        The use of digital imaging technique and digital contents based on internet has grown rapidly for last several years, and the needs of digital image protection become more important. For the purpose of copyright protection on digital image, the verification of authentication techniques like content authentication, ownership authentication, illegal copy and etc are needed. Digital watermarking, the invisible encryption technique to insert digital watermark into image, the sophisticated perceptual information should be used for providing transparency and robustness of images on watermarking process. In this paper, we implement the algorithm for preventing forged attack, ownership protection and authentication by transforming the wavelet algorithms in frequency domain in terms of human visual system.

        근간대와 간질발작을 동반한 조발형 가족성 알쯔하이머병 환자 1예

        Early-onset familial Alzheimer's disease (EOFAD) is rare and autosomal-dominantly inherited disease by mutations in one of the following three known causative genes:amyloid precursor protein (APP) gene, presenilin-1 (PS1) and presenilin-2(PS2) genes. EOFAD tends to present clinically at a younger age (40-60 years) and myoclonus is recognized as a prominent and early clinical feature, particularly in chromosome 14-linked pedigrees with mutations in the PS1 gene, when myoclonus may be accompanied by seizures. We present a 44-year old man who developed progressive dementia and accompanied by myoclonus and recurrent seizure. His father and uncle had early-onset dementia at the fifth decade. He was pathologically confirmed as Alzheimer's disease. He had apolipoprotein E (ApoE) epsilon 3 allele and PS-1 mutation was not found.

      • Risperidone이 백서의 억제된 자발적 교대행동에 미치는 영향

        Objectives : Recently, some case reports have shown that risperidone is effective to refractory obsessive-compulsive disorder. Possible explanations for efficacy of risperidone in refractory obsessive-compulsive disorder maybe due to that it is both serolonin and dopamine receptor antagonist. On the basis of serotonin-dopamine interaction hypothesis, a biological etiology of obsessive-compulsive disorder, the effect of risperidone was evaluated to the suppressed spontaneous alternation behaviour of animal model of obsessive-compulsive disorder in rats. Methods : The apparatus for spontaneous alternation behaviour was a black plexiglas T-maze with distinctive black and white goal boxes. Black gullotine doors separated the start box and the goal boxes from the main body of the T-maze Small cups were placed in the corners of both goal boxes(all arms measured 50×10cm) 24 hours prior to experiment, rats(Spraque-Dawley) were food-deprived. The food-deprived rats were put into T-maze, in which both goal boxes were baited with small amounts of chocolate milk. Each rat was given 2 set of 7 trials during which it was placed in the start box and allowed to choose the one of the goal boxes for checked. After baseline of the number of choices of spontaneous alternation behaviour was stabilized, the pontaneous alternation disrupted by nonselective 5-HT agonist, 5-MeODMT (1.25mg/kg/IP). The experimental animals were stratified into 5 groups, fluoxetine(10mg/kg/IP), risperidone(0.1mg/Kg/IP), haloperidol(0.1㎎/Kg/IP), fluoxetine(10mg/Kg) with haloperidol(0.1 mg/Kg), and saline(0.5cc/IP) control group. Each drugs were injected for 21 days as a chronic treatment. The protective effects were evaluated on the nest day of discontinuation of the each drugs among 5 groups. Results : 1) After 21 days of the drug treatment, the risperidone group and the fluoxetine group showed significant difference from the haloperidol group and the saline control group on the protection of the 5-MeODMT induced suppression of spontaneous alternation behaviour. 2) The fluoxetine group and fluoxetine with haloperidol group showed significant difference between before and after treatment in the protection of 5-MeODMT induced suppression of spontaneous alternation behaviour. The risperidone group also showed significant difference between before and after treatment in the protection of 5-MeODMT induced suppression of spontaneous alternation behaviour, but the protective effect of risperidone was superior to fluoxetine. Conclusion : These findings suggest that both risperidone and fluoxetine have a favorable effect in the protection of 5-MeODMT induced suppression of spontaneous alternation behaviour. We think that risperidone can be possible alternatives to SSRIs in the treatment of refractory obsessive-compulsive disorder in clinical situation.

