중앙부처공무원의 인구통계학적 특성에 따른 언론전문성 차이연구

공무원과 언론은 정부와 국민과의 관계형성에서 중간자적 역할을 수행한다. 양자의 관계에 대한 연구는 정치커뮤니케이션과 홍보의 중요한 연구주제 중 하나였다. 최근 정치권력의 변화와 함께 대언론관이나 언론을 이용한 정책의 수행은 새롭게 주목을 받고 있는 실정이다. 본 연구는 이러한 현상에 대해 주목하여 공무원들의 인구통계학적 특성에 따라 언론이해도 및 활용도에 어떠한 차이가 있는 가를 살펴보았다. 중앙부처에 소속된 590명의 공무원들을 대상으로 자기기입식 설문지 방식을 이용하여 데이터를 분석하였다. 분석방법으로 일원변량분석, t-분석, 그리고 교차분석이 사용되었다. 또한 분석을 위해 SPSS 18.0이 사용되었다. 연구결과 성별, 나이, 직급, 신분유형, 부서유형, 그리고 근무기간에 따라 언론의 이해도 및 활용도에서 차이가 나타났다. 구체적으로 살펴보면 다음과 같다. 남성이 여성보다 언론속성에 대산 이해와 언론활용이 더 높았다. 연령대가 높은 집단이, 직급이 높은 집단이 언론활용도나 언론에 대한 전문지식의 인식수준이 높았고, 당연히 홍보부서가 정책부서보다 모든 종속변인에서 더 높은 것으로 나타났다. 마지막으로 근무기간은 예상과는 달리 근무기간이 3년 이하이거나 17년 이상인 집단이 그렇지 않은 집단보다 언론에 대한 이해, 전문지식, 활용도가 높게 나타나 U자 형태를 보여주었다. 연구 결과를 바탕으로 논의가 이루어졌으며 실무적 시사점이 동시에 제공되었다.

BLE 기반의 모바일 기기간 다중 순차 접속 방법 연구

Over the years, countries around the world have been studying future soldier technology, and future soldiers may be using wearable devices that help in military operations. Hence, accurate connection and communication between wearable devices mounted on soldiers are very important for future soldier services of the devices. Generally, various wearable devices such as goggles and band-type devices can be used for military operations. These devices support wireless communication to connect with each other and, in particular, tend to use Bluetooth communication a lot. However, the Bluetooth being used currently has a problem of supporting only data transmission and reception between a pair of devices at a time. So, realizing that there is a need for a technology to connect multiple wearable devices using Bluetooth, this paper presents, implements, and verifies two methods of connecting two or more wearable devices simultaneously using Bluetooth. 수년간에 세계 각국에서는 미래 병사 기술을 연구했으며 미래 병사는 각종 기기를 이용하여 군사 작전에 도움을 줄 수 있는 서비스를 제공하는 기기들을 이용한 병사가 될 수 있다. 이런 미래 병사 서비스를 제작하기 위해 병사 몸에 장착한 웨어러블 기기 간의 정확한 연결 및 통신이 매우 중요하다. 군사 작전에는 고글형 기기, 밴드형 기기 등 각종 기기들이 사용될 수 있다. 이렇게 사용할 수 있는 기기들은 다른 기기와의 연결을 위해 무선 통신 방법을 지원하며, 특히 블루투스 방식을 많이 이용하는 경향을 보인다. 하지만 이때 사용하는 블루투스는 한 번에 한 쌍의 기기 사이의 데이터 송수신만을 지원하는 문제점이 존재한다. 따라서 군사 작전을 지원하기 위해 여러 가지가 사용될 수 있는 많은 웨어러블 기기가 한 번에 연결할 수 없는 한계가 존재한다. 해당 한계를 극복하기 위해 블루투스를 이용한 다중 기기를 연결하는 기술의 필요성이 존재함을 깨닫고 해당 기술을 본 논문에서 블루투스로 두 개 이상의 기기를 동시에 연결하는 두 가지 방법을 제시하고 구현하여 검증하였다.

Objectives: Patients, who have had a history of benign paroxysmal positional vertigo (BPPV)-like symptoms, but no characteristic nystagmus, were often present. They are diagnosed as having a resolved state from BPPV or normal, and tend to be overlooked. We investigated the dizzy and psychological scales in BPPV-suspicious patients.Methods: Thirty-nine patients, which they had vertigo of a short duration at the specific head position, and clinically suspicious BPPV, but no nystagmus in positional tests, were enrolled. We compared dizzy and psychological scales of suspicious BPPV patients with 138 BPPV patients, using dizziness handicap inventory (DHI), the beck depression inventory (BDI), and the Spielberger state-trait anxiety inventory. Addi-tionally, among the BPPV-suspicious group, patients with a BPPV history were com-pared with those with no previous BPPV.Results: No differences in the all scales were found between the two groups. However, DHI scores of patients with a previous BPPV attack were significantly higher than those of patients with no BPPV-like symptoms; in particular, there was a significant difference in emotional scores.Conclusion: Although the patients had no characteristic nystagmus, if they have a BPPV-like history and symptoms, emotional support and periodic follow up are needed. In particular, careful observation should be performed in patients with previous BPPV attack.
