        국어와 독일어의 핵심구조 : 중주어 구문에 대한 생성분법에 의한 분석 The Analysis on Multiple Subjects in Generative Grammar

        You, Seong-Ryol. 1999. UM-Structure(Head-Phrase) in Korean and German - The Analysis on Multiple Subjects in Generative Grammar. Linguistics, 7-1, 139-159. In some respects, Korean and German structure are different each other. In his Minimalist Framework, Chomsky (1994:42) says that a language might allow this option (i.e., super-raising in Multiple Subjects Construction) for some heads (T, C, etc.) but not others (AGR). But I argue that in Korean and German there exists AGRs, and Multiple Subjects (especially Central Subject) are governed and checked rather by AGRs rather than by TP. In Korean sentence T-element and AGR-element appear apart, but in German they are not devided through their amalgamation. Generally, the existence of MP is admitted in the highest position in Korean. In German, however, it is not admitted. Although es may be inserted in the SPEC of CP in German, I admit the existence of MP and propose es is inserted in the SPEC of MP. (Wonkwang University)

      • 인터넷 전자상거래에서 안전한 서비스를 제공하는 정보보호 시스템의 설계

        SSL 프로토콜은 최근 네트워크 시스템에서 광범위 하게 사용되는 메카니즘중의 하나이다. 본 논문에서는 SSL 프로토콜을 기반으로 인터넷 전자상거래에서 안전한 서비스를 실현하는 정보보호 시스템을 설계하였다. 여기에서는 네가지 중요한 정보보호 서비스를 제공한다. 첫 번째는 SSL에서 제공하는 인증서를 이용한 인증서비스이고, 두 번째는 DES 암호 알고리즘을 이용한 메시지 암호화 서비스이다. 세 번째는 해쉬 알고리즘을 이용한 메시지의 무결성 서비스이고 네 번째는 부인봉쇄 정보 서비스이다. 그러므로, 정보는 본 논문에서 특별히 설계된 부인봉쇄 서비스를 이용한 정보보호 메카니즘을 통해 안전하게 전송된다. The SSL(Secure Socket Layer) protocol is one of the mechanism widely used in the recent network system The information security system for realization of a secured service in the internet electronic commerce based on the SSL is designed in this paper There are important four information security services The first is the authentication service using the Certificate offered from the SSL(Secure Socket Layer), the second is the message confidentiality service using the DES encryption algorithm, the third is the message integrity service using Hash function, and the fourth is Non-repudiation service Therefore, information could be transferred securely under the information security mechanism including Non-repudiation service especially designed in this paper

        This thesis is an attempt to study in regard to "Ki(氣)" in the Orient Medicine. Through the classical records of the Orient Medicine, Origin and concept of Ki(氣: Energy) have clearly been grasped and been classified into three such as "True Energy", "Righteous Energy(sobriety)" and "Evil Intention". Lots of compound words denoting energy have been coined either to explain the principle of the creation and movement of the Universe, origination of mankind and destiny of human being itself, pathology and physiology of human body, name of diseases and symtom of sickness or to explain miscellaneous things having various names. It is sufficient to say that aspects of energy have been classified by patterns and categories, dividing compound words created to denote aspects of energy by also groups.

      • 양어용 사료첨가제로서 감귤발효액 (EM-Fermented Orange)의 항산화특성

        Mandarine orange (Citrus unshiu Marc.) only added with sugar was fermented by effective microorganisms (EM). called "EM-fermented orange". EM was mainly composed of lactic acid bacteria. phototrophic bacteria and yeast. As pH of EM-fermented orange reached 3.5 to 4.0 in the course of fermentation. the incubation was stopped. and then. EM-fermented orange was preservable at room temperature for about 6 months. Composition and concentration of free amino acids in EM-fermented orange were analyzed. Concentration of total amino acids was 167 mg/l. and the relative content of carnosine (β-alanyl-L-histidine) which was well known as a kind of antioxidant materials was very high. 41%. In addition. crude extract showing antioxidant activity could be obtained from EM-fermented orange using some organic solvents. The antioxidant activity of the crude extract was equivalent to about 9% of that of vitamin E by the use of 1.1-diphenyl-2-picrylhydrazyl (DPPH) method. It was suggested that EM-fermented orange having antioxidant characteristics could promote the health of fish.

        The objective of this study is, that to explore alternative model for integration of team design and institutionalization to team implementation. At first, we suggested that the effective team must be designed to fit organizational context and team design variable. Organizational contexts consist of internal conditions and external environment. We focus internal conditions to employee capability and the interdependence dynamics and complexity. Team design variables were focused on multi-skilling and self-management. Then we argue that institutionalization of the team is very important to maintain organizational performance and survival. The team institutionalization as process based on institutionalization theory. We suggest to institutional environment and process around team in organization. We expect that integration model of this team design and institutionalization is useful for understanding and maintaining team effectiveness.

