박치우 ‘찾기’ - 박치우 연구에 발생한 이해와 오해, 그리고 논쟁들 -

오늘날 박치우 철학에 대한 연구는 한국현대철학의 일정 영역을 차지하는 핵심 주제로 발전해왔다. 그러나 박치우 연구를 살펴볼 때 박치우 철학이 어떤 특정한 상징체계 내지 연관관계 속에서 부자유스럽게 위치하고 있음을 발견하기는 어렵지 않다. ‘경성제국대학 철학과’, ‘신남철과 박종홍’, ‘빨치산과 게릴라’, ‘박헌영’ 등의 용어 속에서 묘사되는 박치우 철학의 구체적인 모습과 그 의의는 여전히 불투명하다. 중요한 것은 박치우 철학의 진정한 의의와 가치, 그리고 그 한계들을 모색하는 작업이다. 이를 위해 본 연구는 최근 20여 년 동안 수행된 적지 않은 박치우 철학에 대한 연구들의 의의 및 한계들을 분석함으로써 박치우 철학에 접근할 수 있는 또 다른 경로가능성을 탐색하고 있다. 특히 ‘빨치산’과 ‘박종홍’이라는 두 가지의 상징이 그 동안 박치우 연구에 있어서 과도한 규정성을 가지고 있었으며 이에 따라 박치우를 신비화하거나 부차화시켜버리고 있음을 비판한다. 나아가 이러한 한계를 극복하기 위한 박치우의 역사철학에 대한 연구, 학제간 연구를 제안하고 있다. Today, research on Park Chi-woo’s philosophy has been developed as a key theme constituting some part of Korean modern philosophy. Reviewing research on Park Chi-woo, however, it is not difficult to find that his philosophy is in an unnatural position within a certain symbol system or correlation. The specific appearance and significance of Park’s philosophy described in terms such as “the department of philosophy of Keijo Imperial University,” “Shin Nam-cheol and Park Jong-hong,” “partisan and guerrilla,” and “Park Heon-young” are still not clear. What is important is to explore the true significance, value, and limitations of his philosophy. To this end, this study investigates the possibilities of other paths to approach Park’s philosophy by analyzing the significance and limitations of the quite many studies on his philosophy conducted during the past 20 years. In particular, it criticizes the fact that the two symbols of “partisan” and “Park Jong-hong” have had excessive significance when it comes to defining research on Park Chi-woo, resulting in mystifying or downgrading him. In addition, this study suggests research on his historical philosophy and multidisciplinary research in order to overcome such limitations.
운동학습에 따른 대뇌 보조운동영역의 활성화 변화: fMRI 사례연구

Purpose: The contribution of the supplementary motor area (SMA) to the control of voluntary movement has been revealed. We investigated the changesin the SMA for motor learning of the reaching movement in stroke patient using functional MRI. Methods: The subject was a right-handed 55 year-old woman with left hemiparesis due to an intracerebral hemorrhage. She performed reaching movement during fMRI scanning before and after reaching training in four weeks. The motor assessment scale and surface EMG were used to evaluate the paretic upper limb function and muscle activation. Results: In the fMRI result, contralateral primary sensorimotor cortex (SM1) was activated before and after training. SMA was only activated after training. In addition, muscle activation of the paretic upper limb was similar to that of the unaffected upper limb after training. Conclusion: These findings suggest SMA is related to the execution of a novel movement pattern resulting in motor learning in stroke patients.

This study was performed to examine the influences of the mental practice to the hemiplegic upper limb motor function improvement. 20 minute neurologic treatment based on the neurophysiological theory, 10 minute activities of daily living training, and 10 minute mental practice 5 times a week were given in turn to the experimental group(N=11). On the other hand 20 minute neurologic treatment, and 10 minute activities of daily living training 5 times a week were given in turn to the control group(N=11). Both Fugl-Meyer Assessment Scale and Manual Function Test were used to evaluate upper limb motor recovery, upper limb motor function and movement ability. And the Motor Activity Log; Amount of Use and Motor Activity Log; Quality of Movement before training, 2 weeks after training, and 4 weeks after training were measured to assess the upper limb motor quantitatively and qualitatively each. The results are as follows. 1) Considering the interactions of the rate of change on the upper limb motor recovery, motor function, movement ability improvement, and qualitative motor improvement in ADL of experimental group and control group, the change rates of experimental group were found to be greater than those of the control group. 2) In experimental group, the higher the achievements were, the better upper motor recovery was.

