With the increasing demand of high efficient machining, the high speed grinding is a new trend of machining process. In a short time we can increse metal removal rate with high speed grinding. But it is necessary to examine the effect of machining. The purpose of this study is to research the grinding temperature, grinding force and machined surface roughness when we grind steel with high speed.

The Stockholm Convention on persistent organic pollutants (POPs) and Minamata Convention on mercury and mercury compounds took effect. The aim of these conventions is to protect human health and the environment from persistent pollutants. The Ministry of Oceans and Fisheries has conducted surveys on the status and progress of contamination of POPs in marine ecosystems since 2001, and in 2008, the law on the surveys of POPs in the Marine Environment Act was enacted. In marine ecosystems, the concentration of dioxins, where regulations on emissions and use are actively managed, showed a gradual decreasing trend in each year. While the concentrations of new POPs such as PBDEs, HBCDs, and PFASs were found to be relatively higher than those of legacy POPs. Because new POPs have been listed regularly, prompt and appropriate responses are required to prevent the environment from new POPs. It is necessary to reorganize the investigation system for persistent pollutants in marine ecosystems based on the long-term survey results. It is necessary to establish persistent pollutants criteria and preparation of management measures for maintaining the marine ecosystem health. In this study, we analyze the status of surveys on persistent pollutants in marine ecosystems and suggest policy proposals to efficiently manage these pollutants. 잔류성오염물질로부터 인간의 건강과 환경 보호를 목적으로 잔류성유기오염물질(POPs)에 관한 스톡홀름 협약과 수은에 관한 미나마타 협약이 발효되었다. 해양수산부에서는 해양생태계 내 POPs의 오염실태 조사를 2001년부터 수행해 왔으며, 2008년에 해양환경관리법 내 POPs 조사 관련 법을 제정하였다. 해양생태계 내POPs 조사 결과, 배출 및 사용 규제를 통해 적극적으로 관리되고 있는 기존 POPs 중 다이옥신류 농도는 연차별로 감소하는 경향을 보인 반면 신규POPs(PBDEs, HBCDs, PFASs) 농도는 기존 POPs에 비해 상대적으로 높게 나타났다. 신규 POPs가 지속적으로 등재되고 있어 신규 POPs로부터 환경을 보호하기 위해서 신속하고 적절한 대응이 필요하며, 장기 조사 결과들을 반영한 잔류성오염물질 조사체계의 개편이 필요할 것으로 판단된다. 또한 해양생태계의 건강성 유지를 위한 잔류성오염물질 기준 및 관리 방안 마련이 필요한 시점이다. 본 연구에서는 해양생태계 내 잔류성오염물질 조사 현황을 분석하고 잔류성오염물질의 효율적 관리를 위한 정책적 제언을 제시하고자 한다.
한국 서해 경기만 영흥도 주변 해역의 수질 및 표층 퇴적물 특성

본 연구에서는 경기만 영흥도 서부해역을 중심으로 하계와 동계에 해수 환경 특성과 퇴적물의 중금속 오염도를 평가하였다. 하계에 영흥도 북동해역에서 나타나는 고온·저염의 수괴가 영흥도 서부연안을 따라 유입되는 현상이 뚜렷하게 나타났다. 고온·저염 수괴의 유입과 함께 영양염과 엽록소(chlorophyll a) 농도가 높게 나타났다. 해수 수질(WQI: Water Quality Index)은 영흥도 북동해역의 정점(동계: II등급)을 제외하고 모든 정점에서 I등급에 해당하며, 표층 퇴적물의 중금속(Cr, Ni, Cu, Zn, As, Cd, Hg, Pb) 농도는 국내 해양환경기준과 비교했을 때 주의기준(TEL) 이하로 평가되었다. 농집지수(Igeo), 오염부하량지수(PLI), 생태계위해도지수(ERI)를 이용하여 퇴적물의 중금속 오염도 및 위해도를 평가한 결과, 대부분의 정점에서 저서생물에 영향을 주지 않는 농도 수준으로 영흥도 서부해역의 해수 수질과 표층 퇴적물의 중금속 오염 상태는 양호한 것으로 해석된다. The characteristics of the seawater environment and the degree of heavy metal pollution of surface sediments in the western region of Youngheung Island in Gyeonggi Bay were investigated during summer and winter seasons. During the summer season, water masses with high temperature and low salinity that appear in the northeastern area of the island were found to be heading towards the south alongside the western coast. With the inflow of these water masses, the concentrations of dissolved inorganic nutrients and chlorophyll a increased. The quality of seawater (WQI: Water Quality Index) was excellent (I grade: very good) at every station except for one station (II grade: good, during the winter season) in the northeastern area of the island. The heavy metal concentrations (Cr, Ni, Cu, Zn, As, Cd, Hg, and Pb) of surface sediments were below than lower criteria (TEL: Threshold Effects Level) in Korean sediment quality guidelines. The heavy metal pollution degree and ecological risk assessment of sediments by using geo-accumulation index (Igeo), pollution load index (PLI), and ecological risk index (ERI) showed no significant impact on benthic organisms. This study shows that the seawater quality and the heavy metal of surface sediments in the western region of Youngheung Island are good condition.
R&D 프로젝트관리시스템이 R&D 프로젝트성과에 미치는 영향에 대한 연구: 통합관리 실행 및 전주기관리 실행의 매개효과를 중심으로

Due to the development of modern technology and the enlargement of industrial scale, the scale of many projects is expanding and the complexity is also increasing. Individual management of existing projects cannot effectively manage projects in this trend, and it is necessary to systematically manage the entire process from initiation to completion. Accordingly, the need for integrated management and life cycle management that can efficiently manage the entire project is emerging, and for this, a systematic project management system is also required. PMS enables efficient project management by linking business processes such as resource, schedule, scope, and output management of a project with separately separated infrastructure accordingly. In this paper, a research model was proposed to manage the project from the perspective of implementing integrated management and life cycle management, especially during R&D project execution, and to prove the mediating role between PMS and R&D project performance for this purpose. The proposed research model will be able to help companies and organizations that feel the need to implement integrated management and life cycle management and are preparing to build a PMS-type system or that have already been established to efficiently perform project management.
