A chelating agent helps crops to reuse as nutrients by mobilizing salts from the soil. This study was conductedto evaluate the effects of Diethylenetriamine pentaacetic acid (DTPA), N-(2-hydroxyethyl)-ethylene diaminetri acetic acid (HEDTA), and Ethylene diamine disuccininc acid (EDDS) for improving plant growth and reusingaccumulated nutrients in soils of plastic film house. Two experiments were carried out of follows: i) For theincubation test, the availability of nutrients were examined for soils treated with distilled water, 1 mM of DTPA,HEDTA and EDDS solutions. ii) In the pot test, the impacts of watermelon growth response were examined byadding 0.5, 1, and 5 mM of chelating agent to soil. In incubation test, application of chelating agents increasedthe availability of soil nutrients in the following order : DTPA ≒ HEDTA > EDDS > distilled water. However,biomass of watermelon in pot test, tended to be highest in EDDS 1 mM. The absorption amount of N, P, and Kof crop in EDDS 1 mM was similar to that of NPK treatment and K, Ca, Mg, and Fe tended to be high. SoilElectrical conductivity (EC) of 1 mM EDDS showed a 66% decrease compared to no treatment. These resultsshowed that EDDS could be improved the watermelon growth. Further research is needed to evaluate theeffects of EDDS for plant growth on field scale.

This study is to look into the satisfaction level of couples who are clustered by adults' attachment style and to analyze the styles and factors that influence the relationship. To this end, 374 couples who had been in actual relationship for more than 3months were selected. Average age of men selected was 26.6 and women's average age was 25.0. The results of the study were ; In the category of satisfaction level by adults' attachment style combination, satisfaction level was higher in couples of Secure Style Man:Secure Style Woman. Meanwhile, higher dissatisfaction level was found in couples of Preoccupied Style Man:Dismissing Style Woman and Dismissing Style Woman:Fearful Style Man. Especially Preoccupied Style had most harmful influence on relationship satisfaction. And in all types, communication for problem solving caused the highest level dissatisfaction. In case of combining with Secure Style, the satisfaction level was higher in Dismissing and Preoccupied Style but Fearful Style showed higher dissatisfaction level. This result brought the hypothesis that Secure Style has a good influence on relationship satisfaction into existence. The meanings of and suggestions on the results of this study is to be discussed. 이 연구의 목적은 성인애착유형별 조합에 따른 관계만족을 분석해 보고 관계에 영향을 미치는 유형과 요인을 알아보는 것이다. 이를 위해 교제기간 3개월 이상의 실제 연애중인 커플 374쌍을 대상으로 성인애착유형에 따른 관계만족에 대한 조사를 실시하였다. 그들의 평균 연령은 남자 26.6세, 여자 25.0세이었다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 성인애착유형별 남녀조합에 따른 관계만족에서 안정형(남):안정형(여)의 커플이 만족도가 높았다. 반면에 집착형(남):거부형(여), 거부형(여):두려움형(남)의 커플들이 높은 불만족을 나타냈다. 특히 집착형(남)이 가장 부정적인 영향을 끼치는 것으로 나타났다. 모든 커플들이 문제해결의사소통차원에서 불만족이 높았다. 안정형과 조합을 이룬 거부형, 집착형은 만족도가 높았으나 두려움형은 높은 불만족을 보였다. 이결과는 안정형이 관계만족에 긍정적인 영향을 끼칠 것이라는 가설을 부분적으로 성립시켰다. 이러한 연구결과에 대한 의의와 추후연구에 대한 시사점을 논의 하였다.
Native English Speaking Teachers (NESTs) and Teaching Their Culture in Korea

This paper reports on investigations into what Native English Speaking Teachers (NESTs) teaching in Korean universities think about the relationship between language and culture and how they apply the concept of culture to their classes. Secondly, the paper discusses how much the NESTs are conscious of learners’ cultural identity. Finally, the paper considers effective ways in which culture should be treated with the teaching of English in Korea. A focus group survey of NESTs (60 teachers) working in Korea was undertaken. The results of this study show that most of the NESTs accept the close relationship between culture and language, but they do not actively teach culture to students even though cultural knowledge is essential for successful language learning. Moreover, the NESTs do not seem to realize the effects of their language teaching on the learners. The results of this study show that: first, the instructors should realize that culture is a complicated system which includes various dimensions and it enables and influences communication as it is beyond the linguistic code second, in language teaching, the instructors should provide insights into culture across different points of connection between language and culture; and finally the NESTs need to have professional development on the nature of culture and how it is taught.

