This study focuses on the play that has not been noticed in earnest until now to view the world of 「Shiiku」 from a new perspective. Specifically, it examined the function of the device called ‘recall’ which is the premise of this story and the significance of the world of ‘play’, which is a powerful driver of recollection. As for the theory of play, the theory of Johan Huizinga and Roger Caillois was referred to. In terms of ‘play’, the exchange of boys and a black soldier shows that the black soldier in the world of war is incorporated into the children’s world and the world of play, characterized by freedom, one-time and disguise, limitations of time, and the isolation of the place, were established and expanded upon, finally reaching a ‘perfect play’ where nature, human beings and animals were combined to become mythical. The freedom from boundaries, the joy of unity, the inexpressible rhythm and fullness remain as an unforgettable, inseparable touch to the present ‘I’. Thus, the device of this recall is a device for recalling affection for the black soldier, the memory of a perfect play, and it is a recollection to heal the wounds in the world of war by summoning its beauty. 本論は、従来、本格的には注目されることのなかった「遊び」に焦点を会わせて、新 しい視座から「飼育」の世界を照明した。具体的には、この作品の語りの枠組みである 回想という装置の機能について、そして、その回想の強力な動因となっている遊びの 世界の意義について検証した。遊びの理論に関しては、ヨハン・ハウジンハ(Johan Huizinga)とロジェ・カイヨワ(Roger Caillois)の理論を援用した。 遊びという観点から少年たちと黒人兵との交流をみれば、戦争の世界に属していた 黒人兵が子供たちの世界に取り込まれ、遊びの世界が成立し、拡張し、ついには、自 然と人間と動物が一つになった神話的ともいえる「完璧な遊び」に至ったといえる。あ らゆる境界が取り払われ、味わった自由さ、そして、みんなが仲間になった喜びは、 今なお、言い表せない、決別できない感動として残っている。したがって、この回想 の装置は、黒人兵への愛情、美しい完璧な遊びの記憶を呼び戻すための装置であり、 その美しさの召還によって、戦争の世界で傷付いた少年時代の自分を癒すための回想 といえる。

『김약국의 딸들』의 여성 계보 연구- 뤼스 이리가레의 수직적·수평적 여성 계보를 바탕으로

This study attempts to confirm the vertical and horizontal female genealogy in Park Kyung-ri's novel, The Daughters of Kim Yak-guk, by reading it through Luce Irigaray's theory. First, it is necessary to keep in mind the context of the Joseon era in the late 19th century. As the authority of the patriarch collapsed, the role of the mother naturally became important. By examining a mother-daughter relationship, we can see, that the revival of the maternal genealogy is being attempted. Also, by looking at the relationship between daughters, we can draw a horizontal female genealogy. The purpose of this study is, first, to look critically at existing studies that were biased by analyzing a specific person. Second, rather than studying the female subject as a mirror for male subjects, we investigate the female subjectivity found through the relationship between women. 이 논문은 박경리 최초의 전작 소설인 『김약국의 딸들』에 나타난 수직적·수평적 여성 계보를 뤼스 이리가레의 이론에 기대어 정리해보고자 한다. 수직적 여성 계보를 살펴보기 위해서는 전근대적 가정이 해체되기 시작한 19세기 후반의 조선이라는 시대적 배경을 고려해야 한다. 가부장의 권위가 몰락하면서 부계 족보에 의해 은폐되어있던 모계 족보의 존재가 드러나기 시작했다. 또, 김약국집 딸들의 차이적 관계를 살펴봄으로써 다원적 여성성을 바탕으로 한 수평적 여성 계보를 그려볼 수도 있다. 이 연구의 목적은 첫째로, 『김약국의 딸들』에 등장하는 다섯 딸 중 특정 인물(용빈)에 대한 분석으로 편향되었던 기존 연구들을 비판적으로 계승하고자 했다. 둘째로, 남성 주체성에 대한 이분법적 대립항으로서의 여성 주체성이 아닌 ‘어머니와 딸’, ‘딸과 딸’이라는 여성들 주체끼리의 관계에서의 여성 주체성을 확인해보고자 했다.

