        정안침요법(整顔鍼療法)을 응용하여 호전된 후천성 사경환자 치험 2례

        Objectives : This report intended to estimate effects of Jung-an acupuncture on the acquired torticollis caused by muscle contraction. Methods : The patients were treated by Jung-an acupuncture, herb medication and Physical treatment daily. The improvement of the patients was judged by Toronto Western Spasmodic Torticollis Rating Scale(TWSTRS), Tsui's score and Visual Analogue Scale(VAS). Results : After 7 days of treatment, the 2 patients' neck pain and cervical movement were improved. Also, TWSTRS score, Tsui's score and VAS were all reduced. Conclusions : As the Jung-an acupuncture's theological base is organized with meridian theory and myofacial release therapy, We considered the Jung-an acupuncture is effective not only for the skin disease but also for the muscle problem such as torticollis.

      • 전치태반의 임상적 고찰

        Objective : Our purpose was to make preparations of what for proper emergency care and delivery in order to improve maternal and fetal well-being. Methods : The study was undertaken for the clinical evaluation and statistical analysis on the patients with placenta previa who had been admitted and delivered at Soonchunhyang University Hospital from January, 1994 to May, 1998, retrospectively. Results : The incidence of placenta previa was 2.0%. Placenta previa has occurred more often in multigravida(92%) than primigravida(8%). Vaginal bleeding was most frequent(37.3%) presentation. The mean gestational age at the first bleeding episode was 31~35 weeks(46.4%). The type of placenta previa was totalis (31.3%), Partialis(18%), marginalis(32.7%), low lying(18%). Conclusion . This study indicates that the obstetrician and the pediatrician should be prepared for emergency care and delivery of the placenta previa patients, with the improvement of delivery room and neonatal intensive care unit.

      • 절수에 의한 Mongolian Gerbil 장기중량변화에 관한 분석연구

        In this study, authors measured the each organ weight of the long term water deprived Mongolian gerbil, after then we calculated the mean, standard deviation, variance coefficient of the real measured organ weight and induced the organ weight change quantity, rate of quantity, deviation between measured and theological organ weight, deviation rate, sum of deviation rate, organ weight change rate, rate of organ weight by the mathematical formula. The results obtained as follow 1. The weight of the brains, lung, and testis were abruptly decreased after water deprived until the 5th day, after then slowly decreased until the 20th day. 2. The weight of the heart was decreased gradually from the first day until the 20th day. 3. The weight of the liver was abruptly decreased until the 10th day, after then the more slowly decreased until the 20th day. 4. The weight of the thymus, spleen, kidney, and pancreas were abruptly decreased until the 15th day, after then increased slowly until 20th day but the weight of the kidney was abruptly increased from the 10th day. 5. The organ weight change rate and the rate of the each day organ weight were very diversified.

        교잡종 찰옥수수에 대한 연구 : Ⅱ. 새로 육성된 찰옥수수 교잡종 "대덕찰"에 대한 농업적 특성 Ⅱ. Agronomic Characteristics of the New Waxy Hybrids "Daedukchals"

        1. 새로 육성된 4개의 대덕찰 찰옥수수 교잡종에 대한 간장은 대조구인 찰옥 1호보다 큰 반면에 개화기는 약 4∼7일 늦었으며, 모든 공시 교잡종의 주당 분얼수는 한 개이하의 무효분얼로 나타났다. 2. 새로 육성된 대덕찰옥수수의 이삭길이와 직경은 대조구인 찰옥 1호보다 크게 나타났으며, 특히 대덕찰옥수수 1호와 2호의 과피두께는 대구조보다 얇았고, 당도 역시 높게 나타나 우수 교잡종으로 평가되었다. Stem height of the new developed "Daedekchals" waxy hybrids were higher than check hybrid. Chalok #1, while days to tasseling were delayed about four to seven days. Number of tillers per plant of the these new hybrids including check were appeared to be one less as non-effective tiller. Ear length and diameter of the new waxy hybrids were longer and thicker than check, respectively. In addition pericarp thickness of the Daedekchal #1 and #2 among new developed waxy hybrids were thinner and sugar content were higher than check.

      • 초등 실과 「재봉틀로 용품 만들기」단원의 프로젝트 수업의 적용 효과

        The purpose of this study is to search instruction necessity of the section of 「making an article with a sewing machine」in Elementary Practical Art and discuss the application effects of Project Learning Model selected as teaching-learning method to raise educational effect. For griping instruction necessity of the section of 「making an article with a sewing machine」, this searcher saw over educational contents of terminal curriculum related to clothing living and searched educational meaning of a sewing machine instruction in elementary school. Then, he researched educational condition of a sewing machine instruction in Busan's school and experience and ability of teacher, parents, students' using a sawing machine. And then, he inspected effect of Project Learning applied to two class, deemed as characteristically similar, out of 6th grade at D elementary school in Busan. In the result, First, the section of 「making an article with a sewing machine」had instruction necessity as meaningful education activity to raise an ability of making article needed in the living with creative planning by learning skills and knowledge of handling a sewing machine. So it set up to improve own aptitude as students have various practical experiences through this course and to have sound attitude about a work and job related to clothing living. In conclusion, this section have to instruct as meaningful education activity in elementary school, because the purpose of this section is to raise creative attitude and skills which is needed to deal with the future's change and the real living. second, in the result of application of Project Learning to 「making an article with a sewing machine」, experimental group's average were upper than comparative group's average. This indicated that the former group with the learning - based on Project Learning had better academic accomplishments related to practical cognition than the other with not. But for there was not meaningful difference in the test of affective and functional level, application effects of Project Learning was not effectful in this section. Because of regarding as this is due to limitations and conditions of practical environment, a profound study about this present situation will have to be later on.

