        Capillary Rheometer를 이용한 숙성시간 및 함수율 변화 도자소지의 가소성평가

        Plasticity is the ability of clay to respond to pressure with a continuous and permanent change of shape in any direction without breaking apart, and hold that shape when released. In this work, the effect of water content and aging period on the plasticity of porcelain clay was evaluated using the capillary rheometer to measure the flow rate and the shear stress. The shear stress of porcelain clay was slightly increased with increasing the aging period, indicating that the plasticity of porcelain clay was influenced by an organic content. It was also observed that the water content in the porcelain clay had a great influence on the plasticity of porcelain clay. The shear stress with water content of 21 wt% was sharply increased with increasing shear rate, but the shear stresses with water contents of 24 and 27 wt% is gently incremented.

        유리질 중공체 GHM(Glass Hollow Microsphere)을 활용한 자기의 경량화

        The pore generation technology using GHM (Glass Hollow Microsphere) was studied in order to reduce the weights of porcelain. In this study, we verify the property of modified slurry by adding GHM. The modified slurry was prepared by adding 1.0~2.5 wt%(K1), 1.0~6.0 wt%(K37) of GHM to the slurry for porcelain. The slurry viscosity were stable inside a content range of 1.0~2.5 wt%(K1), 1.0~6.0 wt%(K37). However, the viscosity of modified slurry increased more than 3.0 wt%(K1) and 6.5 wt%(K37). The formed specimen by slip casting was fired at $1229^{\circ}C$, $1254^{\circ}C$. As the amount of GHM content increased, the weight decreased and the addition of 1.0~2.5 wt%(K1), 1.0~6.0 wt%(K37) of GHM resulted in a weight drop of 30%(K1) and 25(K37). However, when the GHM content increased, the strength decreases over 70%. This is caused by the presence of a large volume of surface defects (pores) and defects from the agglomeration of GHM.

        클라우드 환경에서 주식 체결 시스템의 저지연 극복에 관한 연구

        증권 시스템의 저지연(Low Latency)을 최소화하고 처리 속도 향상을 위해 다양한 기술(Socket Direct Protocol, TCP/IP Offload Engine)이 도입되고 있다. 그러나 고가의 네트워크 장비 지원으로는 속도 개선에 한계가 있으며, 도입 효과 또한 낮은 것이 현실이다. 본 논문에서는 클라우드 환경에서 주식 체결 시스템의 저지연 극복을 위한 SPT(Safe Proper Time) 전송 방식을 제안한다. 이 제안 기법은 커널에 대한 이해를 기반으로 CPU 오버헤드를 줄이기 위해 CPI(Cycle Per Instruction)를 최소화하고, 데이터 전송의 적시성을 만족하는 전송 방식이다. To minimize low latency and improve the processing speed of the stock trading system, various technologies have been introduced. However, expensive network equipment has limitation for improving speed of trading system. Also, it is true that there is not much advantage by introducing those kind of systems. In this paper, we propose a low-Latency SPT(Safe Proper Time) scheme for overcoming the stock trading system in a cloud. The proposed method minimizes the CPI in order to reduce the CPU overhead that is based on the understanding of the kernel. and this approach satisfies the data timeliness.

        반회후두신경 손상을 동반하지 않은 갑상선 절제술 환자에서 수술 초기의 음성 및 연하 기능의 변화에 대한 분석

        Background and Objectives : After thyroidectomy, many patients experience problems report such things as reduced voice range and vocal fatigue, swallowing problems without superior and recurrent laryngeal nerve injury. The purpose of this study was to evaluate voice and swallowing problems before and after thyroid surgery without laryngeal nerve injury. Materials and Methods : Ninety-three patients who underwent thyroidectomy without laryngeal nerve injury and completed the follow-up evaluations were studied between June 2013 and December 2015. Each evaluation was performed preoperatively, as well as 1 week, 1 month postoperatively. Analysis was performed including voice handicap index (VHI), dysphagia handicap index (DHI), and acoustic voice analysis. Results : Patients show significant variation of parameters in the fundamental frequency (F), maximal phonation time (MPT), shimmer, jitter and soft phonation index (SPI) early after operation, and most of them showed recovery of parameters after 1month of operation. Perceptive complaint of voice and swallowing also showed significant decreased after operation (p<0.005). After 1month of operation, MPT, highest frequency and frequency ranges still showed significant decreased parameters. Comparing acoustic and perceptive parameters of total thyroidectomy and lobectomy, there was no significant changes between them except highest frequency (p=0.042). Conclusion : The results from both subjective and objective evaluations show voice and swallowing disturbance after thyroidectomy even in the absence of laryngeal nerve and provide patients information about the recovery process after surgery. Highest frequency parameter showed most significant changes after operation.

