        하악골에 발생된 Low grade 골육종:증례보고

        Osteosarcoma is a primary malignant tumor arising most often in the long bone, but rare in jaw bone. Especially osteogenic sarcoma of the mandible is a rare tumor, comprising less than 0.5% of all head and neck tumors. Osteosarcoma occurs cheifly in young persons, and presenting very survival rates. Histopathologically this tumor can be classified three types, osteoblastic, fibroblastic, chondroblastic and classified from low grade to high grade by anaplasia or mitosis of the tumor cells. Sometimes, the exact diagnosis of osteosarcoma is difficult especially in low grade osteosarcoma, even if clinical or radiographical findings suggest to osteosarcoma. So suspcious to malignant bone tumor in clinical or radiological findings, biopsy should be taked from deep portion and multiple area, and sharing the patient history and radiographs with pathologist will assist in the development of the diagnosis. We report a case of low grade osteosarcoma on the mandible initially difficulty in accurate diagnosis. The patient visited our hospital for routine dental treatment but radiographic findings displayed ill-defined radiolucency with osteoid formation on the mandible. Final diagnosis was difficulty in initial biopsy but subsequent biopsy taked from deep portion presented infiltrative growth and mitosis of the tumor cell in some area with small osteoid bone formation, so we could reach final diagnosis as low grade sarcoma. We treated this patient with bloc resection of the mandible and immediate reconstruction with iliac corticocancellous block.

        복합레진의 지연충전이 미세인장 결합강도에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study was to evaluate the effect of immediate or delayed composite resin filling on dentinal microtensile bond strength (μTBS) after applied the adhesive. The coronal dentin of human third molars was exposed. Single-Bond or One-Step was applied on the dentin surfaces, and composite resin were constructed immediately (group 1) or 5 min., 10 min., 15 min., 20 min. and 30 min. (groups 2-6) after an adhesive was applied. The specimens were sectioned and made bar-shaped. Each surface area of them was about l ㎟. The RBS test was performed by EZ test. The results were analysed by One-way ANOVA and Tukey's test at 95 % significance level. The results suggested that the μTBS of Single-Bond to dentin was decreased when the composite resin was constructed 20 min. and 30 min. after Single-Bond was applied. But the μTBS of One-Step was not affected by delayed composite resin filling.

        Abstract - In this paper, we propose a bidirectional mobile Ad Hoc routing protocol based on AODV(ad-hoc on-demand distance victor routing) with QoS(quality of service) support. At presence, wireless mobile communication focuses on how to efficiently support mobility of users more than QoS guarantee. However, in order to satisfy requirement of various applications which have been or will be served, QoS guarantee between end point is a very important issue. The existing AODV routing protocol is implemented to use only BE (Best Effort) service. However, actual wireless mobile environment requires to reduce a waste of communication resources and meet with the real-time change of data paths by setting up routes with QoS support, considering available communication resources at each node in advance. Therefore, in this thesis, we propose an adaptive QoS support method using hello message in order to rapidly meet with the change of available communication resources and to smoothly perform route maintenance. For performance evaluation, we analyzed the average date reception rate. At that time, we used evaluation parameters such as node's mobility -stop time, hello message period, and packet priority, considering the node's mobility and the number of best effort/QoS data flows. As results, we found that with our proposed method the average data reception rate was increased 16.3% for 0 mobility-stop second case and 4.7% for 300 mobility-stop second case.

      • 보건관리 대행사업 평가도구의 타당성, 신뢰도 및 인과관계 검증에 관한 연구

        In order to verify the validity, reliability and relativeness of preliminary evaluation tool for the group occupational health services(GOHS), a questionnaire survey for doctors, nurses and hygienists of 18 GOSH institutions, and employers, health managers and employees of 340 enterprises was conducted. A factor analysis and correlation test for the statistical validity of the variables in the evaluation tool, a Chronbach's Alpha value for the reliability in the evaluation indices and a regression analysis for the relations of the evaluation model were performed. The results were as follows: 1.In factor analysis, thirty-three variables among 43 variables were selected as significant variables, ie 9 out of 11 for input index, 11 out of 14 for throughout index and 13 out of 18 for out put index. 2.Three evaluation(outcome) scales(evaluation by employer, health manager and employee) which composed of 16 identical items were used. 3.The Chronbach's Alpha values of input, throughout, out put and outcome indices were 0.5221, 0.5473, 0.7122 and 0.8546 respectively. 4.Regression equations of independent variables on the evaluation scales of employer, health manager and employee were all statistically significant.

