        In this paper, we propose a program to identify 14 parking status in a parking lot using a high resolution 360° camera of 12M. The proposed program consists of three steps: Match with plane image, parking area detection algorithm, and discrimination of parking using learning method. Tests on a model car to evaluate the program to identify 14 parking status in a parking lot using a high-resolution 360° camera of 12M showed 100% accuracy for both parking and double parking. Therefore, the effectiveness of a program to identify 14 parking status in a parking lot using a high-resolution 360° camera of 12M proposed in this paper has been proved.

        NGS_SNPAnalyzer: a desktop software supporting genome projects by identifying and visualizing sequence variations from next-generation sequencing data

        Background Sequence variations such as single nucleotide polymorphisms are markers for genetic diseases and breeding. Therefore, identifying sequence variations is one of the main objectives of several genome projects. Although most genomeproject consortiums provide standard operation procedures for sequence variation detection methods, there may be differencesin the results because of human selection or error. Objective To standardize the procedure for sequence variation detection and help researchers who are not formally trainedin bioinformatics, we developed the NGS_SNPAnalyzer, a desktop software and fully automated graphical pipeline. Methods The NGS_SNPAnalyzer is implemented using JavaFX (version 1.8); therefore, it is not limited to any operatingsystem (OS). The tools employed in the NGS_SNPAnalyzer were compiled on Microsoft Windows (version 7, 10) andUbuntu Linux (version 16.04, 17.0.4). Results The NGS_SNPAnalyzer not only includes the functionalities for variant calling and annotation but also providesquality control, mapping, and filtering details to support all procedures from next-generation sequencing (NGS) data to variantvisualization. It can be executed using pre-set pipelines and options and customized via user-specified options. Additionally,the NGS_SNPAnalyzer provides a user-friendly graphical interface and can be installed on any OS that supports JAVA. Conclusions Although there are several pipelines and visualization tools available for NGS data analysis, we developedthe NGS_SNPAnalyzer to provide the user with an easy-to-use interface. The benchmark test results indicate that theNGS_SNPAnayzer achieves better performance than other open source tools.

        2016년 3월 31일부터 7월 31일까지 서울특별시 서초구 서초동에 위치한 서울고등학교 교정 일대를 서울고등학교 환경생물부 부원들이 채집 조사한 결과 20과 43속 53종의 거미가 조사 연구되어 이에 보고하는 바이다. From March 31st to July 31st in 2016, members of an environmental biology club at Seoul High School located in Seocho-gu, Seoul, Dae-Hee Kim, Dong-Woo Park, Jae-Woong Seo and Hyun-woo Lee, collected 20 families 43 genera 53 species of spiders and report the result of the study here.

        한국인 직무 스트레스 측정도구의 개발 및 표준화

        Background and Purposes: Over the past three decades, numerous studies performed in Korea have reported that job stress is a determinant risk factor for chronic diseases and work disability. Every society has its own culture and occupational climate particular to their organizations, and hence experiences different occupational stress. An occupational stress measurement tool therefore needs to be developed to estimate it objectively. The purpose of this study is to develop and standardize the Korean Occupational Stress Scale (KOSS) which is considered to be unique and specific occupational stressors in Korean employees. Subjects and Methods: Data were obtained from the National Study for Development and Standardization of Occupational Stress (NSDSOS Project: 2002-2004). A total of 12,631 employees from a nationwide sample proportional to the Korean Standard Industrial Classification and the Korean Standard Occupational Classification were administered. The KOSS was developed for 2 years (2002-2004). In the first year, we collected 255 items from the most popular job stress measurement tools such as JCQ, ERI, NIOSH and OSI, and 44 items derived from the a qualitative study (depth interview). Forty-three items of KOSS, in the second year, were retained for use in the final version of the KOSS by using Delphi and factor analysis. Items were scored using conventional 1-2-3-4 Likert scores for the response categories. Results: We developed eight subscales by using factor analysis and validation process: physical environment (3 items), job demand (8 items), insufficient job control (5 items), interpersonal conflict (4 items), job insecurity (6 items), organizational system (7 items), lack of reward (6 items), and occupational climate (4 items). Together they explained 50.0% of total variance. Internal consistency alpha scores were ranged from 0.51 to 0.82. Twenty-four items of the short form of the KOSS (KOSS-SF) were also developed to estimate job stress in the work setting. Because the levels of the subscales of occupational stress were gender dependent, gender-specific standard norms for both the 43-item full version and the 24-item short form using a quartile for the subscales of KOSS were presented. Conclusion: The results of this study suggest that KOSS might be an appropriate measurement scale to estimate occupational stress of Korean employees. Further and more detailed study needs to be conducted to improve the validity of this scale.