지속적인 알코올 섭취가 흰쥐 시상하부의 뇌실곁핵 및 시각위핵에 분포하는vasopressin과 oxytocin 함유신경세포에 미치는 영향

Chronic alcohol intake can profoundly modify the neuronal activity and the morphologic structure of hypothalamic nucleus in the rat brain. The aim of the present study is to observe the effects of chronic alcohol intake on expression of vasopressin and oxytocin in the paraventricular and supraoptic nucleus in the rat hypothalamus. Experimental rats (n=14) were divided into control group and chronic alcohol group. Chronic alcohol group was induced via daily liquid alcohol intake for 6 months beginning at 8 weeks of age. As a result, the number of vasopressin and oxytocin-containing neurons was decreased in the paraventricular and supraoptic nucleus in chronic alcohol group. Especially, the number of vasopressin-containing neurons of chronic alcohol group was significantly decreased in the paraventricular nucleus. Chronic alcohol intake produced significant changes in the volume of the cell bodies and their nucleus in neurons of the paraventricular and supraoptic nucleus. Particularly, the size of nucleus of vasopressin-containing neurons in chronic alcohol group was larger than in control group. These results show that chronic alcohol intake may affect the synthesis of vasopressin and oxytocin in the neurons of hypothalamic nuclei. Whereas, chronic alcohol intake induces an enlargement of the cell size of surviving neuron to compensate. Vasopressin (VP)과 oxytocin (OXT)은 시상하부에서 분비되는 펩티드의 일종으로서, VP는 주로 혈압을 상승시키고 항이뇨 호르몬 작용을 가지며 OXT는 주로 수유 중 젖분비, 분만 후 자궁 수축, 심장혈관과 체액항상 성(body fluid homeostasis) 조절에 관여한다. 알코올은 시상하부에서 신경세포의 단백질 합성과 신경세포활성을 조 절하는 체계에 직접적인 영향을 미칠 뿐 아니라, 발달을 지연시키고 구조와 기능을 변화시킨다. 따라서 본 연구는 정상적인 흰쥐에 오랜 기간 동안 알코올을 섭취시킨 후 시상하부의 뇌실곁핵(PVN)과 시각위핵(SON)에서 VP와 OXT-함유신경세포의 분포와 변화양상을 관찰하였다. 약 8주령(220~250 mg)의 Sprague-Dawley rat을 실험군과 정상군으로 나누어 각각 7마리씩 분류한 다음 실험 군은 시중에서 판매되는 30% 알코올을 24주간 매일 물 대신 섭취하게 하였으며, 정상군은 물과 먹이를 자유롭게 섭취하게 하였다. 본 연구에서 PVN에서 정상군과 알코올군의 차이점은 지속적인 알코올섭취에 의해 VP와 OXT-함유신경세포의 수가 감소하였고 OXT의 발현보다는 VP의 발현이 큰세포부분에서 두드러지게 나타났으며 특히, VP-함유신경세 포가 OXT-함유신경세포에서보다 세포감소율이 높았다. SON에서는 세포감소율이 큰 차이는 나타나지 않았지만 유사한 결과를 관찰할 수 있었다. 또한 알코올에 의해 VP-함유신경세포의 신경세포체 부피가 증가하였으며 팽대 된 핵도 동시에 관찰되었다. 그러나 OXT-함유신경세포에서는 VP-함유신경세포와 같이 신경세포체 크기의 증가는 관찰할 수 없었다. 따라서 이상의 결과를 종합해보면 지속적인 알코올섭취로 인해 VP와 OXT-함유신경세포들의 수가 감소되었으 며, 살아있는 신경세포의 세포체 부피가 증가한 것으로 보아 이 세포들의 대사활성이 활발해져 알코올로 인해 손 실된 신경세포에 보상작용이 어느 정도 이루어질 것으로 사료된다.

72세 고령 환자에서 갑상선 유두암과 동반된 이상와 누공 1예

Since branchial anomalies are developmental disorders, pyriform sinus fistula (PSF) has been considered as a pediatric disease, and most reports of PSF with clinical symptoms have thus been on neonatal and young children. There are only a few case reports worldwide, of PSF found in adult patients. Here, we report a case where the patient’s initial symptom of PSF occurred at the age of 72. Interestingly, papillary thyroid carcinoma (PTC) was concurrently identified on computed tomography during the evaluation for PSF. Chemical cauterization and total thyroidectomy was performed for the treatment of PSF and PTC, respectively. This case report may contribute to increased awareness of PSF in adult patients and the possible coexistence of thyroid cancer in these patients.

