        Study Chinese operas named after the names of traditional Chinese apparel and accessories

        Traditional Chinese operas are time-honored art form, they are vivid in expression, rich in content, embody social, thought-provoking, historical and artistic value. And as a splendid art form and part of China’s brilliant traditional cultural heritage, traditional Chinese operas have been developed with Chinese history from generation to generation. Nowadays, with the comprehensive national strength increasingly growing, Chinese government is giving more and more importance to enhance people’s awareness of protecting traditional Chinese opera. In actual fact, both Chinese scholars and the other scholars who have done some research in traditional Chinese operas and built up solid foundation for further study. Even though, traditional Chinese operas have not been fully understood by people outside the 5000-year-old civilization, especially what is the close relationship between the apparel and accessories and the names of dramas. Based on this condition, the paper selects and summarizes names of apparel and accessories in traditional Chinese dramas as its thesis, intending to explore the relationship between the apparel and accessories and the names of dramas, analyzing how such names in dramas highlight themes and promote the development of unique storylines. The paper will help Western readers further understand the meaning of traditional operas names' behind these costumes and promote Chinese traditional dramas spreading to abroad.

        Subject positions embodied in military uniform and its influences on modern fashion design

        As a solemn and serious uniform, military uniform can be differentiated easily from any other clothing in the aspects of color, material and style. Inspired by military uniform, fashion designers have been applying military uniform elements into modern fashion design in recent years, which helps to bring military uniform from the trench onto international fashion runway. The primary method of this research is theory analysis method and exampling study method. Based on the collected materials of modern military uniform, this paper takes the fashion and cultural study theory of the famous American scholar Susan B. Kaiser as the leading theory to analyze four subject positions embodied in military uniform, including nation, rank, gender and time and space. By analyzing the subject positions embodied in military uniform, it shows the rich cultural connotation of military uniform and the function of various small details. Meanwhile, by giving specific examples, this paper explores the influences of military uniform on modern fashion design in respect to color, style, material, pattern and accessory. Through the conduct of this research, it comes to the conclusion that military uniform also has the characteristics and properties described in the fashion and cultural theory of Susan B. Kaiser, in addition, designers can be inspired by every specific object around them, which shows the talents of designers.

        The paper focuses on the clothing codes described in the Analects of Confucius, and explores the reasons for the rules setting up, including the rules of color, the design, the pattern, and even the material of the clothes whose distinct features reflect the ceremony and etiquette of the time in the classic, which are in correspondence with the requirements of Confucianism, especially for stressing the social rights, obligations and codes of conduct to everyone in the society.

        Sub-surface Damage of Ultra-Thin Monocrystalline Silicon Wafer Induced by Dry Polishing

        Ultra-thin wafer fabrication has become a hot spot in recent years with the growing demand for small size and high performance electronic devices. However, far less research focused on the damage behavior in ultra-thin wafer. In this work, 300 mm diameter silicon wafer was thinned to 6 µm thick by grinding plus ultra-precision dry polishing. The damage behavior before and after the dry polishing was discussed. Mechanical and surface analysis showed that the dry polishing process can help improve the strength and surface uniformity of ultra-thin wafer by removing high pressure phase and micro cracks. Series of nano beam diffraction patterns revealed the stress induced by the thinning process only existed in surface. High resolution transmission electron microscopy images analyzed by geometric phase approach indicated that surface dislocations can move across the wafer and reached bottom device layers during the dry polishing, increasing the risk of electrical deterioration. The findings are of great significance to the study on process optimization of ultra-thin wafer and provide insights into the reliability of advanced electronic packaging.

        Study on Preparation of Core-Spun Yarn Surgical Sutures by Compositing Drug-Loaded Nanofiber Membrane with PLA and Its Controllable Drug Release Performance

        Polylactic acid (PLA) surgical suture is considered to be one of the most ideal materials for tissue closure due to its rich raw materials and excellent biological properties. However, surgical sutures face great challenges due to problems such as wound infection and tissue reaction in practical applications. In order to improve the clinical applicability of surgical sutures, we constructed a new drug-loading system for core-spun surgical sutures. The shell was composed of nanofibrous membranes composed of polyglycolic acid (PGA) and polycaprolactone (PCL) and ciprofloxacin (CIP) antibacterial drugs, and the core layer adopts PLA filament. By adjusting the composition ratio of PGA and PCL in the shell, a new mode of regulating the release rate and release cycle of the suture was constructed. According to different wound healing time, different drug release cycles of surgical suture were selected. In the study, the structure of the core-spun yarn can be clearly observed by scanning electron microscope, the higher the shell PGA content and drug loading, the faster the drug release rate. When the carrier ratio PGA/PCL was 80/20 and the drug loading was 3%, the drug release rate was the fastest and the drug release was high; finally, antibacterial experiments showed that the suture had excellent antibacterial effect and could effectively kill Staphylococcus aureus and Escherichia coli. The successful preparation of core-spun yarn surgical suture provides a new idea for the study of new antibacterial surgical suture.