        만성정신분열증의 정량화 뇌파검사 소견

        본 연구는 만성 정신분열증 환자 30명과 정상대조군 21명의 뇌파 중 델타파와 쎄타파를 분석해 봄으로써 만성 정신분열증 환자의 국소뇌파 소견과 유병기간, 약물투여량 및 투여기간, 양성증상과 음성증상에 따른 뇌파소견을 보고자하였다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 만성 정신분열증 환자와 정상대조군간에 델타파와 쎄타파의 국소뇌파량을 t 검증한 결과 델타파에는 유의한 차이가 없으나, 쎄타파는 전 부위에서 유의한 차이를 보였다. 둘째, 만성정신분열증 환자의 델타파 및 쎄타파는 유병기간에 따른 유의한 차이가 없고, 투약기간이 길어질수록 F7, T3, C3, C4의 델타가 감소하는 경향을 보이고, 항정신병약물 투여량이 많을수록 P3, P4, C4, T5, T6, O1, O2의 쎄타가 증가하는 경향을 보였다. 셋째, 양성증상의 유무에 따라 Fp2의 델타에 유의한 차이를 보이고, 음성증상의 유무에 따라서는 Fp2, T3, C3, P3, O1의 델타에 유의한 차이를 보였다. 넷째, 판별분석을 시행한 결과 qEEG의 델타파와 쎄타파의 국소 뇌파량만으로 만성정신분열증 환자 30명중 29명을 (96.7%) 만성 정신분열증으로 판별할 수 있었다. 이상에서 만성정신분열병 환자의 서파가 정상대조군과는 유의한 차이를 보이며 유병기간에 따른 차이는 없으나 투약기간과 투여량에 따른 차이를 보이고 음성 증상을 가진 환자에서 좌측 대뇌반구의 기능저하를 추측케한다. Electroencephalographic recordings in 30 medicated patients fulfilling the DSM-Ⅲ-R criteria for chronic schizophrenia and 21 normal healthy controls was studied, using computerized electroencephalography. The delta activity and theta activity were compared between the patients and the normal healthy controls, then the differences in delta activity and theta activity of the patients were analyzed according to duration of illness, duration of medication, dosage of medication, and the presence of positive and negative symptoms. In the comparison study of chronic schizophrenic patients and the normal healthy controls, the theta activity showed a significant difference in all regions, and a significant difference in abnormal electroencephalographic activity appearance rate. In the analysis of the delta and theta activities of the chronic schizophrenic patients, duration of illness had no significant influence, the delta activity in F7, T4, C3, and C4 regions showed a tendency to decrease as duration of medication increased, the theta activity in P3, P4, C4, T5, T6, O1, O2 regions showed a tendency to increased with the increment of dosage of neuroleptics. The delta activity in Fp2, T3, C3, P3, O1 regions showed a significant difference between those patients with and without negative symptoms. In summary, the theta activity of the chronic schizophrenic patients showed a significant difference in comparison with that of the normal controls. In chronic schizophrenic patients, no difference in electroencephalograph was apparent regarding the duration of illness, but significant differences were shown when analyzed regarding the duration and dosage of medication. According to the results of this study, dysfunction of left cerebral hemisphere could be presumed to be present in patients with negative symptoms.

      • 팽이 톱밥 人工栽培時 培地微生物相의 經時的인 密度變化

        팽이 재배에 있어 가장 큰 문제 중의 하나는 雜菌에 대한 汚染, 특히 細菌에 의한 피해가 극심하므로 作業段階와 栽培過程 전반에 걸쳐 培地徵生物相의 經時的인 密度變化에 따른 雜菌의 培地內 流入時期를 조사하여 汚染菌의 發生消長을 알아보기 위해 現地農家에서 시험해 본 결과 接種후 培養室에서 菌絲培養을 시작한 5일후부터 細菌이 檢出되기 시작하여 菌긁기전까지 약 25일간 0.5∼3.1×10⁴cfu/g의 密度를 보였으나 經時的인 密度增加는 없었고, 菌絲培養이 끝난 뒤 菌긁기직후부터 細菌의 密度는 118.3×10⁴cfu/g으로 급격히 높아졌으며 子實體生育 기간동안에 시간이 경과함에 따라 密度가 현저하게 증가되는 경향을 나타냈다. 이는 培養室 안으로 흐르는 空氣를 통하여 甁內로 細菌이 流入되고 또한 菌긁기 직후 培地表面에 灌注하는 물과 加濕機에서 噴霧되는 물粒子가 細菌의 密度增加에 절대적으로 영향을 미치는 것으로 판단되므로 이때가 細菌性褐斑病菌에 感染되기 가장 용이한 시기로 생각된다. 眞菌은 菌긁기후 子實體生育 기간동안 1.17∼7.87×10⁴/g의 密度로서 菌絲培養 기간동안의 密度보다 다소 높게 檢出되었으나 대체로 經時的인 密度增加는 보이지 않았으며, 放線菌은 거의 검출되지 않거나 菌絲培養 후 5일째부터 다소 검출되기 시작했으나 밀도가 매우 낮았고 經時的으로도 증가되지 않았다. One of the most serious problem on the Enoki mushroom cultivation is the infection by pathogenicitic microorganisns, especially bacterial diseases causing serious economical losses in the mushroom production. It was carried out to find the tendency of the development of mushroom diseases by temporal changes and variation of the densities of media microflora through the cultivation periods and working stages in a mushroom farm. According to the results, several bacteria were detected from the fifth day after the inoculation and incubation of mycelium in the incubation room, and the density of bacterium was 0.5∼3.1×10⁴cfu/g media for 25 days before the inoculum-removing, although there was no increment of the density. Since the inoculum-removing after the spawn run, the density of bacterium was rapidly increased as 118.3×10⁴cfu/g media, and was significantly increased by time during the growth period of fruitbodies. It was hypothesized that it is the most suitable period for the pathogen infection because the bacterium might be introduced by the air in the incubation-room, and the increment of bacterium density might be affected by moisture supplied through watering or humidifier in the growing room after the inoculum-removing. Fungi were detected as the density as 1.17∼7.87×10⁴/g media and the density was slightly higher than that during the incubation period of hyphae, although there was no significant increment. Generally, the density of Actinomycetes was disregardfully low, or Actinomycetes were hardly ever found, although there was found some 5 days after incubation hyphae in few cases.