Background and Objectives : The aim of this study was to investigate the anti-oxidant, anti-allergic and anti-inflammatory ability of the Taglisodog-eum(SHE) extract on the RAW 264.7 and EL4 cells Materials and Methods : Three types of experiments were implemented for this study: first, the experiment to study the anti-oxidant effect of SHE using Riboflavin; second, in vitro experiment to investigate the inhibition of Th 2 cell differentiation by SHE using EL4 cells (IL-4 mRNA expression); third, the suppression of $NF-{\kappa}B$ activation using RAW 264.7 cells (iNOS and COX-2 mRNA expression). Results : The anti-oxidant ability of SHE were dose-dependantly increased. From in vitro, the LPS-induced iNOS and COX-2 mRNA expression were dose-dependantly decreased in the RAW264.7 cells treated with SHE and the PMA-induced IL-4 mRNA expression were also dose-dependantly decreased in EL4 cells. $NF-{\kappa}B$ activation was suppressed, and iNOS & COX-2 production were inhibited by SHE Conclusion : The results suggest that SHE has dose-dependant anti-oxidant ability, and has anti-allergic and anti-inflammatory effects through the suppression of $NF-{\kappa}B$ activation and the inhibition of Th 2 cell differentiation.
노인에서 일어서기 동작 시 발의 위치에 따른 근활성도의 변화

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to investigate changes in muscle activation associated with foot position during a sit-to-stand exercise among normally healthy elderly subjects. Methods: Eight subjects (male=3; female=5; mean age=$70.13{\pm}{\pm}2.53$years) were recruited.The activation of six muscles (neck extensor; lumbar extensor; hamstring; rectus femoris; gastrocnemius; tibialis anterior) was measured by surface EMG (TeleMyo 2400T G2, Noraxon Inc., USA) during a sit-to-stand protocol under three different foot positions (ankle dorsiflexion of 0, 15, or 30 degrees). Results: Muscle activation of the neck extensor and hamstring was decreased according to the change in foot position (p<0.05), but activation of the rectus femoris was increased (p<0.05). Muscle activation of the neck extensor was significantly different between 0 and 15 degrees (p<0.05). Muscle activation of the hamstring was significantly different between 0 and 15 degrees and between 0 and 30 degrees (p<0.05). Muscle activation of the rectus femoris was significantly different between 0 and 30 degrees and between 15 and 30 degrees (p<0.05). However, activation of lumbar extensor, gastrocnemius and tibialis anterior muscles did not significantly differ between foot positions. Conclusion: These findings suggest that muscle activation during a sit-to-stand movement differs depending on foot position. We believe that these differences should be considered when educating the elderly regarding proper body movements.
주의 기반 시각정보처리체계 시스템 구현을 위한 스테레오 영상의 변위도를 이용한 새로운 특징맵 구성 및 통합 방법

인간의 시각 주의 시스템은 주어진 시각장면을 모두 다 처리하기보다는 주의가 집중되는 일정한 작은 영역들을 순간적으로 선택하여 그 부분만을 순차적으로 처리함으로써 복잡한 시각장면을 단순화시켜 쉽게 분석할 수 있는 능력을 가지고 있다. 본 논문에서는 주의 기반 시각정보 처리체계 시스템 구현을 위한 새로운 특징맵 구성 및 통합 방법을 제안한다. 제안하는 시스템에서는 시각특징으로서 색상, 명도, 방위, 형태 외에 2개의 스테레오 영상 쌍으로부터 얻을 수 있는 깊이 정보를 추가하여 사용하였다. 실험결과를 통해 깊이 정보를 사용함으로써 주의 영역의 정탐지율이 개선됨을 확인하였다. Human visual attention system has a remarkable ability to interpret complex scenes with the ease and simplicity by selecting or focusing on a small region of visual field without scanning the whole images. In this paper, a novel feature map generation and integration method for attention based visual information processing system is proposed. The depth information obtained from a stereo pair of images is exploited as one of spatial visual features to form a set of topographic feature maps in our approach. Comparative experiments show that correct detection rate of visual attention regions improves by utilizing depth feature compared to the case of not using depth feature.
