        루이보스차(Asphalthus linearis)의 추출방법에 따른 페놀릭류 함량 변화연구

        루이보스티에서 5종의 phenolic acid (gallic acid, chlorogenic acid, caffeic acid, p-coumaric acid, trans-ferulic acid)와 9종의 flavonoid (procyanidin b1, aspalathin, rutin, vitexin, hyperoside, isoquercitrin, luteolin, quercetin, chrysoeriol)를 UPLC-MSMS를 이용하여 동시 분석하였다. 14종 페놀릭류를 동시 분석하기 위하여 기기조건과 유효성을 검증하였고 확립된 분석방법을 이용하여 시중에 유통중인 루이보스티 30건을 채취하여 페놀릭류를 분석하였다. 루이보스티 1 g 혹은 1티백에 뜨거운 물 100 mL을 가하여 3분, 6분, 30분이 경과 후 그리고 차가운 물 ($25-30^{\circ}C$)에 30분 우려낸 루이보스티의 페놀릭류 함량을 구하였다. 루이보스티에서 전체 실험대상 페놀릭류 중 rutin과 aspalathin이 가장 많이 추출되어 나왔으며 각각 물질의 함량은 제품별로 달랐다. 페놀릭류 성분의 추출효율은 14종 페놀릭류의 총합 기준으로 뜨거운 물 30분 > 6분 > 3분 > 차가운 물 30분 순으로 높았다. A simultaneous determination of 5 phenolic acids (gallic acid, chlorogenic acid, caffeic acid, pcoumaric acid, trans ferulic acid) and 9 flavonoids (procyanidin b1, aspalathin, rutin, vitexin, hyperoside, isoquercitrin, luteolin, quercetin, chrysoeriol) in rooibos tea has been carried out by ultra-high performance liquid chromatography coupled to tandem mass spectrometry (UPLC-MS/MS). A validated analysis method in this study was applied to rooibos aqueous infusions. Rooibos tea is an antioxidant-rich tea which has anti-cancer, anti-aging, anti-inflammatory, anti-diabetic effect. Extraction yield of phenolics depends on steeping time and temperature of water. Tea infusions were prepared by placing 1 g of tea leaves or 1 tea bag in 100 mL of boiled water, and then at 3, 6 and 30 minutes intervals the infused teas were taken to carry out the analysis of phenolic contents. Another tea infusion was conducted with cold water ($25-30^{\circ}C$) for 30 minuntes. As a result, the total amount of phenolics was highest in rooibos tea steeped with hot water for 30 minutes, followed by 6 minutes, 3 minutes and cold water 30minutes and the result has statistical significance.

        역사기념관 플레이스 메이킹 프레임워크- 역사기념관의 참여, 소통, 가치와 비전 제고를 위한 Co-design 방법 중심으로 -

        The history memorial hall has a symbolic meaning representing the country or a specific area and has a place value that enables global communication with the international community. The most important part of the place making of the history memorial hall is active participation and collaboration with various stakeholders including participants. Therefore, this study aims to examine the relationship between the various components of the place making and the various stakeholders including the participants formed through the co-design process in the previous research, and finally, to present a method with a practical and effective approach. We have identified the types of applications that correspond to each case through case making of historical memorials in Korea and abroad. As a result of the analysis, the method of creating the place value by connecting the past and present contextually is to make the place where the historical place can be reproduced by actively participating and communicating with various stakeholders including the participants both on and offline. This study proposes Co-design in an effective way that enables participation and communication as a result, and suggests a historical memorial place making framework that can present the future vision and value of the historical memorial. 역사기념관은 국가나 특정 지역을 대표하는 상징적인 의미를 지닌 곳으로, 국제 사회와 글로벌 커뮤니케이션이 가능한 장소 가치를 지닌다. 이러한 역사기념관의 플레이스 메이킹을 위해서는 참여자를 포함한 다양한 이해관계자들과의 적극적인 참여와 협업이 중요하다. 따라서 이 연구는 선행연구에서 플레이스 메이킹의 구성 요소와 참여자를 포함한 다양한 이해관계자들 간의 관계성을 고찰하여 역사기념관 플레이스 메이킹을 도출할 수 있는 실질적이고 효과적인 접근 방법의 제시를 목적으로 한다. 국내·외 역사기념관의 플레이스 메이킹 사례를 분석하여 각 사례에 해당하는 적용 유형을 파악하였다. 분석 결과, 과거와 현재를 맥락적으로 연결하여 세계사적 장소 가치를 창출하는 유형은, 온·오프라인 전반에 걸쳐서 참여자를 포함한 다양한 이해관계자들의 적극적인 참여와 소통으로 역사적인 장소의 재현을 가능하게 만드는 유형으로, 장소의 유무형 자산을 활용하여 기여하는 방식이다. 이 연구는 결과적으로 참여자를 포함한 다양한 이해관계자들의 참여와 소통을 Co-design 방법으로 고찰하고, 이를 통하여 역사기념관의 미래 비전과 가치를 제시할 수 있는 역사기념관 플레이스 메이킹 프레임워크를 제안한다.