        21세기는 삶의 질적 향상에 대한 관심의 증대로 건강과 함께 문화와 스포츠 분야에 많은 시간과 비용을 할당하고 있는 실정이다. 특히 모방에서 창조로 경제적 생산 활동이 변화됨에 따라 문화적 요소가 더욱 중요시되고 있다. 이러한 시대 흐름에 맞추어 엔터테인먼트 분야도 거대한 산업 분야로 자리 잡고 인간의 창조 능력, 상상력, 첨단기술의 확보를 통한 높은 부가가치의 재창출로 국가 경쟁력을 향상시키고 있는 실정이다. 그러나 엔터테인먼트분야가 산업으로 확고한 자리를 매김 하기 위해서는 엔터테이너들의 상품 가치를 객관적이며 과학적으로 분석하는 방법이 최우선적으로 개발되어야 하리라 여겨진다. 이러한 관점에서 본 논문에서는 영상 및 음성 분석 기술을 통해 국민가수라 칭함을 받는 가수 조용필에 대한 매력 요소를 추출하여 그가 왜 팬들로부터 사랑을 받는지를 분석 평가하고자 한다. 이를 위해 얼굴 영상분석으로 조용필의 성격, 기질, 진실성 등을 추출하고 음성과 노래 분석으로부터 조용필의 음악적 친밀성과 아름다움 그리고 자신의 음악에 대한 열정 등을 분석하고자 한다. The 21st century is really allocated the condition a lot of time and expense to improve the quality of life for the growing interest in cultural and sports sectors as health. In particular, production and economic activity is changing as a parody of creative and cultural factors as being more important. According current of the times flowing period is caught an huge industry field also entertainment field that would improve human creative ability, imagination, through advanced technology to secure higher than value-added to improve the competitiveness of the country to recreate the situation. However, entertainment field is firmly in place for many items worth entertainer is a way to objectively analyze the scientific and high-priority development might be considered. In this way perspective, this paper provides image and voice analysis technology to through called to a popular singer Cho Yong-pil to extract an attractive element to receive love from the fans why he wanted to evaluate the analysis. To the this, face image analysis of Cho Yong-pil extracts the character, feature, truthfulness and voice, singing performances from Cho Yong-pil beauty and intimacy of their musical passion for music and would be analyzed.

        Effects of pH control and concentration on microbial oil production from <i>Chlorella vulgaris</i> cultivated in the effluent of a low-cost organic waste fermentation system producing volatile fatty acids

        <P><B>Abstract</B></P> <P>The objective of this study was to investigate the feasibility of applying volatile fatty acids (VFAs) produced from low-cost organic waste to the major carbon sources of microalgae cultivation for highly efficient biofuel production. An integrated process that consists of a sewage sludge fermentation system producing VFAs (SSFV) and mixotrophic cultivation of <I>Chlorella vulgaris</I> (<I>C. vulgaris</I>) was operated to produce microbial lipids economically. The effluents from the SSFV diluted to different concentrations at the level of 100%, 50%, and 15% were prepared for the <I>C. vulgaris</I> cultivation and the highest biomass productivity (433±11.9mg/L/d) was achieved in the 100% culture controlling pH at 7.0. The harvested biomass included lipid contents ranging from 12.87% to 20.01% under the three different effluent concentrations with and without pH control. The composition of fatty acids from <I>C. vulgaris</I> grown on the effluents from the SSFV complied with the requirements of high-quality biodiesel.         Enhanced microalgal biomass and lipid production from a consortium of indigenous microalgae and bacteria present in municipal wastewater under gradually mixotrophic culture conditions

        <P><B>Abstract</B></P> <P>The goal of this study was to investigate the influences of gradually mixotrophic culture conditions on microalgal biomass and lipid production by a consortium of indigenous microalgae and bacteria present in raw municipal wastewater. Lab-scale photobioreactors containing the consortium were operated in repeated batch mode. Initial cultivation (phase I) was performed using only the municipal wastewater, then 10% and 25% of the reactor volumes were replaced with the effluent from a sewage sludge fermentation system producing volatile fatty acids (SSFV) at the beginnings of phase II and phase III, respectively. The highest biomass productivity (117.1±2.7mg/L/d) was attained during phase II, but the lipid productivity (17.2±0.2mg/L/d) was attained during phase III.