핏빛 근대화의 명암: 마장동과 서울 육류 유통의 변화, 1961~1969년

This study examines the characteristics of the Majang Wholesale Market from a historical perspective. Seoul Metropolitan Government implemented a project to link meat distribution with export-oriented meat-packing industry, emphasizing the creation of a wholesale market and the improvement of meat marketing through a government-designated wholesaler. However, its officials regarded existing merchants as obstructive. Though expanded as the most popular meat market site in Seoul, existing merchants’ illegal slaughter and search for a distribution channel outside Majang-dong, illustrates limitations of marketing development in the 1960s. 이 연구는 서울의 정부 주도 도매시장 형성의 모태가 되는 1960년대 마장동 육류집산지 구축 과정을 살펴본다. 마장동 육류집산지 구축은 1950년대부터 기획된 사업으로, 1970년대에 등장한 노량진수산물시장과 독산동축산물시장의 시초이다. 이 사업은 서울 각 지역에 산재한 육류 유통경로를 차단하고, 특정 지역 중심의 유통집산지 조성과 정부지정도매상 운영을 통한 유통 개선을 강조하는 유통구조 개편 방안을 제시했다. 표면적인 명분은 누층된 고물가의 해소였으나, 심층적인 목표는 육류 유통을 공업부문과 연계한다는 데 있었다. 그 결과로 나타난 ‘불법화’된 기존 상인층의 독자 유통경로 모색은 마장동 육류집산지 구축 사업의 한계를 보여주었으며, 마장동 육류집산지 구축 사업은 육류의 대량유통 체계가 갖춰지는 직접적 바탕을 제공했다는 점에서 의미가 있다.

정보비대칭과 신용평가사의 평판이 회사채스프레드에 미치는 영향

본 연구는 정보비대칭으로 발생하는 회사채 등급차이와 신용평가사의 평가경향이 회사채 수익률스프레드에 영향을 미치는지에 대하여 분석하였으며, 주요 실증분석결과는 다음과 같 다. 먼저 전체표본을 대상으로 신용평가사 간 평가차이가 회사채스프레드에 영향을 미치는지 에 대해 다중선형회귀모형을 이용하여 분석한 결과, 등급수익률과 상위등급을 통제변수로 설 정한 분석에서 정보비대칭을 나타내는 등급차이여부 변수가 회사채스프레드에 유의한 양의 관계를 보여 정보비대칭가설을 지지하고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 이를 통해 등급차이발생 채 권의 경우 긍정적인 등급정보 보다는 부정적인 등급정보에 치우쳐 수익률스프레드가 결정되 는 것으로 드러났다. 다음으로 신용등급차이 발생 시 신용평가사의 평판과 회사채스프레드와의 관련성을 살펴 본 결과, 평소 보수적인 평가경향을 보이는 B신평사가 신용등급을 보수적 혹은 우호적으로 부여하였을 때 수익률스프레드에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이는 추가적으로 등급차이 발생채권만을 대상으로 한 분석과도 유사한 결과를 보여, 신용평가사의 평판 가설 역시 타당한 것으로 해석된다. 따라서 신용평가사 간 평가차이에 따른 정보비대칭과 신용평 가사들의 평가경향으로 발생하는 평판이 국내 회사채 스프레드에 영향을 미치고 있는 것으 로 분석되었다. This paper investigate the effect on split bond rating and bond yield spread in Korea. We analyzed the effects of the information asymmetry and Credit Rating Agency's reputation on bond yield spread, which is caused by the split bond rating of CRAs. For analysis, We do multivariate analysis, using bond rating and bond yield spread data in Korea 2004 to 2015. The empirical results are as follows. First, we examined whether information asymmetry affected the bond yield spread using multiple linear regression. As a result, the information asymmetry measured by split rating variable were significant, which supports the information asymmetry hypothesis. Additionally we can find bond yield spread is decided by negative credit grade rather than positive credit grade under split rating condition. Next, we examined the relationship between the reputations of CRAs and the bond yield spreads in case of split rating. As a result, the bond yield spread is changed depending on the specific CRAs grade which having conservative rating tendency. This result similar with CRAs reputation analysis using only split rating sample, which supports CRAs reputation hypothesis. Thus, This result suggest information asymmetry caused by split rating and reputation measured by CRA’s rating tendency are affect bond yield spread.

Selective Fascicular Involvement of the Median Nerve Trunk Causing Pseudo-Anterior Interosseous Nerve Syndrome: Ultrasound and MR Imaging Features

Fascicular involvement of the median nerve trunk in the upper arm is uncommon in cases of peripheral neuropathy, and its symptoms are consistent with those of anterior interosseous nerve (AIN) syndrome. We report three cases of focal anterior interosseous fascicular involvement in the median nerve trunk presenting as AIN palsy. Our report emphasizes the unique ultrasonographic and magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) features of swelling, hourglass-like constriction and torsion, and entwinement of the nerve fascicle of the dorsal region of the median nerve, which were confirmed surgically. On MRI, all patients showed denervation changes in the AIN territory, as well as in the median nerve territory, without compressing structures.