Two different molecular markers, the plastid rbcL and mitochondrial cox1 genes, were used to define the taxonomic position of the northwest Pacific Ocean species currently named Gracilaria chorda. We analyzed both genes (1,222 bp for rbcL and 1,245 bp for cox1) from 18 specimens collected in Korea, Japan, and China. Phylogenetic reconstruction revealed that this organism should be classified in the genus Gracilariopsis, rather than in the Gracilaria. Thus, Gracilariopsis chorda (Holmes) Ohmi is the legitimate name for Gracilaria chorda Holmes. Within the species, the sequences differed by 8 bp (0.7%) in rbcL and 5 bp (0.4%) in cox1. Six haplotypes of cox1 tended to be geographically organized. Gp. chorda is characterized by coarse, elongate terete axes, short filiform branchlets usually at irregular intervals, an abrupt transition in cell size from medulla to cortex, cystocarps without tubular nutritive cells connecting the gonimoblast to the upper pericarp, and relatively large gonimoblast cells of the cystocarp in the specimens collected from Wando in southern Korea. 통신사업자의 SLA제공이 초고속인터넷 서비스의 가치와 재사용 의도에 미치는 영향

Most people have increased the concern of service quality and quality assurance has emerged as an important element because the market for high speed internet service has reached saturation point. Therefore, purpose of this study is to investigate that SLA offer of communication industry is effect on value and reuse intention of high speed internet service. To achieve this, we carried out a survey targeting 700 internet users in Seoul, and path analysis using AMOS 5.0. This results of this research are as follows. SLA offer and service quality of communication industry had an positive effect on service value, and service value had an positive influence on reuse intention. This study show that customers are highly regarded service value and reuse intention by providing communication industry through SLA. 초고속인터넷 서비스 산업이 시장포화 상태가 되면서 서비스 품질에 대한 관심이 증가하게 되었으며, 서비스 품질 보증이 중요한 요소로 부각되었다. 그러므로 본 연구는 통신사업자의 SLA품질보증과 통신서비스 품질이 초고속인터넷 서비스의 가치와 재사용 의도에 미치는 영향력을 살펴보고자 한다. 이를 위해서 수도권지역에 거주하는 인터넷 사용자 700명을 대상으로 설문을 수행하였으며, AMOS 5.0을 이용하여 경로분석을 수행하였다. 분석결과, 통신사업자의 SLA품질보증과 통신서비스 품질이 서비스 가치에 정(+)의 영향을 미쳤고, 서비스 가치는 재사용 의도에 긍정적인 영향력을 가졌다. 이것은 통신사업자가 SLA를 제공함으로써 고객이 지각하는 서비스의 가치 및 재사용 의도가 향상된다는 것을 보여준다.

The laxurious Bismuth oxychloride is prepared form Bismuth nitrate solution dissolved in hydrochloric acid by hydrolyzing with sodium hydroxide solution at pH 2.0-2.5 and heating at 100±5℃ for 4hrs. In the presence of excess chloride ion to 1 : 1.5 (Bismuth:Chloride). Bismuth oxychloride is formed quantitatively in the range of pH 2.0-2.5. Under the same condition the hydroly3ed Bismuth oxychloride is adsorbed on the surface of mica particles which was cleaned preliminarily by treating which ultrasonicator. The adsorbed mica particles are shown the dull white and the adsorbed Bismuth oxychloride is octagonal flower type which was aggregated duplicatedly more then five plates and it is size is average 5 μm.
홍조 붉은실속 식물의 분류학적 재검토: 누은새붉은실과 가시새붉은실의 형태와 생식

Neosiphonia is separated from the traditionally well known genus Polysiphonia (Rhodomelaceae, Rhodophyta) and 12 species includes in Korea. In this study, the vegetative and reproductive developments of two Neosiphonia species, N. decumbens (Segi) M.S. Kim et I.K. Lee and N. harlandii (Harvey) M.S. Kim et I.K. Lee, are reinvestigated. N. decumbens is diagnosed by following combination of the characters: plants 1-3 cm high, dwarf, decumbent, main axes indistinct, irregularly branched in dichotomous manner, and alternately or secundly ramified with wide angles above. N. harlandii is distinguished by the features: plants 4-8 cm high, usually solitary and saxicolous, erect, densely corticated at base of distinct main axes, rather irregularly alternate in branch, and with cicatrigenous branchlets developed numerously on every part of frond. The two species share typical characteristics of the genus Neosiphonia, such as a base attached by unicellular rhizoids, cut off by cross wall, pericentral cells in 4, trichoblasts moderately developed near the apex of branches, leaving persistent scar-cells, tetrasporangia arranged in a spiral series, procarps with 3-celled carpogonial branch, and spermatangial branches arising as a primary branch of trichoblast. Taxonomy of the two Neosiphonia in regard to Polysiphonia is discussed.
