      • 『太平御览』保存纬学文献的原因及特点考

        緯書은 經에 상대되는 말로 經典에서 파생되어 나온 개념이다. 緯書가 孔子의 이름을 사칭하여 神學과 迷信觀을 끌어와 유가 경전을 해석하는 것은, 국가의 흥망성쇠, 帝王將相의 출현 등이 모두 天命에 의해 좌우된다는 사상을 선양하는 데 목적이 있다. 宋代 官撰類書인 『太平禦覽』은 광범위하게 자료를 채록하면서 宋代 이전의 緯書 내용을 대량 인용하였는데, 이는 宋代 사람들의 緯書에 대한 관심을 반영하는 것이다. 『太平禦覽』이 宋代 이전의 緯書 자료를 대량으로 보존해줌으로써, 오늘날 우리는 漢代 이후 緯學의 발전 정황을 이해할 수 있게 되었다. 현재 파악되는 緯書에 의거할 경우, 전체 『태평어람』 55 部 가운데 20 部에서 緯書 書目이 인용되었다. 緯書의 내용을 經書·史書와 함께 열거하는 편찬 방식은 왕권의 정통성에 대한 옹호를 나타내는 것으로, 이를 은밀히 강조함으로써 君權神授 사상을 선양하고자 하는 의도를 반영한다. 緯學은 西漢 말기부터 흥성해 東漢 시기에 최고조로 발전하였다가 그 이후로 점차 쇠퇴하였다. 宋代 太宗 때 緯學을 금지하는 大勢에도 불구하고, 관찬의 성격을 지닌 『태평어람』에 여전히 緯書 내용이 대폭 수록될 수 있었던 것은, 皇位의 정통성 문제 및 道?의 새로운 부흥과 일정한 관련이 있다.

