        선충 억제 활성 식물 추출물의 선발

        A total of 2,714 methanol extracts of 1,677 plant species in 178 families were screened for nemastatic activityagainst Rhabditis sp. by 96-well microplate bioassay. The plant extracts with a concentration of 5,000 μg/mlwere mixed with aqueous nematode solution containing about 20 Rhabditis sp. and their activity was examineddaily for 7 days. Out of 2,714 plant extracts examined in this test, 2,362 (87.0%) showed no negative influenceon the nematode activity, while 187 (6.9%) inhibited nematode activity about 50%, 95 (3.5%) inhibitednematode activity over 90%, and 70 (2.6%) rather enhanced nematode activity. Among those showing over50% nemastatic activity, 25 extracts were randomly selected for further screening with Rhabditis sp. and withjuveniles of Meloidogyne incognita. The screening revealed that 11 extracts (44%) were consistently nemastatic. The 282 extracts with nemastatic activity could be of use in future studies on nematicidal plants.

        독도의 토양 선충상

        Nematode fauna in Dokdo island was investigated for two years between 2008 and 2009. Population density and biomass were 239,500 m2 (26,000−836,000) and 103.9 mg/m2 (3.0−388.6), respectively. Total of 31 species of nematodes were identified : Acrobeloides is the most important genus with prominence value (PV) of 117.8,followed by Rhabditidae (PV = 81.9), Prismatolaimus (PV = 39.0), and Aphelenchoides (PV = 31.4). Among feeding group, bacteriovorus nematode composed 77% of density and 62% of biomass followed by plantparasitic and fungivorus nematodes. A species of Pratylenchus having distinctive tail terminus is under study as a new species. Biological indices, Shannon and Wiener index (2.46), Simpson’s diversity index (0.86),Species evenness (0.73), Species richness (1.30) indicate that nematode fauna in Dokdo island is diverse and unique. This study may give a general idea of nematode fauna at the Dokdo island.

      • 동적 프로그래밍에 의한 활성 윤곽선의 B-스플라인 표현

        활성 윤곽선은 내부 에너지와 외부에너지에 의해 조절되는 형태 변형이 가능한 에너지 최소화 곡선이다. 내부 에너지는 곡선을 부드럽게 유지하기 위한 제약 조건이고, 외부 지는 곡선을 영상 특징 쪽으로 이끈다. 활성 윤곽선이 제어 점에 의한 B-스플라인 표현은 많은 장점을 갖는다. Mentet[3] 등은 유한 차분 법에 의한 활성 윤곽선이 B-스플라인 표현을 제안하였다. 본 논문에서는 활성 윤곽선을 구간별 3차 B-스플라인으로 표현하고, 이 모델의 에너지를 최소로 하는 제어 점을 찾기 위한 방법으로 동적 프로그래밍을 사용한 방법을 제안한다. 제안된 방법은 유한 차분 법에 의한 B-스플라인 방법에 비해 간단하고 효과적이다. Active contours are deformable energy minimizing curves controlled by internal energy and external energy. The internal energy is constraint to preserve a smooth curve, and the external energy guides the curve towards image features. B-spline representation of active contours can be of great benefits in the segmentation and description whose shape is characterized by its defining polygon or control points. Menet et al proposed B-spline representation of active contours based on dynamic programming. The method is simple and efficient by comparing over finite difference method.

      • 立地ㆍ機能別 林道構造의 改善에 關한 硏究

        This study was conducted to analysis of three national forestroad structures that constructed in korea from two to three years ago, compared with the korea and other countries forestroad standard as to obtain necessary information for improve forestroad. Data of 12 factors related with forestroad structures ad its characteristics were surveyed 530 plot, which set up at intervals of 40m from beginning of forestroad. The results obtained in this study were as follows; 1.Forestroad located in order to middle mountain(51.8%), Top mountain(24.9%), and Side mountain(23.3%), which seemed that surveyed areas is high slope region. 2.Average forestroad width was 5.2m, which showed 1~2m exceeding over forestroad standard(3.5~5m) 3.Average grandient of forestraod was not exceeding 12%, but by its maximum gradient, a part(5%) of forestroads were exceeding over 15%. 4.Average cut and fill-slope length were 6.2m, 11.2m(over 6m : 64.2%, 67.2%), and average cut and fill-slope grandient were 114.2%, 80.1%. 5.Average side-ditch size was 0.26㎡, which showed that good results, but average side-ditch was 28.7cm, which showed that lower than desired standard.

        전자등록제도의 유가증권성에 관한 연구

        The stock certificate, an indispensible element of stock transfer, has been replaced with the electronic records because the immobilization that securities deposit settlement system have resulted in has been generalized in which a spot stock certificate are deposited to korea securities depository and account settlement on electronic records is substituted for a spot stock certificate. With the securities deposit settlement system developed, the immobilization of stock certificate has been generalized, diluted the fundamental necessity of the embodiment of right on stock certificate, and caused inconvenience in the trade of a spot stock certificate, which leading to the thought that issuing stock certificate is not necessary from the start. In addition, International Securities Service Association(I.S.S.A.) and G-30 have encouraged all the countries to use the electronic registration system of uncertificated stock with which the transference or exercise of right can be made by the entry on the electronic records to minimize the danger of trade and make efficient the work of trade. As the immobilization has spread more widely and a spot stock certificate is not necessarry to issue, each country is trying to enforce the electronic registration system of uncertificated stock which has no necessity to issue a spot stock certificate. Even though the system of electronic stock certificate is discussed, electronic registration system of uncertificated stock is explained in the system of electronic stock certificate and its legal qualities are not exactky explored, Therefore, in this study the conception and legal qualities of electronic registration system of uncertificated stock are discussed.
