        운동 후 지연된 근통증과 근손상의 지표에 관한 연구

        The purpose of this study was to analyze the delayed muscle soreness after exercise and the indicators of muscle damage. Subjects of this study were 9 male students. Some muscle enzymes and others(GOT, LDH, ALD, CPK in serum, WBC, ESR) that known as the indicators of muscle damage were measured before exercise. After measurements they run on a treadmill (incline:25%, speed:3.5miles/h) for 7 min. on an average. The intensity of this kind of exercise was 90.5% of maximal exercise intensity. After exercise, same indicators were measured at the just after exercise, 24hr after, 48hr after, 72hr after. Also muscle soreness level was evaluated at same intervals by make use of Modified Abraham's scale. The result was as follow: There was no relationships between muscle soreness and the indicators of muscle damage but ALD was the most important indicator that can be explains the muscle soreness very well.

        The effect of level of an object establishment for basketball free-throw skill learning In order to examine closely the effect of level of an object establishment in the skill learing on basketball free-throw. I chose 40 students in the 1st grade of Chang-gook man's middle school which was located in Sung Nam city by a random sample, and according to the nomal performance values, I divided thern into 20%(E20), 30%(E30), 40%(E40), and control group(c), and I selected 10 students at every group and experimented the four groups in each method. As a result of analysis in data founded in the experiment, the result show as follows: 1) The effect of level of an object establishment on basketball free-throw skill learning 2) The establishment the level of an object establishment to a degree of 30 percent among the nomal performance values,it resulted in the highest lerning effect. 3) there was a comprehensive interrelation between the level of an object establishment and the achievement of basket ball free-throw skill performance.

        The purpose of this study was the suggestion of applicability of Harvard step test for the evaluation on physical fitness in 50's aged man. The results were as follw : 1. In the Harvard step test, 50's aged man could not performed the duration of step above 3 min. and, PEI of 50's aged man showed the low cardiovascular function. 2. In the treadmill graded test, maximal oxygen uptake of 50's aged man showed 30.12±2.42ml/kg/min. 3. The results of Harvard step test showed the correlationship with the results of treadmill maximal test.

      • 한국 대학 무용수의 전공별 체격과 체력의 비교연구

        The purpose of this study is to provide the basic data on physique and physical fitness of each fifferent kind of women dancer-majors. The subjects were 16 Korean Dancer (KDG), 16 Modern Dancer(MDG) and 16 Ballet Dancer (BDG) who were women dancer from freshman to senior in Seoul and Taejon region. Measurements were made on stature (age, height, weight, chest grith, carerrer), physical fitness(sargent jump, back strengh, trunk extension), and body fat. The result were as follows; The average age and back strengh were not significant differences statistically among three groups. The average height showed the highest in BDG, and KDG was significant differences statistically lower than MDG and BDG. The average weight showed the highest in KDG, BDG was significant differences statistically lower than KDG, and MDG. The average chest grith of BDG was significant differences statistically lower than KDG and MDG. The average sagent jump of BDG was significant differences statistically higher than MDG and KDG, and the orders of sargent jump were BDG > MDG > KDG. The comparision of the average trunk extension have significant differences statistically among three groups, and the orders of trunk extension were MDG > BDG > KDG. The comparision of the average percent body fat have significant differences statistically lower than KDG and MDG, and the orders of percent body fat were KDG > MDG > BDG. The difference of physique and physical fitness in KDG was low than that of MDG and BDG. To compare BDG with KDG and MDG in weight and chest grith is low, and height is high, but there was high in physical fitness.

      • 스포츠·레저용품 구매행동에 따른 실버시장세분화에 관한 연구

        The purpose of this study was to examine silver consumers' perception of sporting and leisure goods, their purchase behavior by class in a bid to be of use for more successful marketing strategy. The subjects in this study were 362people selected from among the elderly over 55 who resided in Seoul. Out of them, 230 people aged from 55 to 64 were called here the new silver group and 132 over 65 were called the silver group. A survey was conducted to find out their awareness of sporting and leisure goods, their attitude and purchase behavior. The instrument used in this study was 10-item questionnaire covering silver consumers' perception of sporting and leisure goods, their purchase behavior. As the subjects were old people who had relatively poor cognitive ability, self-administration method and interview were employed together. The collected data were analyzed with one-way ANOVA and x2 test. As a result of analyzing the intervariable relationship, the following findings were acquired: Regarding their purchase behavior by demographic variables, most variables made a significant difference, including gender, household income, presence or absence of job, living with children or not, and having spouse or not. This was an evidence that the silver market is worthwhile for segment approach. The silver market should no longer be viewed as a feeble market with no buying power, and the sports and leisure market is required to take prompt action to keep up with the socioeconomic change toward aging society.