        부산 지하철 휴게 공간 리디자인에 대한 연구 - 대연역 생태 공간 개발 중심으로 -

        (연구배경 및 목적) 본 연구는 부산 대연역 지하철 휴게 공간 리디자인을 통해 향후 관련 디자인에 기초적인 자료로 삼기 위함이다. 또한 부산의 기타 지하철역에 적용함으로써 부산 전체의 쾌적한 도시 건설을 유도함으로 부산의 발전을 촉진하며, 도시주민의 편의성 및 삶의 질 향상을 도모하기 위함이다. 지하 공간 개선 목적은 지상 환경을 손상하지 않는 범위 내에서 공간개발을 합리적으로 제안하는 것에 있다. 이러한 제안은 시민편의 활용, 지면 및 도시 지하 환경 개발 가치가 있다. 도는 공공장소 시설 및 장소의 보존과 같은 이유에서 출발한다. (연구방법) 연구방법은 휴게공간의 연속성과 접근가능성을 중시하고, 도시디자인 요소 방면에서는 구역경제, 생활 방식, 생태기술 등의 요소 연구에 중심을 둔다. 이 연구에서는 자연채광 시스템, 벽면녹화시스템과 음이온환기시스템 등 기술 융합을 통해서 지하 휴게 공간 리디자인을 제안하고자 한다, 지하공간의 기본방향은 ①치유 기능 ② 녹색 에너지 제어 기능 ③ 실용 기능 크게 세 가지로 구분한다. 기대하는 결과는 도시 공공 공간 부족의 문제를 대한 도시환경 문제의 해결을 도모하는 것이다. (결과) 도시 공간형태구성과 시설구성 요소적인에 따라서 도시 지하 휴게 공간 개발을 이용 목적, 휴게공간에서의 개선점 등에 대한 설문조사에서 나온 응답자의 선호와 만족여부를 토대로 살펴보기로 한다. 현재 대연역부근에 거주하는 인원은 대부분 단독주택으로 인구밀도가 상대적으로 낮은 편이나, 교통이 편리한 지역이라 부경대학교, 경성대학교, 동명대학교 유학생 대학생 등 등 학생들의 주요 자취 지역으로 선호되어 높은 밀집이다. 하지만 밀집도에 비해 휴게공간이 많이 부족한 편이다. 이러한 휴게 공간 부족 문제의 해결책으로 등장한 것이 입체적인 도시공간계획이다. (결론) 대연역 지하철 지하 휴게 공간 리디자인(재개발)을 통해서 향후 관련 디자인에 기초적인 자료로 삼을 수 있고, 또한 부산의 기타 지하철역에 적용함으로써 부산 전체의 도시 건설을 제고하고 부산의 발전을 촉진하며, 도시주민의 편리성을 제고하고 삶의 질을 좋아지는 것이다. 이를 위해 공공 공간의 연속성과 접근가능성을 중시하고, 구역경계, 생활 방식, 생태기술 등의 도시디자인 요소에 관심을 가져야 한다. (Background and Purpose) This study aimed to redesign the rest space of Busan Daeyeon subway station as the basic data for future design. It attempted to make this research applicable to other subway stations in Busan, guide Busan to build a more comfortable city, promote its development, and improve the convenience and quality of life of city dwellers. To improve the underground space requires putting forward reasonable suggestions for the development of space without damaging the ground environment. These renovations are beneficial to improve the use of underground by citizens and the value of urban underground space development. The purpose of this research is to maximize the preservation of space and facilities in public places. (Method) We emphasized the continuity and accessibility of the space for rest and focused on the elements of regional economy, lifestyle, and ecological technology in urban design. In this research, we hoped to redesign the underground rest area through technology integration, such as natural lighting system, vertical greening of walls, and negative ion ventilation system. The basic direction of underground space design was divided into (1) the healing function; (2) Green energy control function; and (3) practical function. To seek solutions to urban environmental problems and the shortage of urban public space. (Result) According to the configuration of urban space and the composition of facilities, the possibility of improvement and development of urban underground leisure space will be studied based on the survey data of the functional needs and improvement points of the respondents. At present, most of the people living near Daeyeon station are students, and the population density is relatively high. However, due to the convenient transportation, it has become the preferred residence for international students and Korean students of Pukyong National University, Kyungsung University, and Tongmyong University. However, compared to the population density, the rest space is insufficient. To solve these problems, this research used three-dimensional urban space planning. (Conclusion) Through the redesign (redevelopment) of the underground rest area of Daeyeon subway station, this research can be used as the basic data for future design, and it can be applied to other subway stations in Busan, which will enhance the urban construction of the whole Busan and promote its development. Furthermore, it improves the convenience of urban residents and improves the quality of life. Therefore, we should emphasize the continuity and accessibility of public space, and pay attention to the design elements of urban space, regional boundaries, lifestyle, ecological technology, and other urban design elements.

        MicroRNA-375 is a therapeutic target for castration-resistant prostate cancer through the PTPN4/STAT3 axis

        The functional role of microRNA-375 (miR-375) in the development of prostate cancer (PCa) remains controversial. Previously, we found that plasma exosomal miR-375 is significantly elevated in castration-resistant PCa (CRPC) patients compared with castration-sensitive PCa patients. Here, we aimed to determine how miR-375 modulates CRPC progression and thereafter to evaluate the therapeutic potential of human umbilical cord mesenchymal stem cell (hucMSC)-derived exosomes loaded with miR-375 antisense oligonucleotides (e-375i). We used miRNA in situ hybridization technique to evaluate miR-375 expression in PCa tissues, gain- and loss-of-function experiments to determine miR-375 function, and bioinformatic methods, dual-luciferase reporter assay, qPCR, IHC and western blotting to determine and validate the target as well as the effects of miR-375 at the molecular level. Then, e-375i complexes were assessed for their antagonizing effects against miR-375. We found that the expression of miR-375 was elevated in PCa tissues and cancer exosomes, correlating with the Gleason score. Forced expression of miR-375 enhanced the expression of EMT markers and AR but suppressed apoptosis markers, leading to enhanced proliferation, migration, invasion, and enzalutamide resistance and decreased apoptosis of PCa cells. These effects could be reversed by miR-375 silencing. Mechanistically, miR-375 directly interfered with the expression of phosphatase nonreceptor type 4 (PTPN4), which in turn stabilized phosphorylated STAT3. Application of e-375i could inhibit miR-375, upregulate PTPN4 and downregulate p-STAT3, eventually repressing the growth of PCa. Collectively, we identified a novel miR-375 target, PTPN4, that functions upstream of STAT3, and targeting miR-375 may be an alternative therapeutic for PCa, especially for CRPC with high AR levels.

