The Dissolved Oxygen(DO) electrode fabricated by the research team at the University of Suwon was experimentally compared with the YSI DO electrode which is the most widely-used DO electrode in Korea. The sensitivity of the two electrodes were measured under various DO conditions and different pH environment. The findings of the experiment are as follows. Firstly, in DO range between 1.5 and 7.7㎎/ℓ, the two electrodes showed a good agreement in sensitivity. Secondly, in pH range between 3.0 and 10.0, the two electrodes showed a good agreement in sensitivity. The maximum difference was within the range of experimental error. It was concluded that the locally fabricated electrode performed as good as YSI DO electrode in its sensitivities of DO and pH.

과학기술분야 정부출연 연구기관의 상대적 효율성과 영향요인 분석

본 연구는 과학기술분야 정부출연 연구기관의 상대적 효율성을 도출하고, 효율성에 영향을 미칠 수 있는 유의미한 요인의 탐색을 목적으로 한다. 연구목적을 달성하기 위해 자료포락분석(DEA)과 다중회귀분석을 실시하였다. 효율성 분석은 CCR과 BCC의 두 가지 모형을 통해 실시하였으며, 각 모형에서 도출된 효율적인 기관은 전체 출연연 중 40%와 60%인 것으로 나타났으며, 두 모형에서 모두 기초기술연구회에서의 효율적인 출연연의 비중이 산업기술연구회보다 높은 것으로 나타났다. 한편 효율성 영향요인 분석결과 출연연의 사회적 기여 요인과 우수인력 확충 및 육성 요인이 유의미하게 나타남으로써, 출연연의 산・학・연의 협력을 통한 성과를 창출하고자 하는 노력과 우수인재에 대한 지속적인 확충과 인재역량 제고를 위한 지속적인 노력이 중요함을 확인할 수 있었다. This study has purpose to measure a relative efficiency and analysis significant influence factors of government-supported research institutes in the field of science and technology applying DEA and multiple regression analysis. For DEA, CCR and BCC model are adopted. Each model show that the ratio of efficiency research institute is 40% and 60% and the ratio of Korea Research Council of Fundamental Science & Technology's research institute is higher than Korea Research Council for Industrial Science & Technology'sAs a result of influence factors analysis, it was found that the factors of social contribution and expanding & raising elite manpower are significant. So it is necessary for research institute to effort to create performance with industry-academic cooperation, to expand continuously a good manpower and improve a manpower's capacity.

Joining thin aluminum alloy is difficult using most welding techniques. Many of the prob-(Tungsten Inert Gas), MIG (Metal Inert Gas), and PULSE-MIG welding. The method provides more control of the heat balance in the welding arc by taking advantage of the different arc characteristics obtained with each of the two polarities. In this paper, we proposed a new welding method by control DSP 320C32, and the characteristic and experiment result-voltage, current, welding bead, and penetra-tions by this method are presented.

A Multi-measurement system for continuous monitoring of dissolved oxygen, temperature, pH, conductivity was suggested to evaluate the quality of livestock wastewater. The system was tested in the laboratory scale to see its stability for 6 continuous days.'rho resultant data suggested that the system might be applied to the development of water Qualify automatic alarming system in the agricultural area.

아동복지시설종사자의 임파워먼트가 직무만족과 조직몰입에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구

이 논문은 아동복지시설 종사자에 대한 임파워먼트의 필요성에 근거하여, 그것이 시설의 복지서비스 증진을 위한 직무만족과 조직 몰입에 어떤 영향을 미치는가를 탐색하고자 한다. 우리는 이 논문에서 시설종사자의 임파워먼트가 직무만족과 조직몰입에 상당히 긍정극인 영향을 미치는 것으로 파악하였으며, 이러한 바탕 위에서 시설증사자의 자기발전 기회의 확대, 의견의 개방, 보상체계의 확충, 팀별 조직변경 등을 제안하고자 한다. The purpose of this study is to examine how the social work institutions and empowerment of social workers influence job satisfaction and organizational commitment the efficiency of the organization. Furthermore, this study explores practical implications for efficient management of child welfare institutions. Through investigating and analyzing 79 social workers, who are currently employed by child welfare institutions, the followings have been found : Based on the findings above, the following practical implications to increase the efficiency of a child welfare institution are derived : First. opportunities for social workers to enhance self-9rowth and improve achievement should be given and further, increased. There are currently few programs that help employers to acquire updated knowledge or tools in a child welfare institution. Besides, in that most programs such as special speeches or workshops are organized by outside sources, it is of significance that the potential of an individual must be drawn by irnplementation of employer development programs within a child welfare institution. Second, a pathway for communication. which positively undertakes ideas and opinions of social workers in making decisions for an organization. should be enlarged. In that social workers are ultimately empowered by self-decision or self-control, a child welfare institution must be equipped with this organizational feature of open communication. Third, to enhance the efficiency of organization, child welfare institutions should empower social workers by providing equitable rewards in both material and affective aspects. Fourth. the authorities of social welfare administrations should implement educational programs through which supervisors of child welfare institutions are able to develop leadership. The programs must include training of strategies for interpersonal relationships and self-empowerment, as well as education about the constantly changing environment and latest policies of the child welfare institution. Finally, when a practical model for empowerment is developed through empirical studies of idiosyncratic organizational cultures, diverse approaches to increase the efficiency of a child welfare institution would be further systemized.

부녀복지서비스전달체계에 관한 연구는 거의 이루어지지 않은 채 서비스내용에 관한 연구는 활발하게 이루어져 왔다. 본 연구는 현행 우리나라의 부녀복지법제를 중심으로 부녀복지전달체계의 현황분석을 통해 그 문제점을 도출하여 전달체계의 개선방안을 모색하는데 목적을 두었다. 현행 부녀복지서비스전달체계는 부녀복지서비스법제의 다원화에 따른 전달체계의 혼란, 공공부문의 역할분담의 미확립, 부녀복지시설의 대상별 다원화, 부녀복지서비스 인력의 전문성 미흡, 종합적인 부녀각지서비스기관의 부재로 인한 서비스 기관의 기능 중복, 서비스 이용상의 불편 등의 문제점이 도출되었다. 전달체계의 개선방안으로서는 부녀복지서비스법제의 통합을 통한 업무체계의 확립, 부녀복지서비스 담당공무원 및 전문인력의 수적 확보 및 전문성 제고, 부녀복지시설의 통합운영 및 종합부녀복지센타의 운영, 공·사부녀복지서비스업무의 역할분담을 통한 민간기관의 활성화 등을 제시하였다. 부녀복지서비스전달체계에 더한 논의는 사회복지전달체계의 전반적인 맥락에서 검토되어야 하는 것이며 지방자치시대에 맞는 최일선 서비스 전달체계의 확립이 시급한 과제이다.
