최근 국내외 대학들이 경쟁력 강화를 위한 방안의 하나로 ISO 9001 품질경영시스템 인증 또는 이와 유사한 평가를 받고 있으며 ISO 14001 환경경영시스템 인증도 증가하고 있는 추세이다. ISO 9001 과 ISO 14001은 서로 추구하는 목적과 대상은 상이하나 근본적인 목적이 고객만족을 통한 경쟁력 강화에 있다고 할 수 있다. 또한 경영시스템이라는 공통점이 있으므로 통합시스템을 구축할 경우 시스템의 효율성 제고, 비용절감 등의 효과를 기대할 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 대학의 학사행정에 대한 ISO 9001/14001 통합경영시스템을 도입하고 실행하는 방법을 제시하고자 한다.

SOC(Social Overhead Capital) projects such as road, power plant, airport or telecommunication facility construction require a large scale of cost, a long period of time and management of a number of sub-contractors. So systematic and efficient management tool in SOC projects is inevitable. Information system provides a valuable tool which can integrate and manage the large volume of information for SOC projects. This study investigates and analyzes the information system of nuclear power plant construction project. Based on this study, we can suggest the direction for designing information system for SOC projects. 대외보고서 모듈 개발사업비관리 시스템은 첫째, 사업계획 시부터 사업 특성에 따른 사업비관리 방안을 수립하여 이에 따른 사업비관리체계를 구축하여야 하며, 사업비관리체계는 예산계정코드 구분, 예산계정코드와 계약패키지와의 연계, 집행실적 코드 구분 등이 포함되어야 한다. 둘째, 계획예산과 실행예산, 실제투입비용 등을 사용한 사업비와 공정 편차를 분석하는 기능과 발주사의 손익분석 기능, 발주사의 사업비 운영시 적정한 수준의 사업비산정 및 재추정 기능 등이 필요하다. 셋째, 기존 사업비관리시스템에 계획단계에서 필요한 사업비산정(Cost Estimating) 기능의 포함이 필요하다. 사업비운영에서 예산 대비 집행실적 등의 단순 비교 기능만 갖추어져 있기 때문에 미국 에너지부의 건설 사업관리체계의 근간이 되는 사업비/공정관리체계 기준서(Cost/ Schedule Control System Criteria)에 정의된 체계적인 실시기성측정법(Earned Value Method)를 도입할 필요가 있다[11]. 넷째, 재무회계의 기준인 손익예산계정과 사업비관리의 기준인 사업비운영계정의 효율적이고 합리적인 연계가 필요하며, 재무회계의 기본모듈을 사업비관리시스템에 포함시키는 것이 필요하다. 정부의 예산회계법에 따르는 재무회계 부문과 사업관리 관점에서의 관리회계 부문인 사업비관리와의 체계적인 연계로 유기적이고 효율적인 사업비관리 구성이 필요하다.자재관리 시스템은 설계계약자가 설계 시 도면에 수록하는 기기, 설비 등의 자재정보를 발주사의 사업번호관리 체계에 따라 구축하여 도면 등의 생산품과 함께 데이터베이스로 제출하도록 계약에 부과하여 운영 시에 효율적으로 활용되도록 하여야 한다.자료관리 시스템은 도면 내용의 표기방식도 발주사가 표준을 정의하고 계약자가 준수하도록 계약적으로 부과하여야 하며 통일된 도면번호, 자료번호 등을 기반으로 CALS(Continuous Acquisition and Life-cycle Support)가 실현될 수 있는 기초를 구성하여야 한다.종합정보시스템은 당초 자료 보고서 위주로 개발되었으나 중역정보시스템(EIS : Executive Information System)과 같은 역할을 하므로 최고 경영층이 접근하기 쉽게 시각적인 그래픽 위주로의 개선이 필요하다. 또한, 정부나 투자자 등을 위해 실시간으로 자료가 갱신되는 요약정보의 대외보고서 모듈을 개발, 활용하는 것이 바람직하며, 진도현황 분석 기능 위주보다는 경영진의 의사결정을 지원하는 경영관리기능의 포함이 필요하다.원전건설사업 정보시스템의 모듈에 인사관리 모듈을 추가하여 SOC사업에 관한 정보시스템의 효율적 구축이 가능하다. 앞에서 언급한 각 시스템의 관리단위에 담당자를 연계하여 필요시 사업 진행에 따른 인사평가가 가능하다.각 시스템별 개선사항의 요약은 다음의 <표 3-1>과 같다.