      • Clozapine이 백서의 Schedule-Induced Polydipsia에 미치는 영향

        Object : This study was designed to evaluate the effects of clozapine which is one of most useful atypical antipsychotics in the schedule-induced polydipsic rat which is an animal model of obsessive-compulsive disorder. Methods : Spraque-Dawley rats were placed in automatic cage where a pellet dispenser automatically dispensed 90mg pellets on a fixed-time 60 seconds(FT- 60s) feeding schedule over 150-minute test session for 4 weeks. After 4 weeks of daily exposure to the FT-60s feeding schedule, experimental rats met a predetermined criterion for polydipsic behavior(greater than 3 times of water per session on average). Rats were stratified into clozapine(0.34mg/kg,i.p.), clozapine(14.63mg/kg,i.p.), clomlpramine(5mg/kg,i .p.), and vehicle (1cc/kg,i.p.) group and treated with each drugs for 3 weeks. To identify the non-polydipsic food-deprived rats, a separate group of rats(N=8) were individually housed and given a single bolus(14.5gm) of food per day which maintained them at their average body weight. Results : The results were as follows ; 1)After 4 weeks of scheduled feeding procedure, the experimental group showed significant differences than bolus control in the amount of water consumption as compared with their baseline of water intakes for 4 weeks. At the same periods, there were no differences between the experimental group and bolus control in the borty weight. 2)The clomipramine group, the clozapine 0.34mg group and the clozapine 14.63mg group showed significant decrease in the amount of water intake for at 2nd & 3rd week of drug treatment as compared with their baseline of polydipsic water intakes. But, the vehicle control group showed no changes of amounts of water intake for 3 weeks of treatment as compared with their baseline of polydipsic water intakes. Conclusion : Above findings suggest that the fixed time feeding Procedure for Schedule induced polydipsia as an animal model of obsessive compulsive disorder was effective to the evaluation of pharmacological challenge study. In clinical situation, the authors suggest that atypical antipsychotic drugs which act as serotonin and dopamine receptor antagonist may be helpful to improve the symptoms of the patients with treatment refractory obsessive-compulsive disorder.