      • F-11 Treatment outcomes of pulmonary pyrazinamide-resistant multidrug-resistant tuberculosis

        Background: Treatment outcome of MDR-TB has been improved recently with use of novel anti-TB agents such as bedaquiline and delamanid. However, it is unclear whether pyrazinamide-resistant (PZA-R), but simple (not pre-XDR/XDR-TB) MDR-TB requires novel drugs to improve treatment outcome. Methods: We conducted a retrospective comparison study to investigate the treatment outcomes of PZA-R or PZA-susceptible (PZA-S), simple MDR-TB. The patients treated with novel drugs were excluded. Results: Total 152 patients who had simple MDR-TB were included: 81 were PZA-R. Mean age was 40.8 and 45.1 years in PZA-R and PZA-S MDR-TB, respectively. The male sex was 65.4% and 60.6%, respectively. Other baseline characteristics were similar between two groups. The PZA-R were more resistant to ethambutol (50.0% vs. 36.6%, p=0.003). Regarding treatment, use of second-line drugs such as prothionamide and cycloserine were similar between groups (86.4% and 93.8% vs. 91.5% and 67%, p>0.05) but PAS was used more frequently in PZA-R (80.2% vs. 38.0%, p<0.001). Treatment duration was not different between two groups. Treatment success rate was 74.1% in PZA-R and 76.1% in PZA-S (p=0.852). Treatment failure was observed in 3 (3.7%) and 2 (2.8%) patients, respectively. The recurrence rate was similar; 3.7% (3/54) vs. 5.0% (2/54), respectively. Conclusions: The PZA-R, simple MDR-TB patients showed a comparable treatment success rate with that of PZA-S MDR-TB patients, even without novel drugs.

      • P-54 Comparison of QuantiFERON-TB Gold Plus with QuantiFERON-TB Gold-In-Tube in the diagnosis of tuberculosis infection

        Background: The interferon (IFN)-γ release assays (IGRAs) are widely used for the diagnosis of tuberculosis (TB) infection. Recently, an updated version test, QuantiFERON-TB Gold Plus (QFT-Plus), has been introduced which has additional antigen tube and stimulates both CD4+ and CD8+ lymphocytes. Methods: We conducted a prospective study to compare the results between QuantiFERON Gold-In-Tube (QFT-GIT) vs. QFT-Plus. Results: From March 2017 to September 2017, 98 subjects who had both test results were enrolled. Mean age was 47.9 years and 40.8% were male. Most (93.9%) of them had BCG vaccination and 8 patients were previously treated for TB. The reasons for IGRA testing were anticipated tumor necrosis factor (TNF) inhibitor user (42.9%), health care worker (HCW, 18.4%), abnormal chest radiograph (16.3%) and TB contact (13.3%). For QFT-GIT, 57 (58.2%) were positive and 1 had indeterminate result. For QFT-Plus, 47 (48.0%) were positive and 51 (52.0%) were negative. The results agreed between both tests in 81 patients (κ coefficient = 0.67). In 61 low-risk subjects (non-contacts), 44.2% and 37.8% were positive with QFT-GIT and QFT-Plus, respectively. In 31 high-risk groups (TB contact and HCWs), the positive rate was 80.6% and 58.1%, respectively. Among 6 active TB patients, 5 (83.3%) and 6 (100%) were positive, respectively. Discordant results were seen in 16 patients: 13 were QFT-GIT (+)/QFT-Plus (-) and the other 3 were QFT-GIT(-)/QFT-Plus (+). Conclusions: QTF-Plus showed moderate agreement with QFT-GIT in the diagnosis of TB infection.

      • Mario Davidovsky의 Synchronisms 제 1 번 : 音度 분석을 중심으로

        This paper on synchronisms for Flute and Tape by Mario Davidovsky, composed in 1963, presents an analysis of linear and harmonic structures which welded flute and electronic sounds into an integrated whole. The electronic part in the synchronisms includes flute­like sounds. Acoustically, certain tones of the flute are simple, and therefore of the almost identical quality as those of sine tone, as shown in Fig.1. The averages of all of the tones in the lower and middle registers of the flute, as shown in Fig.2, lead to the conclusion that the tone of the flute is characterized by few overtones with the octave partial predominating. The tones of the highest register are characterized to be practically simple tones. In the Synchronisms filtering and amplitude modulation provide close timbrel similarities of flute sounds. The Synchronisms is divided into six sections: Section Ⅰ, from the beginning to the cue "stop #3" (Exx.1­6); Section Ⅱ, to the pitch c_7 just before the cue "start #4" (Ex.7); Section Ⅲ, to the pitch e_6 before the cue "stop #4" (Ex.8); Section Ⅳ, to the cue "stop #4" (Ex.9); Section Ⅴ, to the pitch g_7 before the cue "start #5" (Ex.10); and Section Ⅵ, to the end of the piece (Ex.11). In this work, Davidovsky seems to use pitches freely. However, closer investigation proves that all structural pitches are derived from the three main notes, B^b, C^# and D, at the beginning of the piece, as shown in Ex.1a. This melodic line inverted in the next phrase as E­C^#­C, as shown in Ex.2a. The structural pitches are emphasized by dynamic accents (Exx.3,7, 8 and 10), by longer durations (Ex.4), by registral and rhythmic emphases (Exx.5 and 11), and by timbrel contrast (Exx.6 and 8). Only in a few instances have tempered electronic pitches been employed in the Synchronisms. Throughout the piece, the tape has been used as an integral part of enriching the instrumental color.
