인사부서의 기능이 과거 업무 프로세스를 지원하고 관리하는 부서에서 일선 사업부서의 전략적 파트너로서의 기능으로 변화되면서 인사관리에 대한 방향과 트렌드가 성과창출 및 조직 활성화를 통한 신 기업문화 형성으로 바뀌게 되었다. 개인과 조직, 그리고 국가와 사회를 위한 기업체의 사명을 완수하기 위해 대표들은 얼마나 많은 고민을 하게 되는가? 이러한 고민은 이제 인사부서의 몫이기도 하다. 어떤 전략을 펼칠 것인가, 그 전략을 성공시키기 위해 어떤 지원이 필요할 것인가와 같은 고민은 계속되고 있다. 결국 인사부서의 주요 목표 역시 기업 성과창출의 극대화를 위한 방향으로 초점이 맞춰지고 있다. 이에 따른 최근의 인사관리 주요 방향에 대해 살펴보고자 한다.

This paper aims at investigating the resistant literary characteristics to Japan in Paegangnaeng. one of the short stories written by Yi. Taejoon. The work shows the author`s individual agony that he has to do his own creative writing as a racial conscious novelist against the age of colonial situations. It does mean that the author implies Korean cultural nationalism in the story, which criticize the colonial situations of Japanese oppression to the Korean race and Japanese obliteration of the Korean culture. Despite the rigid style in the strong message to his readers, Yi, Taejoon came to form his themes by adopting such symbolic techniques as protagonist conflict, the vivid character types, and significant naming, so the work may well be regarded as one of superior literary arts.
공동 행렬대각화 조건 기반 온라인 음원 신호 분리 및 잔향제거

Reverberation in speech signals tends to significantly degrade the performance of the Blind Source Separation (BSS) system. Especially in online systems, the performance degradation becomes severe. Methods based on joint diagonalizability constraints have been recently developed to tackle the problem. To improve the quality of separated speech, in this paper, we add the proposed de-reverberation method to the online BSS algorithm based on the constraints in reverberant environments. Through experiments on the WSJCAM0 corpus, the proposed method was compared with the existing online BSS algorithm. The performance evaluation by the Signal-to-Distortion Ratio and the Perceptual Evaluation of Speech Quality demonstrated that SDR improved from 1.23 dB to 3.76 dB and PESQ improved from 1.15 to 2.12 on average.

This study intended to detect land-cover change in Sejong city by development of a new town using national land-cover map(2002∼2015), and suggested limitations of analysis and alternative. According to result of time-series change analysis which was applied phased land-cover change detection, it showed the outstanding change characteristics in two periods. In the period of time 2002 to 2009, especially farmland had changed into residential/cultural area, industrial/commercial area, traffic/public facilities area, and artificial grassland. As well as, during the time 2009 to 2015, farmland and forest area had changed into artificial grassland, dry field, and road. Furthermore, the result also showed that modification method using the latest land-cover map about forest and security area is efficient. In conclusion, this study quantitatively figured out the change of land cover, and based on the result, it could review availability of national land-cover map. The desired result from this study was expected to utilized as base data to be establish an environmental policy and make decision for environmental sector reflecting environmental change factor.
장갑강 아크용접부의 방탄시험 대체검증 표준 제정에 대한 연구

The final goal of this study is to secure the basis for establishing a domestic test standard such that the H-plate ballistic test for weld verification required by TACOM Drawing 12479550 can be replaced with the Charpy impact test. The core of this study is to prove the correlation between the ballistic test and the impact test. As a result of ballistic test specimens manufactured with various welding parameters, the generated crack length showed a correlation of approximately 78% with impact toughness. In addition, cracks occurred at the weld toe and propagated along the fusion line irrespective of any variables. Therefore, the notch location of the impact test specimen was determined by the fusion line. Moreover, experiments proved that impact toughness did not change significantly when changing non-essential welding variables. The impact toughness of the fusion line critical values of MIL-A-12560 and MIL-A-46100 materials used in this study were 50 J and 22 J, respectively. This value exceeded the impact toughness management standard for the base material. Therefore, the passing threshold value was ultimately determined to be above the impact toughness threshold of the base material.
