대전시 노은 도매시장 채소류의 농약 잔류 실태 및 식이섭취량 추정

대전시 노은 도매시장에서 채취한 6종의 채소류 중 농약잔류량을 조사한 후 이에 대한 위해성 평가를 실시하였다. 전체 100건의 분석시료 중 농약이 검출된 시료의 비율은 46.0%이었고, 잔류허용기준 초과비율은 6.0% 이었다. 검출비율이 높은 시료는 상추(85.0%), 깻잎(80.0%), 오이(60.0%) 순이었고, 상추 3건, 깻잎 3건이 허용기준을 초과하였다. 살균제는 dicar-boximide계, 유기염소계, azole계 농약, 살충제는 유기인계, 합성 pyrethroid계 농약이 많이 검출되었다. 검출빈도가 높은 성분은 procymidone, chlorpyrifos, chlorothalonil, cypermethrin, EPN의 순이었다. 위해성을 평가하기 위해서 각 농작물에 대한 농약의 추정 섭취량과 ADI를 비교한 결과, 허용기준을 초과한 깻잎의 bitertanol, triflumizole, iprobenphos가 다른 성분에 비하여 높은 비율을 보였다. 그러나 각 농산물의 식이섭취량이 적어 ADI에 대한 추정섭취량의 비율이 0.46%이하로 나타나 그 영향이 매우 낮은 것으로 판단되었다. Pesticide residues in some vegetables collected at Noeun wholesale market in Daejeon were surveyed and assessed their risk In 100 samples, the detection rate of pesticide was 46.0% and the rate exceed MRL was 6.0%. Commodities showing high detection rate were lettuce(85.0%), perilla leaf(80.0%) and cucumber(60.0%). Dicarboximide, organochlorine, and azole fungicides and organophosphorus and pyrethroid insecticides were detected. Detection frequency of pesticide was in the order of procymidone, chlorpyrifos, chlerothalonil, cypermethrin and EPN. When the estimated intake amount of the pesticides were compared with ADI to assess their risk, bitertanol, triflumizole and iprobenphos in perilla leaf were higher rate than the other vegetables. However the total amounts of intake of pesticides were estimated to less than 0.46% of ADI.

추천 시스템들은 고객들이 E-Commerce 사이트에서 상품들을 사는 것을 도와주기 위해서 지속적인 증가추세로 사용되었다. 추천시스템들은 다양한 고객들의 선호도에 따라 유사성과 비유사성에 대한 정보의 기초위에서 고객들의 잠재적인 관심 항목들에 대해 개인의 취향에 맞게 추천하는 기술들은 제공한다. 그러나 추천시스템에 많은 관심을 가짐에도 불구하고 그들의 성능에 대한 공개된 기술이나 정보는 매우 제한적이다. 본 논문에서는, 과거 고객들의 구매행동, 고객정보, 데이터마이닝의 연관규칙을 이용한 M-Commerce 추천시스템을 설계하고 구현하였다. Recommender systems are being used by an ever-increasing number of E-Commerce sites to help consumers find products to purchase. Recommender Systems offer a technology that allows personalized recommendation, of items of potential interest to users based on information about similarities and dissimilarities among different user’ tastes. However, despite enormous interest in recommender systems, both the number of available published techniques and information about their performance arc limited. In this paper, we design and implement an M-Commerce recommendation systems using the past buying behavior of the consumer, consumer information, and association rule mining.

We have encountered a rare case of symmetrical peripheral gangrene complicating Escherichia coli sepsis in a 47-years-old male. He was successfully treated with antibiotics, anticoagulants, and vasodilator. To our knowledge, this is the first report on symmetrical peripheral gangrene complicating E. coli sepsis in Korea.

To investigate the pharmacokinetic difference between the two amoxicillin (AMX) particles in rabbits after intramuscular injection (i.m.), both of AMX-S (particle size: 10 ㎍) and AMX-L (particle size: 100 ㎍) were injected into New Zealand White rabbits (1.2±0.3 ㎏) at a dose rate of 10 ㎎/㎏ of body weight. In this study, serum AMX concentrations were detected by microbiological assay with E. coli BE 1186 which shows high antibiotic sensitivity. After i.m. administration, AMX-S and AMX-L were best fitted as 1-compartment model with the absorption and elimination phase. The biological half-life (T_1/2, _k10) of AMX-S is 4.06±1.09 h and that of AMX-L 4.76±0.69 h. The serum maximal concentration time (T_max) of AMX-S and AMX-L were 0.88±0.17 h and 0.77±0.11 h, respectively. Maximal AMX concentration (C_max) (AMX-S: 5.71±0.62 ㎍/㎖, AMX-L: 5.04±0.25 ㎍/㎖) in serum showed a significant difference (p<0.05). In terms of bioequivalance, however, there was no difference between the two AMX's after i.m. injection in the basis of C_max and AUC.