The lightweight and strength design of the robot frame has a significant impact on performance. Optimization via CAE facilitated design for a single part. However, in the case of a kinematic system consisting of multiple links, many trial and errors are required to use the existing design methods. This study constructs a framework for inverse design by learning the frames of the 4-bar link mechanism robot arm generated by parametric design through FEA. Each link used up to 14 design variables to generate massive data. As a result, a set of link combinations corresponding to boundary conditions with the stiffness values obtained through FEA automation can be used for deep learning.

방산체계기업의 생산성 경영시스템 혁신활동 사 례 - 방산체계산업(대기업) -

대한민국의 항공산업 대표 기업인 한국항공우주산업의 최근 9년간의 성장과정을 경영진단모델(Productivity Management System)와 연계하여 경영진단과 OJT(On Job Training)를 수행하였고 표준경영시스템(Disciplinary system)에서 변화대응시 스템(Agile system)으로 성장하는 과정의 사례연구를 통한 기업의 경영시스템 고도화 과정과 지속 가능한 성장의 경영시스템 기반 확보에 관한 사례를 통한 실증연구 방향을 제시하고자 한다. In connection with the management diagnosis model(Productivity Management System), the growth process of the last 9 years of Korea Aerospace Industries, the representative company of the Korean aviation industry, Management diagnosis(PMS) and OJT(On Job Training) was carried out, Through case studies of the process of growing from a disciplinary system to an agile system, the direction of empirical research is presented through the case study of the process of upgrading the company's management system and securing the basis of the management system for sustainable growth.

중소제조기업의 경영전략과 전략적 성과관리시스템의 연계성이 경영성과에 미치는 영향

본 연구는 대구경북의 중소기업을 대상으로 전략유형과 성과관리시스템이 경영성과에 미치는 영향에 대한 연구를 통해 중소기업에 적합한 전략유형을 알아보고 그에 맞는 성과관리시스템의 설계를 통해 기업의 경영성과를 개선하고자 하였다. 연구결과 전략유형 중에서 기술혁신형과 생산중점형은 경영성과에 유의적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 성과관리시스템은 재무적성과와 비재무적성과에 부분적으로 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 전략유형과 성과관리시스템의 상호작용은 기술혁신형 기업의 경영성과에 유의적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과는 중소기업들이 전략유형에 맞는 성과관리시스템의 구축을 통해 경영성과를 향상 시킬 수 있음을 지지하고, 이를 통해 기업들은 자원의 제약과 무한 경쟁을 이겨내고 지속적인 성장을 할 수 있을 것으로 보인다. The purpose of this study is to whether management strategy types are archived improving the organizational performance and strategic performance management system are makes a significant influence on the organizational performance. Another objective is to identify whether the interaction between management strategy types and strategic performance management system makes a significant influence on the organizational performance. The results of this study indicate that diversity performance measures(strategy types) are effect partially presented on the firm's performances. And, firms which have the higher using diversity performance measures(strategy types) are achieve the higher firm's performances than lower using firm's(strategy types). And, the interaction of Management strategy types and diversity performance measures are effect partially presented on the firm's performances.

연구로건설사업 문서관리시스템 향상

HANARO(High Flux Advanced Neutron Application Reactor) design was started from 1985 and was constructed in 1995 by KAERI(Korea Atomic Energy Research Institute). The document control book was written by hand and hard-copy was kept at that time. JRTR(Jordan Research and Training Reactor) was contracted for export to Jordan March 2010 by KAERI Consortium. This contract is a matter for congratulation of export of first made-in-Korea nuclear system. NRR(New Research Reactor) officially launched in April 2012. The document control system is controlled by PPM (Project Procedure Manual) and QAP(Quality Assurance Procedure) and ANSIM(KAERI Advanced Nuclear Safety Information Management) was built for JRTR. ANSIM system consists of the document management holder, document container holder and organization management holder. This system was registered about 2,000 design output like DDA(Document Distribution for Agreement), design documents, design drawings and project manger memorandum. The system design for JRTR was smoothly performed using ANSIM. NRR set to separated exclusive system that was based on JRTR ANSIM. Folder of nuclear laws, codes and standards was added to that system and those will be useful during designing. The project and quality assurance plans and procedures has been managed from design documents separately. Above all things, independent review and ALARA(As Low As Reasonably Achievable) review were operated for nuclear safety at ANSIM. And cover and body of design document were combined and backup system was established. After then, system upgrade and operation pursue the effect analysis by design change for accomplishment of the research reactor project.
