This means that through this Constitutional Law Il sung Kim, the most severe autocrat in the modern world, intended to make his autocracy more powerful than ever before and to implant the idea of personal cult. Important characterizations of the Constitutional Law of North Korea are democratic centralization system, negation of the balance of Power, dictatorship of the communist party and autocracy of Il sung Kim.

Recently, the results of vital tissue test showed that nitrosodimethylamine (NDMA) as a disinfection by-product (DBP), could be regarded as a carcinogen because a tumor was observed in organs. U.S.EPA indicated 0.7 ng/L as exposure concentration of NDMA based on a risk assessment target with a lifetime cancer risk of <TEX>$10^{-6}$</TEX>. Several recent studies have shown that UV oxidation could remove NDMA. However, UV oxidation is uneconomical and can reform NDMA after treating. In addition, the treatment mechanism of adsorption has not been founddue to the uncertainty of NDMA pathway. In addtion, NDMA has a radioisotope <TEX>$^{14}C$</TEX>-labeled which can be analyzed at low concentration of NDMA by Liquid Scintillation Counter (LSC). This study has investigated NDMA determination using LSC at an extremely low range from 1 to 100 ng/L and NDMA removal by powdered activated carbon (PAC) adsorption. For <TEX>$^{14}C$</TEX>-NDMA by LSC, the highest correlation over 99% between count number and NDMA concentrationwas obtained with possibility of <TEX>$^{14}C$</TEX>-NDMA concentration up to 1 ng/L. In the presence of PAC ranging from 50 to 10,000 mg/L, <TEX>$^{14}C$</TEX>-NDMA was removed from 18% to 97% for Sigma-Aldrich corporation (S-A co.) and from 9% to 93% by PAC for Daejung corporation (Dj co.). Hence it was found that the removal efficiency by PAC adsorption could vary depending on PAC types from different companies. For PAC adsorption capacity of <TEX>$^{14}C$</TEX>-NDMA using the Freundlich isotherm, <TEX>$K_f$</TEX> and 1/n of PAC from S-A co. were <TEX>$2.67\times10^{-3}$</TEX> ng/mg and 1.009, while those of PAC from Dj co. were <TEX>$1.30\times10^{-3}$</TEX> ng/mg and 0.994, respectively. Thus, PAC from S-A co. showed twice higher adsorption capacity than Dj co.
Teaching Scientific Romance in Flatland: A Romance of Many Dimensions

Flatland: A Romance of Many Dimensions (1884) by Edwin A. Abbott explores the relation of geometry to literature. It is scientific romance in terms of journeying to the unexperienced, unfamiliar world of a higher dimension. Highlighting a shift from lower to higher dimensional spaces, the novel comprises two parts: “This World” and “Other Worlds.” Part I deals with two dimensional Flatland as “This World.” Part II travels over three and four dimensional spaces as “Other Worlds.” There are two teaching methods for addressing the correspondence between geometry and literature: a subordinating approach and an equalizing approach. In Part I, Abbott satirizes contemporary Victorian society through the personification of geometric figures. Two dimensional Flatland is a strictly hierarchical society where circles lie at the top of social order, followed by polygons as nobility, squares as middle-class intellectuals, isosceles triangles as lower classes, and finally straight lines as women at the bottom of class system. Abbott satirizes the rigidity of social rank, the pathologization of socially dangerous classes, the marginalization of women etc.. It should be stressed that Part I hardly concentrates on the issue of how geometric axioms work in Flatland’s class system. For geometric knowledge becomes instrumentalized merely for criticisms of contemporary society. This teaching method can be called a subordinating approach. On the other hand, an equalizing approach focuses on discursive interpenetration between geometry and humanities. Part II shows that a mathematical pursuit of the fourth dimension synchronizes with a satire on diverse kinds of fanatic dogmas in society. We see the interplay between the possible existence of the fourth dimension in geometry and unforeseen intellectual awakening dealt with in humanities. Part II addresses the mutual entanglement of a geometric pursuit of higher dimensions and a humanities search for spiritual enlightenment. Abbott’s Flatland urges readers to form mental ability to relativize reality. As school teacher and administrator, preacher, and literary critic, Abbott is resolute in educating students to take multiple perspectives. Learners in geometry and humanities lessons are pushed to relativize reality through thought experiment imagining higher dimensions. Just as Flatland narrator A Square experiences intellectual awakening with the aid of A Sphere, a stranger from the third dimensional Spaceland, Abbott hopes, students are encouraged to emulate this life-changing reforms of mind.
Silica/Epoxy Hybrid Encapsulation with High Heat-Resistance and Low Coefficient of Thermal Expansion

