템이 마련되어져야 할 것으로 사료된다. 그리고 조직에 대한 종사자들의 소속감은 종사자의 이직률을 낮추고, 직업에 대한 애착과 교육훈련이 병행되어질 때 직무만족도가 높아지는 것으로 나타났으므로 종사자들이 도태되지 않도록 개인과 조직의 미래에 대한 비젼을 끊임없이 제시하고, 종사자들이 자기계발을 하는 시간을 할애하는 데 있어서 불이익을 받지 않도록 조직 차원에서의 자기계발 명목의 시간적, 혹은 금전적 배려가 동반되어야 할 것으로 사료된다. 이상의 결과를 통해 인적자원에 의존도가 높은 미용업에서는 조직원의 경력정체를 방지하고 긍정적인 직무태도를 위하여 조직의 효율성을 재고하기 위한 지속적인 검토가 필요하다는 결론을 얻을 수 있다. 본 연구의 한계점 및 후속연구를 위한 제언은 다음과 같다. 본 연구는 조사대상이 서울지역에 근무하는 미용업 종사자로 한정되었으므로 연구결과를 일반화시키기에는 한계가 있다. 표본설계의 객관성 확보를 위해 지역 범위를 확대하여 연구해볼 필요성이 제기된다. 후속연구로는 차후 연구에서는 경력정체유형을 기준으로 조사대상을 세분집단으로 나누어 조직유효성의 차이를 검증하여 집단의 특성별로 조직유효성을 극대화하기 위한 방안을 모색하는 연구가 이루어지길 기대한다. 그리고 본 연구는 종사자의 입장에서만 연구 되어졌지만 차후 연구에서는 종사자와 샵의 오너, 즉관리자가 지각하는 조직유효성과 경력정체유형, 직무태도에 관해 차이를 검증함으로써 현 실태를 분석하고 종사자와 관리자가 모두 최적의 환경에서 근무할 수 있는 방안이 검토되는 연구가 이루어지길 기대한다. Since it is reasonably believed that the career plateau of the employees in beauty parlor business has currently had adverse effect on not only the employees themselves but also organizations they belong to and furthermore causes job transfer and dissatisfaction, the present study is aimed to find a way to enhance organizational efficiency through personnel management; review the theories concerning and analyze organizational efficiency, career plateau and job attitude by objective; and analyze the impact of the organizational efficiency of the employees in beauty parlor business upon the type of career plateau and job attitude. For analysis, data was collected from the employees in beauty parlor business in Seoul areas. Measurements consist of demographics, organizational efficiency, type of career plateau and job attitude. 509 collected questionnaires were analyzed with SPSS 21.0 and the results came out as follows. To prevent career plateau, it turned out that an organization should establish a system by which education and training should be provided either internally or externally to its employees on regular base so that they can improve their attachment to their jobs and practical skills. In addition, it was proved that a improved sense of belonging reduces job transfer and when the employees have tighter attachment to their organization through training and education, their job satisfaction enhances. Therefore, it is thought that an organization should keep rendering the promising visions of its employees both individual and group base and be considerate in providing them with extra time and monetary benefits at company level so that they cannot be left behind but keep developing themselves. Judging from the results above, it is concluded that beauty parlor business that highly relies upon human resources needs to keep reviewing itself to enhance organizational efficiency as a means of preventing the career plateau of employees and helping them build a positive job attitude. This study has following limitations and implications for future studies. The present study limited its research object to the employees of beauty parlor business in Seoul area so that it is not appropriate to generalize the findings of this study. Therefore, the scope of research area is necessary to be broadened to secure the objectivity of sample design. For future study, it is expected that research objects need dividing into sub groups by the type of career plateau to find out the difference of organizational efficiency between groups. And this study took the analysis only from employee’s point of view. Therefore, following studies are expected to look into a topic from various angles such as shop owner. That is, it is expected to know if there is difference in organizational efficiency, type of career plateau and job attitude between owner and employee. Through the diverse perspectives, optimal working conditions should be examined for both employees and their manager (or owner).