      • 중정도 운동이 수면 중 서파수면의 변화에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of middle duration exercise (MDE) on the change of SWS during sleep. All subjects were 5 male physical education students who had been engaged for at least 3 years in a regular aerobic exercises. The subjects were divided into two groups; NOE(non exercise} and MDE (middle duration exercise). MDE group maintained a total of 120 min exercise. During the subsequent night(24:00-08:00), somnopolygraphic sleep recordings were obtained. Statistical analysis was performed using the SPSS/PC+. Data were analyzed by means of one, paired t-test with measures. The results show that there are no significant differences' in SWS time between NOE and MDE groups. In conclusion, SWS(stage 3+4} time showed no significant differences between NOE and MDE groups. Consequently, SWS does not appear to be sensitive to MDE.

        The purpose of the study was to investigate of aerobic's effects on body and mental health of middle-aged women. To accomplish of this study, 100middle-aged women from aerobic's training facilities were surveyed by means of the received questionnaires. The questionnaire utilizes a five-point Likert-type scale was employed for ascertaining effects of aerobic's on body and mental heath of middle-aged Women. The use statistical methods used for the data analysis were frequency analysis, T-test. The major findings obtained from this study were as follows: 1. It is displayed that the participation of motivation frequency of the Aerobic's is for the less-weighting, the body maintenance and the solution of stress. 2. It is displayed that the frequency of the solution of stress is solved much stress after Aerobic's. 3. It is displayed that the frequency of the weight changing is to get rid of surplus fat and to get rid of weight after Aerobic's. 4. It is displayed that the frequency for the supporting degree to care the disease is the constipation and the obese. 5. It is displayed that the participant is healthier in mental and body situation. than non participant after Aerobic's. As the results, aerobic dance participation has proven to be an effective form middle-aged women body and mental health.

      • 학교 스포츠시설 서비스품질 지각이 이미지에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study was to present suggestion on the effective image marketing through analysis on how the perception of service quality into sports facilities effect on the university image. 350 Participants in this study we.e selected among those who used sports facilities more than three months at university. Survey was conducted at the front desk in sports facilities. Cronbach alpha coefficient was used to test internal consistency after frerluency and factor analysis by Windows for SPSS V.10.0. Differences between expectancy and perception on the service quality were statistically tested by correlation analysis was used to examine relationships among variables. Also, regression analysis was used to understand how the perception of service quality effect on university image. In conclusion, university can be represented in the local community by opening sports facilities and it's effective management. To increase user' ssatisfaction is to improve university image optimistically and is also to create it as a contributor to their local community development as well. Optimistic university image acquired by an offer a special service quality can give a chance to communicate with local society effectively. Also, university which local community like can create excellent effect handed down by word of mouth in a long time, and it is a good social marketing to serve for their local community.

      • 즉홍무용프로그램이 아동의 창의성 발달에 미치는 영향

        The object of this study is to examine how much the impromptu dance program affects the base of creativity - fluency, flexibility, originality and imagination in school. The program consists of contests in elementary school 1st year(7 years old in full) curriculum and preceding study and data for improving immediate expression ability. The amount of program needs 9 lessons.(50 minutes per lesson) The subject of this study is composed of 30 female children in kangnam YMCA dance class in Seoul - experimental group IS children and regulation group 15 children. The regulation group takes general dance lessons 4th per week for 3 weeks and the experimental group takes impromptu dance education programs. The examination paper which is used as measuring tool is creation examination paper which is developed by Chonkyoungwon Hakjisa(1999) K-CCTYC and is creation inspection. The data is entrusted to inspection office andI analyzed the result with SPSS and t-test. The experimental group have higher creation than regulation group by the result based on data analysis. linguistic section(P<.05), geometrical section(P<.01) and physical section(P<.01) each has a little difference statistically in critical level. Fluency(P<.01), originality(P<.01) and imagination(P<.001)except flexibility(P<.05) which are lower reason in each section have remarkable difference the average of experimental group improved much more than that of regulation group. By above result, impromptu dance education program the ability of immediate expresslon. Therefore if impromptu dance education program development for creativity the ability of immediate expression and step-by-step and systematic research for concrete is made immediate dance can have its firm position as curriculum for all-round education.
