      • 고요산혈증의 위험인자 : 아산시 지역 주민을 대상으로

        Objective : Serum uric acid has now been identified as a marker for a number of metabolic and hemodynamic abnormalities. The aim of this study is to evaluate risk factors which influence hyperuricemia in the citizens of Asan. Method : The study design was cross-sectional and research subjects were 1086 citizens of Asan. General characteristics, cigarette smoking, alcohol consumption, and past history were obtained by interview using a structural questionnaire. Also, we measured height, weight and blood pressure, and serum uric acid of the subjects. Results : The mean serum uric acid level was 5.27 ㎎/㎗ in men and 4.01 ㎎/㎗, in women, In the multiple logistic regression analysis, statically significant risk factors of hyperuhcemia were gender, body mass index, blood lead concentration, and serum creatinine. Conclusion : Our results suggest that gender, body mass index, blood lead concentration, and serum creatinine might be the most important risk factors of hyperurcemia. Education program as well as routine check-up for serum uric acid was highly recommended for the effective prevention of hyperuricemia.

        Acinar cell carcinoma is a rare tumor that represents 1~2% of al1 pancreatic cancers. Clinical and radiologic findings are inconclusive in this disease Acinar cell carcinoma is characterized by rapid progression and early metastasis, which lead to its poor prognosis. A 41-year-o1d man was admitted to our hospital for abdominal pain. Abdominal computed tomography (CT) and positron emission tomography-computed tomography (PET-CT) showed a splenic mass, which was being invaded by a pancreatic tail mass and which had increased ^(18)F-fluorodeoxyglucose (FDG) uptake Primary radical distal pancreatectomy and splenectomy were performed. Pathologic findings revealed an acinar cell carcinoma of the Pancreas The patient underwent a total gastrectomy three months later because of gastric recurrence Four months later, multiple hepatic metastases were discovered, and the patient underwent a left hepatectomy During treatment with capecitabine, there was no evidence of tumor progression for 14 months. We report a case of metastatic pancreatic acinar cell carcinoma, which did not progress for an extended period while the patient was being treated with capecitabme.

      • 원발성 후복막 점액낭샘암종 1예

        Primary retroperitoneal mucinous cystadenocarcinoma is a very rare malignancy, and little is known concerning its Pathogenesis, optimal treatment, and prognosis. A 29-year-o1d pregnant woman (21 weeks) Presented with abdominal discomfort CA 19-9, CA 125, and CEA were normal Abdominal CT scanning revealed a 19x15x13 cm retropentoneal tumor Exploratory laparotomy and tumor excision were performed. Mucinous retropentoneal implants were removed as completely as possible Histologically, the tumor showed focal areas of capsular invasion, but free resection margins The uterus and both ovaries were normal in appearance No adjuvant therapy was pursued. Six months later, Peritoneal and bilateral ovarian metastases were discovered. Hence, we report the details of this case of primary retroperitoneal mucinous Cystadeno-carcinoma and present a review of the literature.

      • 혈소판 응집 억제제의 효과 측정법에 대한 고찰과 지원자에서 Triflusal의 혈소판 응집 억제능 평가

        The anti-platelet agent is a member of a class of pharmaceuticals that decreases platelet aggregation and inhibits thrombus formation. They are effective in the arterial circulation and widely used in primary and secondary prevention of thrombotic cerebrovascular or cardiovascular disease. As a method for estimating the effects of anti-platelet agent, platelet aggregation was conventionally measured using the optical method or the impedance method. Several alternate methods currently in development or recently developed were considered, including luminescence method, flow cytometry, laser-light scattering method, and Verify Now-P2Y12 assay. Principles, advantages, and disadvantages of the optical method, impedance method, and the other alternate platelet aggregation methods were discussed in this report. 15 human volunteers were recruited for the evaluation of the efficacy of triflusal using the optical method. After the oral administration of a single dose of 900mg, 15 subjects received eight doses administered at 24-hour intervals of 600mg triflusal. Using platelet rich-plasma from above subjects, we performed baseline platelet aggregation test induced by adenosine diphosphate(ADP), collagen, and arachidonic acid. The results of platelet aggregation test after triflusal administration were compared with the baseline study. Triflusal significantly inhibited platelet aggregation induced by ADP (33.0±21.3%) and arachidonic acid (99.1±1.2%), respectively. Therefore, we concluded that anti-platelet aggregation effect of triflusal can be studied successfully with the optical method. Each of the platelet aggregation methods has value for evaluating the effects by various mechanisms of the anti-platelet agents. The ideal method for estimating the platelet aggregation as it relates to safety and efficacy in patients treated with anti-platelet agents will need to be determined in clinical trials.