        다중 중합효소 연쇄반응을 이용한 소의 Johne병 진단 기법 확립

        반추수에서 발생하는 Johne병의 조기 진단 방법을 제시하고 이 질병의 원인체와 미생물학적 특징이 유사한 M. bovis, M. avium 등의 mycobacteria 감염증을 감별 진단하는 방법을 개발하기 위하여 Mycobacterium 균속의 표준균주를 사용하여 중합효소 연쇄반응을 확립하였다. Johne병으로 의심되는 소의 혈액과 유즙을 채취하여 분리한 단핵구 및 거식세포로부터 genomic DNA를 추출하였다. 각 시료로부터 추출한 DNA를 template로 이용하여 Mycobacterium spp.에 특이적인 16S rDNA primer set를 이용한 PCR을 수행하여 시료내의 mycobacterial DNA 보유 여부를 확인하였다. 한편 mycobacteria 양성으로 확인된 시료는 M. avium complex 균종에 특이한 16S rDNA 염기서열을 기초로 하여 제작한 primer set와 M. paratuberculosis의 IS900 sequence에 특이한 primer set를 이용하여 duplex PCR을 수행하여 Johne병 원인체의 보균 여부를 조사하였으며, 이 결과를 oligonucleotide probe를 사용한 Southern blot hybridization을 통하여 다시 확인하였다. 이와 같은 duplex PCR 기법을 실제 축산 현장에서 수집한 유즙과 말초혈액으로부터 분리한 단핵구 및 거식세포 시료에 적용한 결과 본 연구에서 확립한 duplex PCR 기법 유용성을 확인할 수 있었다. In order to improve the early diagnosis of Johne's disease in ruminants, duplex polymerase chain reaction system for the detection of the etiologic agent of M. paratuberculosis and for the differentiation of other mycobacterial animal pathogens, such as M. bovis and M. avium, was applied. Genomic DNAs were purified from peripheral blood monocytes or milk macrophages and were used as templates in the duplex PCR. Detection of Mycobacterium spp. in the specimen was carried out by PCR using primer set specific to the mycobacterial 16S rDNA. And then, mycobacterial DNA-positive specimens were further differentiated with duplex PCR system which was composed of primer sets specific to 16S rDNA of M. avium complex and IS900 gene of M. paratuberculosis. The results were re-confirmed by Southern blot hybridization with oligonucleotide specific to the internal sequence of IS900 PCR amplicons. The applicability of this duplex PCR system was evaluated with DNAs extracted from clinical specimens of peripheral blood monocytes and milk macrophages. In summary, the duplex PCR amplification system described in this experiment is promising molecular technique for the early diagnosis of Johne's disease in ruminants.

        Hypertriglyceridemia is a rare cause of pancreatitis in pregnancy. Pregnancy is related with hypertriglyceridemia especially in the 3rd trimester due to increase of estrogen. Diabetes is known as a common cause of secondary lipid metabolism disorder and is often associated with hypertriglyceridemia. Shock and sepsis related to pancreatitis in pregnancy result in a relatively high morbidity and mortality rate for both the mother and the fetus. Hypertriglyceridemic pancreatitis complicated in gestational diabetes has not previously been reported. We report a case of 26(+4) weeks gestational aged primigravida with acute pancreatitis induced by hypertriglyceridemia in gestational diabetes. We reviewed the clinical courses and treatments of acute pancreatitis in pregnancy with the literatures.

        공중합체에 따른 약물 콘택트렌즈의 약물 전달 연구

        본 연구에서는 hydroxyethyl methacrylate (HEMA)에 poly(vinyl pyrrolidone) (PVP), poly(N-isopropylacrylamide) (PNIPAAm), 3-(trimethoxysilyl)propyl methacrylate (TRIM)을 공중합하여, pH 변화가 하이드로젤 렌즈에서의 약물 전달 패턴을 분석하였다. 콘택트렌즈는 HEMA와 PVP, PNIPAAm, TRIM의 비율을 달리하여 열 중합하였다. 약물은 인공눈물 점안제제인 hydroxypropyl methylcellulose (HPMC)를 사용하였다. 약물방출량은 UV-spectrophotometer를 이용하여 정량 분석하였다. 그 결과, 음이온성 하이드로젤(p-HEMA, p-HEMA-VP) 렌즈는 용액의 pH가 증가 시 약물의 누적량이 점차 증가하였고, 양이온성 하이드로젤(p-HEMA-NIPAAm) 렌즈에서의 약물 누적량은 감소하였다. 또한 실리콘 함유 렌즈는 실리콘 작용기(-TRIM)의 중합에 따라 실리콘 비함유 렌즈와 반대의 약물 방출 패턴이 나타났다. 이러한 하이드로젤의 이온성 작용반응을 이용하여 눈물의 pH에 선택적으로 약물 전달량을 조절할 수 있는 콘택트렌즈 설계가 가능할 것으로 판단된다 In this study, poly (vinyl pyrrolidone) (PVP), poly (N-isopropylacrylamide) (PNIPAAm) and 3-(trimethoxysilyl) propyl methacrylate (TRIM) were copolymerized with hydroxyethyl methacrylate (HEMA). The effect of pH change on the drug delivery from the polymerized hydrogel lenses was analyzed. Contact lenses were thermally polymerized by varying the ratio of HEMA to PVP, PNIPAAm, and TRIM. Hydroxypropyl methylcellulose (HPMC), a source of artificial tear eye drops was used as a test drug. Drug releasing pattern was analyzed using a UV-spectrophotometer. As a result, the accumulated amount of the drug was gradually increased when the pH was increased in the anionic hydrogel (p-HEMA, p-HEMA-VP) lens. The released drug amount from cationic hydrogel (p-HEMA-NIPAAm) lens was decreased in increased pH. On the other hand, the silicone lens exhibited a drug release pattern opposite to that of the hydrogel lens due to the polymerization of the silicone functional group (-TRIM). This suggests that selective drug delivery from contact lens design is possible through solution-material ionization elationship depending on the polymerization components.