한국산 두꺼비의 Alkaloid 성분연구

한국산 두꺼비는 Bufo bufo gargarizans Cantor와 Bufo stejnegeri Schmit 두종이 알려져 있다. 한방에서는 두꺼비의 이하선 및 피선에서 분비하는 유액을 모아 고화 건조한 것을 강심이뇨, 진통, 심장쇠약, 정맥울혈 및 위통등에 사용하고 있다. Bufo속 동물의 성분에 대해서는 Bufogenine, Bufothionine, Bufotenine, Bufotenidine, Bufovirdine등의 알카로이드와 Bufadienolide, Bufogenine 3-henisuberate 및 수종의 Bufotoxin이 보고되고 있으나 한국산 두꺼비의 Bufo bufo gargarizans Cantor에 대해서는 Nambara 등이 7종의 Bufogenine과 9종의 bufotoxin등의 Cardiac glycoside를 분리 보고한바 있으나, Alkaloid 성분에 관하여는 보고된바 없으므로, 실험에 착수하여 Bufo bufo gargarizans Cantor에서 알카로이드인 Bufothionine(C₁₂H₁₄O₄S)으로 생각되는 무색장침상결정을 얻었기에 보고한다.

Inhibitory Effects of Bioactive Fractions Containing Protoberberine Alkaloids from the Roots of Coptis japonica on Monoamine Oxidase Activity

The effects of bioactive fractions containing protoberberine alkaloids from Coptic japonica on monoamine oxidase (MAO) activity were investigated. The MAO was obtained from the mitochondrial fraction of mouse brain. The butanol fraction from Coptic japonica was fractionated into separate bioactive fraction (Fr I-IV) by silica gel column chromatography. MAO activity was strongly inhibited by Fr III and IV, which mainly contain protoberberine alkaloids such as berberine, palmatine and coptisine. These results indicated that the protoberberine alkaloids from Coptic japonica had an inhibitory effect on MAO activity.

A Chemotaxonomic Study on euphorbiaceae in Korea

A chemosystematic study on euphorbiaceous plants in Korea has been performed by using phenolic constituents. The phenolic characteristics of subfamilies, genera and species were well distinguished from one another. Hydrolyzable tannins as constituents were considered to be a valuable taxonomic character in elucidating sys. tematic relationships among the related taxa whereas flavonoids could be used in the classification of infraspecific taxa in this family. The phenolic fingerprints of each of the plants would be considered as a good tool to identify the species. In comparison with the morphological classification system, the chemical relationship supported the subfamilial system of Webster (1975) and the further division of Euphorbia sensu lato by Hurusawa (1954).

Construction of web-based nutrition education contents and searching engine for usage of healthy menu of children

A diet habit, which is developed in childhood, lasts for a life time. In this sense, nutrition education and early exposure to healthy menus in childhood is important. Children these days have easy access to the internet. Thus, a web-based nutrition education program for children is an effective tool for nutrition education of children. This site provides the material of the nutrition education for children with characters which are personified nutrients. The 151 menus are stored in the site together with video script of the cooking process. The menus are classified by the criteria based on age, menu type and the ethnic origin of the menu. The site provides a search function. There are three kinds of search conditions which are key words, menu type and “between” expression of nutrients such as calorie and other nutrients. The site is developed with the operating system Windows 2003 Server, the web server ZEUS 5, development language JSP, and database management system Oracle 10 g.

<i>Isaac</i>-CACTA transposons: new genetic markers in maize and sorghum

<P> CACTA is an En/Spm transposon superfamily present in high copy number in plant genomes, and Isaac is a subfamily of the CACTA superfamily. The TIR sequence of the Isaac subfamily was used for the purpose of transposon display (TD) in maize and sorghum. The Isaac TD produced 50–80 amplified fragments, depending on the primer combination, and the amplification profile was highly polymorphic among maize inbred lines. Isaac TD-based phylogenetic clustering distinguished the maize inbred lines according to their lineages and was consistent with the results of phylogenetic reports derived from other marker techniques by others researchers. The Isaac TD profile proved to be highly reproducible with different brands of Taq DNA polymerases and thermocyclers. The Isaac TD was also applied to recombinant inbred lines to assess genetic segregation; we observed 40–50 recordable segregation markers, depending on the primer combination. These Isaac TD markers segregated mostly as dominant markers, although, in a few cases, non-parental bands were observed in the segregating populations. In addition, the Isaac TD was very successful in the amplification of sorghum accessions. Therefore, the Isaac TD may provide another useful protocol for genetic analysis in maize and sorghum.Key words: CACTA, Isaac, transposon display, maize, sorghum. </P>