        Development, Validation and Comparison of Artificial Neural Network and Logistic Regression Models Predicting Eosinophilic Chronic Rhinosinusitis With Nasal Polyps

        Purpose: Chronic rhinosinusitis with nasal polyps (CRSwNP) can be classified into eosinophilic CRSwNP (eCRSwNP) and non-eosinophilic CRSwNP (non-eCRSwNP) by tissue biopsy, which is difficult to perform preoperatively. Clinical biomarkers have predictive value for the classification of CRSwNP. We aimed to evaluate the application of artificial neural network (ANN) modeling in distinguishing different endotypes of CRSwNP based on clinical biomarkers. Methods: Clinical parameters were collected from 109 CRSwNP patients, and their predictive ability was analyzed. ANN and logistic regression (LR) models were developed in the training group (72 patients) and further tested in the test group (37 patients). The output variable was the diagnosis of eCRSwNP, defined as tissue eosinophil count > 10 per high-power field. The receiver operating characteristics curve was used to assess model performance. Results: A total of 15 clinical features from 60 healthy controls, 60 eCRSwNP and 49 non-eCRSwNP were selected as candidate predictors. Nasal nitric oxide levels, peripheral eosinophil absolute count, total immunoglobulin E, and ratio of bilateral computed tomography scores for the ethmoid sinus and maxillary sinus were identified as important features for modeling. Two ANN models based on 4 and 15 clinical features were developed to predict eCRSwNP, which showed better performance, with the area under the receiver operator characteristics significantly higher than those from the respective LR models (0.976 vs. 0.902, P = 0.048; 0.970 vs. 0.845, P = 0.011). All ANN models had better fits than single variable prediction models (all P < 0.05), and ANN model 1 had the best predictive performance among all models. Conclusions: Machine learning models assist clinicians in predicting endotypes of nasal polyps before invasive detection. The ANN model has the potential to predict eCRSwNP with high sensitivity and specificity, and is superior to the LR model. ANNs are valuable for optimizing personalized patient management.

        Electroanalytical Approach for Determination of Tanshinone IIA Based on Electrochemically Reduced Graphene Oxide Modified Gold Nanoparticles-Incorporated Carbon Paste Electrode

        In this work, a novel electrochemical sensor was presented for Tanshinone IIA determination. The as-prepared electrode was prepared by electrodepositing a reduced graphene oxide film onto a carbon paste electrode modified with gold nanoparticles, which combined the advantages of both gold nanoparticles and electrochemically reduced graphene oxide. It was characterized with scanning electron microscopy and cyclic voltammetry. The electrochemical behavior of Tanshinone IIA at the modified electrode was investigated for the first time. Results revealed that the modified electrode can effectively increase response toward Tanshinone IIA by significantly enhancing the redox peak currents and decreasing the peak-to-peak separation. Under the optimized conditions, the modified electrode showed a linear voltammetric response to Tanshinone IIA at concentrations ranging from 5.0 x 10-8 mol L-1 to 1.0 x 10-5 mol L-1, with a detection limit of 1.0 x 10-8 mol L-1 (S/N = 3). The proposed method was successfully applied in determination of Tanshinone IIA in pharmaceutical samples with satisfactory results.

        중국 대학생의 강의 비디오 학습에서 탄막 활용이 교수실재감과 학습몰입에 미치는 효과

        본 연구는 강의 비디오 학습에서 탄막 활용 및 탄막-비디오 교수자 동일 여부에 따라 교수실재감과 학습몰입의 효과에 차이가 있는지를 실험 분석하였다. 연구대상은 중국 형태대학교 1학년 90명으로 3집단(A, B, C)으로 구성하였다. A집단은 탄막을 활용하지 않은 영상을 시청하고, B집단은 탄막을 활용하고 탄막과 비디오 강의가 다른 교수자의 영상을 시청한다. C집단은 탄막을 활용하고 탄막과 비디오 강의가 동일한 교수자의 영상을 시청한다. 실험 결과, 탄막 활용 집단(B, C)이 탄막 미활용집단(A)보다 교수실재감과 학습몰입이 높게 나타났다. 탄막-비디오 동일한 교수자 집단(C)의 학습자가 탄막-비디오 다른 교수자 집단(B)의 학습자보다 교수실재감과 학습몰입에서 모두 통계적으로 유의하게 높은 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 강의 비디오 학습에서 탄막 활용 및 탄막-비디오 동일 교수자 강의를 적극적으로 활용하게 되면 학습효과를 제고하는데 중요한 학습 전략이 될 수 있다. This study experimentally analyzed whether there is a difference between the effect of teaching presence and learning flow according to using barrage or the instructional videos with barrage in video lecture. 90 first-year students of Xingtai university in China are taken as the research objects in three groups (ABC). Group A watches lecture videos without using barrage, group B watches lecture videos and interacts with another professor with barrage. Group C interacts with the professor who appeared in the video while watching lecture video. The analysis results as follows. For the effect of teaching presence and learning flow in video lecture. the group (B, C) which using barrage is statistically significantly higher than the group (A)which do not use barrage. Learners of group (C) who with “barrage-video instruction by the same professor” are statistically significantly higher in teaching presence and learning flow compared with learners of group (B) who with “barrage-video instruction by another professor.”