      • CPW 급전을 이용한 평면형 반원 UWB 안테나 설계

        본 논문에서는 UWB 통신 시스템에 사용될 수 있는 CPW 급전 구조을 이용한 평면형 반원 UWB 안테나를 설계하였다. 제안된 안테나를 설계하기 위해 CST사의 MWS를 이용하였다. 유전율이 4.5이고, 두께가 0.762mm인 TMM4 기판을 사용하였다. 시뮬레이션 결과 VSWR≤2를 기준으로 2.6GHz에서 12.2GHz까지 UWB 전체 대역을 만족한다. 제안된 안테나의 group delay 변화량이 1ns 미만으로 UWB 통신 시스템 응용에 적합한 안테나이다. In this paper, a planar half-disk ultra-wideband (UWB) antenna fed by CPW is designed for UWB communications. We have used the Microwave Studio of CST to simulate the proposed antenna. It is designed to work an a substrate TMM4 of thickness 0.762mm and relative permittivity 4.5. The proposed antenna covers the entire UWB band (3.1 GHz ~ 10.6 GHz) from 2.6 GHz to 12.2 GHz for VSWR≤2. Group delay variation is less than 1 ns, thus indicating the proposed antenna a good candidate for UWB applications.

        고령 장애인의 일(WORK) 경험과 욕구에 관한 연구 : 뇌병변 장애를 중심으로

        본 연구의 목적은 고령이면서 장애를 동시에 경험하고 있는 고령 장애인들의 일 경험과 욕구에 관한 특성을 당사자의 관점에서 이해하는 것이다. 이러한 목적을 달성하기 위해 50세 이상 뇌병변장애인 13명을 대상으로 일 경험과 욕구에 관한 개방형식의 질문으로 심층 인터뷰를 실시하여 그 결과를 분석함으로써 고령 장애인 당사자의 일 경험과 욕구에 대한 심층적 이해와 현상의 의미를 깊이 있게 파악하고자 하였다. 분석결과, 고령 뇌병변장애인들은 일을 하고자 하는 높은 욕구를 가지고 있으며 일을 통해 삶의 의미와 보람을 찾고자 하나 현실적으로는 장애와 고령, 그리고 만성질환자라는 삼중고 속에서 “일하기” 에 상당한 제약을 받는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 연구결과는 지금까지 고용정책에서 소외되었던 고령 장애인의 ‘일’ 에 관한 정책적 개입의 필요성을 강력하게 시사해 주고 있다. The purpose of this study is to understand the characteristics of the experiences and needs for work of aged people with disabilities who experience both old age and disability from their viewpoint. To this end, this study conducted in-depth interviews with 13 people aged 50 or older with encephalopathic disabilities by open-ended questions regarding their experiences and needs for work, and analyzed the results so as to more deeply understand the experiences and needs for work of aged people with disabilities as well as the implications of the present situation. The analysis results showed that aged people with disabilities have high needs for work and try to find the meaning and worth of life through work, but in reality face considerable limitations to ‘working’ in the triple handicaps of disability, old age, and chronic disease. The results of this study strongly suggest the need for policy intervention in the ‘work’ of aged people with disabilities who have been neglected by employment policies until now.

      • MLS를 이용한 접근 유도에 관한 연구

        MLS(Microwave Landing System)는 어떤 활주로 상황에서도 기종에 관계없이 계기착륙이 필요한 항법정보를 정확하고 신롸성있는 상태에서 넓은 운용범위를 갖게되는 시스템으로서 ILS보다 장비기술 및 운용면에서 우수한 것으로 입증되었으며, 공항의 장애물과 악지형의 영향에 따라 유도특성이 방해받더라도 시스템의 가용성에는 제한이 없도록한 특징이 있다. 본 논문에서는 기존의 ISL의 접근절차로서는 불가능했던 비표준 지형과 평행 활주로에서 MSL를 이용한 접근 유도시 활주로 중심선에 대한 접근 오차 한계를 계산하고 기준 활주로와 평행 활주로 각각에 대한 접근유도시 거리오차를 산출하여 MSL를 이용한 정밀 접근유도 상태를 검토하였다. 그 결과 MSL는 비표준 지형 및 평행 활주로에서도 5NM이내의 거리에서는 접근오차가 0.1%(0.16NM)이내를 유지하여 ICAO 기준을 만족함으로써 규정상의 접근유도가 가능함을 알수 있었다. The MLS was followed by definition of a signal-in-space having the accuracy, reliability and coverage to aeronautics needs for all type of aircraft at all runway suitable for terminal instrument procedures. MLS has been demonstrated to be superior to ILS from both technical and operational capabilities. Even at runway where ground terrain and airport obstacles prevent standard split-site installations, the availability of MLS will not be limited. In this thesis, the range error and limitted error bound of a computed centerline approach is derived and identified in order to solve the problems of percision approach guidence at non-standard sitin gand parallel runway. As the result, it is known that the MLS is able to approach guidence with 0.1%(0.16NM) limited range error at non-standard siting and parallel runway within 5NM.