        골수 검사상 양성 혈구 탐식 조직구가 나타난 소아의 임상적 고찰

        목 적: 혈구 탐식 조직구 증식증은 양성 질환으로는 드물게 치명율이 높은 질환으로, 발열, 간비장 종대, 림프절 종대 등의 증상이 있고, 검사 소견에서 양성의 혈구 탐식 조직구가 나타난 경우 진단되나 치료가 혼란스러운 경우가 많다. 골수 검사상 양성의 혈구 탐식조직구가 나타난 예들의 임상적 특징을 분석하여 진단 및 치료 방향과 예후 판정에 도움이 되고자 이 연구를 시행하였다. 방 법 : 1995년 1월부터 2001년 11월까지 계명대학교 동산병원에서 골수 검사상 양성의 혈구 탐식 조직구가 나타난 환아 30례를 대상으로, 특징적 임상 증상, 진찰 소견, 혈액 검사 소견, 골수 검사 소견, 치료 방법과 예후에 대하여 임상 기록지를 후향적으로 분석하였다. 또한 골수 도말에서 혈구 탐식 조직구의 수에 따라 a few, some, many로 나누어 환아의 예후와 비교하였다. 결 과 : 골수 검사상 양성 혈구 탐식 조직구를 보인 예들을 분석한 결과 이들의 연령 분포는 2개월에서 15세로, 평균 연령은 5.6세였고, 남녀비는 2.3 : 1로 남아가 많았다. 입원 당시 증상으로는 발열이 가장 많았으며, 호흡기 증상, 위장관 증상 등의 순이었고, 평균 발열 기간은 19.5일이었으며, 진찰 소견은 간비종대, 피부 발진, 림프절 비대 순으로 많았다. 혈액 검사 소견상 백혈구 감소증이 23례(76.7%)로 가장 많았고, 혈소판 감소증이 16례(53.3%), 빈혈이 15례(50.0%), 간기능 검사 이상이 15례(50.0%)로 나타났다. 기저 질환으로 급성 림프구성 백혈병, 악성 림프종 등 면역 저하된 상태가 5례였고, 건강했던 경우가 25례 였으며, 관련 질환의 종류로는 패혈증, 폐렴, 전염성 단핵구증 등의 순이었고, 원인으로는 세균이 많았으며, 바이러스로는 EBV가 4례였고, candida가 1례였다. 골수 도말 소견상 세포 충실도가 정상이 25례(83.3%)였고, 5례(16.7%)에서 감소되어 있었으며, 혈구 탐식 조직구의 수에 따라 분류하였을 때, some이 15례(50.0%), many가 9례(30.0%), a few가 6례(20.0%)이었다. 치료는 보존 요법, 항생제와 항바이러스제, 항진균제, 면역 글로불린, steroid, etoposide, cyclosporine 등의 병용 요법을 시행하였다. 사망율은 30명 중 8명으로 26.7%였으며, 연령이 낮은 군과 혈구 탐식 조직구 수가 some 이상인 경우에 사망률이 높았다. 결 론 : 고열, 간비종대, 범혈구 감소증과 간기능 이상 등의 소견을 보이는 환아에서 조기에 골수 검사를 시행하여 혈구 탐식 조직구가 보일 때, 원인 치료 및 대증 요법과 함께 면역 화학 요법을 시행하는 것이 예후에 도움이 될 것으로 생각되며, 골수 소견과 예후와의 관계는 지속적인 연구 관찰이 필요할 것으로 사료된다. Purpose : The aim of this study is to find a method to diagnose and treat children who showed benign hemophagocytic histiocytes in bone marrow examination. Methods : We analyzed the clinical data of thirty patients retrospectively who showed benign hemophagocytic histiocytes in bone marrow examination from January 1995 to November 2001 at Keimyung University Dong-san Hospital. Bone marrow histiocytes were classified into a few, some, and many according to the number of histiocytes comparing with the white cells. Results : The age of thirty patients ranged from two months to 15 years. The median age was 5.6 years with male predominance(2.3 : 1). The most frequent clinical manifestation was fever; others were respiratory symptom, hepatosplenomegaly, lymphadenopathy and skin rash(in order of frequency). Common laboratory findings were leukopenia, thrombocytopenia, anemia and abnormal liver function test. Infection was present in 30 patients; causative organisms were documented in 15 patients, and bacterial infection was more common. Epstein Barr virus was the cause of infection in four patients. Bone marrow examination showed a few(20.0%), some(75.0%) and many(30.0%) hemophagocytic histiocytes. Combination immunochemotherapy including immunoglobulin, steroids and cyclosporine were helpful in 22 out of 30 patients. The mortality rate was high in young patients who showed some to many hemophagocytic histiocytes. Conclusion : Bone marrow examinations and early detection of histiocytes will be helpful in children who have fever, hepatosplenomegaly and abnormal liver function test. Immunochemotherapy were helpful and further investigation will be needed for the detection of the relationship between the bone marrow findings and prognosis.