        청소년의 컴퓨터게임 이용실태, 부모양육방식, 개인의 정신병리

        연구목적 : 오늘날 컴퓨터게임은 청소년기의 보편적 놀이도구가 된 상황임에도 불구하고 이들이 게임에 몰두하는 이유와 개인특성에 관한 정신과적 연구는 드문 실정이다. 이러한 필요성에서 본 연구는 중학교 2년 생을 대상으로 청소년의 컴퓨터게임 사용실태를 파악하고, 연관된 개인정신병리와 부모의 양육방식과의 관계를 밝히고자 하였다. 방법 : 이 연구는 서울시 노원구에 위치한 중학 2년생 124명을 대상으로 하였다. 정신병리의 측정을 위하여 한국판 간이정신진단검사(SCL-90-R)을 사용하였고, 부모자녀 결합형태 조사(PBI)를 통하여 부모양육태도를 알아보았다. 결과 : 1) 비록 과도한 시간을 들여 컴퓨터게임을 하더라도, 컴퓨터게임과 연관된 특정 정신병리는 발견할 수 없었으며 따라서 콤퓨터게임은 청소년기에 있을 수 있는 일상적인 놀이문화이다. 또 한대 부분의 청소년은 컴퓨터게임이 문제가 되지 않는다고 인신하고 있었다. 2) 남학생은 게임빈도, 게임시간, 게임방에서 보내는 시간, 게임을 한 번 할 때 지속하는 시간 등에서 여학생에 비해 통계적으로 의미 있게 높은 수치를 보였다. 3) 청소년의 신체증상호소, 타인간의 관계에서 나타나는 불편감, 우울증, 불안증의 정신병리는 컴퓨터 오락으로 인한 부작용과 의미 있는 관계를 보였다. 4) 게임빈도와 FBI상의 어머니 과보호척도는 정적인 상관관계를 보였다. 5) 게임을 하는 이유로는 공부, 학교 생활 등의 복잡한 것을 잊고 몰두하기 위해가 가장 많았고, 가장 심리적으로 부담이 되어 피하고 싶은 것으로는 학업문제였다. 6) 청소년은 게임방을 주로 친구들과 어울리는 공간으로 사용하고 있었지만 그 기능을 다하기에는 아직 보완해야 할 점이 많다. 결론 : 게임으로 인한 부모, 교사와의 다툼, 잦은 지각/결석, 친구들과 어울리지 못하는 등의 문제가 많은 경우에는 청소년 자체의 정신별리를 의심해 보아야 하며, 게임의 빈도가 의미 있게 높은 청소년의 경우에는 둥반되는 정서상의 문제와 함께 부모양육태도도 함께 세심하게 살피는 것이 필요하다. Objects : This study was designed or studying of current Korean adolescents computer game playing habits and exploring associations with parental rearing patterns and individual psychopathology. Methods : One hundred twenty our adolescents(age 13-15) who reside in urban area completed self-report questionnaires containing Questionnaires designed by authors, Symptom Checklist-90-Revision of Korean Version(SCL-90-R) and Parental Bonding Instrument(PBI). Results : 1)Computer game playing appears to be one of the social and leisure phenomena in these days. Although Adolescents spend a lot of times on computer game, Many of them perceive not problematic. 2)Compared with females, Male play computer games more regularly, more longer, spent more times in gamebang. 3)There was positive relationship between anxiety subscale in SCL-90-R and detrimental effects of computer game. 4)There was positive relationship between game frequency and maternal overprotection. 5)The main reasons for playing are "for an avoidance of stressful life events" , academic burden was the most troublesome issues in korean adolescents. 6)Many adolescents use gamebang as a social place, but they thought that gamebang is not good places to have a good time. Conclusion : This papers shows that computer game playing is a popular social leisure activity in Korean adolescents. And, Most of korean adolescents reported that they are suffered from pressure of academic achievements. They use computer game mainly by means of relieving academic pressures. In a heavy game users who have many conflicts with parents, teacher and who has frequent truancy and social withdrawal show significant anxiety. Maternal overprotection was observed in heavy game users. Authors recommended that clinicians should be careful in examining heavy computer game behaviors. Both underlying affective states and environmental influences, including family situations should be vicariously examined.         The purpose of this research was to analyze the correlation of the characteristics of dwellers and residential satisfaction in apartment housing. The contents of this research is to identify characteristics of dwellers, which might have an influence on residential satisfaction in apartment housing. In conclusion, the number of a family, the floor level, the size of housing unit and tenure had statistically significant correlations with the residential satisfaction in apartment housing.

      • 포토센서를 이용한 풋고추 선별시스템 개발

        The green pepper grading system was developed by recognizing length and the curved segment, Number of grading classification and factors were chosen based on the survey results of farmers. Results were summarized as following. 1. Ninety percent of surveyed farmers grade the green pepper into two classes manually according to the length, curved segment, and color. And about 10% of green peppers are being shipped without being graded, because of its highly labor intensive process. 2. Prototype having two rows of grading system (dimension : 1400×400×700mm) consists of four parts, i.e, pepper supplying device which sends one or two peppers with constant interval, separating device which carries one unit of pepper, grading device which recognizes a pepper according to the length and curved segment by the photo sensor, and discharging and control system which consists of sensors and operating pneumatic cylinder. 3. The bucket elevator type supplying system showed the best performance and it had a 30×60mm size plate mounted with 70˚angle. 4. The performance of the developed grading system showed the success rate of 97.4%. Various shapes of stalk were main error source in photo sensing. 5. The grading rate of the two-row prototype was 34kg/hr, about half of the manual operation. And its grading error was 8.3%, and it was about 20% less than the largest error of manual operation.