      • 마산만의 해수오염 추이 및 대책

        Over the past two decays, coastal waters of Masan Bay have been extensively used by coastal communities and industries for the disposal of various wastes. The average COD had increased from 3.9㎎/1 in 1984 to 5.7㎎/1 in 1988. Both nitrogen and phosphorous as main sources of eutrophication had rapidly increased in 1985 and maintained above 1.0㎎/1 as T-N(total nitrogen) and 0.03㎎/1 as PO₄,-P. This data shows that the Masan bay is now the most polluted bay in Korea. To monitor the water quality of Masan Bay, some chemical parameters were determined. The results indicate deficiences in dissolved oxygen(DO) content of bottom waters(depth 6-18m) of all the sites examined. Concentrations of PO₄-P in bottom waters were higher than those in surface waters of all the sampling sites. These resultes of this study reflect that sediments in all areas of Masan Bay are contaminated with organics and these pollutants are extracted into water columns. Considering the values of temperature, pH, concentration of DO, PO₄-P, and T-N(total nitrogen), the waters do not appear to be mixed both vertically and horizontally. The coastal waters in all areas of Masan Bay were also polluted with dissolved heavy metals. The concentration ranges of dissolved Zn, Mn, Cr, Cu, Pb, and Hg wpre 1.17-11.07, 0.09-0.94, 0.04-0.40, 0.03-0.13, 0.02-0.12 and 0.02-0.09 g/ repectively. The extend of current pollution is severe enough with high levels of organic chemicals. metals, nutrients and low oxygen levels(especially in water columns overlayed sediments). Fortunately, a municipal sewage treatment plant will have been built in Masan area by 1990. But the master plan only includes pretreatments such as screening and grit removal, primary treatment, sludge handling system, and chlorinating chamber. Aeration basin and secondary clarifier for secondary treatment will be accomplished by 2001. Construction of upgrading of municipal treatment plant including secondary and advanced treatment in very near future is now recommended.

      • 中炭素鋼 熔接部의 熱處理에 따른 機械的 性質에 관한 硏究

        Strength of the weld zone is influenced by many complicated factors, such as welding conditions, constraint, materials, etc. Especially, Residual Stress plays an important role for mechanical properties in the weld zone. In this paper, the stress relief effect on the residual stress of the weld zone was examined under various annealing treatment. The results obtained are as follows. 1.Tensile strength on welding decreased 5.7%, 11.4% and 15.3% with increased annealing temperature from 650℃ to 850℃. 2.Absorbed lmpact energy increased in turns of Bond Zone, Base Metal, Fusion Zone and H.A.Z(Heat Affected Zone) and decreased with increasing of the annealing temperature 650℃, 850℃. 3.Reisdual Stress on welding was reduced by the ratio of 65%, 82.5%, 90% with the increased annealing temperature from 650℃ to 850℃. 4.It may be concluded that the best result of the annealing was obtained at 650℃.

