      • 신경모세포종의 임상적 고찰

        Neuroblastoma is a solid tumor derived from neural crest cells of the sympathetic nervous system. It is the most common extracranial solid tumor in children. Although it has the highest rate of spontaneous regression, it has a bad prognosis. Recent reports indicate a much improved outcomes utilizing the multitreatment approaches and early diagnosis as a result of patient screening. We have studied 42 patients managed in the last decade at the Severance and Yongdong Severance Hospitals. The patients were followed until January 1998 and analyzed in terms of age, sex, admission period, stage, diagnostic studies, clinical symptoms, physical findings, operative time, treatment modalities, and survival rate. Twenty eight patients underwent operative procedures, 16 patients had postoperative chemotherapy, and 19 patients had preoperative chemotherapy. Sexual difference was 1.33:1 in favor of males, and 43 % of patients were under one year of age. The patients were initially diagnosed as a result of symptoms and signs. An abdominal mass was the most common clinical finding. Eighty six percent of the patients were in advanced stages (>Stage III of INSS). The 2 year survival rate was 59.2 % and the 5 year survival rate was 29.6 %.

        오코토바를 통해 다시 묻는 ‘상징’의 의미: 헤이세이 시대 천황의 이중성

        This study aims to deal with Emperor Akihito’s Okotoba as a literary, ideological, and political text. “Message from His Majesty: The Emperor (August 8, 2016)” is a text where the Emperor himself defines the role of the emperor as the symbol of the state. Here, it is worth recalling that the concept of a symbol itself is an ambiguous and politically charged term from the beginning. In this vein, under the symbolic emperor system in postwar Japan, the emperor’s duties cannot be regarded simply as non-political. This study focuses on the body politic through which the Emperor represents himself by analyzing Emperor Akihito’s Okotoba. Through this, I reveal how the Emperor intends to represent Japan and the Japanese people. As a result, this study suggests that the Emperor Akihito is planning the body politic regenerated in an aging society as an institution, creating a community of affect through physicality that speaks and listens to the people, and functioning as the symbol of the state and the unity of the people through the body that prays and travels. As such, Emperor Akihito represents the duality of the past and the future, authority and power, a symbol of the Japanese state and unity of the people, and the kokutai and democracy.

        컨테이너에 의한 조경수 생산방식이 이식 후 활착에 미치는 영향

        This study is conducted to evaluate the effects of containerized landscape tree production methods on post-transplant stress. Two types of container such as plastic pot(pot), fabric growing bag(bag) were adopted to restrict tree roots. Each types of containers was divided into seven sub-types. One traditional production method was included as comparison. Two landscape woody plants species (Magnolia denudata, Albizzia julibrissin) were implanted in the 7 sub-types of container. After one or two growing season in the container, each types of container trees was transplanted. Half of the trees were transplanted in the mild spring season, and another half of trees were transplanted in the improper summer season. The data were collected on the crown wilting ratio and trunk die-back ratio. The result of the analysis based on these data were as follows; 1) The container production methods were lower than the traditional production methods by 3 times in the average wilting ratio of summer season's transplanting point. 2) Post-transplant stress was more successfully mitigated, in case the "pot" type as was the "bag" types of container. 3) The effective and economic way of mitigating post-transplant stress by container production methods was selecting container plants of vigorous and deep root systems. 4) The "pot" type of container was to restrict tree roots more successfully, But, winter chilling and low temperature attacked the "pot" type tree's twigs and suckers. These results indicated that "pot" grown container plants should managed carefully during the winter after transplanting. Based upon the results of this study, a subsequent research on the development of container material, growth type of the container trees, and other maintaining method will be required.es, and other maintaining method will be required.

        LiDAR 센서 기반의 보행 동선 자료를 활용한 보행자 속성 추정 방법론 개발

        최근 도시철도 내 사건사고 및 범죄 수가 급격히 증가하면서 승객의 안전에 대한 관심은 점차 늘어나고 있다. 지능형 CCTV를 활용한 도시철도역사 통합 관리 방안 등 다양한 전략이 제시되고 있으나, 비용 절감 및 개인사생활 침해 등은 여전히 이슈가 되고 있다. 최근 기술 개발로 인한 다양한 센서에 대한 연구가 진행되고 있으며, 그 중에서도 LiDAR 센서는 사물 인식, 추적 그리고 실시간 정보 처리 등 장점이 많다. 본 연구에서는 이러한 LiDAR 센서를 활용하여, 개별 보행자의 동선 정보로부터 개인 속성을 추출하였으며, 제안된 신경망 알고리즘 기반 모형을 통해 보행자의 속성을 추정하였다. 분석결과를 통해 도시철도역사 환경 요소와 개인 속성을 고려한 행태 정보를 반영한 보행 흐름에 대한 활용성 및 도시철도 역사에 대한 효율적인 유지관리 가능성을 제시하였다. As the number of accidents and crimes in Seoul metro system has recently increased, there has been growing concerns on the safety of passengers. Even though the integrated management method of metro station using the intelligent CCTV is proposed as an alternative, the cost saving and the privacy issue in analyzing and operating the image based information is critical. Recently, many studies regarding a variety types of sensors have been throughly investigated. Among all, LiDAR sensor has excellent capability of recognizing and tracking objects, and also has the advantages of realizing information acquisition and analysis in real time. In this study, the characteristics of pedestrians are extracted from individual pedestrians’ trajectory using LiDAR sensor, and analyzed. With the proposed Deep Neural Network (DNN) algorithm in this study, pedestrian property can be predictable from each individual trajectory. As a result, we found a great potential to monitor and manage effectively and seek the certain situation reflecting the behavior of pedestrian’s characteristic with environmental elements in a metro station.

        UAV 항공사진을 이용한 산림지 횡단면도 추출 및 사면안정성 평가

        The objective of this study is to extract the shape of the slope from the images acquired using UAV and evaluate its suitability and reliability when applied to slope stability analysis. UAV is relatively inexpensive and simple, and it is possible to make terrain survey by generating point clouds. However, the image acquired from UAV can not be directly photographed by the forest canopy due to the influence of trees, resulting in severe distortion of the terrain. In this study, therefore, the effects of forest canopy were verified and the slope stability analysis was performed. Images acquired in winter and summer were used, because summer images are heavily influenced by the forest canopy and winter images are not. As a result of the study, the winter image is suitable for the extraction of slope shape, but severe terrain distortion occurs in the summer image. Therefore, slope stability analysis using slope shape extracted from summer image is impossible, so it should be modified for slope stability analysis. The modified slope did not completely eliminate the distortion of the terrain, but it could express the approximate shape of the slope. As a result of the slope stability analysis, the location and shape of the failure surface are the same, and the error of the safety factor is less than 0.2, which is close to the actual slope.