As a matrix resin of silica/epoxy hybrid encapsulation material with high heat resistance and low coefficient of thermal expansion, a tri-functional triglycidyl p-aminophenol (TGPAP) epoxy was successfully synthesized with the desired chemical structure by reacting epichlorohydrin with p-aminophenol using sodium hydroxide catalyst. In order to produce highly pure TGPAP with lower viscosity, a physical thin film vacuum distillation was carried out after synthesis, resulting in 97% purity with the viscosity of 700 cps at room temperature. Silica/TGPAP hybrid was fabricated using two kinds of ground fumed silica with different sizes of 20 μm and 9 μm. Glass transition temperature of the hybrid was found to be as high as 185 oC. Viscosity of the hybrid was 30,000 cps at room temperature before curing, implying good processability. When two different sizes of silica were used with 1 to 1 weight ratio, very low coefficient of thermal expansion of 22.79 ppm/ oC was obtained. From thermal shock test, no cracks were observed even after 1,000 cycles of thermal shock between -40 oC and 125 oC when 67wt% (45.8 vol%) of silica was involved in the hybrid. In conclusion, silica/TGPAP hybrid with improved processability, superior thermal shock resistance and low thermal expansion coefficient could be fabricated as electronic device encapsulation.
Literature, Science and Interdisciplinarity: The Critique of Coleridge’s Organicism

This article strives to examine the interdisciplinarity of literature and science. Although the Romantic age witnessed the formation of a disciplinary barrier between literature and science, they simultaneously repeated each other in reality. As organicism antithetical to mechanism emerged during the late eighteenth and early nineteenth centuries, its logic became encoded in both Romantic literature and life science. That is the very reason we need to address their mutual interplay. In Hints towards the Formation of a More Comprehensive Theory of Life, Samuel Taylor Coleridge contends that organic life creates a dialectical tension between its conflicting tendencies: the differentiation and unification of an undifferentiated origin. Coleridge terms this oxymoronic change of life “progressive individuation.” The more intense the tendency of an organism to differentiate becomes in the process of realizing itself into divergent manifestations, the more it ranks at a higher level of the organic chain of beings. The post(anti)-Romantic sense of life wrestles with this Romantic notion of life. Post(Anti)-organicist arts and sciences characterize life origin and its development as multi-originated and multi-directional. Both Wilmut and Campbell's invention of the cloned sheep in life science and Poundian associative poetics in modern poetry challenge the absolute authority of respectively organic body and text. These post(anti)-organicist practices attempt to polycentralze the origination and teleology of body and text.
능동형 위상배열방식(AESA) 안테나의 신뢰도 분석 방안 연구

최근 레이더의 안테나 개발 추세는 수동형 위상배열방식(PESA) 안테나에서 능동형 위상배열방식(AESA) 안테나로 변화하고 있다. AESA 안테나의 대표적인 특징은 송수신모듈의 다중화 설계를 통한 점진적 성능저하이며, 신뢰도 분석 시 이를 고려한 분석 방법이 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 AESA 안테나의 설계특성 및 고장 허용 기준을 고려하여 신뢰도분석 방법에 대한 연구를 수행하였다. 이를 통해 실제 운용제원에 근접한 해를 찾고자 한다.

The green pepper grading system was developed by recognizing length and the curved segment, Number of grading classification and factors were chosen based on the survey results of farmers. Results were summarized as following. 1. Ninety percent of surveyed farmers grade the green pepper into two classes manually according to the length, curved segment, and color. And about 10% of green peppers are being shipped without being graded, because of its highly labor intensive process. 2. Prototype having two rows of grading system (dimension : 1400×400×700mm) consists of four parts, i.e, pepper supplying device which sends one or two peppers with constant interval, separating device which carries one unit of pepper, grading device which recognizes a pepper according to the length and curved segment by the photo sensor, and discharging and control system which consists of sensors and operating pneumatic cylinder. 3. The bucket elevator type supplying system showed the best performance and it had a 30×60mm size plate mounted with 70˚angle. 4. The performance of the developed grading system showed the success rate of 97.4%. Various shapes of stalk were main error source in photo sensing. 5. The grading rate of the two-row prototype was 34kg/hr, about half of the manual operation. And its grading error was 8.3%, and it was about 20% less than the largest error of manual operation.