        Study on Preparation of Core-Spun Yarn Surgical Sutures by Compositing Drug-Loaded Nanofiber Membrane with PLA and Its Controllable Drug Release Performance

        Polylactic acid (PLA) surgical suture is considered to be one of the most ideal materials for tissue closure due to its rich raw materials and excellent biological properties. However, surgical sutures face great challenges due to problems such as wound infection and tissue reaction in practical applications. In order to improve the clinical applicability of surgical sutures, we constructed a new drug-loading system for core-spun surgical sutures. The shell was composed of nanofibrous membranes composed of polyglycolic acid (PGA) and polycaprolactone (PCL) and ciprofloxacin (CIP) antibacterial drugs, and the core layer adopts PLA filament. By adjusting the composition ratio of PGA and PCL in the shell, a new mode of regulating the release rate and release cycle of the suture was constructed. According to different wound healing time, different drug release cycles of surgical suture were selected. In the study, the structure of the core-spun yarn can be clearly observed by scanning electron microscope, the higher the shell PGA content and drug loading, the faster the drug release rate. When the carrier ratio PGA/PCL was 80/20 and the drug loading was 3%, the drug release rate was the fastest and the drug release was high; finally, antibacterial experiments showed that the suture had excellent antibacterial effect and could effectively kill Staphylococcus aureus and Escherichia coli. The successful preparation of core-spun yarn surgical suture provides a new idea for the study of new antibacterial surgical suture.

        Dietary phosphorus deficiency impaired growth, intestinal digestion and absorption function of meat ducks

        Objective: An experiment was conducted to investigate the effects of dietary non-phytate phosphorus (nPP) deficiency on intestinal pH value, digestive enzyme activity, morphology, nutrient utilization, and gene expression of NaPi-IIb in meat ducks from 1 to 21 d of age. Methods: A total of 525 one-d-old Cherry Valley ducklings were fed diets (with 7 pens of 15 ducklings, or 105 total ducklings, on each diet) with five levels of nPP (0.22%, 0.34%, 0.40%, 0.46%, or 0.58%) for 21 d in a completely randomized design. Five experimental diets contained a constant calcium (Ca) content of approximately 0.9%. Body weight (BW), body weight gain (BWG), feed intake (FI), and feed to gain ratio (F:G) were measured at 14 and 21 d of age. Ducks were sampled for duodenum and jejunum digestion and absorption function on 14 and 21 d. Nutrient utilization was assessed using 25- to 27-d-old ducks. Results: The results showed ducks fed 0.22% nPP had lower (p<0.05) growth performance and nutrient utilization and higher (p<0.05) serum Ca content and alkaline phosphatase (ALP) activity. When dietary nPP levels were increased, BW (d 14 and 21), BWG and FI (all intervals), and the serum phosphorus (P) content linearly and quadratically increased (p<0.05); and the jejunal pH value (d 14), duodenal muscle layer thickness (d 14), excreta dry matter, crude protein, energy, Ca and total P utilization linearly increased (p<0.05); however, the serum ALP activity, jejunal Na+-K+-ATPase activity, and duodenal NaPi-IIb mRNA level (d 21) linearly decreased (p<0.05). Conclusion: The results indicated that ducks aged from 1 to 21 d fed diets with 0.22% nPP had poor growth performance related to poor intestinal digestion and absorption ability; but when fed diets with 0.40%, 0.46%, and 0.58% nPP, ducks presented a better growth performance, intestinal digestion and absorption function.