        Recently, much interest has been paid in using plastic materials for replacing glass substrates with increasing applications for large scale flexible flat panel display and flexible film-typed dye sensitized solar cell(DSCs) In particular, flexible film-typed dye sensitized solar cell(DSCs) has attracted much interest because it can be applied to a smart window, a wearable PC as a supplementary power supplier and a winter clothes In this paper ZnO:Al thin film, which serves as a transparent conducting layer, was deposited on the polyethylene terephthalate(PET) substrate by the capacitively coupled r. f. magnetron sputtering method The effect of r. f. discharge power on the morphological, electrical and optical properties of ZnO:Al thin film were studied The film deposited on the PET substrate at r. f. discharge power of above 200 W and gas pressure of 5mTorr showed the minimum resistivity of about 2×10-3 Ω-cm, a transmittance of about 87% and optical band gap of 3.56 eV.

      • 외과계 감염증에 대한 Sulperazon(Sulbactam/cefoperazone) 및 Cefoperazone의 임상효과 비교연구

        Despite recent advances in development of antibiotics and antiseptic techniques, infection still remains to be one of the major problems in the surgical field. Due to development of bacterial resistance to commonly used antibiotics, there is always a need to develop a new antimicrobial agent which would overcome such resistance. Sulperazon (Sulbactam/Cefoperazone) is a combination drug of potent β-lactamase inhigitor, sulbactam, and cefoperazone which has broad antibacterial spectrum, which was developed to combat against β-lactamase producing microorganisms. In an effort to evaluate the efficacy and safety of sulperazone, we have randomly divided 40 patients (12 with perforated appendicitis, 10 with peritionitis, 6 with GB empyema, 6 with periproctal abscess, 3 with wound infection, 1 liver abscess, 1 pancreatic abscess, and 1 acute cholangitis) into 2 groups (20 patients in each group). One group received daily dose of 2 to 3 grams of sulperazon and the other group received daily dose of 2 to 3 grams of cefoperazone. Following results were obtained : 1. Clinical effect of sulperazon was cure in 16 patients (80%), improvement in 3 patients (15%), compaired to cure in 14 patients (70%), improvement in 4 patients (20%) for the cefoperazone group. 2. Using disc diffusion method, sulperazon was sensitive to all of the isolated microorganisms except β-hemolytic streptococci, which was moderately sensitive. Cefoperazone was sensitive to only E. coli, Pseudomonas aeruginosa and Serratia. 3. Microbiological effect of sulperazon was eradication of offending microorganisms in 16 patients (80%), compared to 14 patients (70%) in Cefoperazone group. 4. Overall clinical efficacy of sulperazon was 95%, compared to 80% for cefoperazone. 5. Adverse effects due to sulperazon was nausea and diarrhea which occurred in 1 patient respectively. 2 patients receiving cefoperazone experienced diarrhea. It can be concluded that sulperazon is a safe and effective antibiotic agent which can be used in surgical infection patients.

        정신과 병실의 치료환경에 대한 평가 : (Ⅱ)3개 병실환경에 대한 특성간의 비교연구 (Ⅱ)A Comparison Study Among The Characteristics of 3 Different Therapeutic Milieus.

        The importance of milieu characteristics of psy-chiatric inpatient treatment programs has been widely recognized and a number of instruments hare been developed to measure these milieu char-acteristics. Amog these instruments, the Ward Atmosphere Scale (WAS), which was developed by Dr. Moos and his colleagues in the Social Ecology Laboratory at the Stanford University, is one of the most widely used and the most reliable test. In previous study of this series by the authers, the WAS proved to be applicable with the subs-tantial reliability in Korea and useful in system-atic comparisons among the different therapeutic milieus of Korea and possibly between the char-acteristics of American and Korean Programs. So for the next step, the authers administered the WAS to 291 subjects sampled from 3 different psychiatric inpatient wards: Custodial ward(CUW), Medically oriented ward (MOW) and the authers’ Therapeutic community ward(TCW) to assess the characteristics of social atmospheres of several different therapeutic milieus. The authers com-pared these 3 different psychiatric wards: CUW, MOW and TCW and compared the subgroups according to subject’s status in each therapeutic milieu: staff, student and patient and finally compared a Korean TCW to American Normative Sample. The results were as follows: 1. The subscale means of WAS were highest in TCW, and MOW, CUW in order. 2. According to the characteristics of Dimension of WAS, TCW was analogous to Therapeutic community program, MOW to Relationship-oriented program and CUW to Control-oriented program of Price and Moos. 3. Patients perceived their therapeutic milieus as more restricted by staffs and more difficult to express anger and aggression openly than staffs perceived in all three psychiatric wards. And staffs saw their therapeutic milieus more positively and optimistically in TCW and more negatively and pessimistically in CUW. 4. The subscale means of WAS were higher in a Korean TCW than American Normative Sample but anger and aggression was lower in a Korean TCW than American Normative Sample significantly.