      • 韓國纖維産業의 現況과 生産性向上

        問(1) 韓國 纖維産業의 生産性에 관한 지표(表 4)를 보면 從業員 1人當附加價値는 1974年에서 1981年에 걸쳐 일관해서 증가하고, 勞動分配率도 이 기간중 거의 일정한데, 從業員 1人當 純利益은 低下하고 특히 1980∼81年 마이너스를 나타내고 있다. 그 이유는 무엇인가. (答) 이것은 ①附加價置와 純利益의 槪念의 차이에서 오는데, 더욱 ②1979年은 政治不安定으로 各經濟指標가 흐트러 졌기 때문이다. 1981年 이후 이러한 지표는 安定的이다. 問(2) 日本 纖維産業의 構造改善政策은 效果的이었는가 어떤가, 약간 問題가 비록 있었다고 하더라도, 日本 纖維産業은 계속해서 발전하고 있지 않은가. 또 日本 纖維産業의 將來性에 대하여 어떻게 생각하고 있는가 라고 하는 質問이, 啓明大學側에서 挑山大側에 대하여 있었다. (答) 日本 纖維産業은 초반 工程인 紡績部門, 중반工程인 織布部門, 종반工程인 縫製加工·어패럴部門에 業態가 다르므로, 纖維産業 一般에 대해서 「構造改善」의 效果를 논하는 것은 곤란한 일이지 마는 織布業에 한정해서 말한다면 織布業의「構造改善」은 당초 계획대로 실행되지 못하였다. 具體的으로 말하면 設備近代化는 발전되었지마는 企業數를 줄이고 企業을 集約化하는 計劃은 成功하였다고 할 수 없다. 그 結果 企業數가 줄지 않고, 設備 近代化가 慢性的構造不況에 빠졌다. 더욱 絹織物業界에서는 中國·韓國에서의 輸入問題를 안고 고민하고 있는 것이 實情이다. 日本纖維産業의 將來方向으로서 이 産業의 「知識集約化」가 제창되고 있다. 즉 纖維産業 內部의 勞動集約部門은 될 수 있는 대로 發展途上國에 넘기고, 技術集約的인 附加價置가 높은 部門 -예컨대 어페럴 部門 등-의 比重을 높이려고 하는 構造改革이다. 그러나 日本 纖維産業에서 일하는 就業者도 많기 때문에 轉廢業을 포함하는 經營者나 勞動者의 産業部門간의 移動은 社會的摩擦도 일어날 것이기 때문에 그 Tempo는 결코 빠를수도 없다고 본다. 問(3) 生産性 向上 대책으로서 다섯가지 假說이 있고 그 第2의「經營合理化에 의한 企業의 充實度가 높아지면 生産性은 向上한다」라고 하는 假說에 대해서는 實態調査에서 經營者의 評價가 낮았으나 그것을 어떻게 해석할 것인가. (答) 第2의 「經營合理化」가 生産性向上에 영향에 미치는 것은 否定할 수 없다. 實證分析에 있어서 第2의 假說에 대해서 相關關係가 낮았으나 實態調査의 限界性도 있다. 즉 ① 調査企業의 標本數가 적었는 점, ② 다섯가지 假說中에서 重要度가 고려되어 있지 않았다는 점 ③ 回答者 回答內容의 正確度에 약간의 의문이 있는 점 등을 지적할 수가 있다. 問(4) 韓國 纖維産業의 離職率이 높은 것은 무엇때문인가, 資金管理·勞使關係에 問題는 없는가. 또 離職하면 어디로 이직하는가. (答) 纖維産業에서 他産業에 대한 勞動力 移動의 이유는, 韓國의 1970年代의 高度成長에 의하여 纖維産業 중의 有能한 人材가 他産業에 移動했기 때문이다. 그때문에 纖維産業의 技術畜積이 안되었다. 그러나 纖維産業의 1人當賃金은 上昇하였으나 生産性向上은 거기에 따라 가지 못하였다. 그 結果 收益性에 영향을 미치게 되었다. 日本은 終身雇用制를 彩用하고 있으나, 韓國은 好不況에 따라 勞動力의 移動이 심하다. 問(5) 生産性向上 대책으로서 다섯가지 假說을 듣고 있으나 그의 相互關聯은 어떠한가? 纖維産業의 全體의 發展策과 生産性向上의 다섯가지 方策을 綜合的으로 進行시켜야 하리라고 생각한다. 또 生産性향상을 위한 第5項目인 「政府次元에 의한 incentive制」라 함은 무엇을 가리키는가. (答) 生産性向上에 유효한 다섯가지 要因은 각기 서로 관련되어 있으나 企業經營者에 대한 質問表에서는, 각기 독립적으로 生産性向上에 유효하다고 생각해서 질문하였다. 또 政府에 의한 生産性 incentive制라 함은, 生産性이 높은 企業에 대하여 政府는 金融面에서 지원하기도 하고 (制度金融에 있어서 金利面에서 優待한다든가, 工業團地에 우선적으로 들어가게 한다든가), 稅制面에서 優待하는 (技術革新에 적극적인 企業에 대해서 投資面으로 優待한다)制度를 말한다. 以上의 質疑應答에서 볼 수 있는 바와 같이 經濟政策으로서의 産業構造政策과 개개企業의 經營戰略(특히 生産性 向上을 위한 對應策)에 걸친 문제, 또 生産性向上을 위한 여러 方策, 相互關聯性에 대해서 토론을 행하였는데 時間的制約때문에 충분히 核心에까지 이르지 못하였다. 그러나 報告者가 報告의 最後에서 강조하고 있듯이, 纖維産業의 生産性向上에 대해서, 日本과 韓國의 實證的 比較 硏究가 앞으로 더욱 진행되는 것이 중요하겠다. 또 纖維産業 이외의 각 産業에 대해서도 勞動生産性 등의 문제에 대하여 兩國을 比較硏究하는 것이 기대된다. 그리고 이 報告에 관해서는, 挑山學院大學의 庄谷邦幸·津田直則·黑田兼一·管井勇藏·植村省三의 여러분 및 啓明大學校의 金鏞淇氏로 부터 質疑가 있었다.

      • 제주화력발전소 주변의 수온 및 해류의 특성

        To find out the horizontal and the vertical temperature structures and the current characteristics of coastal ocean around Jeju Power Plant located at north part of Jeju Island, we observed the seawater temperature in March, May, September and December, in 2003 and also 15 days long times waves using a current meter respectively. The observed results show that the seasonal variations of the horizontal and vertical temperature pattern happened. However, the horizontal temperature distribution pattern was not much changed. It means that the horizontal temperature change was not so strong due to tidal mixing effects in coastal area. So that the density current was so weak by the weak stratification effects. The surface current pattern shows that the M₂ tidal current component was relatively strong compared with K₂, K₁, 0₁ and constant flow. From the observation results, we found that the density current around Jeju Power Plant was very weak but the surface current was strong since the tidal current effects.

      • 복합재를 이용한 구조물의 균열보수 대책에 관한 연구

        Recently, composite materials have widely become available to engineers. This paper briefly explains the applications of these materials and shows how these materials can be used to repair structures with damages such as crack, notch, etc. Before the fatigue test, notched and repaired specimens with thin laminate composite are prepared. Also, test apparatus is designed to perform four point fatigue test of specimens. From the experimental result, it was found that present repair technique could be used to enhance the life of damaged structures.