      • 지반재료의 비선형 응력~변형율 정식화에 관한 연구 : 퇴적연암을 대상으로 Sedimentary Soft Rock

        The deformation behavior of soils and rocks from the small strain (say, less than 0.1%) to large strain is very important when evaluating deformation and stress conditions of ground, soil structures and foundations. In addition, they are needed to be formulated in the form of equation for the use in the numerical analysis such as FEM, categorization of different soil types by means of the parameters used in the formulated equations and the estimation of the deformation modulus at a specified strain or stress level from the stiffness values measured in the field at a certain strain or stress level, by using the formulated strain or stress dependency for the soil type concerned. In the former part of this paper, it is shown that the original hyperbolic relation and other forms of hyperbolic relation with constant parameters of strength and intial stiffness can simulate only a part of a observed stress-strain relation obtained from the triaxial compression test of a sedimentary soft rock, of even cannot utterly. It is expected, therefore, that the hyperbolic relation with the coefficients of correction C_1 and C_2 either or both of which is(are) a function of strain X may simulate better a observed stress-strain relation. In the latter part, this point is examined. In particular, a new form of hyperbolic equation is proposed, which can model stress-strain relation of sedimentary soft rocks from very small strain to the peak stress condition.

        Acid rain was strongly raised in regional air pollution problems. All of researchs have been focused in plt tendency in a limited area. But, chemical composition data are important because of the control strategy are also necessary to reduce source emission from various air pollution sources. Longtime may be helpful to evaluate acid rain effect to regional area for a long time. We have accumulated acid data from Sep. 1993 to Jan. 2003. In this study, data which was given from Sept., 1993 to 2000 is measured pH and EC, analyzed cations anions by ion chromatography. All of analyzed data were calculated to fit average and standard by SAS package.

        Flumazenil의 투여 방법에 따른 혈장내 농도와 midazolam에 의해 유도된 진정 상태의 환원 효과

        Flumazenil의 투여 방법에 따른 혈중 농도와 midazolam에 의해 유도된 진정 상태의 환원 효과를 평가하기 위해 23-25세의 학생을 대상으로 비강으로 midazolam을 투여하여 진정시킨 후 flumazenil을 비강내과 정맥내를 통하여 투여한 다음 액체크로마토그래피(HPLC)를 사용하여 시간 경과에 따른 혈중 농도의 변화와 함께 생징후 및 진정 정도를 측정하여 flumazenil의 길항 효과를 다각적으로 분석, 평가하여 다음과 같은 결과를 얻었다. 1. Midazolam에 의한 진정 상태에서 flumazenil의 투여시 수축기 및 이완기 혈압, 동맥혈 산소포화도 등의 생징후는 변화가 없었으나 맥박은 일시적인 상승이 있었다(P<0.05). 2. Flumazenil은 비강내 투여 및 정맥내 투여 등 투여 방법에 관계없이 midazolam에 의한 진정 상태를 일시적으로 환원시키며 투여 방법에 따른 발현 시간의 차이는 없으나 환원 정도와 지속 시간은 정백내 투여에서 크게 나타났다(P<0.05). 3. Flumazenil의 비강내 투여는 최고 혈중 농도에 2분, 정맥내 투여는 4분 후에 각각 도달하므로써 흡수 속도는 비강내 투여와 정맥내 투여의 차이가 크지 않았다. 4. Flumazenil의 투여 후 수 분 동안 midazolam의 혈중 농도가 일시적으로 상승하였다(P<0.05). 이상의 결과를 종합하여 보면 flumazenil은 midazolam에 의한 진정 상태에서 생징후의 변화에 영향을 미치지 않으며 진정의 정도를 감소시키는 효과가 있고, 특히 비강내 투여는 정맥내 투여와 발현 시간에 있어서 차이가 없는 것으로 나타나 임상적으로 midazolam에 의 한 부작용 발현시 응급 처치법으로 유용하게 사용할 수 있을 것으로 사료된다. The purpose of this study were to evaluate the effect on the reversion of sedation induced by midazolam with flumazenil and to determine the plasma concentration of flumazenil according to the method of administration. Intranasal and intravenous flumazenil were administered to sedated health volunteers aged from 23 to 25 years, in doses typical of those used clinically to induce sedation with midazolam and for reversal with flumazenil. Objective assessment for degree of sedation and vital signs, plasma concentration were made for 2 hours period. 1. Systolic and diastolic blood pressure, SpO₂ were not changed by adminstration of flumazenil in sedated subject with midazolam, but pulse rate was increased temporarily. 2. Flumazenil showed the reversal of the sedative effect induced by midazolam regardless of administration methods. But intravenous administration showed more effect on the degree and the duration of reversion than intranasal administration with the exception of on set time. 3. Peak plasma concentration of flumazenil administered by intranasal route reached after 2 min and that of flumazenil administered by intravenous route was 4 min. Thus uptake of flumazenil did not showed any difference in accordance with the adminstration route. 4. Administration of flumazenil resulted in the temporary increase of midazolam plasma concentration.

        Tetrahydroberberine-13-one was treated with ethylchloroformate to give the C_8-N bond cleaved product 1. On the treatment with Lawesson's reagent (LAS), chloroketone 2 derived from the hydrolysis of 1 afforded the thioketone 3. On the other hand, spirotype-chloroketone 4 was transformed to diaziridine 8 by a reduction, chlorination and aziridine introduction. Also, spirotype-chlorothioketone 6 was obtained from chloroketone 4.