      • Forage Production and Water Use Efficiency of Three Lucerne Varieties at Different Soil Water Availabilities

        Forage production and water use efficiency (WUE) of Lucerne were investigated in three varieties at different water availabilities. Forage production decreased with the severity of soil water availability. At 50% field water capacity (FWC), forage production dropped but in two varieties, Algonquin and Longdong, was still high and from 75%FWC to 50%FWC, forage production in Longdong decreased at the least rate. The greatest leaf WUE was observed in Longdong at all soil water availabilities. From 75%FWC to 50%FWC, it increased in Longdong and Xinjiangdaye, but decreased in Algonquin. With the severity of water deficit, δ¹³C value increased in all three varieties. At the same water availability, the greatest value was observed in Longdong. It suggested that moderate water stress can improve WUE in Lucerne. Longdong is to some extent more efficient in water use and may be more drought-tolerant with more steady production at moderate water deficit.

        In vitro differentiation of spermatogonial stem cells using testicular cells from Guangxi Bama mini-pig

        In this study, we attempted to establish a culture system for in vitro spermatogenesis from spermatogonial stem cells (SSCs) of Bama mini-pig. Dissociated testicular cells from 1-month-old pigs were co-cultured to mimic in vivo spermatogenesis. The testicular cells were seeded in minimum essential medium alpha (a-MEM) supplemented with Knockout serum replacement (KSR). Three-dimensional colonies formed after 10 days of culture. The colonies showed positive staining for SSC-associated markers such as UCHL1, PLZF, THY1, OCT4, Dolichos biflorus agglutinin, and alkaline phosphatase. Induction of SSCs was performed in a-MEM + KSR supplemented with retinoic acid, bone morphogenetic protein 4, activin A, follicle-stimulating hormone, or testosterone. The results showed that STRA8, DMC1, PRM1, and TNP1 were upregulated significantly in the colonies after induction compared to that in testis from 1-month-old pigs, while expression levels of those genes were significantly low compared to those in 2-month-old testis. However, upregulation of ACROSIN was not significant. Replacement of a-MEM and KSR with Iscove’s modified Dulbecco’s medium and fetal bovine serum did not upregulate expression of these genes significantly. These results indicate that SSCs of Bama mini-pig could undergo differentiation and develop to a post-meiotic stage in α-MEM supplemented with KSR and induction factors.

        Modeling, Analysis and Testing of Load Distribution for Planetary Gear Trains with 3D Carrier Pinhole Position Errors

        A discrete model to study the load distribution behavior of helical planetary gear trains (PGTs) is developed, in which 3D planet position errors, induced by carrier pinhole position errors and tooth modifications, are duly considered. The model adopts a discrete approach with which the planetary gear train is discretized into a series of slice-units in order to ease the problem of gear meshing in 3D cases. In the modelling, compatibility conditions and discrete equilibrium are developed for the coupling among 3D planet position errors, tooth modifications, instantaneous meshing situations, elastic deformations and rigid body spatial motions. Upon the discrete model, a method for analysis of the load distribution is further developed. The influence of 3D planet position errors and tooth modifications on the load distribution was simulated for a helical PGT having three and four planets. Tests on the actual wind turbine PGTs were conducted with results agreed with the simulations obtained, which validate the proposed method.

        Advances in atomic layer deposited high-κ inorganic materials for gate dielectrics engineering of two-dimensional MoS2 field effect transistors

        Molybdenum disulfide (MoS2) has been one of the most promising members of transition-metal dichalcogenides materials. Attributed to the excellent electrical performance and special physical properties, MoS2 has been broadly applied in semiconductor devices, such as field effect transistors (FETs). At present, the exploration of further improving the performance of MoS2-based FETs (such as increasing the carrier mobility and scaling) has encountered a bottleneck, and the application of high-κ gate dielectrics has become an effective approach to change this situation. Atomic layer deposition (ALD) enables high-quality integration of MoS2 and high-κ gate dielectrics at the atomic level. In this review, we summarize recent advances in the fabrication of two-dimensional MoS2 FETs using ALD high-κ materials as gate dielectrics. We first briefly discuss the research background of MoS2 FETs. Second, we expound the electrical and other essential properties of high-κ gate dielectrics, which are essential to the performance of MoS2 FETs. Finally, we focus on the advances in fabricating MoS2 FETs with ALD high-κ gate dielectrics on MoS2, as well as the optimized ALD processes. In addition, we also look forward to the development prospect of this field.
