국산 Lidocaine 알칼리화를 위한 Bicarbonate 혼합시 침전유발 최소량에 대한 고찰

Background : When local anesthetics for regional anesthesia is used, usually small amounts of bicar-bonate are added for rapid onset. This addition gives the mixed solution a more alkaline pH. The following result is an increased unionized form of the local anesthetic and rapid penetration of the drug into tiissue. Unfortunately, no data about adequate mixing volumes of domestic lidocaine and bicarbonate is available. Methods : We examined six mixing pairs of two kinds of 2% lidocaines and three kinds of 8.4% bicarbonates for minimum volumes of bicarbonate to cause a precipitation of 2% 20 ml lidocaine. Results : The mean volumes of bicarbonate to cause precipitation were 1.54 ml for Kwang-Myung lidocaine with Kwang-Myung bicarbonate, 2.90 ml for Kwang-Myung lidocaine with Dae-Won bicarbonate, 2.73 ml for Kwang-Myung lidocaine with Je-Il bicarbonate, 0.97 ml for Je-Il lidocaine with Kwang-Myung bicarbonate, 1.26ml for Je-Il lidocaine with Dae-Won bicarbonate and 1.39 ml for Je-Il lidocaine with Je-Il bicarbonate. Conclusions : We conclude that the Kwang-Myung lidocaine and the Je-Il lidocaine could cause precipitation when mixing with a smaller bicarbonate volume than foreign textbook recommended. Because of the frequent occurrence of the earthquakes In Korean Peninsula, it increases that the earthquake resistant design is necessary, and the design earthquake value should be estimated for the earthquake resistant design. Then, it is given in this study, the historical and instrumental earthquake data in Korean Peninsula, and those data are analyzed by applying the extreme probability distribution function and Weibull distribution function. In extreme probability distribution function, the modified first and the third asymptotic functions of the largest value theory are applied to obtain the return periods and probabilities of exceedance, and the least square method is used to estimate the parameter. In Weibull distribution function, the maximum likelihood estimate is used to estimate the parameter. The period-frequency spectrum, probability density spectrum, fourier spectrum and response spectrum analysis are peformed based on the measured seismic wave of Korean Peninsula, which are the basis of the design spectrum. It was investigated from the above performed results that the responses of the structures were influenced by the frequency contents of the data to a high degree.

The site responses of seismic waves were considered when in-plane P and SV waves are incident to alluvial deposit of arbitrary shape. Parametric variables such as the incident angle and the dimensionless frequency and the sheat wave velocity ratio and the mass density ratio between the half-space and the allvial deposit were selected. For numerical analysis, the inhomogeneous alluvial deposit was modeled by using 8-node isoparametric finite elements and the surrounding homogeneous linear elastic soil half-space was modeled by using 3-node isoparametric boundary elements. The two elements at the interface were coupled together with the equilibrium condition of the tractions and the compatibility condition of the displacements.
민감도 분석을 이용한 필릿용접용 용접변수 선정에 관한 연구

Arc welding process is one of the most important technologies to join metal plates. Robotic welding offers the reduced manufacturing cost sought, but its widespread use demands a means of sensing and correcting for inaccuracies in the part, the fixturing, and the robot. A number of problems that need to be addressed in robotic arc welding processes include sensing, joint tracking, and lack of adequate mathematical models for parameter prediction and quality control, Problems with parameter settings and quality control occur frequently in the GMA(Gas Metal Arc) welding process because of the large number of interactive parameters that must be set and accurately controlled. The objectives of this paper are to realize the mapping characteristics of bead width using a sensitivity analysis and develop the neural network and multiple regression method, and finally select the most accurate model in order to control the weld qua1ity(bead width) for fillet welding. The experimental results show that the proposed neural network estimator can predict bead width with reasonable accuracy, and guarantee the uniform weld quality.

The hot tear susceptibility of Al alloys was investigated by using a constrained-rod mold designed to quantify 8 types of tear tendency. The severity of the crack was scored by 5 grades on a scale of 0 to 4, with 0 being "no crack formed" and 4 being "complete separation by crack". The Hot Tear Susceptibility index (HTS) which consists of crack type scores and position scores, was proposed to compare the hot tear tendency of Al alloys. A356.0 cast alloy and AA6061 wrought Al alloy showed an HTS value of 27.5 and 53 respectively. The effects of Si, Cu, and Mg content on hot tear tendency were also investigated with a constrained-rod mold. The variation of HTS values with alloying elements represents similar behavior in the variation of the solidification range in a pseudo binary phase diagram.

Cu as a tramp element has been reported to encourage transverse cracking upon straightening operation during continuous casting or mini-mill processing. Therefore, the hot workability of steels containing Cu should be investigated. The purpose of the present study was to examine the effect of Cu contents on the hot ductility of low carbon steels by using hot compression test. Hot compression test was carried out using a Gleeble. The specimens were heated to 1300℃ for solution treatment and then held for 300s before cooling at a rate of 1℃/s to test temperatures in the range of 650~1150℃ (50℃ intervals) with strain rate of 5×10(-3)/s. In Cu containing steels, the hot ductility was decreased with increasing Cu content at high temperature region which is to be attributed to copper enriched phase formed at scale/steel interface, and low hot ductility with increasing Cu content at low temperature region is attributable to the strengthening of matrix by the formation of ε-Cu. The width of ductility trough region was decreased with increasing Cu content.

The effect of various alloying elements and melt treatment on the microstructural control of Al-Sn metallic bearing alloy was investigated. The thickness of tin film crystallized around primary aluminum decreased with the addition of 5% Cu in Al-Sn alloy, with tin particles being reduced in size by intervening the Ostwald ripening. With the addition of Si in Al-10%Sn alloy, the tin particles were crystallized with eutectic silicon, resulting in uniform distribution of tin particles. With the addition of Cu and Si in Al-Sn alloy, both the tensile strength and yield strength increased, with the increasing rate of yield strength being less than that of tensile strength. Although the Al-10%Sn-7%Si alloy has similar tensile strength compared with Al-10%Sn-5%Cu, the former showed superior abrasion resistance, resulting from preventing the tin particles from movement to the abrasion surface.
