현행 학교단위 책임경영제의 내적 조건의 진단과 개선방안

이 연구는 교원들의 인식에 근거하여 학교단위 책임경영제의 내적 조건을 진단하고 그 개선방안을 탐색하는 것을 목적으로 하였다. 현행 학교단위 책임경영제의 내적 조건에 대한 진단 결과에 의하면, 대부분의 교원들은 단위학교 수준에서의 권한 배분체계가 불균등하게 이루어져 있고, 단위학교 의사결정기구들이 본래적인 기능을 적절하게 수행하고 있지 못하며, 단위학교가 책무를 이행하고 있는 정도에 대하여 평가를 받아야 한다고 인식하고 있음이 드러났다.<br/> 이 연구에서는 이러한 진단에 결과에 근거하여 다음과 같은 개선방안을 제안하였다. 첫째, 단위학교 구성주체간 권한 배분체계를 명확히 하고, 학교장, 교사, 학부모, 학생 등의 권한과 책무에 대하여 학교구성원들 사이에 합의가 이루어지는 것이 필요하다. 둘째, 교사회나 학부모회 등 새로운 의사결정기구를 만들기보다는 현재 불완전한 학교운영위원회 중심 단위학교 의사결정 체제를 공고하게 하는 것이 요구된다. 셋째, 학교별 자체평가체제가 확립되어야 할 뿐만 아니라, 외부기관에 의한 주기적인학교평가가 실시되고 그 평가결과가 공개되어야 할 것이다. This paper aimed at diagnosing internal conditions of current SBM(School-Based Management) and making some suggestions for successful SBM by using a survey on teachers' recognition.<br/> The internal conditions of current SBM were diagnosed as follows :<br/> Firstly, decision making power is unequally distributed to the principal, so the principal has concentrated power on school affairs.<br/> Secondly, various kind of school committees have a little effect on a principal's decision making.<br/> Thirdly, the self-evaluation system on accountability does not exit at an individual school.<br/> The paper made the following suggestions for successful SBM.<br/> Firstly, it should be made clear who becomes the subject of school-based management. As noted earlier, the school-based management means a shift of the power formerly held by the higher administrative authorities to a school. When such transfer takes place, it is important to clarify who receives the power; a principal, a group of teachers, an organization within the school, or the school council.<br/> Secondly, the school council-centered decision making system should be established more fully than before.<br/> Lastly, the self-evaluation system on accountability should be introduced at an individual school as soon as possible and various kinds of information should be available to the public in a form of school report.

In this research, technology innovation capability evaluation model for small and medium enterprises was developed. To develop technology innovation capability evaluation model, two analytic technic was used. First one is AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process) to give weight to each main index. Second one is fuzzy set theory to represent ambiguous index to numerical value. Finally, technology innovation capability evaluation model was achieved in combination with the same weight to AHP analysis and fuzzy set theory. With these results, small and medium enterprises can know important point in terms of strengthening the innovation capability evaluation.

In the production process, the buffer acts as a buffer to alleviate some of the problems such as delays in delivery and process control failures in unexpected situations. Determining the optimal buffer size can contribute to system performance, such as increased output and resource utilization. However, there are difficulties in allocating the optimal buffer due to the complexity of the process or the increase in the number of variables. Therefore, the purpose of this research is proposing an optimal buffer allocation that maximizes throughput. First step is to design the production process to carry out the research. The second step is to maximize the throughput through the harmony search algorithm and to find the buffer capacity that minimizes the lead time. To verify the efficiency, comparing the ratio of the total increase in throughput to the total increase in buffer capacity.

중소제조기업의 경영전략과 전략적 성과관리시스템의 연계성이 경영성과에 미치는 영향

본 연구는 대구경북의 중소기업을 대상으로 전략유형과 성과관리시스템이 경영성과에 미치는 영향에 대한 연구를 통해 중소기업에 적합한 전략유형을 알아보고 그에 맞는 성과관리시스템의 설계를 통해 기업의 경영성과를 개선하고자 하였다. 연구결과 전략유형 중에서 기술혁신형과 생산중점형은 경영성과에 유의적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 성과관리시스템은 재무적성과와 비재무적성과에 부분적으로 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 전략유형과 성과관리시스템의 상호작용은 기술혁신형 기업의 경영성과에 유의적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과는 중소기업들이 전략유형에 맞는 성과관리시스템의 구축을 통해 경영성과를 향상 시킬 수 있음을 지지하고, 이를 통해 기업들은 자원의 제약과 무한 경쟁을 이겨내고 지속적인 성장을 할 수 있을 것으로 보인다. The purpose of this study is to whether management strategy types are archived improving the organizational performance and strategic performance management system are makes a significant influence on the organizational performance. Another objective is to identify whether the interaction between management strategy types and strategic performance management system makes a significant influence on the organizational performance. The results of this study indicate that diversity performance measures(strategy types) are effect partially presented on the firm's performances. And, firms which have the higher using diversity performance measures(strategy types) are achieve the higher firm's performances than lower using firm's(strategy types). And, the interaction of Management strategy types and diversity performance measures are effect partially presented on the firm's performances.
