Currently, various local area network technologies, including FID/USN, Bluetooth technology, and smart built-in NFC functions, are becoming an issue, and with the application of Smart-City through system construction throughout society, it is rapidly emerging as a next-generation core technology aimed at future cities in the 21st century. Short-range wireless communication technology has limited applicable systems due to constraints on storage space and distance to service areas. Therefore, based on the advancement of existing smart city convergence content, this study designed an effective system to share university information by building a beacon sensor at G University located in the Gyeonggi region.
Efficient Deep-Blue Organic Light-emitting Diodes with Double-Emission Layers

Efficient deep-blue organic light-emitting diodes were demonstrated using 4,4'-bis(9-ethyl-3-carbazovinylene)-1,1'-biphenyl doped in double-emission layers (D-EMLs). The D-EML system, which consists of 2-methyl-9,10-di(2-naphthyl)anthracene and 1,4-(dinaphthalen-2-yl)-naphthalene as blue hosts, was employed to broaden the recombination zone and to ensure the good confinement of the holes and electrons. The optimized device showed a peak current efficiency of 4.47 cd/A, a peak external quantum efficiency of 4.09%, and Commission Internationale de L’Eclairage coordinates of (0.16, 0.10).

The authors have demonstrated the various characteristics of hybrid white organic light-emitting diodes (HWOLED) using fluorescent blue and phosphorescent red emitters. We also demonstrated that two devices showed different characteristics in accordance with thickness of the 4,4′-N,N′-dicarbazole-biphenyl (CBP) spacer (CS) inserted between the blue and the red emitting layer. It was found that the device with a CS thickness of 70 Å showed a current efficiency 2.5 times higher than that of the control device with a CS thickness of 30 Å by preventing the triplet Dexter energy transfer from the red to the blue emitting layer. The HWOLED with the CS thickness of 70 Å exhibited a maximum luminance of 24500 cd/m2, a maximum current efficiency of 42.9 cd/A, a power efficiency of 37.5 lm/W, and Commission Internationale de I'Eclairage coordinates of (0.37, 0.42).
빅데이터 기반의 창의교육 성과요인에 따른 아젠다 예측 분석

In this research, in order to derive a future-oriented educational policy agenda based on the result of the Korean-style window education policy steadily progressing within this research, we will use opinion policy mining analysis by using big data on educational policy accumulated so far went. Collect unstructured data related to window education in analytical methods, extract high-level education policy keywords based on related analysis, and forward the future window education development and outcome factors forward through extracted keywords and presented a methodology for improving the precision of opinion beforehand using opinion mining analysis methods in the field of future education. We expect that the results of this research will be one measure necessary for establishing reference points on educational policies in the middle and long-term domestic and overseas. 본 연구는 그 동안 꾸준히 진행되어온 한국형 창의교육 정책의 성과에 따른 미래지향적 교육정책 아젠다 도출을 위해 그동안 축적해온 교육정책 관련 빅데이터를 활용하여 오피니언마이닝 분석을 수행하였다. 분석방법으로 창의교육에 관련된 비정형 데이터를 수집하고 연관분석 기반의 상위 교육정책 키워드를 추출하였으며, 추출된 키워드를 통하여 앞으로 미래 창의교육의 발전과 성과요인에 높은 비중을 차지할 수 있는 교육 아젠다를 도출하였으며, 향후 교육 분야에서의 오피니언마이닝 분석 활용 기법과 감성사전의 정확도를 높이기 위한 방법론을 제시하였다. 본 연구 성과는 중·장기적 국내외 교육정책에 관한 기준점을 마련하는데 필요한 하나의 척도가 되리라 예상한다.

The development of large-amplitude planetary waves (PWs) in March in the upper stratosphere during the easterly phase ofthe equatorial quasi-biennial oscillation (QBO) was investigated using ERA-interim reanalysis data for 1979–2019. Duringthe 10-hPa easterly QBO, the amplitude at 3 hPa was significantly larger than that during the westerly QBO for casesof large-amplitude PWs. Case studies were conducted for individual events of the wave number 1 (wave-1) PW growth: aneasterly case in 1994 and a westerly case in 1995. During the easterly QBO in March 1994, a developing perturbation atmiddle latitudes moved rapidly northeastward to replace the decaying high-latitude wave. In the early stage, conversion fromthe zonal mean to eddy kinetic energy in the subtropical region was crucial for wave development. This energy conversionwas dependent on the sign of the meridional shear of the zonal wind in the middle latitudes. Negative shear was producedby the secondary meridional circulation associated with the equatorial QBO. After the perturbation started to develop in themiddle latitudes, it moved northeastward over a few days due to potential vorticity flux, and the growth of the high-latitudewaves was enhanced. A composite analysis also showed that the meridional shear of the zonal wind in the middle latitudeswas negative during the easterly QBO in March. This study improves our understanding of the dynamic mechanism underlyingthe equatorial-polar relationship in the stratosphere in March.
